Let me first start off by saying I'm 100% satisfied by the service I received from Victor. I am a new home owner so there's some areas of knowledge that I lack. Recently my family had to enter the market of plumbing. We needed a new water heater. The first thing we did was research how much a new one would cost. Once we had that figure fingered we wanted to know what does it take to get one installed. Being a military member we went to Home Depot and shopped for what we needed. The HMDT associates said we can have that installed same day. I said:cool! Needles to say the quoted price and service cost an arm, leg and first born. Then we found Victor Lee. We sent him pictures of the task at hand and he provided a quote. When the job was complete(1 hr less than anticipated) the estimate was less. Victor performed an honest days work and I highly highly recommend his service.

Very prompt, came out same day, charged us a reasonable price. Large chain wanted to charge us 5 times as much to do a larger job that wasn't necessary- honesty appreciated!  We'll be using him again!

My regular plumber was not available, and I had a semi-emergency, fearing a slab leak. A good friend recommended Victor Lee, as he had been her plumber for her residence, and her rental properties for years. He came as soon as he could, did a walk through, got a leak detector involved, diagnosed the problem, and fixed my mess in a very timely manner and for a good price. Victor has a great, friendly attitude, is professional, and more than capable. He respects your home, and what is in it, is tidy and cleans up, and when his job is done, he goes to every source of water in the house and makes sure every thing is back in running order, after the water has been turned off. It's so nice to find someone you can trust and Victor Lee is definitely that. We have had him come to the house twice for repairs and he was efficient and cost effective.

We just recently returned from Japan and really liked the Toto bidets they have there.  So once again we called upon Victor to install it for us.  He also installed/added an Insta Hot next to our kitchen faucet as well.  He was very efficient and installed both items in record time.   We are happy to report that we our very pleased with our new installs.  We 100% recommend Victor for any size job.  He's always on time, neat, & get the job done the first time around.  Thank you Victor and we'll be sure to call on you again for all our plumbing needs.

Scope of work... Replace a dual bowl, kitchen sink with a single basin. Install new faucet, garbage disposal and new drain line required for change from two drain to single drain sink.
I am happy that I came across Victor's name when I decided to bid this job out.  He was friendly, yet professional and his pricing was more than fair.  Upon installation of the sink, it was discovered that some light construction (tile cutting) would be required to complete the job.  Instead of taking advantage of the situation, Victor provided this additional service, at a nominal fee.  His work was thorough and of the highest quality.  
My wife and I love our new sink.  And, as stated previously, I am glad that I chose Victor to do the work. I will gladly use him again, as well as refer his name to others.  Thanks, Victor!!!

He came back to check on a washer and dryer he installed to make sure everything was dialed in because of the recent rain.

Once again, Victor did a fantastic job. Our hot water heater went out and needed to be replaced. He responded promptly and arrived on time. We also have a device that delivers hot water to the master bath shower on a dedicated line. He replaced the tank and reconnected our dedicated hot water line for our bathroom. He is efficient, knowledgable and does great work. He showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this honest, hard working man.

He replaced a faucet today at our rental property and was friendly, reasonable and efficient. If we need service in the future, he is, without question, my go to guy. Highly recommended to all!

Victor ia truly amazing! He was referred to me through my parents (who, if they knew how to, would also be posting praises on Yelp), and has rescued me from blocked sewers, broken washer/dryer hookups and a tub without cold water. He's insanely reasonable and an all-around great guy.

Victor Lee Plumbing is the BEST!  I was referred to Victor by a friend and asked him to do a proactive plumbing walk through of my recently purchased home.  He is professional, thorough, thoughtful and his experience speaks volumes and so does his quality of work.  He made some excellent recommendations and helped to ensure my home was in good condition plumbing wise.  Months later I did have an incident that was not preventable and I was out of town.  I called Victor late in the evening.  He returned my call promptly and took care of my crisis the next morning.  His service was over the moon excellent and he really helped me beyond what is normally expected.  He is truly the very best at what he does, a super nice gentleman and I trust him completely.

Have been using Vick's services for going on 16 years now after we got our first house and not planning to use anyone else. Vick is the most fairly priced plumber around and a straight shooter who knows the industry and his recommendations are based on giving you the best bang for the buck. He's a no-nonsense guy and a great choice for any of your plumbing needs.

Victor is simply outstanding. I own and manage 36 rental properties and Victor is my go-to individual for all my needs, not simply for my rental units but also for my individual home. From dealing with clogs, water heater replacements, pipe leaks, etc. Victor is always competent in what he does and I've never experienced an issue that required a return trip. He is always courteous and friendly with my tenants and has never missed an appointment. I sincerely trust Victor with all my plumbing needs and you will, too, once you experience the excellent service he provides - you will not be disappointed.

Victor Lee was suggested to me by Aztec Plumbing. I called on him for a number of things, which, I might add, two other maintenance/plumbing people could not figure out.  Victor figured out the items in question, right away. He was professional and just so nice and accommodating. I just now called him with a question, left a message, and he returned my call within fifteen minutes.

Victor did a great job. He was able to schedule us between his other appointments within 24 hours from when I contacted him. He was on time, completed the job (replacing a leaking kitchen faucet and repairing a loose toilet) quickly, and was very affordable. I highly recommend him and will be using him next time I need a plumber.

Victor is top notch! Water was spewing out both toilets like Niagara Falls. On short notice, he came to the rescue like the plumbing super hero he is and saved the day!! Honest, fair and gets the job done right. What more can you ask for? Hire him now!! =)

One shower backed up and after my own attempt to clear it, the other shower backed up as well. Got Victor's number from a friend. Called at noon on a Friday and he was able to come over at 2:30. Half an hour later the drains are clear and I feel like I have myself a new plumber. He's fast, he's clean, and most of all very effective.

There's a reason why Victor Lee gets all the 5-star ratings. He is a good, honest plumber, who is very easy to work with, very personable, and gets the job done right the first time. My water heater stopped producing hot water three days ago, and the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. Called Jay Greenwood of Aztec Plumbing (another 5-star plumber), who correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone as a bad thermocouple/pilot light assembly. Jay was booked, but Victor, who initially trained under Jay years ago, was available. Both Jay and Victor advised me (correctly) to contact the manufacturer, and get the new part, since the heater was still under warranty. I did that, got the part Fed-Ex'd the next day, and Victor showed up in the morning to install it. Installation perfect, heater producing hot water with no problems, and Victor fixed my heater in about an hour for a fraction of the price of a new heater. Victor (or Jay - whoever is available first) is now my go-to plumber.

Victor was recommended by family, came through on short notice and was amazingly quick and efficient.

Overall 5/5 Real funny and down to earth guy that will get the job done right, and is honest and reasonably priced. If you're in need of any plumbing services, I highly recommend him!

We've been using Victor for all our plumbing needs since we moved to North Park in 2016. Not only does he do great work in all facets of our plumbing needs -- and in our 80-year-old home, there have been challenges that Victor has handled flawlessly -- he has become a friend. I needed a new water heater asap so Aztec Plumbing referred me to Victor Lee Plbg. Seeing that I've had Jay from Aztec plbg do several work for me, I trusted his referrals.  Victor called me 30 mins before arriving. He arrived on time and had a helper with him. Victor is very personable and easy to talk to. He explained how the water heater works and why it caused the leak. He definitely knows his stuff and the job was complete within 1-1/2 hour.  Would definitely recommend!

Amazing service for a reasonable price!!!! Called mid-day and Victor was able to come out within an hour. Not only did he repair the shower handle/leaking faucet outside but I got a great lesson in plumbing and repair. Great conversation, professional, and very quick. That night I had a river in my garage. My water heater busted and was gushing water everywhere.

The next morning I gave him a call, and he advised me on what to do to make sure my home had water, but the water heater was no longer leaking.
He also gave me options on repairs and was upfront about pricing and labor.

The next day I was told by my insurance that I'd have to arrange a temporary set up. Without missing a step, Victor figured it out without any notice and took care of us.

5 stars are not enough for Victor Lee and I gladly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.  I called him for a plumbing job at my rental house just based on his good Yelp reviews and I wasn't disappointed.  He responded quickly, showed up on time for the work, and did it right the first time - best of all he is reasonably priced.  It was clear to me that Victor knows plumbing; also he is easy to work with and a consummate professional.  So a couple of weeks later when my hot water heater broke, I called Victor and again he did an awesome job.  I have found my go to guy.

One of best plumbers I have encountered. Called him this morning on a SATURDAY and he came around noon the same day. He easily could have told me that he doesn't work on the weekends but he still came. He knows the knowledge needed to be a plumber and works in a fast manner and checks to make sure the job is done right. And plus he cleans up after his mess. Very polite. My kitchen sink had been a slow drainer for months.  Finally got to the point last week where it wouldn't drain at all.  Took to Yelp and found Victor Lee Plumbing on here with great reviews.  Gave him a call and made an appointment for him to come out today to take care of it for me.  Glad to say my kitchen sink drains as it should now.

I had a small emergency a few months ago that had to do with my ice maker and an upcoming party. Aztec Plumbing was recommended to me, but they had no one available and recommended Victor.
Well, he not only figured out the acute problem, but realized that my water pressure was far too high and blowing out not only the ice maker, but was the cause other problems I'd had. He fixed all promptly and efficiently, cleaned up everything beautifully, and was friendly and courteous.
Today, I had a bad bath fixture leak and the turnoffs under the sink had crumbled. He came out in response to my desperate pleas in just a couple of hours and repaired everything quickly.
He also let me know that the expensive recommendations made by another (major) plumbing company were not necessary and explained clearly why.
Victor is not only excellent at the job, reliable, and knowledgeable, but explains all his actions to me in understandable language.
He also thinks outside the parameters of the job he's called to do and looks at the ramifications that problem may have in other areas of the house.
I am delighted to have found him and plan to use him for all my plumbing issues in the future.
I have already recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so.

I highly recommend Victor Lee Plumbing.  Our long-time regular plumber wasn't available so he recommended Victor to us.  I didn't know what to expect.  Well, let me say I wasn't disappointed.  Victor was standing on my doorstep within 24 hours of my phone call to him.  He was professional, quick and efficient, and reasonably priced.  He listened carefully when I described my two problems and talked to me about the different approaches we could take.  When I wasn't quite sure about the results of the path we chose, without complaint or hesitation he switched to a bigger machine and solved the problem to my satisfaction.  He cleaned up the area and put everything back perfectly when he was done.  Moreover, he inadvertently fixed the second problem by fixing the first problem and didn't charge me for it.  And, he's friendly and funny.  Give Victor a call; he'll take care of you.

I can't praise Victor enough.  After trying many different plumbers over the years, I finally found someone who is efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, reasonable, and personable.  Victor has had some tough jobs at our house (massive tree roots in pipes!), I've found that there's nothing he can't do.  He will tell you if you need something to be done, he'll also tell you if what you're asking is unnecessary or can be done a different way.  I recommend Victor to everyone, and anyone who has used him stays with him.  It's so wonderful to have a dependable, pleasant plumber!

Victor is outstanding.  I called his number and he answered right away, and was able to give me an estimate and come over within a hour to  replaced the shower faucet with a new part.  I highly recommend for any plumbing need.   I will definitely call Victor again in the future.

I contacted Victor Lee because my garbage disposal was leaking.  He was able to come out the next day and did a fantastic job of not only replacing the unit, but re-routed the plumbing under the sink to clear up more space underneath.  He is very friendly, great sense of humor and reasonably priced.  We've been using his services for some time now, and recommend him to our customers, who have also been very happy with his work.

We need a plumber, had a couple of bad experiences with the heavily TV advertised plumbers who are hard sell and over priced. I went to Safari and looked for a local plumber and found Victor Lee who is located just around the corner from our home. Victor, a single proprietor, is very competent, friendly, quick working and has reasonable prices.
Over a period of 6 months he has:
Fixed a drain in vanity sink and installed garbage disposal.
Unclogged kitchen sink drain, added  stopcock to kitchen under sink RO system, a improvement over needle valve. Discovered leak in water meter box at curb, replaced shutoff valve added heavy duty PVC fittings to line, remove unused valve and supply line to lawn sprinkler system.

Victor is my go-to person in any plumbing emergency. He has maintained the pipes in my 1960's house for years, and has always been professional, timely and reasonably priced. He has also replaced my water heater and pressure valve at very fair prices and with expertise.  I honestly never think of anyone but Victor when I need a plumber. I highly recommend his work.

STOP searching call Victor Lee Plumbing now. VLP has been handling plumbing complaints at my investment property for years. He is very good with customer service I never had a tenant complain about his work, or attitude. I didn't hesitate to call him to fix a leak in my garage. He showed up on time and with a face mask ready to take on the leak. (July, 2020 Covid just shut CA down for the 2nd time) He has been in business for well over 30 years without a single TV commercial. If you're good like VLP is you don't need to spend thousands of dollars marketing. Word of mouth on sites like YELP are what matters. Warning do not use Craigslist, they do not have a rating system.

I ran into Victor Lee when he was doing work on my neighbors home. As he finished their work, he took time enough to talk to me out front about things that I needed done to my home. I asked for his business card and told him that I would call for an appointment to get estimates on replacing water supply lines under the house by way of a crawl space. Also behind kitchen and bathroom walls. He showed up in a timely manner and was very professional the whole time. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable in his 30 years plus trade. I have a little experience in my many years of being a home owner on whether or not someone is trying to take me for a ride. He is a stand up guy! After he gave me my estimate I was very pleased on the amount he said it would cost me. Before he left, I asked him if he could clean a drain out for me and he did it with no problem.
 I told Victor Lee that this big job that is going to take place in my home that I would need a little time to get new cabinets and countertops before I have him start. I will send out another review after the job is complete. I am confident that I am going to be very satisfied already.

Victor has been the plumber for my family for over 20 or more years. Just recently he came on a Sunday to temporarily get the my water heater started so we could have hot water until he could get a new one on Monday from his wholesale dealers.
