Very professional, efficient work done to our shower. Bought home, inspector suggested diverter changed out, previous owner hired handy man to do work and reversed water Valves. Making it only hot water coming from shower. Jesse gave us clear explanation, clean work, and customized our fix with installing a new Valve & Shower head with hidden behind the wall fix.

Carlos was a lifesaver! We had a yucy emergency at around 11:00PM at night, and although he had informed us that he had just got home to relax and eat something, he came out to help us anyway.  He was professional personable and courteous. What I liked about him, was that he provided us with an approximate price range, when others I called either didn't answere, gave me the run around and / or would not give me a emergency late night call out price range. One other thing I liked about him was,  he had his picture on his website, so when he showed up, I knew it was him.

My son flushed a wash cloth down the toilet. Had a plumber come out and snake it but a couple days later it backed up again. Got the run around from the previous plumber so I turned to Yelp. Mauricio came out on the same day I requested a quote. He pulled the toilet, snaked the drain and sent a camera down to verify there wasn't anything else. He was very humble and professional. Couldn't be happier.

We noticed some water stains on our walls, turns out we had a pinhole leak on a copper pipe. Home Perfect was very professional and quickly came to fix our issue. Strongly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

Put a request in on Yelp because the company I used before ghosted me. Home Leak and Drain replied, along with several others, but the reason they stood out was that they gave me a quick estimate for what I wanted right away (obviously not holding them to it) but I had one other company (to remain nameless here) came out in the morning and quoted me 9x as much for a simple camera scope and drain snake.

Well, after about 15 mins. No clog and seriously affordable rate for the not needed snake of my main line.  You can never be too careful especially with a house with a mind of its own.

So, now, Home Leak and Drain Solutions. You are now on my list of EXCELLENT, ABOVE THE BOARD service plumbing technicians I will use when I get paranoid again or if something really happens.

Express Plumbing responded to my request promptly. Daniel showed on time (both times I needed him), super friendly and a true pro. The job was completed flawlessly and at a reasonable price.

As a new homeowner I appreciate having access to a resource like Daniel, shows on time, does not charge for something you don't need, gives you recommendations and is someone you can count on. I can say we have found a plumber, I recommend him if you need help with any job.

CPL is timely, professional, accurate, and reasonably priced. They used advanced methods and equipment to pinpoint my front yard water leak before a single spec of dirt was moved. When the ground was opened it was to the exact location of the leak with just a small hole deep enough to access the pipe. I was able to perform the repair myself. They saved me the inconvenience of not having water for an extended period of time, tons of money, and more importantly tons of time.

I can not give enough praise to Alex of Charlie's Plumbing & Drain for coming to my rescue. He came to correct a colossal screwup and damage caused by another plumber who turned out to be incompetent. Alex was able to trace the exact reason the inept original guy's work was installed improperly and in fact turned out to not even be necessary. I wish I called Alex first and would have saved me so much money. His prices are more than reasonable and he is professionable, friendly, knowledgeable, arrives when he says he will and he explains exactly what the problem is, the fix, as well as the cost up front. He can be trusted to not try to sell you something you do not need. From now on Alex is my guy.

Dont do it!  if your repair requires calling a Supervisor.......Don't do it!  My repair required removing what I was told extensive root invasion under my toilet. The supervisor which included two people in addition to the original technician, implied the work would be extensive possibly requiring multiple days to repair. After agreeing to the proposal of $4600, which included a $1000 discount, the technician left for about an hour to get equipment and completed the job after he returned in  three  hours!

In short ARS. charged us $4600 for a total of 6 hours from the technician and 2 hours from a Supervisor. They also cover their rear ends by verifying with someone over the phone that you are in fact authorizing the charge....that you have someone else with your during this approval and reiterate, in writing, the work to be done.

WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THE MAIN OFFICE STATED THE WORK WAS NOT PROPOSED ON THE AMOUNT  OF TIME THE JOB REQUIRED. WHEN I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR TO RETURN MY CALL......I HEARD NOTHING.

ARS is a scam and takes advantage!

Really pleased with the service from Travis. He came within an hour of my call, took care of the entire problem in just a few hours, and explained everything thoroughly. And the price was almost $1000 less than big company in town!

Daniel was awesome! I had gotten 5 separate bids and Daniel's rates were very reasonable compared to others. He is licensed so there were no worries there. He communicated with me clearly from the start - from responding to multiple emails answering my questions prior to his arrival to great customer service while he was here. He was honest, efficient, no-nonsence, kind and delivered a great product with ease. I would highly recommend him.

Our apartment management company uses Duke's as their go to for plumbing issues, so I didn't know what to expect when they said they were sending someone from Duke's...but I was happy to find out that Duke's plumbing is great! They called me and were patient with my weird College schedule and put me in at a time when I would be around. The day of the repair came and they were prompt and efficient with the work and were very polite. I couldn't really ask for much else! 5/5

I recommended these guys to our neighbor. She was very happy with them (and she's kind of a Karen‍).

We've moved into our place in March and have used TL Premier Plumbing about four times. They've replaced shower heads, cartridges, and the garbage disposal, and snaked a few drains. Each time Manny, Ivan and Effrin (sp?), have been timely and professional. I'm so thankful that I stumbled upon them. We will definitely be using them for all of our future plumbing

Eddie is awesome. He has installed many things at my home. Most recently I had a hair pin leak in the attic over my dinning room table. I called Eddie that morning and he came out that afternoon, located the leak and patched it.

We had a hot water pipe leak. Jay was great. Very prompt, thorough, nice and affordable. Definitely someone I would recommend during stressful pluming issues.

The hot water at my apartment complex has been on the fritz for over TWO WEEKS (this is a conservative estimate). One week ago, Pride Plumbing came, inspected each unit individually, and determined the problem to be fixable...FOUR DAYS LATER. After yet another weekend without hot water (the THIRD weekend in a row), guess what didn't get fixed? That's right. The solution we eagerly waited four additional days for was not, in fact, the solution.  Today, these horrible diagnosers of problems and even worse customer service providers have determined the source of our problem as something they can certainly fix. NEXT WEEK. Literally 7 days from today.  For anyone who's been keeping track, it will be a FULL MONTH WITHOUT HOT WATER before the problem is solved. ...I hope.
Please, please, find a different plumber. Ask your neighbor, or even your Mom for help. I am quite sure my cat has a greater sense of urgency than this company. And she's a CAT.

Made an appointment for 12-1pm. No call no show by 1:45pm so I called their number. Looks like they scheduled the wrong day and time. I will not be using their services but other providers instead.
