I called and Jesse was at my house in less than 30 minutes. He went to get parts and within an hour he completely fixed my leaky faucet. He was quick, professional and affordable! I will definitely recommend Jesse to my friends and neighbors! Thank you!!!!!

My plumbing overflowed into my front yard during my housewarming party!  I called Carlos and he was there within minutes.  Turns out plumbing from 1928 and tree roots in the pipes do not mix.  Carlos worked all weekend to make sure I had working plumbing.  He replaced all of the pipes down to the street and made sure everything else was clear, all for a great price.  He was very professional and up front with all of the options and worked around my schedule to get the job done as quickly as possible.  I highly recommend this company!

We had a plumbing issue inside the house and I called a company we've used several times before to fix the problem. They replaced a cartridge in the bath/shower handle. While fixing that problem, it was determined that we also needed to have our house water pressure regulator replaced. They gave me a bid. I called Exodus for a second bid and found they'd do the job for 25% less, so I went with Exodus. I thought they might charge extra because it was a Saturday, but they didn't.  

Mauricio first checked the water pressure to the house to confirm the regulator needed to be replaced. He was thorough, fast, efficient, and friendly. And he did the job for considerably less than the other company was going to charge. Great job!

Meanwhile, the job done by the other company appeared to be having a slight leak. I called them back and they determined that a valve in the shower handle might also need replacing. They gave me a bid. I called Exodus for a second bid. Mauricio came out, took off the handle to check the cartridge, put things back together and tightened them up, and there was no leak. I don't know if he just tightened things better or what, but the dripping stopped. Mauricio didn't even charge me anything for the visit.

Exodus will be my first call for future plumbing problems!

James responded to inquiry promptly on Saturday. Would have charged $190 for overtime but advised me against that for small job of flappers and shutoff valve. Came Monday when some of the other inquiries to plumbers were still asking me for a time for them to estimate (not do) simple job later on. Quoted acceptable price, did every step well.  Checked back physically on Tuesday and said no more work needed rather than essentially replacing most of toilet for which I had steeled myself to expect. Everything is fine several days later and he saved me a lot of money--the mark of an honest artisan/craftsman. Easy to work with.

I had a slow draining kitchen sink. Home Leak and Drain Solutions responded promptly and had the drain cleared in no time. They were polite and courteous, even covered their shoes to protect my floor. After the drain was cleared, the plumber (sorry I don't remember his name) recommended that I pour a large pot of boiling water down the drain to thoroughly flush out what he had cleared. He waited the extra time while the water boiled just to make sure I it would all go well and that the drain was truly cleared. All of this for just $69! The other plumber I called gave me a 'discount' price of $300. If you have a plumbing problem, don't mess around with any other company. Go straight to Home Leak and Drain! You won't be disappointed!

Express Plumbing responded to my request promptly. Daniel showed on time (both times I needed him), super friendly and a true pro. The job was completed flawlessly and at a reasonable price.

As a new homeowner I appreciate having access to a resource like Daniel, shows on time, does not charge for something you don't need, gives you recommendations and is someone you can count on. I can say we have found a plumber, I recommend him if you need help with any job.

The technician was very courteous and friendly.  I can't remember his name but his initials are SA.  I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to locate a major cold water line slab leak.  He even called my plumber and explained what he found and how he marked the flooring showing the direction of the pipes involved.  Thank you CPL!  Your prices are fair and reasonable.  I highly recommend your services!!

Honest and fast service! We bought a new home and had plumbing problems right away. Alex was able to consult with us to make sure the insurance company was doing the job right. He's helped us other times too with same day service. We really appreciate his knowledge and reliable service.

I have used 4 different plumbers and I'm used to being cheated so I waited to post this review. I've been cheated extensively by Bill Howe plumbing and Elite Router! so I'm super cynical. This company has been fair efficient and decent. My tenant's toilet kept clogging. ARS came and sold me some $1500 drain flushing extravaganza that I was and still am doubtful that I actually needed. That said, it did not fix the problem so I did not need that $1500 fix . However here is why the 5 stars. Since that expensive Fix that didn't work, I have had ARS out here 4 or 5 times including night and weekend emergency . They have come without question and without charge. In other words they stood behind their work. The workers are clean and polite. I'm especially pleased with Cole and Scott and Bill. They've been super helpful and I don't feel that the other than the $1500 sewer flushing that I didn't need, they don't try to shove other alleged phony expensive fixes on me. I would also add that the receptionists and dispatchers are helpful and efficient and polite.   They keep me apprised of the appointment status and go out of their way to be helpful. I might change my review in time but right now no one is more surprised than me that I'm giving them 5 stars. I'm 75 and a woman -- I'm used to getting cheated but I actually am pretty happy with this company although I still doubt I needed the $1500 drain flush.

Travis came to fix my leaking sink and replace my garbage disposal. He was responsive, informative and very friendly. I will be contacting him again for when I need to replace my sink and faucet. Thank you for getting the job done correctly and quickly!

Daniel is AMAZING!  Finally I've found a professional, skilled, and honest plumber.  I purchased a very cute Spanish style 1930's home.  Since it's an older home it comes with its fare shares of plumbing issues.  I have had some experiences with other plumbers who were late, expensive, and did poor work.  Thank god I was referred by a friend to use Daniel.  Recently he has fixed my reverse osmosis system, garbage disposal, and installed my new tankless water heater!  I couldn't be happier with the work.  Daniel is a true master of his craft and takes pride in his work! Thank you Daniel!

Jerry a foreman from Duke's plumbing is awesome. I used them for a bathroom remodel. Jerry came by daily to keep me posted on what to expect and how the daily progress was coming along. He is easy to communicate with and got back to me promptly when I had questions. We stayed on schedule, actually they finished early. Jerry and his team were very professional. This has been the best experience with a plumber. As an Executive Manager of a YMCA and a property owner it is difficult to obtain exceptional service at a reasonable price, with up front honesty. All the work completed has been exceptional and resolved.  No call backs, follow ups or complaints. I usually obtain 3 quotes before moving forward. TL plumbing gave me the best price and it was way more detailed in their work. On top, it is guaranteed. My highest recommendations.

My son and his wife rent a house from us in CV. They complained that the water pressure in their showers was extremely low. Eddie, dressed in mask and gloves (Covid-19 precautions) showed up and determined quickly that the lines were full of calcium buildup (thanks to San Diego water.) He flushed the lines and restored the water pressure to the delight of my daughter-in-law. He did so at a reasonable price. We will keep his number on our iPhone for future needs.

This guy is so shady. I reached out to him to get a quote for 2 things to get done: installing our new kitchen faucet and replacing the shut off valve. He initially quoted me $180 + $10 for the material (aka the shut off valve). When I asked him to give me a quote to do JUST the faucet, he quoted me $190!! SHADY SHADY BUSINESS! How did he go from doing two things at that price to overcharging me to install a sink?! I called him out on it and his response was SO INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!
This was his response when I called him out on his SHADY PRICING: Okay well since you don't sound serious and you keep shopping I'll clear the board and pass on your time time schedule I have other people want to schedule

He made an ASS out of himself for ASSUMING I was shopping around when I have every right to request a quote. I also live Downtown in a high rise and was trying to coordinate the water shut off with my HOA. Everyone (BUT GABRIEL) knows how difficult it is dealing with HOA and getting a timely response out of them. So I asked Gabriel to come out with the CAVEAT that I am still waiting for confirmation from HOA. I heard back from HOA and they require a 7 business day notice so I had to cancel my appt with Gabriel. Low and behold this asshole responds that he'll never service me again.

Hey Gabriel, good luck getting new customers. I'll make sure to share this experience with all of my friends and family.

I can't do math? You didn't even give me your hourly pricing until AFTER I CALLED YOU OUT ON YOUR SHADY QUOTE. And 4 calls? YOU DIDN'T ANSWER ANY OF THE CALLS! How are you missing out on allllll of this work when you have time to immediately respond to a yelp review? As a paying customer, I have every right to ask for a quote and if you don't have a cancellation policy, then don't complain.

Pride Plumbing was doing work at one of my neighbors' units and I asked if they could come over and fix an issue with my toilet while they were there. They came right over and didn't mind that I popped up this job for them. They were quick, professional and got everything fixed perfectly. Thank you to Javier D and I wish I could remember the other guy's name. They are the best!

Great service... called on Tuesday am and they scheduled me for a drain cleaning the next day.Aziz did a great job, in and out in less than a hr and only charged $53... spent almost that amount on drain cleaner before I saw their ad! Highly recommed this company.
