I need to move my gas water heater from the garage to outside. After wasting my time with 5 other plumbers, I texted Jesse asking for a price quote. His response was shocking. He asked me all the detail about my water heater and gave a price quote half of the other guys within 5 minutes. In addition, he stated he can start the whole project the next morning. Meanwhile, the other guys were asking me for an arm and a leg and cannot show up at my door until next week.

Jesse appointment time was 9am and he showed up at my door at 8:55 am ready to work with mask and gloves on. His craftmanship is excellent, the service is professional, and his price is affordable. During his time at my house, he was highly focused on his work unlike other guys who just kept their eyes on their phone. I forget to get one of the water values from Home Depot and he gave it to me for free. It is a blessing to have Jesse as my plumber and his phone number will be on my speed dial from now on.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable with what is needed to be done.  Jesse is a easy-going guy.  I called in the morning and he was at my place within 30 minutes.  Great customer servicing.  He gave me a great price for his service.  Also, Best Price Plumbing is licensed and insured.  Don't go with the non-licensed plumbers.

I actually did not realize that Best Price Plumbing was going to be doing the plumbing repair at my condominium, because I called and booked my appointment with Castillo Plumbing.  I am told that they are a conglomerate, and that whichever plumbing division is available, gets called out.  

So, it turned out to be okay--the work was completed, and it seems to be just fine.

And, the repair person was even at my condo before I was which really surprised me.

I've had Jesse over on a few different occasions for various issues including a broken water shutoff valve that needed replacing.  The prices have always been fair.  When we learned that my sewer line (20 feet under a bank due to the hilly area) needed replacement, I was concerned about the collateral damage that would be done to my landscaping with all that digging.  It turns out that my concerns were unfounded.  The crew did a very conscientious job of limiting their footprint and returning everything where it belonged afterwards.  You couldn't even tell they had worked on it.

Jesse was very knowledgeable and went right to work.  He was also very courteous, personable and displayed excellent professionalism when dealing with me. He took his time while making sure that the existing problem was fixed - Jesse even cleaned up by removing debris, old parts and dusted as much as he can.  In the end, his pricing was extremely fair and an overall good ending to my disaster. We live in newer construction, and discovered that our water pressure was extremely high, and we had other various plumbing issues in our home.  We called Best Price Plumbing and he came out right away, assessed our situation, and gave us a quote immediately.  It was considerably lower than any other quotes we had received.  He scheduled an appointment for the following day at a specific time.  I appreciated that it wasn't for a window of time.  I knew precisely when he was coming.  During the appointment , he was quick, efficient, and professional.  Everything is working perfectly, and we have a one-year warranty on parts and labor.  I will definitelybe calling Best Price Plumbing again, and will be recommending to all my friends.

Jesse works alone so he is sometimes hard to reach but he will returns our call, quickly. The prices are great, and the service is excellent. He is professional, friendly, and reliable. He has always given us honest opinions about our about plumbing situation.

I've said it here before, and I am here to say it again. Jesse for the win! Best Price Plumbing owner Jesse came to the rescue. As an inexperienced plumber/handywoman I decided to take on the task of replacing the valves and the flapper assembly on my own. Well....I bit off more than I could chew and there were some bolts that I could not take care of and realized I was out of my league! I messaged Jesse and within 2 hours he was here. Less than an hour after arriving he had drilled the bolts out, fixed my mess and was out the door. This is a family business, with Jesse Garcia being the second generation plumber.  Jesse Garcia, his dad and their family crew members work well together, since they are in sync, and staffing is not an issue, to get the project done on time. Both Jesse and his father are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.  They always answer my questions patiently and honestly. They recently redid my mainline from the house to the city connection.  Their pricing is fair and they have a longer timeline warranty than other companies. Give them a call.

Our clog was too far for Jesse's equipment to reach, so he didn't charge us for finding that out and gave us lots of good advice.

Very professional, efficient work done to our shower. Bought home, inspector suggested diverter changed out, previous owner hired handy man to do work and reversed water Valves. Making it only hot water coming from shower. Jesse gave us clear explanation, clean work, and customized our fix with installing a new Valve & Shower head with hidden behind the wall fix.

Had a leak in the garage ,   called and got Jesse  booked to see me today. Arrived earlier, as he became freed up sooner then thought.   Excellence service, very timely,  communicative, and  price was fantastic.   Will recommend him to all my friends and family.

This Gentleman/ plumber asked clarification about my plumbing needs, told me it sounded like a fairly simple job though he was already booked!

Jessie completed the whole house sewage piping on our 1929 house within a week of being called.    He's professional, kept to schedule, clean, and did a couple extra add on's.   He made sure we were comfortable and not lacking service for too long.  Thanks Jessie.
