Experienced (knowledgeable), honest, patient (with answering my multiple questions and concerns), reasonably priced, safety oriented--these were some of the qualities I was looking for when researching plumbing companies to replace my 24-year-old garbage disposal.

Last year, Manny was working at a house in my neighborhood, and I asked him for his card. When my Badger 5 disposal recently stopped working, I checked YELP for reviews of TL Premier Plumbing (very impressive reviews), and called Manny for a quote. He replaced my Badger 5 a few days ago. Ivan came out to give a quote. I loved his straighforwardness, and accepted what he stated. He scheduled me for the same day and completed the job quickly and efficiently, double checking to see everything was okay. I did not give five stars for the simple reason...and here it may be just my being miserly...that the costs were rather high. Replacing the upper part of a bathtub overflow fitting..cost 250.00.

Update: Ivan was out yesterday to fix a leak. He was in and out, and super friendly as usual. These guys are great!

I recommended these guys to our neighbor. She was very happy with them (and she's kind of a Karen‍).

We've moved into our place in March and have used TL Premier Plumbing about four times. They've replaced shower heads, cartridges, and the garbage disposal, and snaked a few drains. Each time Manny, Ivan and Effrin (sp?), have been timely and professional. I'm so thankful that I stumbled upon them. We will definitely be using them for all of our future plumbing

Used them again when I wanted all the toilets in the house replaced. They were able to give me an awesome quote to pick up the 3 toilets (Home Depot doesn't deliver toilets), install the toilets, and also remove the old toilets. Don completed the work perfectly! :]

Used them a third time when I experienced the unfortunate event of having an old drain pipe in the ceiling burst. They helped me get in touch with a flood company and my insurance company. If you need anyone to hold your hand while you wrestle with the insurance company folks these are your guys! I'm happy to say I won't have any leaks anytime soon because they have replaced all my old copper pipes. It's estimated that the copper pipes were as old as this house, a 1960's! Scheduling was very flexible. In no particular order, Manny, Ivan, Gio, and Don are an amazing team! Fantastic communication and I was informed about everything that was going on and what to expect every single step of the way.

I will continue to use them for any and all of my plumbing needs. Although I hope they won't have to see me anytime soon. Already had to use them 3 times within the last 6 months. They might be getting tired of seeing me, haha! =]

These guys are amazing! I had needed someone to hook up my washer and dryer last minute and probably called 10 different people. Everyone turned down the job or wasn't available for the week. I reiterate what another reviewer, Daniel S., wrote this month: If you are reading this review, I'd just save yourself the time I did researching plumbers and book these guys. You will be thrilled! I spoke with Manny on a Friday afternoon and explained to him that three other companies had quoted us $4500 to $5000 to clear the sewer blockage in our guest bathroom, which involved jack-hammering up the floor and removing roots in the line. I had a house full of guests arriving in three weeks and needed that bathroom working. I was looking for a quicker, cheaper way forward. Monday afternoon Manny came with his men to trouble shoot the problem. Once they removed the toilet they were able to removed the roots which were readily accessible, which was lucky for us. He charged $250 for that. I opted to have him run a camera to make sure no more roots were in the line, for $250. It was all clear, the problem solved on the first business day after I called him, for a total of $500. How loud can I sing the praises of Manny and his men! No more stress of redoing the bathroom floor, everything so easy and professional and Manny saved me probably $6000 when you add in the price of redoing the tile work. The other plumbers did not even consider there might be an easier, cheaper fix. Call Manny for his honesty, expertise, promptness and the money he will save you. We are so happy we did.

Our remodel project turned in to a nightmare and had to bring in a plumber to replace some water values and hook back up the sink after our new cabinets were put in.

We are new to the area and I didn't know who to call. Found these guys on Yelp and I had a very similar experience to the other reviews. Manny was great to work with. We live in an HOA so he came out and gave a quote and we choose a day where we could give notice at the complex. He was here early and got the work done quick, right on estimate. My home was built in the 1960's - that tells you how old the plumbing is!
When the hot water handle in my master bathroom tub stopped working I called TL Premier Plumbing. Manny Ruiz, senior field specialist, came at 1 PM the next day and determined that a new cartridge was needed. Where do you get a new cartridge for 60 year old plumbing?
Manny checked out two resources here in San Diego and came back to our house to make sure the cartridge would work. From my perspective this specialist went above and beyond to make sure the work was right and he kept me informed on everything included labor and parts cost. Manny was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He kept to all CDC recommendations which put me at ease. I recommend Manny and TL Premier Plumbing without reservation and will contact them with all plumbing and drain needs in the future.

Highly recommend! Kitchen sink was clogged, decided to go with these guys based on reviews and we try to support small, local businesses. Contacted them for a quote via yelp app and heard back within a few minutes. They had a tech contact us as discussed and our to our home within 24 hours (although this wasn't an emergency or anything). Technician, Robert, was friendly and was even nice enough to wear shoe booties (thanks for that, we don't like shoes in the house and so many people don't even ask!). Repair was quick, he explained everything to us,

It is always a surprise to find a professional in their field of expertise that you would actually hire again. I was very impressed with this company, specifically, Manny and Ivan. Once I submitted the request, I heard within 24 hours and was able to set up appointment two days later. My situation was not an emergency. Appointments were kept, they were punctual, considerate, personable and knowledgeable. We felt very confident with the relocation of our gas line to our stove so the range could slide almost all the way back into the space. I highly recommend TL plumbing. The angle stops under our kitchen sink had started gushing water. These guys are top notch. Called them before 7 AM and they were here that morning with several communications on their status of arrival. Manny quickly cleared our drains and took the time to explain the deterioration in our pipes and our options for old deterioration of cast-iron.

We have used several plumbers over the years and this was the best service we've ever had. We will never use another plumber again for any drain service needs including our inevitable pipe replacement or relining project.

These guys are amazing...specifically Manny. Lower prices and more quality service..he also came out at midnight when we had a major issue at our house. He packaged together a great deal to snake, hydrojet (most plumbers don't do and it's recommended especially for older pipes), and do clean outs at house and rental property. Isaac and Manny! Manny and Isaac! It doesn't matter the order you say their names. It's a win-win both ways! For the next person that calls TL Premier Plumbing you are in for a treat. This team is a solution-focused powerhouse of skill, professionalism, and muscle, that spent the last three days under, and in, my home undoing a mess of Jerry-rigs to 70-year-old cast iron. To the previous people that have come before me and made the weird modifications to this great house, I have one question for you. WTF!
I have to say thank you many times over to these gentlemen for coming out and working their magic. Nevertheless, renewing my faith in plumbers, after a long ordeal with a hideous Home warranty company, Fidelity, and two of their contracted plumbing companies... We hired TL premier plumbing first to install a gas line for our kitchen renovation. I haven't used this company yet but when I called Mike he respond very quick my neighbor across the street use them twice. One was to put in her disposable inner sink and fix her toilet she said they did a good job I will keep the information and if I need to use them in a future I will. Manny is great, he is professional, courteous and does quality work. He was able to come the day after I called him. As a new home owner Manny provided plenty of maintenance tips and made sure I knew how everything worked.
I needed a few faucet installations, a garbage disposal installed and my bath faucet fixed. Everything was done in a timely manner and everything works as it should.

I needed a water heater replaced and Ivan did the job correctly flawlessly and fast. The initial water heater that was install came broken from the manufacturer which was under warranty but not for the labor coverage that Manny the owner had gladly cover for me since this came out to be a charge for me. This is the first time I've had a great experience with a plumber! Manny was able to give me a quote for a simple job via text, was on time, professional and gave me a fair price. I had used a different company before to install a garbage disposal and that company did a poor installation job and were expensive. I want to preface this by saying I am a contractor who has done hands on plumbing (pool & spa not house) and has a very good understanding of what is quality work vs. what is not. I also am extremely particular with how I take care of my clients and I expect the same from anyone doing work for me.

Manny and his crew (all awesome) did a large variety of work at my new home across a period of months (my fault not theirs). Very rare to find plumbers who can excel at such a wide breadth of work - I don't think there's anything too small or too big for them - and also are willing to take it on.

These guys are top notch all around - service, professionalism, work product, and the price you are paying is very fair, especially considering that. I had three plumbers bid the work after sifting through a few dozen on Yelp and other places by looking at work product in photos and reviews and I can honestly say they met or exceeded my expectations in every area.

If you are reading this review, I'd just save yourself the time I did researching plumbers and book these guys. You will be thrilled!

We needed a plumber to fix a leak in our shower. I searched for plumbers with good reviews on yelp and came across TL premier plumbing. Robert just finished the job and not only was he very pleasant but very knowledgeable. He did an amazing job. I don't remember ever having a pleasant experience dealing with a plumber before. We will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Needed bathroom sink installed and new supply lines and shut off valves. All of this was explained ahead of time and I texted them to bring shut off valves/supply lines. I provided sink. The tech said they don't buy parts until work is approved. But you would think these common items would already be in the van. Soo waited for him to go to store buy them and return. Expensive too. Overall not impressed. Tech did install everything correctly.

This has been the best experience with a plumber. As an Executive Manager of a YMCA and a property owner it is difficult to obtain exceptional service at a reasonable price, with up front honesty. Our community hired TL to redo the cast iron pipes in our garages. We looked at multiple plumbers and decided on TL because of their thorough bid, prompt replies to our messages, and a reasonable price. Some plumbers gave us outrageous bids without any details, however TL was extremely professional and prompt.

The specific plumber we worked with was Manny. Great guy, he responds to all our texts, he let us know promptly about any issues that came up during the re-piping, including problems and we were able to solve each one as they came up.

Manny and his team was also prompt about the post install testing and tightening any pipes as needed.

TL will be the first choice plumber for our future needs.

An unexpected gas leak is about as pleasant as an unexpected root canal. There's no way you want to deal with it, but when you're faced with it, there is no way that you can avoid it. In these situations you're vulnerable and need someone you can trust. During a routine inspection SDG&E found a gas leak at my house. They turned off my gas and said This is on you. call us when you get it fixed. I did some quick research and decided to put my trust in TL Premier Plumbing. And yes... I'm so glad I did. These guys came to my house the next day, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. I signed off and they started working and didn't stop till the job was done. On top of fixing the leak, they also helped me with the City. I live in a historical district and getting the permit and inspector was a hassle! I couldn't have done it without these guys. These guys go above and beyond, and are downright good people. Ten out of ten. Highly recommended!

This is the first review I've ever left on Yelp but I am SO satisfied with TL Premier Plumbing that I want to write a review so others can also benefit from their services. I needed to replace my old toilet and called to set up a time. Manny responded quickly and made an immediate appointment convenient for my schedule. We decided that I would order the toilet on line and the TL Premier Plumbers would pick it up at Home Depot for me. WOW!!!!! Well, when they brought the toilet, it was actually not the one I had ordered so they not only returned it to Home Depot, but picked up the correct toilet and brought it to install. This saved me SO much time and energy. Ivan and Efren were the plumbers who did the work and they were incredibly patient, helpful, knowledgeable, CLEAN, efficient and hard-working. I felt like I was in good hands and they completed the job in about 1/2 hour. Additionally, the installation fee was very reasonable and they didn't charge me for picking up the toilets TWICE at Home Depot. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They know their stuff and do the work in a kind and efficient manner. Excellent plumbing skills, excellent customer service.

After I got several estimates for a bad slab leak, I chose TL plumbing. They gave me a good price, slightly cheaper than the rest of their competitors. But I hired them because Manny was very informative, flexible with ideas, honest, and professional. I tend to be very skeptical with choosing people and I hate feeling like someone is trying to sell me or force me into something they want, which other people did. I felt like I could trust him. Manny and Ivan, came out in the heat, worked hard rerouting my hot water, answered all our questions, and tested everything to make sure everything was done working perfectly. Our home had a problem with one of our shower stalls backing up whenever any drain was used. It didn't matter if it was the toilet being flushed or the bathroom sink being used, water would rapidly build up. I reached out for a quote around 10am and they arrived less than 3 hours later. Randy was my guy and he was very communicative and worked tirelessly, tackling the problem from different ways until he managed to clear the clog! He tested the drain thoroughly afterwards to ensure the problem is solved. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future! Good job Randy!

Big thanks to Ivan, Efrin, Manny, and the whole TL Premier crew that helped us out figure out what was going on. Super quick response time via Yelp was super appreciated, with a fair quote.

We couldn't pin down the exact symptoms on the first visit, no real fault of the TL team at all in this, and were gracious enough to come back to help troubleshoot it further. One hydro jet later and our kitchen line problem is solved. Don't think it was that easy either - with the twist and turns to our piping this required some effort from the team and they did a top notch job.

They didn't run up the costs, were fair and up front on service options/pricing, and didn't pressure any decision making.

Not sure I can really ask more out of a plumbing service. They are getting first crack at future calls.

Manny is awesome!!

We scheduled a time to meet. He was there on time and gave me a call to let me know he was on his way.

My situation is that I needed to have a toilet installed in a hurry. I got a hold of Manny through Yelp and he contacted me pretty quickly.

He did a great job on the install and at a reasonable price.

In addition to the toilet install, I have a leaking shower that he took a look at and is working on finding the parts to repair it (as it is an older model and replacement would mean removing a section of elaborate tile work). I appreciate the extra effort to hopefully avoid replacing the valve.

Very knowledgeable plumber and has a lot of experience .

I have multiple rentals and Manny is now my new plumber.

My experience with TL Premier Plumbing's High Pricing & Incorrect Diagnosis. Be careful if they find more than one leak.
1. They insisted that I sign a document on their laptop agreeing to a $250 leak detection.
2. Leak detection usually involves specialized equipment to detect leaks in concrete slabs and walls, where access is limited. I was surprised that they didn't use detection equipment, but just felt the walls for moisture. Because there was a little moisture on the drywall under the sink, they opened it up, but couldn't find a leak at that location. They opened another drywall area behind the dishwasher and finally found the leak. I've never had a plumber charge me to open drywall and then give me a separate price for repairs. Most plumbers charge for a leak search and apply it to the final repair bill.
3. TL Premier Plumbing determined there were three leaks. Their estimate to fix all three leaks and replace the kitchen faucet was $1,250 as long as I provided the faucet. In addition, they stated that they would need to open the stucco on the exterior wall to repair the leaks, which would have added an additional stucco repair bill. They clamped the leak and wanted to return the following day. Thankfully, they wanted come back. I trusted their diagnosis and would have agreed to the repair of those three leaks on the same day, because I trusted them.
4. I called another plumber, #2, for another quote. When they arrived, they only found one leak. The primary leak was dripping to a connecting pipe further down, which is why it appeared as if there was a second leak. The kitchen faucet was not leaking at all. The condensation from the primary leak made it seem as if there was a third leak. Plumber #2 fixed the leak at an hourly rate of $105. There was no need to open the stucco exterior wall either. All the repairs were done from the interior of the house. If Plumber #2 were to do a leak search (not detection), they would charge a $150 flat fee, and then apply that fee to the final cost of repairs.
Bottom line: The correct appraisal by Plumber #2 led to the leak being fixed for $295.00 - total. TL Premier Plumbing would have charged $1250.00 - four times the cost! Based on my experience, I do not recommend TL Premier Plumbing.

An absolute lifesaver of a company! After an incompetent plumbing company was sent to us through our home warranty and literally made the situation worse, we found TL Premier Plumbing on Yelp and they were here within the hour and fixed a very bad situation in 10 minutes time. They were unbelievably professional, clear as day in their explanations, and Manny was as personal and reassuring an individual as a very unhappy homeowner could have asked for! I recently had to install a new kitchen sink in my house and I was struggling to find a right company to do the project. Among three companies that I picked from Yelp(based on reviews) they're the most reliable one because they delivered what they promised without adding any other extra charges. To be honest, there are so many fake good reviews on Yelp and if you chose a wrong one, you might get scammed very easily. First company almost charged me with double price what TL premier provided and when I asked if there is any discount, they brutally didn't reply me back. The second company told me that they're too busy to deal with small project like this. I was like WTF? People don't want to make money? Manny, who is running TL premier plumbing company, is a very humble guy and he made sure my sink got installed properly without any other extra charges. Their service is extremely fast and professional. I'm so happy to hire them to finish my project. If I do have projects in the future I will definitely hire them again. Thank you guys !

Miguel from TL Premier arrived within an hour to fix a leaking hose bib (was flowing @ 1gal/hr at one point). He quickly decided to replace the 23 year old valve. He had to deal with dribbling pipe water slowly draining from the house which prevented him from effectively heating the joint to remove the corroded-on valve stem from the copper stub from the house. He patiently and carefully had to cut away the valve then section the remaining valve collar with a saw so he could peel it off and preserve the copper pipe stub. Once removed he made quick work of cleaning the pipe, soldering a threaded collar to the copper pipe and then screwing in a new valve. He was courteous, professional, careful and persistent. I found this service through YELP after reading their reviews. I spoke to Manny and he seemed to know what my problem was..it was not easy. He sent his plumber and was in contact with him as they trouble shot the problem and told me they would need more parts for the problem. He was back the next morning and handled the entire problem with our toilet plumbing. I was surprised the next day when Manny also came by the make sure it all went well. The part which looked like a collar was attached beautifully, neat and clean! I was so grateful for Manny's expertise and for the very competent and courteous gentleman he sent over.
