Daniel was very professional and courteous. He drove 45 mins to my house to look at my leaking water filter. He explained to great details what happened, where it went wrong. I mentioned that I just bought a water softeners from Costco. He took a look at it and advised me to return the product. His price was quite low if you factor in all the labor and parts.

Daniel was amazing! He was very professional he came out and explained everything about my hard water softener. He even mentioned that he could help out with other handyman duties around the house such as fans, Disposals, lighting, hot water heater's...etc. I will definitely be calling him again if I need any handyman services. After recommendation from one of my close friends,  contacted these guys to install RO water purifier at my home - Dan was very professional knew what he was doing - he and his team installed a 6 stage purifier and also drilled a hole in the counter top.

The prices were best among the 8 quotes that I received - few big/famous shops gave me quote which was $200 above what I paid - they were installing the exact same RO system (Ultima 6 stage) . I am quite satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend.

Daniel was the best decision I made to service my RO system offering the best solution for my cartridge-less unit and retrofitted to cartridge style system that will help me save money in the long run and still provide me with the best water quality. Daniel was great! He responds very quickly to texts and calls. He installed a 6stage RO system in 30 mins. Water taste amazing! He even hooked up my fridge for the ice maker and matched the color and style of my faucet for free (other companies charge for this). He provides competitive pricing against the market now.

I will be using him for my soft water system in the near future!

Wow Daniel is amazing, super fast and VERY VERY affordable. He installed a water softener in our house and had to go off the main line into the house because we didn't have a feed specifically for the water softener. He had to solder some pipes and did a great job doing that. Very professional. Also the water softener is great, it has made such a difference in just a few weeks. Even though I don't drink the water out of the tap usually, the water now tastes 100 times better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Maybe I should have chosen a more professional service than DKROSystems to purchase and install my water softener.  Cheaper price always come with a cost!  I ended up having a system without any operating knowledge.  The man talked briefly on how to use the softener and left me with neither instructions nor operation manual to read.   He did a quick setup on just the time and leaving everything else having the default values. He then told me that I shouldn't touch or change anything but to just add salt to use. Excuse me?  As an owner don't you think I have a need to know about the choices to setup?  And if you had a question it would take forever to get an answer.  So, choose wisely, spend less money and face less quality service or spend more and receive a better one.  Not worth it!  Never seek similar services again.

Great service and reasonable price. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the system. He took time to answer every question. I recommend him for plumbing, water softener repair or any other issues.

My water softener went out after 14ish years, probably twice as long as it should've lasted.

This guy is a soft water and reverse osmosis expert. I just basically described how the laundry room box drain next to the hot and cold was trickling instead of cycling every few days for the water softener, he already knew it was the meter. No one else I called would remotely give me a quote or an idea of what to could like this over the phone. I didn't even know water softeners had meters that countdown for when they cycle.

Options were either a couple hundred dollars if I wanted to replace the millimeter, a few hundred dollars if I wanted to switch out the resin in the tank or a whole new system was about $1000 bucks. That was competitive and some cases a few hundred dollars less than what many were charging. I opted for the replacement. He came on time, got it installed in about a half an hour, and it was exactly price as agreed for all labor and new water softener.

Not sure how much of the valley he covers maybe everywhere but this is south east valley south Chandler area and Gilbert. The gentleman's name is Daniel that runs it.

literally I called on a Saturday and he picked up the phone, I texted him photos of my system, and it was installed on a Tuesday, 3 days later. I think that's pretty quick, good service.

I was happy with the communication, the responsiveness, the effort, peace of mind that it is solved, and the overall pretty good value.

Note: they don't take away the old salt & tank. I just shoveled all that into the trash. EZ.

Called up Dan for a water softener and whole house water filter. He asked if my house had a loop. Sent him a picture of the loop and he got back to me with a quote. He came the very next day and installed the softener and filter within 2 hours. Showed me how it functions, what are the things to keep in mind for it to continue functioning properly and assured me if there are any issues to call him and he would take care of it. So far the experience has been smooth and pleasant.

Daniel recently installed a new R/O system in my house. From the initial contact he was extremely knowledgeable about the system and its benefits. He came over the same evening to install it. He was able to drill the whole in my granite counter to add the RO faucet and even plumbed it directly to my refrigerator. Not only did he do a great job on the installation, but he also went out of his way to get a similar matching faucet to my kitchen faucet from a local plumbing supply store. The faucet even has a built in LED light that alerts you when it's time to replace the RO filters. The system was up and running within an hour! As it turns out his company also installs water softeners making him a one stop shop! I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Daniel was great and he knows what he is doing. I was apprehensive about hiring someone with so few yelp reviews. However when I talked with him a couple of times he seemed to know his stuff and the real facts beyond the pure marketing talk.

I eventually purchased the water softener from him as he was priced below what other box stores were offering and even other water purification companies. I am pleased with the unit and the installation process.

This is my second water softener and the fist one was from Spenser's TV and appliance. I was happy then and I am happier now.

As a new homeowners, learning the ins and outs to keep your home working is important to my wife and I. We loved the thoroughness of Daniels work and you can tell he cares about his customers. Daniel is amazing! When we got home from work today, our water softener was leaking all over our garage. It was to the point where we had to turn off the water to the house. We found Daniel on Yelp and called him at 6:55 pm. He said he would be over in 10 minutes! When he arrived, he knew exactly what was wrong and even had the replacement part we needed in his car. 30 minutes later, our water was back on and the water softener was fixed. We anticipated having to leave the water off all night and having to stay home from work tomorrow to wait for a repairman. Thank you Daniel, it is much appreciated!!

Daniel was referred by my next door neighbor when a pipe outside front of house was spurting out water.  Daniel came out within a couple hours, fixed pipe and a few other things at same time.
