We needed the exterior of the house (single story ranch style) painted. We obtained quotes from severl painting companies, including McMillan Brothers of Chandler, AZ.
George (one of the brothers) came out to look over the house and give a quote. George is a nice guy, and likes to talk :) He came across a bit like a used car salesman which raised a warning flag to me, starting with a this job should run about $xxxx, but I'm going to give you a good deal because you're the first in the neighborhood. (We were the first in the development to be painting the house exterior, and the HOA had already mailed notices to all owners that they needed to paint.)  The actual quote came in in the lower middle of the pack. Not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive. The amount was in line with what I was expecting. The statement of work included the proper paint, power washing, prep and stucco repair, etc. This was in line with the other companies' quotes. We researched McMillan Brothers, finding their license and bond was in order, their BBB record clean, and the reviews were pretty uniquely all positive.
We informed George that we would go with McMillan Brothers in just a few days. The next day George came and picked up the signed contract. (No down payment was required!) Within a few days of that, the crew showed up to do the work. They masked everything, including the sidewalks and driveway and patio. Did the washing, prep and repairs (very minor as the stucco was in general in excellent condition.) By the end of the day, the job was done (about 9 hours or so.) The house looked GREAT with no spilled paint anywhere. There were a couple of very minor touch-ups we requested (and we do mean MINOR) that were done in 2 minutes.
We couldn't be happier with the work and the price was on the mark.
Look past some of the sales talk that may occur, and go with McMillan Brothers. You won't regret it.
(BTW, ignore the Seattle location - we moved to AZ, hence the house painted is in the West Valley area of Phoenix metro)

I contacted Elite Custom Painting and Cabinet Refinishing after a friend used them to paint their cabinets and loved the results. I reached out, and Danny was able to squeeze me in within a couple of weeks.
Danny was very good at communicating everything to me, from timelines, to what needed to be done, to what I needed to do. He even offered some color advice when I said I hadn't made up my mind on colors.
I never met the crew, but my husband was home while they worked and said everyone...Paul, Lori, Andreina and Peter, were very friendly and professional. They were in our home 2 days working on our cabinets and island, and when they were done everything was left spotless and the cabinets...WOW! They look like they came from the factory and are flawless. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have their cabinets painted!

We just relocated to AZ from CA and had a lot of work to do in our new home.  We don't know a whole lot of contractors just yet so we rely on Yelp reviews for many of our contractor needs. We were very impressed with Lorena from the start.  She was very responsive to our phone calls during the initial estimate as well as scheduling and performing the work.  We had the interior of our house painted while we were out of town.  We were absolutely impressed with the quality of work of Lorena and her crew.  It was obvious that they did a lot of prep work because the lines are so fresh and clean.

We plan to have our exterior painted shortly and will definitely be a return customer!  Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Any questions my wife and I had were answered promptly answered. He even came over on a Saturday before our job because we thought about switching our colors last minute. When we set our appointment the crew was over early to get set up. I left for work and came home to a freshly painted house. These guys didn't miss a spot either!! Gerardo and his team did an amazing job! They came in and explained exactly what they would do and how it would look for our kitchen cabinets to be painted. They picked up the doors and drawers early in the week (only at the house for about an hour) and came back later in the week to paint the boxes and put everything back together. They were professional, efficient, and perfectionists. We are so happy with our updated kitchen that looks like new! Their pricing is very competitive compared to others and they offer a 3 year warranty!

Another 5-star experience! Just had Fernando's team from Next Level Painters on-site to paint my new recording studio. They did an amazing job as always! They do such detailed prep work none of my furniture or floors are ever damaged. I am scheduling time now to paint some of the interior of my new home. Can't say enough great things about Fernando and team. If you're looking for a painting company you should call Next Level Painters -- you won't be disappointed!

I got an estimate for repainting the exterior of my 40+ year-old home which was reasonable so I agreed to it. The scheduler worked around my schedule and ultimately called and moved it up as they had an opening. The team that came out were personable, efficient and extremely competent. They made sure they took care of my concerns and explained each part of the process. The house looks great, they cleaned everything up and they ensured that I was completely satisfied before they left. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

IHC just finish up and we couldn't be more satisfied!  We had our entire house painted, inside and out.  Everything was done excellently.  Their staff was very good and great to have in my house.  Both my wife and I felt like we could leave them in the home alone with no concerns at all.  I had a few extra items that I asked them to complete and they did with no issues at all.  I would HIGHLY recommend IHC and already have to several friends.  If I need painting in the future, IHC will be my go to contractor.  Joe and Ike, thanks for all of your hard work and help.

First, we contacted three painters - two including Life in Colors Painting from Yelp and one other recommended by a family friend.   Life in Color provided the most reasonable bid to paint the outside of our two story house.  This was a big plus - a highly rated painter at a reasonable price.  The first day they thoroughly pressure washed the house.    The remaining four days a crew of two painted the house.  Both men were professional and did an excellent job.  We are very pleased.  Two nice heavy coats of paint with detailed trim work (we bought the paint, because we wanted a specific paint we used before).  On the last day of painting we noticed the walls were still wet from a weekend rain storm.  We called Adam and asked if his crew could skip the day and come back the following day to paint.  He kindly honored our request without charge.  For future painting needs we will definitely hire Life in Color Painting.

We just had our home painted. We are very happy we choose this company. First they were all very pleasant to work with. Second the workers were great and they did a fantastic job. They were reasonably priced. They worked with our time table to have it done. It was done in one day. We highly recommend them.

I've had my house about 4 years. The paint & siding had some issues. It increasingly became weathered, chipping paint etc. I found AJ paint from Yelp. Everyone was very professional & kind. They were very prompt & responded quickly. It makes a huge difference. You can see Before & After pictures.

John Baker was great to deal with. He came right out, gave a fair estimate and had the roof repairs completed 2 days later. We will definitely use him again, should we ever have a need. We highly recommend him without hesitation!

Needed to have house painted; where does one go?  I called 2 companies and both made appointments to meet me for a bid and failed to show up or call. I called Top Star Paint as I had seen their trucks in my neighborhood and the representative agreed to come by next day at 8 am. The gentleman showed up, was on time, was very professional, measured all my exterior walls, and gave me what I considered to be a very reasonable bid to complete the job.  I found out his name was Randy and he happened to be the owner.  He then spent an extra 45 minutes explaining the different paint options, where to go and how to best pick colors, and what to expect.  I agreed to his bid and his crew showed up a week later exactly when promised.  The job went smooth and I was totally pleased with the results! Randy came out the day after completion and walked the job with me and verify all was completed to my satisfaction, and everything looked perfect. I recommend these guys highly, great job at a fair price!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Ivan. He was responsive, asked good questions and didn't assume I wanted things done one way or the other without confirming with me. He did a perfect and quality job on a complete interior repaint as well as sanding down and repainting closet doors etc. My house feels so clean and fresh now and great care was taken to get an even finish on the walls and no paint splatter or drops.
I have already recommended them to a family member and will be reaching back out when it's time to repaint the exterior of my house.  
I almost forgot, they were able to get scheduled quickly to start the project and finished a day and a half ahead of schedule and did a great job cleaning up after too.

Had our the exterior of our house painted after the monsoons subsided and were very satisfied with the work.  The workers did a very thorough job, including patching and repairing exterior prior to painting.  Manuel was very patient with us as we navigated the HOA processes and selected the approved paint.   The crew made suggestions and always kept us updated on the status of the job from start to finish.  We are very satisfied with the completed job.  Will definitely be using them for painting projects in the future and will  be recommending them to family and friends.

Fabulous experience with this company! They were really communicative and did an outstanding job with my wallpaper. Victor put a lot of extra care into the prep work to make sure it was of the highest quality which I really appreciated. He also explained what he was doing during the process and taught me some tricks. Cherry on top was he was really fun to chat with.

Resolve Drywall did a small drywall project for us, fixing a ceiling after a plumbing leak.  We especially appreciated Tommy fitting our very small project in quickly.  We also felt that the pricing was reasonable and fair.  Edgar has tons of experience and is good at his craft.
