One of the worst places to do business with. My poor mother called the company and had Thad come through and did repairs on the ac unit on Monday the 17th and not even 4 days pass and on the 21st the Ac unit broke down again. I called him up and he came over to tell me that the Ac unit is beyond repair. So he charged my poor mother $400 for work that wouldn't even sustain the Ac unit, what was the point of the repairs? Taking advantage of people to make a quick buck? Very unprofessional and could not even give straight answers. Terrible place and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My experience is Air Now is a rip off.  I was told I had a leak in my coil and yet the technician couldn't demonstrate it to me and the quote I got to repair it was $700.00 over other quotes I received.  I would not recommend using this company.

Arizona Window and Door Store recently did a full replacement of our sliding glass back door and we highly recommend their service. The sales rep who came to our house was prompt, efficient, funny, and honest (all the things we want in a sales person). I wish I remembered his name, it's been a while since we ordered back in February.

The only unfortunate thing that happened was that when our door was measured, the manufacturer (or someone at AZ W&D) messed up the order so we ended up with the wrong sized door. This meant we needed to push install because a whole new door needed to be manufactured.

We weren't in a rush to have this work completed, otherwise I would move my rating down, however, the customer service that followed was still awesome and I know the team did what they could to get our door replacement rushed and installed.

Big thank you to Rachel who took numerous calls from me regarding install and replacement! Chelsea who helped get everything scheduled! And lastly, Josh and Gary who did an amazing job installing our door. They were seriously awesome and the door looks fantastic!

If your looking for a quality window supplier at a fair price and complete satisfaction, you need to consider this business. No pressure. Cody (General Manager) was very friendly and considerably knowledgeable in explaining the quality and features of their product line. Chris  the Lead Installer did a pre-measurement at the site for the windows being replaced. The final installed cost was very reasonable  knowing this business had its own installers, and we would be dealing directly with them on any installation or manufacturer warranty issues.
At the time of installation, the installers arrived on time and completed their work in a timely manner cleaning up after themselves. We had a final walk-thru and everything was installed to our complete satisfaction. We have more windows that need future replacement, and will definitely use this business at that time.

John and his crew are top-notch.  We love our new windows!  We had 5 replaced upstairs and the difference in comfort in those south and west facing windows is ENORMOUS.  I was expecting a decrease in the amount of heat that gets through them, but the difference really is awesome!  The whole upstairs area used to be the warmest part of the house in the summer, and it's now the coolest.  We opted for the low-e double-paned glass with a tint.  The installers were very nice, they worked quickly, they put down protective coverings on the floor around where they were working, and even put plastic up in the open cavities during the removal of the original windows to keep dust and debris out.  

We will be calling John again in the near future to do the rest of the windows in the house, can't wait!

These guys are very professional and their workmanship is outstanding. The best glass company hands down. They are kind communicable and efficient! I love coming across a business who runs it like a business and treats the staff like humans!! Salesperson did a good job of explaining the qualities of the windows and the installation.  The installers did a good job of removal of the existing windows and installing the new ones with minimal stucco disruption.  The installers noticed a minor hole in a screen and ordered a replacement which arrived in a few weeks.  The quality of the windows is good, and one of several brands recommended for the southwest.

Getting new windows from Windowz4less was a great experience. Mike was very responsive to e-mails/texts and was able to give me a competitive price on some high-end windows, even though I only needed to replace four total. He honored the original quote even though I had to wait several months to get HOA approval. The new windows have an excellent build quality and reflect the majority of the incoming sunlight. So far this summer, the west-facing rooms in my house have been several degrees cooler. I wish I had gotten these windows earlier. Highly recommended!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I wish I could give more than five stars! From first contact to the final clean up of the job, Tyrone was a first class professional. He did top notch work at a fair price and showed pride in his work that you just don't see everyday with other companies here in the Valley. Tyrone even anchored in my slider at the top of my shower to keep my little ones safe at no additional cost. My husband and I recently used AZ Xtreme Glass & Mirror to put up a glass shield for a recently remodeled bathroom and walk in shower. I'm a little bit of a research freak before I hire anyone, and I find Yelp to be one of the best resources to find vendors. I actually took the top 5 highest rated Glass companies in Yelp and got quotes from each. Bill was professional and helpful with answering questions I had.  I knew what I wanted just not exactly sure what I needed. Bill was good at walking me through my options AND his quote was very reasonable as well. His team came out as promised and did an on site measurement, ordered the glass and came back out for installation.  They all had very timely arrivals and I appreciated their advance notice when they were on their way, and how professional and so friendly all of them were. Honestly, the only reason why I didn't rate them a 5 was because I had to have them come back out due to a very small leak around one of the clips. But even then when I called, they were on top of it and came out fairly quickly and once again did not disappoint.  I would highly recommend AZ Xtreme, very fair, friendly, professional and affordable!

This company is a great company to work with, they did what they said they were going to do and the price was right on point. The company kept in contact with phone calls during scheduling and their workers called me on the way to my house. I appreciate that in this day and age, communication is everything! My experience with Krasiva windows and doors was amazingly good. I was educated on the quality of the windows they sold and treated to expert installation. They are lovely. They changed the look of my older house for the better.  They work well and they are quiet and even keep my rooms a little cleaner!

It's always a worry to have new technology installed in your old house. You hope it doesn't open a whole can of worms..  I'm also picky about service. Krasiva exceeded my expectations.

I called for an estimate +when the rep came +realized that I only wanted 3 windows replaced he left without even giving me an estimate.  You aren't worth their time unless you have a big job.  Call American Vision Windows instead!

I have used Fountain Hills AC & Heating for the past few years for preventative maintenance. However, I am extremely disappointed that the company did not find or notify me that our evaporator coils had extreme rusting and deterioration. The coils have been rotting for quite a long time. The house is only 5 years old as is the AC unit. Once my system failed I found another local company who could come out right away to get my AC running again. This is when I was notified of the issue and was explained that had the preventative maintenance been done properly, this could have been rectified prior to the failure. I could have saved money and the time my AC was down had Fountain Hills properly completed their inspections. I have requested a partial coverage or refund of their services and was told no. I would not recommend  Fountain Hills AC & Heating!
