Mike and his team are amazing and always able to locate the issue when we have a problem at a property.  His prices are fair and reasonable for all types of repairs.  Professional, on-time and explains whats going on with the units so you understand.

Have experienced many other companies both from my local area and from  farther out and Macs's tops them all with the way they handle the issues and the ac repairs.

This is the best HVAC company in Phoenix hands down. I had my entire HVAC system replaced and they are extremely competitive on pricing. You probably won't find a better price. They use York systems which are excellent and give you upgraded color wi-fi thermostats to control your system via phones. It took two days to install two large 5
ton compressor system for my two story house, but they cleaned up everything each day. They also were very responsive and Dave the owner is super nice and easy to deal with. Ivan the lead tech is fantastic and has the highest integrity among service techs. I've used these guys before I had my 18 year old system replaced and they don't use any bait and switch tactics that is so prevalent today by many unscrupulous cooling companies. I highly recommend Clark Heating & Cooling.

I can not say enough about how happy I am with Martin's service!! We have been having trouble with our unit for some time, since last summer actually. Our landlord has a home warranty company, which after 10 years of working in the HVAC industry office, I know it's a pain to deal with. Other company's would come out and not work on the unit because it was not currently in distress. Martin called me, listened to my issues and concerns and reassured me he would actually do something with my unit. He came to my home while i was at work and did everything he said he would. He kept me informed every step of the way, he sent me pictures and called me several times. When he left my unit was finally working like it should!! I am so grateful that my 7 kids and 4 dogs no longer have to suffer through the times of the ac not working!!! Thank you Martin, you are very appreciated!

Scott at Donley referred me to *exactly* the right company (DRACO Air) for completing a new, R-22, SEER 13, split-system installation in my home with the equipment I purchased (condenser unit and air handler) just before the ban on manufacturing new HCFC air conditioners and heat-pumps went into effect (R-22 units seem to function better in the extreme Arizona heat). The accounting lady who answered my (first) call earlier in the day was very friendly and helpful.

Qual-Tech came to diagnose my AC thru my home warranty One Guard. Caleb the technician arrived on time & I even got a status (like that of an uber) as to how far out he was from arriving! That was very helpful. He diagnosed the problem right away & had the part on his truck. Totally professional & courteous! Great company & great experience!!

Called Kevin's Parts for two washing machine components I needed and he didn't have them in stock but said he could get them by the next day. Sure enough, next day came and his associate called and said they got the parts in for me and they were priced in line or cheaper than any big box or online retailer. Fair pricing, straight forward good service, and quick access to the parts I needed. Would recommend again.

I have an older, remodeled home in North Phoenix. My A/C unit is a bit older as well so it needs a bit of TLC. I don't have to tell you about the heat of Phoenix summers so when I realized the unit wasn't cooling my house very well in mid-July I called these guys and they had a tech (John) at my home within one day. After the coil cleaning, re-sealing the duct entry on the roof and re-filling my Freon, we were good to go. John was super knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and communicated well. A few days later the same issue occurred & they sent the same tech out again on the same day and he discovered an additional issue with the duct work in the attic. It had separated over time and he quickly sealed it up. A week later the issue occurred again as we were approaching the hottest day of the year so far - 116 degrees. I called the after hours line on a Saturday evening and John was at my door within an hour. A different part of the duct work had separated and also needed to be sealed. He was done in about 10 minutes. Then, he committed to come back the next day (Sunday) and make sure the seal held as an extra level of service. As a bonus, they were also connected as a provider to my Home Warranty. We loved the quality of service we received and have already recommended them to some friends. Very glad they responded so quick so our family wasn't sweating it out in mid-summer!  They're definitely worth consideration if you need A/C work done.

I was referred by Porterhouse Home Inspections to have Jason from A Savings Air look at the AC unit of the house my husband and I are buying. Communication with him was easy with calling and text. He was polite, courteous, and straightforward with his communication and he sent the inspection report within an hour of finishing his work. Thank you Jason!

Reached out to get a quote for a new ac, Bill did a great job walking me through the different options I had and worked with me to get it scheduled. The installation went smoothly and now I get to enjoy a much quieter and more efficient heat pump.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

We have our RV located in an RV park up in Pine, AZ.
Last June(2018), we had trouble with our AC unit and after calling around to different RV repair/service companies we were told they were booked out 2 weeks in advance and one RV repairman near Payson told us Pine was too far to come to work on an RV... Really ?
 So I called North Mechanical and they said Yes, not only will we come out the next day but we're certified for Dometic service. (Dometic is a common brand of RV AC units and refrigerators etc).
 The guy that came was on time, very polite and all around good guy and had our issues addressed quickly.
Tuesday 11/13/18 we arrived in Pine to find our propane regulator leaking. I found a regulator at a Payson hardware store and went home and installed it and when I turned the gas back on it began spewing propane out of the vent on the regulator. I thought I had used improper fittings after talking to just about every hardware, propane parts places, RV repair people who were as usual booked solid. Everyone had a different opinion as to why the regulator was doing what it was doing. Now I was confused and compressed highly flammable gas is nothing to mess with so I once again contacted North Mechanical, explained my situation and also I had no heat and couldn't use our cook stove. Night time lows were 20 degrees in Pine and it was a long cold night but Darin North juggled schedules and had a tech out to us that next day.
Again, problem quickly solved, another great tech who was very polite, professional and right on time.
We have heat and can cook again thanks to North mechanical.

Awful awful, starting from Barbara (the receptionist) up to the manager on call.
We had AC issues on a Friday after they installed one of the AC units improperly (6 months ago).
We called and they promised to send someone out but no one came.
We called again and Barbara stated that they weren't able to have anyone come out until Monday --the entire weekend with the house in greate85 degree heat (the other Ac unit set at 60 and trying to cool all parts of the house).
I have 2 small children, aged 2 and 7.
Never go to Wolff, we are reporting them to the BBB.

Paul, the owner called us and sorted things out.
He listened to our concerns and addressed them the very same day! We are so appreciative, we decided to stay with Wolff for continued maintenance. Brandon, their technician was professional, knowledgeable and fixed the Ac right away! Thank you Paul for making us feel valued as customers!

We're extremely happy we chose Howard Air! Top notch work done! We got our new air conditioner in 2018. Our entire house is always very comfortable since then. Thanks to them also cleaning our ventilation system; and adding more vents; and installing our new thermostat, etc., the temperature we set is the exact temperature in each room. (With Our old system some rooms were always warmer than others.) But not anymore, again thanks to Howard Air.
With their excellent work, they've earned our trust! Obviously, they want customers happy with the outcome!

This included a Free checking of the entire AC system every 6 months.

This company is a joke! PLEASE READ THIS ! If I had the option I wouldn't have given them one star. These people only know how to break things and get away with making you pay for it. They charge you for parts that aren't even broken or going bad and they will try telling you need it replaced. The A/C cleaning is such a joke all they do is hose the coils down. The maintenance check ups consists of taking out the caps  pretending to check them and coming in and telling you there bad. The last guy that came out lost screws to my A/C handler and forgot to put the PVC drain pipes back together so for the last 3weeks it's been driping in my attic and now my attic floor is soaked and there are now springtails in there. So I guess it goes without saying that they did not complete the job. Ooo and now I have to pay $80.00 for them to come back out and finish the job. Oyah and they will tell you if something happens to break when there working on it they are not responsible for it nor will the discount the part. I have had nothing but problems with this company from day one. It really sucks that they've gotten over $700.00 outta me and I have nothing to show for it. The scheduling is also a joke waiting around for hours for a no show. Nobody in the call center has a clue of whats going on and there no accurate notes put in the system regarding your account. Do not sign up for the maintenance program. You know its kinda funny and I cant help but laugh, how they can get away with providing such a crappy service. And of all people I got suckered in to it. I guess when you're this pissed off you just gotta laugh. Stay away from orangutan home services DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  This post will also be posted on all our social media pages and other review sites .By the way I wrote this all off my phone, because I care this much about you.
