Thoroughness + timeliness + knowledgeability + reliability + economical = professional.  Bought a condo in Fountain Hills and while original Trane (20+ years) ac/heater was working we decided to replace it.  

Had several estimates done.  Tim from Red Mountain came out and his input, questions and inspection outshone all.  He was the only one to take the time to inspect the interior and exterior units, return air and grill and to walk around the complex to look at the other units and their upgrades.  With Tim's insight and at a nominal cost,  we also enlarged the air return which was one of the best decisions we made.  Interior sound was significantly decreased.  

While it took a full day, replacement and installation was without an issue.  Follow up was done by Tim.  It was thorough and provided back up information along with warranty information.  Would highly recommend Red Mountain. I will go through them for future maintenance and I will also look at them when water heater needs to be replaced.

Lynn is the most honest person I ever met among all the big/small companies I have had over the years that came to my house to fix/repair things.

We had a big chain company over to do a AC tune up. In the end the guy told me we needed to pay over $1800+tax to clean/replace/fix things here and there. He showed me a picture on his phone of the dirt coil up in the attic. I didn't do it for sure (which I am so glad right now).

I did more research on yelp ,BBB and ROC (btw, the information on BBB is not very reliable at all. I have had quite a few bad experiences with the companies that bbb enlisted as A or A+, I will not use BBB as a referral any more) and found Lynn.  from all the 5 star reviews, I had a good feeling.

I called him and made an appoitment at 8am. He showed up at 8:03 and even apologized for being late. I would not call that late. :-)

He went to the attic to check and told me that the coils were not dirty at all. (The guy from the other company must have  taken that dirty coil picture somewhere else and kept it in his phone to show to people. what a shame!). Lynn also told me there was no need to replace the fan motor and add more freon. He cleaned the outside coils for free and cleared the drain line. In the end I paid 2 hour labor to get my AC fixed. what  a big difference between $1800+tax  and $144.

I will highly recommend Lynn to my friends and any people out there with AC issues. It's so hard to find an honest person/company to tell you the truth . I will have him over every year to have my AC tune up done.

Hope my review will help someone not being ripped off by those big companies out there.

We had several issues we wanted a plumber to look at. I called WCP and set up an appt for first thing in the am. David texted me saying he was on his way, as scheduled. He arrived and within 15 min had assessed all our problems and had given us potential resolutions. Fortunately, we only needed him to fix our hot water heater and he did that within 30 min, even having left to pick up a part!! David was super friendly and very knowledgeable.  I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs. Thank u David!!

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. The AC Team Heating and Cooling was hired by our rental management company when it was discovered our Hot Water Heater was going bad.

My husband is a contractor in a different industry so I feel for other trades that come to our house, due to the higher standard he hold them too!

They were great! They made arrangements within 1 day for service. The AC Team was prompt- here exactly when they said they would be. They were very professional- knew exactly what they were doing and did it quickly!

Though we didn't pay the bill, I would definitely use them if we need any of their services once we get into our next home purchase.

Cody is the technician who came to our house. He came on the same day, was fast on fixing what we had broken, very respectful, and resourceful. I recommend without hesitation.

I had them come out to my house in Casa Grande about a month ago. Something didn't seem right after I had my vents cleaned as i was still getting tons of dirt. I called on Friday and they sent a tech out first thing this morning to check things out. They offered to redo my whole system free of charge. This is an amazing company with great customer service. I will always use them in the future for any of my AC/Vents/ or carpet cleaning. Thank you guys for the quick response and amazing customer service. I only wish other business had such professional customer service.

I called one place left a message still haven't heard back. I called Mike at 7:00pm and he was over by 8:00pm and had my A/C back on by 8:30 sweet very reasonable

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Very satisfied with work and price on a water heater install and outdoor spigot replacement.  Very unsatisfied that they recommended a water damage remediation company that I vetted and discovered that company has terrible reviews on yelp and Better Business Bureau.  Plumbsmart keep doing what you do well and make sure the industry partners you recommend are A+.  A bad recommendation reflects poorly on your business profile.

Called in the morning and a tech was scheduled to come later the same day. Justin even arrived early, but not before he called to let me know to expect him ahead of schedule.
Justin was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I understood everything about our new thermostat before he left. We were charged exactly what we were quoted.

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Tech serviced the wrong house. The work order had my address but they serviced the neighbors house. When I informed them the Tech never showed they tried justifying the service by sending me pictures of a house, the house number and an a/c unit. The pictures were my neighbors house. To top it off...my neighbors were not home! and the company never called me. They went into a backyard when nobody was home?? I had to call another company so hopefully they know how to read an address.
