Came home from work at night and my AC was blowing hot air.  Eklund Air came out the next morning while I was at work.  Calvin quickly identified my capacitor was blown and replaced it.  I was very happy with the quick response and the fact that I didn't have to be there for him to fix it.  The service was professional and I will definitely be calling them again for my future needs!!

These team get it right every time. They are efficient and explain in detail what they are doing or not doing. They are extremely helpful with all aspects of the AC and heating business. I used them for a complete redo of my entire home. Im extremely satisfied and will not go anywhere else! Oh, they are very reasonable as well.

Hands down the best AC repair company.  Jonathan was right on time, friendly, professional and courteous.  You never know what you're getting when it comes to AC service in the valley heat but with Jonathan, I was completely at ease.  A true AC Hero.  He did only what needed to be done, was completely transparent and didn't try to up-sell me on something I didn't need.  And, fixed it right the first time!  This company knows the art of great service. Art with 911 Air Repair left our home just a few minutes ago....and once again I was left tearing up with gratitude.
We had had a different company come to our home just a couple days before (our house was HOT and we were desperate) and we were bombarded with high price tags on an overwhelming venture of replacing our entire unit. And the repair he offered was nearly double what 911 Air would've charged.
So I immediately messaged Ray for a second opinion. Art came and spoke with us for about 30 minutes on our options to get our house cool immediately and within our price range. When it was clear that the total was going to be out of our price range he called Ray and Ray said to NOT WORRY. We got our air conditioner charged and our house cooled for what we had on us. I'm taken aback by the generosity of Ray and his team. When it comes time to replace our unit or do another repair there will be no hesitation in calling Ray. Not calling 911 Air Repair when you need AC help is just asking for a stressful and overly expensive experience. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the stress and give Ray your business. There will be absolutely ZERO regret.

First and foremost HVAC tech Richard was really nice and professional. He made sure I understood what was going on with my unit. He was very patience when explaining the issue and made sure the pricing was reasonable.

I do not recommend anyone hire Joe for tile work, or anything else for that matter. I reached out at the beginning of June to have him demo and re-tile two bathroom showers and initially, Joe was very responsive. I chose him because he had photos of a previous tile job he had done. He sent me a quote and told me it would take 2-3 days per bathroom from start to finish. He came out the first day and removed the tile, and then found that the original tile was put up on drywall. As we decided to put in cement board, he told me it would take an extra day per bathroom. I offered to buy the backerboard, he said not to worry about it.

First day was demo. Second day was 5 days later due to his family emergency, and he put in the backerboard and shower valve. Day 3 (a week after starting) he started to put up tile and wasn't able to finish, so he came back the next day. Took 4 days just to get the tile up (no grout), at which point I was able to get a good look at his work.

He had left tile spacers in from Day 3 (should have been removed after 20-30 min). If I hadn't removed them, they'd have been left in over the weekend. Most of them were stuck and broke off. There was also a dent in my tub and adhesive all over it. When I texted him about it, he said I could clean the adhesive with a sponge and regarding the damage to the tub that happened when I did the demo. No apology or offer to fix it.

I then noticed that one of the walls wasn't level. Several of the tiles were out of place, one had a corner popping out. None of the grout lines were even. There was a huge gap between where the tile ended and where the drywall began. When I texted him regarding the wall not being level, he took two days to respond. When I sent a follow up text after not hearing back, he said he could take out and replace the tiles but could not fix the wall not being level.

I then had two separate contractors come out to assess it and both said it was the worst work they'd ever seen. They confirmed that the wall should not have been tiled until it was level, and that they could definitely level it but the whole shower would have to be ripped out and started over. Additionally, now the tub needs to be replaced as Joe damaged it during the demo.

I reached back out to him with this information and apart from saying sorry for the inconvenience he did not take any responsibility for not only the terrible work, but the damage he caused. I sent two additional texts and he completely ignored both. He has refused to refund my deposit or fix the work (beyond replacing a couple of tile, which is a complete waste of time). So now it has been two weeks, I still don't have a functional shower, and I am now out $2,000 between the deposit and the tile and tub. Unacceptable.

Jumbo placed an entire mini split system through our home warranty at the beginning of the year. Since that time we have had another company come out to add freon which had leaked out and caused the unit to stop working completely. Now it is blowing out warm air. I feel that I originally spent too much additional money to the company above and beyond what the warranty company covered for extra items I believe should have been covered. It also took 3 months for them to come back to reattach a drain line so it wouldn't run down our exterior wall. My new home warranty company assigned jumbo to come back out to fix the most recent problem. We had an appointment scheduled with a 4 hour window in which they didn't show up. When I spoke with a company representative they told me that they no longer have anyone that can work on a mini-split system. So now after spending almost a $1000 originally I will have to spend an additional service fee to another company . This should not happen with a completely new system installation. Poor service all around. I would not recommend to anyone.

I would recommend caution when using Merlin for your AC needs. In fairness, my experience may have been an isolated one, but the technician that came out to service my AC that had gone out on a day that reach 112 degrees, could NOT diagnose the problem. She proceeded to describe how she was certain the fan was burned out, but could not be sure about the compressor, and would only know after she replaced the fan. The story I got was that this could be a lengthy trial and error of fixes that could end up needing to replace the entire unit. That is what she recommended and quoted me between 11-14k to replace?  (The unit was 8-9 years old and she said that is about all you can expect?)  I was uncomfortable and decided to get a second opinion. CW AC in Scottsdale was recommended so I invited them out. Within 15 minutes they diagnoses a bad part in the ac unit itself. The replaced it on the spot and we're out the door for $350. (They also shared my unit appeared to have a good 5-7 years of life left and recommended a service, which I have now scheduled with them)  Be cautious with Merlin. I felt they were trying to take advantage of a very bad situation to significantly overcharge and sell me something that was absolutely not needed. This service call to fix the problem become a Sales job given the vulnerable situation (I have a large dog that was struggling with the heat and had to get this fixed?)
