Found them on the internet Called them, and they came out the next day. They were thorough, professional, and I would call them again!

Good experience at Home Depot for Garage disposal got backed up and we were in a pinch to get it fixed. Went to home depot for some tools. I ran into Jim (raider fan) while grabbing the wrong tools. Lucky for me Jim was an actual plumber so he talked me through what I should do. He also pointed to some washers and other implements that may help my leaking situation.
I was so happy that I stopped at this Home Depot and even was able to buy some gorgeous flowers.
My husband was able to fix the garbage disposal and the leaky pipe promptly once he was off of work. Thanks Jim for helping me out. Nice to avoid weekend Plumber fees if you can do it yourself.

The burglars used a rock to break my front door window to enter my house when I was gone. ( The Sheriffs have done little,...nothing,.. to help with the stolen property so far. ) I definitely needed to get my glass replaced. I called another glass service and they referred me to Square One. I am glad they did, since Square One came out and measured,...and then a few days later, installed the window. It looks perfect. I would call them again,.... but I hope that I will not need to.

There are some nice people that work here. Unfortunately I didn't get one of them today. If you go to the paint department stay away from Nancy. She has major attitude, is rude and has no clue what customer service means. Reported her to the manager so hopefully she'll get the training she ignored or forgot. Left and took my business elsewhere.

We moved to Maricopa in June and had a screen ripped off in wind storm in July. I called Bryan and Kimberly to have it repaired and stopped by their shop to show them the damaged and bent frame. They gave me a great price to replace it and kept in constant contact to let me know when it was ready to be installed. They showed up bright and early at 6:30am and installed it and it looks great. I then had them replace all of the solar screens on the windows on the house that get direct sunlight and once again they kept in contact regularly to let me know when they were ready. Had them out today at 6:30am again and the did a great job quickly installing the new solar screens. The prices are very reasonable and Bryan and Kimberly are a joy to work with. Thank you both very much.

Recently remodeled my home and decided to go with Capstone for my new door which included door, framing, drywall, and stucco work. I mostly dealt with Greg and Audrey, both were very friendly and very communicative! They kept me updated every step of the way and followed up with me before and after each phase of the project to check my satisfaction with the work that was completed. They turned an old 3-panel door in to a beautiful French sliding door in less than a week from start to finish (not including the order time). Honestly the work was so good that you cannot even tell that the old door was there! I have already recommended them to a friend and when it comes time to replace my windows, I will have Capstone do the work!

We had used Pella, albeit a different location, to replace our west-facing windows a few years ago and had a good experience. Can't say the same for this experience. We replaced our remaining two older windows.
Some key dates:
10/29/21 1st meeting with a sales rep--phenomenally awkward experience. Says it will take 4 weeks for windows to be installed.
11/12/21 contractor shows up to measure--only after customer service reaches out to ask how things are going and I say there's been no follow up and no one has come to do the contractor measure.
11/20/21 same contractor calls on a Saturday says he forgot to test for lead. Asks to stop by in 15 minutes. Claims the lead test is positive.
11/23/21 sales rep calls and says delay is my fault because we have lead paint and says I should consider having it removed for my kids' safety.
11/30/21 Pella calls to schedule for 1/12
1/12/22 installation happens. One window is at least an inch too short all the way around. Installers shim it in to place. Installers admit it was a bad fit. Husband notes poor fit on paperwork.
10/22/22 someone reaches out and asks about our experience and to send the final invoice
Some commentary on these events--the delay in measuring was clearly our sales rep's issue. As in he never scheduled with the contractor. It was scheduled immediately after the check in with customer service. Then he blamed the 2+ week delay on the existence of lead--when the test was only done 3 days earlier. This doesn't even begin to make sense, but he was so aggressive when he called to insist the delay wasn't his fault but somehow mine, I didn't see the point in arguing with him. Fun fact, we don't have lead paint. We had a previous Pella installation where they checked. No lead. Then after this contractor claimed we had lead, we double checked exactly where he tested and at another spot in the same room. Both negative. Can't help but wonder if the contractor charges Pella more if they have to take lead precautions? Also, shame on the sales rep for saying my kids were in danger from non-existent lead paint. There's absolutely no excuse.
I assumed we didn't get the final invoice because we had such a horrible experience and the larger window was not measured correctly. Then literally a year later someone reaches out to make sure we had a good experience and to send the final invoice. I spoke to a very nice woman who tells me she's new and she hates making these calls to invoice customers because everyone yells at her (can't imagine why) and they've been so short staffed. She tells me an installation manager will reach out on Monday. They didn't. Unsurprisingly.
I get there were staffing and supply chain issues during the pandemic, but I really feel like our issues during this installation went well beyond that. While Pella windows are good quality, I would avoid this location. In the future, I would go as far as to go with another brand if this was the only sales/installation option available.

Auntie's Reviews has some wise advice for anyone who is considering this business, Stay Away! Although the product, Phantom Screens is generally good, albeit expensive, Auntie had a terrible experience with this particular franchise. They charged $1,400. for two screen doors, did an inferior and in Auntie's opinion, dangerous installation leaving a knife sharp open gap on the runner-perfect for a child to lose a finger or toe- and then refused to fix it! On top of that, the manager seems to have anger issues. Auntie recommends some chemical intervention.

Worst customer service ever. They had time to group up, chat amongst themselves, and be on their cell phones but when I asked MULTIPLE times for help not only did the girl get an attitude but I waited for half an hour and never got any help before I went to the one down the street. If I have to go to Home Depot for something, which hopefully Lowe's or True Value will have me covered from now on, I will never come to this one again. The worst!
