The long story short is that one rogue rock during a landscaper's visit shattered our door. As luck would have it, the glass couldn't just be replaced and the ENTIRE door needed to be replaced. Ouch. We called Arizona Window and Door Store and from the first conversation to the last, it was seamless. After the initial consult and evaluation, they provided a quote. Once approved, they set us up with a project manager who walked us through each step of the way. 50% was due upfront and 50% once the door arrived for install. The entire team was wonderful at communicating, educating us on the right door to purchase and then ordered the door. When it arrived, we got a call to install it and this is where the service went to the next level of wow!

The install team showed up to the minute they were scheduled, they worked nonstop to get the door installed. The handle didn't fit for the shutters to be put back on, so they even came back the next day with a new handle! After the door install, the stucco guys came out to repair the stucco. It felt like a true VIP experience. I wish I could replace every single window and door in my house right now so I could hire them.

The door is SO pretty and thermally protected.

Salesperson did a good job of explaining the qualities of the windows and the installation.  The installers did a good job of removal of the existing windows and installing the new ones with minimal stucco disruption.  The installers noticed a minor hole in a screen and ordered a replacement which arrived in a few weeks.  The quality of the windows is good, and one of several brands recommended for the southwest.

Mike was very friendly and got me my quotes quick. He came out and walked me through the whole process and showed me all the windows they have.

I've never needed a window replacement in my life. When my window broke I was confused on who to even call, so I turned to Yelp. With as many reviews as Garcia's Windows & More has I was impressed, to say the least, on the 5 stars. I read the reviews and was very confident in my choice. Mark was able to come by the house to do an estimate within a matter of hours. He was very customer focused. He was easy to reach and provided updates on the special glass ordering. Within days I have a new window. I am very happy with my choice and will use Garcia's Windows & More again in the future. I recommend them to everyone! Great customer service and great price!

K & J Windows replaced all of our (original-builder) windows and two of our three exterior doors. Reasonable bid, great installation process (they fixed one minor error during installation), and we're comfortable inside in June while it's over 105 F. outside.

I received a few estimates when considering new window shades for my house and they were the best price! Bob was very knowledgeable and great to work with during the measurement and estimate appointments. Once my screens were ready, Kyle scheduled a time and came out to install them the same week.  One of my bedroom screens was not measured correctly, so they remade the screen and came out the next day to reinstall it. Great experience overall. Excited to see how much heat I keep out of the house with new screens.

Our cat, Slinky, asked that I submit his notes from our installation. Though he was not permitted to oversee the installation process (he does not have any thumbs, is easily distracted, and likes to sit on things he shouldn't), Slinky highly approves of the visual clarity now afforded to him through the low-e kitchen window that lets in the light, keeps out the heat, and provides a fully optimized, high-def front-yard TV experience.

Slinky was so impressed by both the initial product performance and the installers who completed the project, that he requested we replace all remaining household windows immediately. This was a big hit with the rest of the cats, who can now enjoy high-def Pigeon TV on the big screen in both the kitchen and bedroom.

Very quick response to inquiries. Great, reasonable price for services rendered and friendly, helpful and understanding staff. Best experience I've had with home repairs, ever. If I ever need a similar service I will be using this company again. 10/10 would recommend.

Let me start by saying that I messaged 7 different glass companies on Yelp about some damage done to our window framing.  Stephen immediately replied and I sent him some pictures.  It was the weekend, so we set an appointment that Monday for later in the week.  

In the meantime, I sent the same photos to a few other companies who responded and each and every one of them said we would have to replace the window.  Funny, because Stephen's guy came out a week later and fixed both windows in a few minutes for about $120.  Steven even offered for us to pick up the product for $15 a sheet, if we wanted to install it ourselves.  

Moral of the story.  There are criminals everywhere.  They are not only dependable... they are prompt, kind, informative, efficient and we hired them to fix another one of our windows.  Super happy with every facet of dealing with this company.  Thank you for being honest!

Wow this company is great! Great price, great quality and great service! My landscapers shattered my sliding glass back door at 730am... I had no clue where to begin to get it fixed. I called multiple companies with either no answer, or insanely high quotes, or days to wait before they could come out. Then my Cousin recommended I call Apodaca's. I called, they had someone out within the hour, quoted the best price and they said they could cut the glass and be back first thing in the morning to replace it. The guy even gave me tips on how to tape the shattered glass so it didn't fall all over my patio in the mean time. The next morning they arrived right on time, and had the glass fixed very quickly. Such a smooth process, the installation guy was the same as the one that came and did my quote, which was nice to work with the same person, no surprises! Overall Fabulous company! Highly recommend !

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Unfortunately my experience with Apple High glass repair did not turn out as expected. I will not get into detail as I'm sure Tyrone will dispute it. I no longer recommend him nor his business.

My favorite mirror is officially up again...so excited 4 years, two moves and many attempts to fix it myself I finally brought it to the experts and I cuddnt be more happy...NO job is too small I was given the same genuine customer care as if I had a whole house of mirrors done.  Thank you Thank you Thank You

From start to finish working with Paul and his crew/staff was a high level of professionalism and customer service! The installation crew of the gutters were very patient and helpful. They took much pride in their work and were very considerate of us and took the extra time to make sure everything was completed to our approval. We had a small added request at the last minute and they took great care of us! We would highly recommend this company for your gutter needs and all the services they offer! You won't be disappointed! Bring on the rain.......!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that both my husband and I need to be at home which is fine because I work from home anyways. Made our appointment at 11am on a Friday and the guy shows up 10 mins early. I'm in a meeting but I can hear him. I figured I should be done by 11. I come out and my husband told me that the guy left because I wasn't available. Are you kidding me? He couldn't wait 10 mins to do it at the time he was suppose to do it at? I was literally just at my desk taking a call. My husband said the rep looked like he didn't want to be there anyways. Fine. Guess we'll just go with another company.

We also later realized that another rep from the same company showed up at our door on Christmas eve trying to sell windows and tried to look around our house which made us feel uncomfortable. Who does that on Christmas eve anyways. If I had known it was this company, I wouldn't have scheduled in the first place.

That's the response I got  from their sales rep when I texted him and  asked  for 1 window measurement out of 10 windows Bill measured. I quickly called to explain why i needed the measurement, but my call went unanswered and un-returned.

Before Bill left, during the in-home presentation he was rude, but i shrugged it off. The previous company who came into my house made a big deal about window frames, so when i found out window world installs windows by method of  Window Encapsulation I had a lot of questions. After talking a bit, I kindly asked about window encapsulation and his response was As I've explained 5 times already windows encapsulation is ... ( if it takes you 5 times, maybe you're not explaining correctly!)  but I still didin't  fully understand and with his attitude i was afraid to ask again but still i wasn't as bothered. the icing on the cake was when he refused to provide that one window measurement.

I have to say I am so disappointed that Bill is not the team player i thought he was. Bill could have easily won me over by giving me the measurements, not like i cannot grab the same ladder i lend him to get up and measure myself.

I Think Window World has a great product no question about it, But if you get that one email confirming your appointment and your sales rep is William Stoutenger ...JUST RUN AWAY!
cancel or reschedule your appointment. after reading all these wonderful reviews, it makes me wonder how different my experience would have been had i gotten a different person.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
