Found them on the internet  Called them, and they came out the next day.  They were thorough, professional, and I would call them again!

Good experience at Home Depot for Garage disposal got backed up and we were in a pinch to get it fixed. Went to home depot for some tools. I ran into Jim (raider fan) while grabbing the wrong tools. Lucky for me Jim was an actual plumber so he talked me through what I should do. He also pointed to some washers and other implements that may help my leaking situation.

I was so happy that I stopped at this Home Depot and even was able to buy some gorgeous flowers.

My husband was able to fix the garbage disposal and the leaky pipe promptly once he was off of work. Thanks Jim for helping me out. Nice to avoid weekend Plumber fees if you can do it yourself.

We moved to Maricopa in June and had a screen ripped off in wind storm in July. I called Bryan and Kimberly to have it repaired and stopped by their shop to show them the damaged and bent frame. They gave me a great price to replace it and kept in constant contact to let me know when it was ready to be installed. They showed up bright and early at 6:30am and installed it and it looks great. I then had them replace all of the solar screens on the windows on the house that get direct sunlight and once again they kept in contact regularly to let me know when they were ready. Had them out today at 6:30am again and the did a great job quickly installing the new solar screens. The prices are very reasonable and Bryan and Kimberly are a joy to work with. Thank you both very much.

I wanted to warn everyone about Bright lite home exteriors LLC. This company is very unethical and unprofessional business in so many ways. It's really sad when a Company has no pride, or care in the services they offer.
As a customer you would  think when hiring a company to do the job  that your special dream protect  will be completed soon.  But Not with Bright Lite Home   Exteriors LLC. The contract you must sign is a joke.
And the verbiage only pertains/ and it protects the contractor from none payment from the job and protects them if there's a delay in starting  and finishing the job. They also require 50 % down.  So with that being said please tell Everyone you know not to Hired this company you could be waiting six months or more before they evening start the job.  I Do not know how people get away With doing business this way , and then go home and  Comfortable and lay their head on a pillow and sleep at night., If you the consumer are looking onto hiring this company I beg you please save your money it will save you headaches and a lot of pain.

BUYER BEWARE, Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions is a distributor for a Canadian Company, Phantom Screens.   Their website sates that they have the Best warranty in the business, however, this is completely false.  They do not warranty their mesh screen component of their retractable screens, while local competitors have a 10 year warranty on their mesh screens.  I spent thousands of dollars purchasing 3 retractable screens from Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions and the 2 smaller ones have had constant issues.   I have come to find out there is a design flaw in the smaller screens, which neither the manufacturer, Phantom Screens, nor the distributor, Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions will address.   I had one of our screens serviced a little over a year ago by the owner of Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions, after which the screen was very wrinkled and never functioned properly.   That same screen has now torn from its zipper, and I was told by Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions that the mesh screen needs replacement; and there is No warranty on the mesh screen component.  I received a mesh screen replacement quote where the cost to replace the mesh screen was nearly as much as the entire original unit cost.  Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions has recently raised their service charge fee from $95 to $195, an over 100% increase in 1 year.   Other competitors charge a service fee around $75.  I have expressed my disappointment to both Phantom Screens, the manufacturer, and Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions, about the lack of warranty and excessive price increases.   Phantom Screens informed me that they have no control over the prices charged by Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions.  The worst part is that Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions is the One and Only distributor in Arizona, meaning that you Cannot get parts or your screen fixed by anyone else  . . .it is a service and parts monopoly allowing Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions to charge any fee.  To date, I have never received a phone call from the owner of Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions to address my grievances.  Instead, I received an ultimatum from his staff with a revised mesh screen replacement quote, stating that if I want my screen fixed, I must sign a document that I understand the Mesh, Motor and Labor are no longer covered under warranty and A service call fee of $195 + parts (subject to change) will apply to any future service requests regardless of the issue.    So much for their Best warranty in the business . . . What a joke.  

Do yourself a favor and look on yelp for companies that have numerous good reviews and warranty their mesh screens, as both the manufacturer, Phantom Screens and the sole Arizona distributor, Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions, do not warranty their mesh screens and do not stand behind their products.  The customer service at both Phantom Screens and Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions has been abysmal.  

Do yourself another favor and purchase your screens from a company that has a good warranty, good customer service and appreciates their customers  . . . as it is Not the case with the manufacturer, Phantom Screens nor their sole Arizona distributor, Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions!

I would give ZERO STARS to both Phantom Screens and Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions!   There are much better options!

Recently remodeled my home and decided to go with Capstone for my new door which included door, framing, drywall, and stucco work. I mostly dealt with Greg and Audrey, both were very friendly and very communicative! They kept me updated every step of the way and followed up with me before and after each phase of the project to check my satisfaction with the work that was completed. They turned an old 3-panel door in to a beautiful French sliding door in less than a week from start to finish (not including the order time). Honestly the work was so good that you cannot even tell that the old door was there! I have already recommended them to a friend and when it comes time to replace my windows, I will have Capstone do the work!

Here is my update. I sent my contact information and address as requested. I received a call from a person that identified themselves as the Phoenix regional Manger. He explained that there was some confusion as to what I wanted. I disagree. Then as he understood what I wanted, he said they don't sell those in this region.  Not what the woman on the phone told me originally.  He then said he would check with another region and see if they could do something like making a trade. This was last Friday and he said he would follow up on Monday the 19th. I was happy that Pella was actually going the extra mile. Until today. I have had no phone call from anyone  from Pella. But it gets better. I received an e-mail from Pella stating that they saw that I had cancelled my appointment and wanted to reschedule. The 2nd time I received one. I replied with the long drawn out explanation.  Still no response. So at this point I can't  now or ever see myself having a customer relationship with this company called Pella.

Worst customer service ever. They had time to group up, chat amongst themselves, and be on their cell phones but when I asked MULTIPLE times for help not only did the girl get an attitude but I waited for half an hour and never got any help before I went to the one down the street. If I have to go to Home Depot for something, which hopefully Lowe's or True Value will have me covered from now on, I will never come to this one again. The worst!

I purchased a refrigerator and waited all day for delivery (which I took a day off from work) and nothing.  No phone call, text, email.  

Then to find out that the incompetent salesperson, Miss Emily failed to order the panels.

Ok, people make mistakes.

But then, she FAILS again to remove the charge from my credit card. Not only that she FAILS again to reorder my appliance...which I desparately needed.

I called and then the idiot tells me that the refrigerator will not cost me another  $1000!!!!  So, of course I refused to buy.

I went online tonight to see that it went on sale ONE day later at 20% off.
Can you imagine???  I ordered it again, but now I lost my coupon for 24 month financing.  

This stupid girl along with her imcompetant manager should be fired!

Thanks for nothing, Home Depot!
