These guys were great. Fast response time and the guy doing the work was like a nascar pit stop for sliding doors. He changed the wheels out on our slider and got the screen door tuned up in 15 mins. I highly recommend these guys. Great service.

Matt provides same day service (within a few hours) for an old window that was falling apart.  He was honest, polite and professional.

I love love love my security door... so much in fact that I'm ordering more. These security doors are actually beautiful. Everyone that sees mine wants one of their own! Craig was awesome too. Very professional. Get one. You will not be disappointed.

We just had two large bathroom mirrors and a large shower door installed by Glass Doctor. Nick and Steven just completed the installation. They did a FABULOUS job. Very professional and polite along with a great installation. Highly recommend going to the Doctor for your glass needs!

We had a sliding glass door come out of the frame and we found Precision Fit on Yelp.  They were able to come out on short notice to fix it and for a fair price.  I highly recommend Jason and him team.

Shane was awesome! Talked with me about the work that would be needed and went out of his way to make sure he got our sliding door glass replaced quickly. He even made sure that the door would open and close correctly before he left. I highly recommend Valiant Window Repair.

ABC Glass charged me a restocking fee  even though I used them for 9 glass jobs totaling over $4000.  The restocking fee was actually because the manager did not want to refund onto a credit card and have to pay the card fee.  By the way we used most of the refund on a 9th job and he sent a check as the refund for the balance so he never had to pay that fee anyway.  
What happened is we broke a window at a customers house and called ABC glass just like we had 8 other times.  They got a quote together and ran my card for the total.  After a fee days our customer actually wanted to pay for the new glass because there was not enough proof that my company had actually broke the window in the first place.  So my customer ended up paying for the glass with her credit card and I asked for my card to be refunded.  The Manager said no way, it could only be used as a store credit or he would charge me the card fee of 4% for refunding my credit card.  REALLY!  after all the jobs we had already paid them?  I took the store credit and used most of it for a 9th job.  At that point I took all of ABC's invoices I had and called other glass companies.  I sent over the info on each job and asked for prices from them.  You know what one of the other company send back as quotes for the jobs that ABC had already done?  1/2 price for all but one job!  I couldn't believe it.  I was being charged twice as much money as ABC's competitors and this store manager was going to loose me as a customer over maybe $15 in credit card fees.  I would not recommend ABC glass to anyone after this experience.  I will never go back.  By the way after being in business for 21 years as a landscape maintenance company and having to pay for about 80 broken windows, I am a customer a glass company wants.

This company could be so great! I love communicating through Yelp and these guys are on top of it! Had a rough estimate within minutes of sending my quote request, and after they came out to measure, the initial quote matched the invoice I received. Someone shot a bb through our front window...large windows with 4 separate dual low e panes.
They came today to replace the window and after they left my husband and I realized the new window doesn't match the other 3 windows next to it. I contacted them and was told it's their standard low E window, and if I wanted the windows to match I would need to contact the manufacturer of the original windows and get a replacement through them. We totally would've done that..,had we known we needed to. Not once during the process did anyone say hey, the new window won't match unless you do XYZ. I'm thankful that we have a window that is no longer broken, and that the work was done well! But now we have a window that looks like it doesn't belong and no one told us that would be the case. We would've happily paid for a window from the manufacturer that matched our other windows front and center of our home had we known we needed to.

I reached out to the company for a quote for a client. They were quick to respond and had a very fare rate for the work requested.

We hired One source remodeling to complete a full remodel of our shower and 4 restrooms. Our experience with Ray (the owner) and his crew of subcontractors was terrible. Once source remodel utilizes a different  unexperienced and unprofessional subcontractors. We had multiple issues from our shower glass ordered incorrectly, resulting in us not having a fully functional shower for weeks, plumbing issues, and extremely poor communication. Ray the owner leaves everything in hands of his subcontractors who show up late, or don't show up at all. Once our remodel was completed he never came back to do a post sale inspection to check on the work.

We had to call him multiple times and we received excuse after excuse and months later we still haven't had all the issues resolved. His subcontractors talk about how bad One source remodeling is and how Ray is unexperienced. For example he measured our glass incorrectly, left our faucet unaligned, made a mess in our ceiling, didn't caulk several areas of the restroom. When brought up to Ray he said he was in Florida and would take care of it personally. Six weeks latter he's still on vacation and he cant take care of it.

I had to dispute the last payment with American Express as he never took care of the last details after he received payment 2 months in advance. Do not hire this company unless you want a bunch of excuses and lies. He comes in his van and presents well but  hands off the work to sloppy subcontrators.

They used a dirty tactic last week to get my case closed with the Registrar of Contractors by having their brother Justin Jobe who they told the Better Business Bureau isn't even part of their company show up in their place for the inspection. Here's the thing, Justin Jobe was already told that he wasn't allowed to come back to my house and it was all done so that I would deny access. The ROC investigators had already told me to involve law enforcement, but then used it against me by closing my case against Haven Construction when their brother Justin Jobe of Grayson LLC came in their place even though everyone knew he wasn't allowed on the property. I've added more photos because now the foundation is cracking my floor tiles and expanding the crack in an exterior wall too.

The guy told me not to buy this unit sold at Home Depot but to buy one from Parker and son. Parker and son wants $7,000.... This was $1,200 + 500 to a guy to install it. Saved me $5,300 by not listening to the guy working at Home Depot... I don't get why they buy these, stock them and then not try to sell them....
