I called needed to replace my commercial door closer. Our door was not closing properly.   Steve stopped by the same day and looked at my door. He promised to send his crew the same day and he did. The crew were professional and did the replacement quick.  However, I needed a closer that allowed me to keep the door open when required.  Steve ordered the new closer and sent his crew promptly.  They replaced the closer with a new one that can hold the door open when needed .  My experience in dealing with this business has been  absolutely wonderful.  They are experienced, honest, prompt and very helpful.

Our experience with True View was absolutely seamless. We really appreciated how quickly they were able to install our windows. Robert and his crew were professional and friendly and able to finish the work a day early. We're so happy to have our new windows, especially living here in AZ we are looking forward to the savings come next summer!

I was shopping for window companies on Yelp and came across precision fit door and Windows. This company offers vinyl Windows by Simonton and this was just the brand I wanted in my home. Simonton brand Windows offer double lifetime warranties that is transferable if you sell your home like we plan to do in the next few years. Going from the Aluminum single pane Windows we currently have to these vinyl Windows has made a dramatic change in the comfort to our family room and bedrooms, we have no more drafts or dust on our window sills and the heat that used to come in is cut down drastically that is huge for us. We couldn't be happier with the work Jasons guys did on installing the new Windows, they took their time putting the windows in right and cleaned up all their mess. Highly recommending them for anyone looking for windows or doors!

Asked for a quote via email so that I could bill the insurance company from a delivery gone wrong.
They replied to my Yelp message, but ceased all communication after the initial response.
Not sure what happened, but it appears you will have poor communication through this company. Good luck!

Very pleased with Shane.  He did a great job on a different project. Was very professional. Meant to say difficult.  But it was different too

ABC Glass charged me a restocking fee  even though I used them for 9 glass jobs totaling over $4000.  The restocking fee was actually because the manager did not want to refund onto a credit card and have to pay the card fee.  By the way we used most of the refund on a 9th job and he sent a check as the refund for the balance so he never had to pay that fee anyway.  
What happened is we broke a window at a customers house and called ABC glass just like we had 8 other times.  They got a quote together and ran my card for the total.  After a fee days our customer actually wanted to pay for the new glass because there was not enough proof that my company had actually broke the window in the first place.  So my customer ended up paying for the glass with her credit card and I asked for my card to be refunded.  The Manager said no way, it could only be used as a store credit or he would charge me the card fee of 4% for refunding my credit card.  REALLY!  after all the jobs we had already paid them?  I took the store credit and used most of it for a 9th job.  At that point I took all of ABC's invoices I had and called other glass companies.  I sent over the info on each job and asked for prices from them.  You know what one of the other company send back as quotes for the jobs that ABC had already done?  1/2 price for all but one job!  I couldn't believe it.  I was being charged twice as much money as ABC's competitors and this store manager was going to loose me as a customer over maybe $15 in credit card fees.  I would not recommend ABC glass to anyone after this experience.  I will never go back.  By the way after being in business for 21 years as a landscape maintenance company and having to pay for about 80 broken windows, I am a customer a glass company wants.

We had our shower glass door done by them, they had a reasonable quote and were always in communication with us via Yelp. We had to delay the measuring because we hadn't finished our shower tile, but they were patient and come out once we were done. It took about 8-10 days for the glass to come in, and they offered 1 time slot for scheduling. They did the work quick and we've had it about 2 weeks now and it's doing great. We love the look of it and it was a pretty smooth process!

After multiple complaints about the roof, and being told that's the way it should be my insurer asked for an independent inspector and he found issues to be corrected. The warranty company, LoveOurRoof then came out to repair multiple times. They lifted up my evaporative cooler and the condensation line from my ac and now water is pouring out of the units, but I am told that it is because my units are in disrepair (although prior to any roof work the units were fine). If I had to do it over, definitely not Xcel.

This  has been the worst experience by far!
Ray Baxter is a narcissist crook who was verbally abusive to me and his own wife. He blames everybody else in fact it's his clueless ways of running a business! He will yell at customers if he doesn't get his money when he wants it. His installer Simon is not licensed and illegal

They used a dirty tactic last week to get my case closed with the Registrar of Contractors by having their brother Justin Jobe who they told the Better Business Bureau isn't even part of their company show up in their place for the inspection. Here's the thing, Justin Jobe was already told that he wasn't allowed to come back to my house and it was all done so that I would deny access. The ROC investigators had already told me to involve law enforcement, but then used it against me by closing my case against Haven Construction when their brother Justin Jobe of Grayson LLC came in their place even though everyone knew he wasn't allowed on the property. I've added more photos because now the foundation is cracking my floor tiles and expanding the crack in an exterior wall too.

The guy told me not to buy this unit sold at Home Depot but to buy one from Parker and son. Parker and son wants $7,000.... This was $1,200 + 500 to a guy to install it. Saved me $5,300 by not listening to the guy working at Home Depot... I don't get why they buy these, stock them and then not try to sell them....
