So far, I've been very happy with the service and the quality of the product. I ordered a quarter inch top for a wood cabinet. I got exactly what I wanted and they delivered it as part of the very reasonable price.

Chuck is the best! Not only did he show up and give me a very competitive price on screens for two of my rental properties, he was very professional and was able to get the job done ahead of schedule on both properties! I would highly recommend him and Sunnyside Sunscreens to anybody looking for 5 star service and very affordable pricing! Thanks again!

My wife and I were going to buy a big box store front door, and we decided to get a second opinion if you will before buying.  Michelle was awesome and explained why for a small amount more than what we were paying, we could get a fiberglass door through them, instead of the steel door which as I have now learned would've become a heat conductor in our home.  Michelle came out and took measurements, explained best quality for a west facing door to avoid heat, showed us the types of styles available, and asked us to review our options and let us know to call when we'd picked our door.  No high pressure sales tactics just honesty and explanation.  We decided on a door and style shortly after, called Michelle with our choice, and the next day they had another measurement taken by another individual, just to verify 100% before ordering the door which I think is an awesome practice considering how many times I've had to wait on a contractor who ordered the wrong size by mistake and delayed the project.  When the door came in Michelle called me and scheduled an installation at my earliest availability which was also awesome.  Then the installation.  I cannot say enough or speak highly enough of Chris.  As a self admitted clean freak with OCD, I was a bit nervous thinking of a 8 foot hole in my home mixed with sawdust, woodchips and who knows what else.  Unprovoked, Chris set up a fan blowing out the entryway and after every step of the installation, stopped and swept the entire work area.  By far the most clean and organized construction and installation I've ever seen.  The door, looks amazing.  It's perfect, as expected they built out the frame and entry to fit exactly like we wanted, and matched the frame to the flooring so there is no gap from where the old door hugged the flooring.  When all was said and done, we actually saved money because the door, installation, and additional framework all out the door was less that just the door and 1/4 of the installation cost of the big box store, and we got a much better product.  I wish I could rate them higher than 5 Stars, I would recommend QuadCity to anyone and everyone in the valley who is thinking of replacing their doors.

We had to replace our existing skylights. Had several quotes from various companies. Mitch came buy with a quote that was within reason and comparable to the others. What separated  Mitch, and overnight skylight, from the others was his enthusiasm, commitment, and passion for what he was doing and talking about. Not going to lie, I had my reservations considering they were relatively new company with a new license. I voiced these concerns to Mitch and he understand yet was committed to starting his business off on the right foot. In today's world it's important to give a new business the opportunity to build a positive reputation and that is exactly what they've started doing. Mitch and his partner (Who, I might add, is a 3rd generation, glass person), do it right! No issues, on time, excellent work and they stand behind their work and the product they install. I would lightly recommend overnight skylight and the team.

This family run business is exceptional. Cory, Danny and the entire staff are interested in providing the best solutions for your home. Helena, who answers the phone, is cheerful, responsive and very helpful. Jocoran has installed glass for four showers, replaced old windows and provided sun screens for heat control. I've been a customer for years and, every time I work with them, they provide fantastic service with high quality products and installation. I refer them as much as possible and have never had anyone disappointed.

That person has no relation to this company whats so ever he hasnt been employed with this company since december of 2018. Timely, Efficient, Friendly and no upscale/hard sale.  Job was able to be done same day with quality workmanship.

They cut the wrong glass the first time. Little mix up in the order but they went above and beyond to get me my replacement glass ASAP. Had a hard time finding a lid for an aquarium odd size. Very happy with the results.

I called Desert Breeze Glass when I needed a windshield replaced on my automobile from  a rock that was kicked up by a semi truck in front of me on the freeway. From the moment they answered the phone, I was treated with such Professionalism. The friendly Receptionist connected me to Cathryn who then walked me through the process. She did everything from explain to me what to expect, to helping me talk to the 3rd party Agency that took my information for my insurance company, to setting up the appointment for repair. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, entertaining with her delightful demeanor and sense of humor. She helped lighten my mood from being upset and inconvenienced with what I thought was going to be a long, drug out process to get a replacement.

As promised, the service tech, Hector called me when he was 30 mins from our meeting spot.  He made sure to stop and introduce himself again once we met at the location, greeting me full eye contact, stated his name again, and a gave me firm hand shake. Just as Cathryn was, he too was super friendly and accommodating as he came to my place of business to do the repair. He was very conscientious of his surroundings before he started his work and made sure my car was in a safe location and that he was free of beams from the over-head parking to do the repair safely.  

He and his assistant were not only courteous but quick as well. He had his paperwork all ready for me to sign as soon as I met him at the car when he called to say he was done and the car was ready. The assistant then made sure to stop what he was doing and thank me for my business as well. They even waved as they drove away. I was so thoroughly impressed with the whole process and know just who I will call when I have a glass need in the future.

I had one of the most horrible experiences of my life attempting to get a windshield replaced on a 2014 Rogue. First attempt last week I scheduled a windshield replacement for the usual 4 hour window. At the 11th hour the technician calls me and tells me that he just arrived at the dealership to pick up the windshield and it was defective. Shortly after this call I received a call from Universal glass east Mesa office stating the driver had to slam on his brakes and the windshield was broken. I wonder which story was true. So like someone who needs a windshield I rescheduled for today for the normal four hour window. The technician arrived looked at my windshield and told me that the windshield required a very unique molding he also stated that the dealership told him that the windshield did not need a unique molding and blamed it on the dealership. My question would be while at the dealership I wonder if there were any 2014 Roques on display that this technician could've looked at. He could've tripped over three Roquesvbefore he got to the parts window for the windshield. Bottom line is if you want shifting blame, low probity related to excuses and have affinity rescheduling your day for four hour windows the use Unversal. You know what usually works for the midfle class tax payer, self accountabilty and honesty. I let my State Farm Agent know about this travesty.

I have used Redline windows three times on two homes and two different types of issues.  While I do agree with a portion of another review in that, not all the customer facing employees are let's say charismatic or have salesmanship, here is why I like and will continue to use Redline windows:  First, some companies only replace windows OR glass and when I am not sure what I want to do with a broken window, it's nice that Redline will come out and quote or recommend either.  Second, and most importantly, they always give me the most cost effective options based upon my needs and never try and upsell me.  Finally, while this was a little bit of a pain, one technician readily admitted he was concerned about replacing one of my windows as it was atypical and he didn't have a lot of experience with it and was concerned he may break the surrounding ones.  He called his manager who agreed to have someone else who had more experience come out and perform the job.  While it required a follow up appointment; I appreciate that the technician understood potential limitation and risk and proactively addressed it.

I have an older house with measurements that are not always standard. I had one company not help me and found Red Rock. They came out within days for estimate and I ordered and had door installed within the month. Exactly what I wanted in door, they took frame off and install properly for me.  Friendly, kinda s did great work.

We had a great experience with this company. Their price was better than anyone else's and they were very timely with the installation. Great customer service.

Poor Customer Service - I will also respond to the negative review below by Michael V and the response by CK Glass.  The installation of these windows DOES NOT FALL ON MILGARD, the manufacturer. The poor response time by CK Glass to rectify the leaking windows during monsoon time was Uncalled for. The customer never took issue with the home being flooded by the rain yet CK glass continued to not show up for scheduled appointments to rectify the situation or return phone calls. The voicemail box was continually full  with no way to make contact on several occasions. The windows leaked  like Niagara Falls, carpet and furniture were soaked. The lack of communication, not returning phone calls, or emails, not keeping scheduled appointments, all by CK Glass not MILGARD. How many times does a customer have to sit and wait for no-show appointments by CK Glass? How many times does a customer have to call to get results before reverting to this negative review. Over and over again for several months the office manager blamed the owner, the owner blamed to office manager, the office manager blamed the manufacturer. This is a business owner-customer negative review. No one else is responsible for missed appointments, no returned phone calls from the owner and the office manager for weeks at a time. The responsibility lies with CK Glass for not showing up as scheduled and promised on several occasions and for the lack of communication between the owner and the customer. These windows were installed on March 10, 2021 with the last no show appointment on November 2, 2021 at 4 pm as promised. It was stated that the owner was occupied with another customer and would arrive by 5 pm. This is November 27th with still no apology or communication from CK Glass for not showing up or fixing the leaking windows.
