Ryan and Evan did a great job at a good price replacing the glass on our bathroom window.  The outer pane was broke over10 years ago and it wasnt an install issue.  Called Evan and Ryan did the measurement the next day.    The install was also one day after the glass came in.

Chuck is the best! Not only did he show up and give me a very competitive price on screens for two of my rental properties, he was very professional and was able to get the job done ahead of schedule on both properties! After getting an outrageous quote from another window company, my neighbors suggested I call Quad City. Curtis came out the next day and gave me a quote that evening. I was so happy with what they offered. They are so friendly, professional and do quality work! My husband works for a builder and sees a lot of installers leave huge messes and sub par work that needs to be fixed. He was so happy when he came home and saw the amazing install. We could not be happier that we chose Quad City and will be recommending them to all of our friends and family!

We had to replace our existing skylights. Had several quotes from various companies. Mitch came buy with a quote that was within reason and comparable to the others. What separated  Mitch, and overnight skylight, from the others was his enthusiasm, commitment, and passion for what he was doing and talking about. Not going to lie, I had my reservations considering they were relatively new company with a new license. I voiced these concerns to Mitch and he understand yet was committed to starting his business off on the right foot. In today's world it's important to give a new business the opportunity to build a positive reputation and that is exactly what they've started doing. Mitch and his partner (Who, I might add, is a 3rd generation, glass person), do it right! No issues, on time, excellent work and they stand behind their work and the product they install. I would lightly recommend overnight skylight and the team.

Great company to do business with. Got my free estimate and decided to give them the job of installing new shower doors. Timely, Efficient, Friendly and no upscale/hard sale.  Job was able to be done same day with quality workmanship.

I had a new shower door made for my new shower enclosure. The cut of the glass, the handle and hinges, and the fitment of the glass after install were absolutely perfect. Josh and Brian were the installers - they were awesome. I highly recommend this place!!

This company has done glass for me in the past. However I have two pieces of tempered glass that I needed done for the Avondale civic center. They did tell me that it would be 7-10 days. They assured me that their tempered products normally come in in 4 days however. The 10 day mark rolls around and I had to cal a few times to follow up to see if the glass was ready. They managed to order just one piece. I gave them two templates. Another 10 days of waiting. Then we send our driver over to pick up glass and there was no one to help load or to load for my driver. The pieces are heavy and large. 36x72 or so. Overall just the worst glass company I have ever dealt with

First time I used Universal Glass I told them I needed a windshield replacement. They came out and had to reschedule because they didn't bring the glass. They thought they were there to repair. So we rescheduled and they did the glass. A few months later the rubber sealing came off of my car. We called to get that replaced and the come out. Guess what they need to reschedule again because someone who took the call didn't tell them that they needed to replace the seal. So now we wait till our next appointment. I just find it frustrating and poor communication with their  employees and their service. I will go with someone else next time.

The folks at Redline were great. Prompt responses, on time, good prices, and nice to work with.

First off, I didn't receive services from Red Rock. The reason being is because I called Thomas at Red Rock to schedule an estimate. After filling him in on my situation, he very frankly said that I didn't need new windows. What I needed was stucco repair and he gave me a referral. The reason I left this review is because I completely respect his honesty! He totally could have sold me a product that I didn't need! Instead, he pointed me in the right direction. Thank you Thomas!!! Should I require window assistance in the future, I'll be calling back!

We had a great experience with this company. Their price was better than anyone else's and they were very timely with the installation. Great customer service.

it has been one year and 6 months since I had my Milguard windows installed by ck glass & windows. they leaked the first monsoon season in about 5 different places. there was no caulking sealer added and no one would come out and finish the job of sealing the leaks. I finally tried to do it myself. worked last year but the windows were leaking at a different place this monsoon season(1922). I had to go around each window and seal them. there was no sealer around any of the windows along the top. it caused a constant drip when the rains came. I sealed them again. I thought I had paid to have the windows installed correctly. I was wrong.  very poor customer service. very few phone calls and/or texts returned.
