These guys are a joke... I wouldn't use them if they were the last glass company in Arizona. They use the cheapest Chinese glass they can find. The people who work for them are extremely rude. Stay away, in fact run away!!!

We needed the glass replaced in one of our large windows.
So I called Mirage and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and give me a quote.
The guys that came out were very nice, but they had to come out on two separate occasions to measure, were never on time, and the girl in the office (Kara) was extremely rude.
She told me she'd email me a quote to sign and fax back, and as soon as she got it she'd call me for a deposit, and that once she got my deposit she could then order the glass. So I waited for the email but it never came.
The next day it finally arrived so I printed it, signed it, and faxed it back. But Kara never called me to get my deposit. Finally I called her and asked if she'd received the signed quote, and she said yes, but she hadn't had time to call me.
I asked if she wanted me to call her later and she said no, she was out in the warehouse with the guys and would call me later when she got back in the office.
But she never called me.
A few days later we called and someone else answered, so we left a request for the owner to call us, but he never did. In fact, no one ever called us back.
We assumed they didn't want our business, so we hired another company.
A few days later we get an email from Kara saying she ordered the glass but would need our deposit before they installed it.
I emailed her back and told her to cancel the order because no one ever returned our calls so we decided to use a different company.

Wished zero stars were an option  1 00 is too generous. Absolutely as unprofessional as it gets. Starts out great, in person bid, tells you he wants to work with you and says all the right things. After he leaves, forget it. He will take much longer on the bid than he says, and then it gets better. He will completely ghost you when you give the green light. No return calls, no return texts, no decline on the job as a professional would do. Completely immature and as unprofessional as I've ever seen. Beware. Their dismal BBB rating is definitely earned not just given. Steer very clear.

I was desperate for help when I contacted companies to help me.  My glass shower door was dragging on the tile below it.
Israel responded to my cry out for help among other companies on yelp.  He was even texting me on Sunday to set up an appointment for Monday morning.
His price was very reasonable, he arrived a few minutes early which was great.  He showed me how he could quickly and efficiently fixed my shower glass enclosure.  He is intelligent, honest, is experienced and knows what he is doing.  He added sealant to protect my tile and I didn't even know I was missing it.  
I highly recommend Israel.

The owners are fantastic and the pricing is good for the product. I searched for 5 years for an economic option that fit my needs. However, no matter how much I like the windows and the customer service from David and Sam, the installers they used were HORRIBLE. Like.. sloppy, bad, awful work. So my hope is that they can find better installers in the future, or recommend that customers find their own installers. Even though the owners tried to make things right after bad installation job (and they did do some work to correct some big items), it has taken me many hours to fix caulking messes, and correct issues that were caused by poor installation.

These guys are awesome. They replaced the rollers, put a new cap on the slider, and now my door slides just using my pinky finger.  They really care and it shows.  They showed up when promised.  They will be getting all my future business.

He is very nice. But, when we paid him for glass for our tables. He tookour money and never performed the work.Do NOT use! He is not an honest person.

Don't order anything that requires a fork lift .  Super slow  to get a bag of sand dropped into my pick up. . Then 5 guys come out after 40 minutes and not one has a key for the fork lift . Slow beyond belief.

Extremely unprofessional service and has no courtesy whatsoever for customers time. We scheduled a time and day for them to come over since they said they are mobile and when that day and time came they never showed up or bothered to let me know they were running over an hour late. They were supposed to arrive at 3 pm and I waited until 3:05 pm to text them and ask if they were still coming with no response until 3:15 pm with them saying they were somewhere else and can maybe stop by in an hour. He wouldn't even give me a quote for my glass and after an hour passed still didn't show up so I told him I'd take my business elsewhere. This place is a joke and it's no wonder it has no reviews or customers.

I decided to have $1500 worth of blinds ordered and in stalled by homedepot.  
1.  Ordering:  good, the lady who ordered was good, but after that was all dow hill.
2.  Paying  for measurements:  the person to come and measure was Real baad.  He called at 7:45pm to set time, not during working. They he didn't suppose to do, calls only during working hour, LIES....... ans they would take of it.  LIES... continue reading.
3. Delivery of blinds.  They told me the blinds would be delivered at my back garage door, no, no... two delivered front door, one back door, WOW.  I called to explain I was missing blinds and when would they be delivered.   They told me Thursday of the week, nothing.   I called  and told them I didn't receive.  They looked up my order said the computer shows Friday next day, nothing delivered again.  I called again and they said Saturday, nothing.    You can imagine how I felt now.  Didn't get until Monday the next week.   They did the ordering and made more excuses on way delivery wasn't done on time or correctly -Bad customer service
Installation: They promise that the installer would call during work hours  to set up time, again lies,, no he called again at 7:45, during my dinner time which  shouldn't be used for other things.   I asked why he calling so late, he said that's when he makes his calls ummmm.  Homedepot said it wouldn't happen again, but again it did.  Pooooooor customer service
4.   I will NEVER use Homedepot for any more projects. Their unreliable, make up excuses (lies) to cover for installers, delivering and they're unreliability.  One star is all I can give, if a negative 1 is possible I would give.  Its a bad time to give bad service.

I hired Sears Home Improvement to replace my tub/shower combo with a shower. This would require new tile of course, so I included the floor, a new toilet, counter top and sinks.
They started last Monday July 27th. I met Joe the tile guy. A really nice guy. The counter top company also come out to draw the counter top template. Tuesday when Joe arrived as scheduled I had to tell him SRP shut down the electricity to the entire neighborhood so he really couldn't do much. The rest of the week went off without a hitch and I was stunned when Joe came to work Saturday to make up for Tuesday. So far everything is beautiful and they expect to be done Monday (one week total). A different company is coming to install the counter top so I'll have a review of them when the work is complete.
There is still a little grout work to be done on the tile and the shower fixtures will be installed. I opted for rain glass doors on the shower and they are beautiful, just what I wanted. I just hadn't seen any reviews for Sears so I thought I'd start this one while the work is in progress.
Today is Sunday and my project manager Elaine just called to see if she could stop over to check the progress of the work. I can't believe the service I'm getting on the job. So far I love it! If the job ends as well as it started I'll add a 5th star.
UPDATE: My counter top was installed on Monday and the job was completed that day. They were scheduled to be here between 8:00 - 10:00 but they arrived closer to 8:00. The counter looks better then I imagined it would. I'm very happy with Sears!
