We ordered a sliding patio door and had it installed by Arizona Window and Door. The door itself is great quality and works fine now. The problem was with the original installation. The installer on 7/13/2021 left the door in a mess (in fact it was not even on the track properly). We could barely open the door and tiles were broken during installation. A man by the name of Jesse was sent out 7/23 and made all repairs (except the tile) and the door works fine now. We can actually open the door and it slides like butter and the lock at the top of the door is installed properly as well. Jesse did great work. Now for the tile repair. That was scheduled for today 7/26, 8 - 9. Here it is past 9:30 and no one shows up. I called and apparently there are problems and we'll see the tile repair person later today but I never rec'd a call at all. Door cost over $4k so this low level of service is disappointing. I am giving a rating of 4 as the door is great and the follow-up by Jesse was perfect.

Had to have one of my largest window replaced. They broke my drywall trying to push the previous window back where it should be. It took them 6 months or more to finally replace the window and then said that they would get someone out to repair the drywall. It's been a year and I haven't heard anything. I have called until I'm blue in the face. I have texted Johnny repeatedly. I even had a long conversation with one of the owners and he apologized and promised that they would get right on it. I don't like giving bad reviews but their follow up sucks and a year later I'm still looking at broken drywall.

My old screens were tight weave sun shade material. Compared to that, the mesh on the new screens are larger and very small insects get through; the screens are industry standard and this issue should not be unique to Windows4Less. However, I contacted my sales guy, Mike, who was great at getting back to me. Sadly, they do not offer screens with smaller mesh, but he offered to look into replacing them with aftermarket screens at an additional cost. Still great service months after my purchase and install!!

I needed a window replaced, and I saw Garcia's Windows on Yelp and all of the great reviews. After calling, Mark was out to the house within 3 hours to measure and quote. The quote beat all the competition I called. He quoted the same timeframe as the other guys, but then was ready in half the time and was able to do the repair only two days after the quote. Very high level of customer service and professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone who needs window replacement!

Doing a super remodel in North Scottsdale in a million plus home. Most windows needed to be replaced as well as sliders, two doors, and we created new large custom four panel slider for the great room. Our contractor suggested K&J Windows as they were a company he had worked with on numerous jobs. The Sales Rep, Joe Golden came out on two or more occasions,(I was still living in Denver at the time, I know of two occasions). We were quoted May 9, 2017 for Milgard Essence, (top of the line), with a stainable interior so to match the other finishes being used in the home. Time line was described to me personally as 4-6 weeks, and if lucky, maybe three. This was appealing because with all new interior features, we could not proceed until the windows were in. Mid August the windows came in part. We were told some came in wrong, some came in damaged. The problems were described to us as problems with the manufacturer. Once the windows were installed, they left them incomplete, with damage to stucco and interior walls, as well as white screens for our dark stained windows, and wrong size screens. We had to pay extra for the finishing as K&J said that was not something they were responsible for, due in part to the preparation of our contractors, huh? Hello, open walls, make it work. Since speaking with people in the area, their windows were a complete package, installation, finishing, and any stucco/dry wall issues were included in their price. The windows were in horrible shape when I saw them, filthy, no screens, silicone from the install all over the tracks, which when we sanded our new patio, the sand stuck horribly. It is now The end of November. We finally got someone to come out, I was not told they would be there until at my door when I was not home. (No pre call from K&J, my contractor told me they would be out that day, but finally after 4:00, and no call, I gave up and left the house). I did give them permission to go through the back to look at the windows and was told they can not be fixed as they don't have any of the parts and will be back early next week to fix them. Of course they haven't showed. We had a house full for Thanksgiving, no functioning screens, ( still completely missing 4 or 5), flies all over the house and our food, screens literally falling on the ground when guests unknowingly tried to open and close. This has been a nightmare, so bad in fact, that they took some money off the 30k + price tag for not being complete after 6 months, trust me not nearly enough, I would have gladly paid the entire bill to get new, beautiful, and functioning completed windows. I have never personally received a call from the owner, or any management at K&J. My contractor keeps telling me they are promising to fix this window fiasco, but, again we are now going on 7 months with no finished product. I do not usually leave reviews, but, am hoping my terrible experience will not be repeated on unknowing consumers. Maybe there is more to the story that I have not been told, again, where is my phone call from the owner? I continue to wait, and wait, and wait...... if I could give zero stars I would.

John & Ken. I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with choosing Imperial for our replacement window project. Thank you for taking the time to explain options, having a genuine and hands-on concern for quality, and for excellent communication through the process. Your installation crew projects the same values, in particular a concern for quality craftsmanship. They also were clean and my wife enjoyed having them in our home.

Where do I begin? My wife and I are new to home ownership and needed to have numerous windows replaced due to their age and failing seals, parts, locks, you name it. We reached out to a few window installation companies and quickly knew we liked DunRite.
Sal was from the get go very kind and flexible when it came to scheduling follow up meetings as we kept coming up with new questions every time we met, and he continued to have answers for us each time! Never once did he pressure us into buying his windows or services. We finally decided on moving forward with window installation using DunRite after reviewing the multiple bids we received from others in the valley, DunRite stood out as being the right choice for us. After another measuring appointment or two they were ordered and then we waited for install!
After a couple of weeks the windows arrived and we were on the books for installation. The install crew were extremely polite, respectful, and did everything they could to keep our house and the surrounding areas near the windows as clean as possible. Collin was nothing but patient with us as my wife and I asked a million questions before, during, and after each day of install. They wrapped up pretty quick over all (roughly 3 days) and the windows look amazing! What a difference we are noticing in our house temperature wise and just the overall appearance of our house having been updated with these beautiful windows.
We have had some settling of stucco and the caulking used (inside and out) with the temperature changes but we were reassured this is normal and to our delight Sal was quick to respond and have JJ come out to do a once over of the windows and then fill in any openings from the material expanding and contracting. JJ by the way is just awesome, as well, having been here to measure in the beginning and now after the install was complete to ensure we are happy customers.
For two first time home owners and first time window project people DunRite has been there every step of the way for us. Sal, JJ, Collin, and the rest of the crew (sorry to not name all of you!) are some of the most trust worthy, professional, and truly customer oriented people I've had the pleasure of meeting. I feel confident that our windows will last for a long time to come and should something pop up, I know they are there to help. Keep it up and don't ever lose that customer focus. You all are amazing. Thank you!

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors. He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation. His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process. I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I love Tyrone! In a world where prices are exorbitant and companies are ripping the customer off just because they can, in comes Tyrone. He just wants to feed his family, not pay off his entire mortgage. We had a lot of unusual glass situations. He did not hesitate on what to do. He does exactly what he says he is going to do. Do yourself a favor if you need glass and call Tyrone. His helper Ray was an exceptional person too!

I'd say middle of the road to a poor experience. Definitely not the attention to detail that I expected. Our original quote was fine, but they didn't get everything correct (hardware color). That's minor (but sadly it all added up as you will see). We had them do 2 shower doors. For the master, the door was installed and after the fact, I was told that the manufacturer omitted the coating. They offered to come to my home to apply it. I opted to have it removed vs applying it onsite at my home (oddly enough, friends that used them said that the same thing happened to them - 3 to be exact - seems like a cost saving tactic). I even got a mistake call from the office saying that the coating was omitted by the manufacturer (call was for another client, but they mistakenly called me). I'm suspicious. None the less, they removed the door, had the coating corrected and reinstalled it the following week. The other shower door was also problematic. Upon install, one of them broke (literally shattered into a million pieces). I think those things happen - either a defect or install issues. The clean up of the shattered glass was poorly done. Very obviously pieces were stuck to the caulking on the wall. After several weeks, I called to see when it would be replaced. They said that the manufacturer was not being responsive to them and that they were going to use another manufacturer. That prompted them to have to come out and remeasure. I was compensated with approximately a $100 discount (which was not communicated until later). Then on the day of install, they never showed up and I had to call to see what was going on. They rescheduled me for 3 hours later that day. Nice people, but a lot of missteps and a lot of effort on my part. By the time it came to pay my bill, I was plain out exhausted. Customer service was poor. Lots of blaming and lots of excuses. Not much ownership on their part. They were apologetic, but they definitely didn't own it. There are lots of choices in this space. I do not recommend AZ Xtreme Glass & Mirror.
Update: they completed the final shower door installation on Friday 8/13. When the installer asked for payment, I said no. He did not leave an invoice and did not have any history. They also took final payment on the first door, so I was suspicious of the amount that he told me. On Monday 8/16, I talked to the office. I was given the details on the discount. I did not pay at that time due to needing to compare my quote to the invoice, but more importantly to ensure that I was not double charged. I don't think they processed the payment. On Tuesday (8/17), I paid the bill in full and Wednesday I received a notice of Lien filed on 8/16. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY COME ACROSS AS INEXPERIENCED.

From start to finish working with Paul and his crew/staff was a high level of professionalism and customer service! The installation crew of the gutters were very patient and helpful. They took much pride in their work and were very considerate of us and took the extra time to make sure everything was completed to our approval. We had a small added request at the last minute and they took great care of us! We would highly recommend this company for your gutter needs and all the services they offer! You won't be disappointed! Bring on the rain.......!

This has taken me a little while to get to writing, but I just wanted to share my happiness with my new doors while I still had the chance. About a month ago I had four new doors installed after Krasiva's wonderful job with my windows. Yet again, the service and quality of the work was amazing. It's such a relief to be able to open, close, and lock all my problem doors now, because with the winter getting colder and colder I'd be spending a small fortune by now trying to heat my house with the old doors. Thank you so much Krasiva!

We chose Window World because our kids had gotten their windows through them 3 years ago and were very pleased. Our salesman, Lee, was courteous and professional. The installation team was fantastic, they had our windows beautifully installed in less than half a day. But nobody warned us of the WOW factor when we saw how beautiful our new windows looked. We went from the original 1960's windows to 21st high tech. We would highly recommend Window World because their product and people are top notch!
