Ian just completed a big project to repower our boat dock.  It had a variety of moving parts and took lots of planning.  We are really happy with the work and he is a pleasure to work with.  Ian has also worked on upgrades to our house interior and the work is always excellent.

I love these guys. I hired B&G a couple years ago initially to replace all of the ceiling lighting fixtures inside my house to LED's as well as add new LED cans in rooms that did not have enough light. After going through an extensive proposal process then, these guys were both the best in terms of the level of detail in their proposal and also the most responsive to my questions. The work itself was excellent.

I just recently hired them again to replace all of the incandescent and fluorescent lights in my garage and to update some top of cabinet lights. I didn't even bother getting quotes from anyone else. They've earned my trust and I plan on going back for more big projects in the future.

This isn't where you meant to go. You didn't realize at the time that it really was just the warehouse and will-call desk. But now that you've arrived, go look at the surplus tables. Also, while getting back into our car, take a moment to marvel at all of the nooks and crannies in Sodo. I mean that IS why you went to the wrong place, after all.

We had a septic pump that kept tripping the circuit breaker. As you might guess, septic pumps are VERY IMPORTANT. A septic company misdiagnosed the issue, but Boyer to the rescue! Their electrician arrived on time and carefully checked the circuit.  Through process of elimination, he found a worn spot on the wiring insulation that was causing the fault and fixed it.  He patiently explained how it was going when I checked in with him perhaps a little too often. I would call Boyer again for any electrical issue.

They are great to work with. We ran into a ton of complications with our project unrelated to custom electrical but they honored their quote and drove the project through to complication.

Their office staff is also very communicative and reliable.

For larger projects both the elements of communication and trust that they will see it through are really great attributes in selecting a company to work with

Our kitchen lights and bathroom outlets just randomly stopped working after being in our house for a year. I reached out to MAD Energy NW after seeing a Facebook post about them. Hailey responded within hours to see when we could have Mike come out and gave us a quote for what to expect. They were able to come out within one business day.
Mike was on time and really friendly. He was great with the dog, explained everything he was doing, and upgraded our stuff where he could. He was so understanding and careful with our belongings and kept everything clean.

Friendly, helpful, quick, and covid-safe. I needed a new outlet/switch combo installed. Boo was very responsive, Ryder came out to do the job and was professional and friendly. My existing wiring was weird which made the job more complicated than expected but Ryder was communicative about it and did a great job. Highly recommend.

If you're thinking about hiring All Wire for a project--do it! All Wire Electric's service and integrity blew me away. After a wind storm knocked down a tree in our yard, we were left without power and a lot of electrical damage. Needless to say, we needed a bunch of repairs, and we needed them FAST. All Wire came out that same day to give us an estimate and fit us in, despite their busy schedule. They gave us a great price, communicated everything with us, and we got our power back on with their help. I'm very pleased with their service and they were very friendly, which is helpful when you're dealing with a stressful situation like having no power. Thanks again, All Wire!

I had a bunch of electrical problems that I wasn't able to fix myself so I called on this small company for help.  Daulot came over and took care of everything very efficiently and effectively.  I feel really fortunate that I found such a kind, friendly, highly skilled electrician who was able to fit me into his busy schedule. I would definitely call on Fountain Electric again the next time I have any kind of electricity issue.

We've used Allred twice in the past with great results. However, today we woke up to a non functioning furnace. We called Allred and they said they'd call back shortly with a timeframe of when they'd be out. Several hours later we call again, with no update. I called again a few hours after that, finally get a hold of the only person in the dispatch department and she tells me the earliest they can send someone out is tomorrow, after hours. They also had a wrong address despite confirming with them the new one.

It's awfully misleading to say they'll call back with a time when it's not even going to be same day.  Probably let people know that so they can call other businesses so they can get the problem fixed, especially with an infant in the home.

Mercurio's installed a complete new 5 ton gas furnace and AC unit in our house. It was a replacement as we needed a new, efficient and quiet system. The whole job went super well. From the sales person, to install, to follow up. It is a top of the line American Standard product. It has been in for one year now and Mercurio's provides a complementary one-year thorough follow-up. That went well too. I even bought an annual Maintenance Contract from them as well. This new system is efficient and most of all -- very quiet. I am really pleased and would recommend Mercurio's to anyone and everyone. They are the best. Their personnel are thorough, courteous, and professional; especially the sales person, Chris who saw the project through completion.

I was having issues with my wall heater and was unsure if it was the heater or the thermostat. She took a significant amount of time and spoke with me about it. Through our fairly indepth conversation, we came to I would buy both and then the electrician would figure out which it was when they got here. Easy for them and saves me money. Yay!

As I was trying to find the same heater it took awhile. There were a few added calls as I wanted a socket replaced as well. I had went to Home Depot and was completely overwhelmed. She was so good to help me figure out which one.

All that said. As I do like to save money, which I wished they were just a bit less expensive, I did call around thereafter. I called at least 6 different electricians. Majority I couldn't understand, or they asked me things I just had said to them and/or didn't seem to want to really take any time to listen. One I called, lots of noise in the background. They quoted me $99 just to come out and then they would price quote me. Even stating what I had said to Meadow and that I would buy both. After knowing I wasn't going to use them, I mentioned the noise, and he said he was at a bar having a beer. Found ANM were well worth the price Meadow quoted.

Really, these are the people.

Once I got everything, Meadow got me in the books right away. Nicholas was to be here at 7:30 am. Loved that he texted he was running 15 mins late. He was really nice and knowledgeable. To my surprise, he was saying goodbye, and I said wait who do I pay? They are sending invoice in the mail. Who does that? :-)

Absolutely nothing bad to say. Will wait til I get the invoice but pretty sure I know what it will be per Meadows and mine's conversation.

Update: I did get the invoice. Close to $100 more than I thought. Dropping a star.

Great service! I've used them on a couple occasions and they have always been prompt and reliable.

Todd came and looked at my job yesterday and gave me a rough overall price for the work.  Said he could have one of his guys come tomorrow (which was today) at the time I wanted.  Mike came today on time and was great, very knowledgeable and personable. Did a great job and the overall cost was less than what Todd originally gave me.  You can't complain about paying a lower price than what was quoted but more importantly, they made the process easy and fast and I would use them again.

I called Frank @ Power Pros to help with my new Tesla Charger....adding a new electrical outlet in my garage and upping to 240v to support a faster charge.  Frank was excellent at offering suggestions and explaining some detailed aspects to someone like me that has zero electrical knowledge.  
Frank was super personable, very responsive and really did a great job!  I have a couple other electrical projects in an older house we purchased that I will definitely have him do because I trust his work and I would recommend Frank to anyone looking for help with a project......in particular an EV charger install!

I think they closed their business. They started a job at our home they never finished--months with no response.

They even came out to rebid our project after starting, after leaving it for a few months and claiming the first bid wasn't right. The bid was about 10 minutes but they hung around an hour or so. Very strange.

That was about 4 months ago--never heard from them again.

Friendly and responsive.  They charge $100 to come out to diagnose any issues which was expected.   Once done they examine the home for any kind for potential up sells even though they have not been asked to do so.  Even simple things they charge hundreds and eventually added  up with estimates on over 10k worth of work.  The estimated work was not necessary but recommeneded.  At an hourly of estimates, which they would not give upfront, are several hundred of dollars per hour.  They get paid better than doctor, lawyer, and professors.   I know there is a labor shortage but it seems we live a strange world now...  

In fairness, speaking with other electrical companies they wanted $500 just to come out for a diagnosis.. However, I question electrical labor is hundreds per hour.  Inflation goes up if we accept the higher cost of labor.  Supporting minimal and livable wage is one thing, but this is far from meeting living standards...

Brought a higher end lamp in to find a pair of shades today. Three associates at the counter at the time. I asked where the shades were and the gal pointed me in their direction, not even bothering to get out of her chair. I spent about 10 minutes searching with no luck. The lamp shades are about 12 feet from the sales counter. Not one of the associates offered any assistance. I walked out passing all three at the desk (no customers present). Not one of them said one word to me as I passed and exited the store. This is LOUSY customer service and I won't be back. I will take all of my future business to Hansens in Lake City. I should have just gone to Hansens in the first place. Last time the owner spent at least 30 minutes assisting me with shades. Lesson learned!
