Mo was fantastic to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and resolved some incorrect work from previous remodel. It was really easy to schedule and he came out right on time and completed exactly what we needed. I'll be working with Mo on some additional projects and 100% recommend Mo to my family and friends.

They came out on time and did a nice job fixing our electrical issue. They are pretty busy so it's hard to get an appointment quickly but they are diligent about calling when something opens up sooner.

I can't actually say if these guys are any good or not. I requested a quote for an EV charger install since they were listed at tesla.com as one of the recommended installers for my area. I initially called and left voicemail. No Response! I then left a message at their website. No Response! In short, they never responded to my request. If they are busy a courtesy response would have been nice. Disappointing.

When we had an appliance delivery that wouldn't fit in our front door, the door was removed including the hinges, and didn't go back on straight. Finally got tired of mentioning it to my husband and searched for a handyman on Yelp. Got matched with Fixer, scheduling was a breeze. I was able to text photos ahead of time. Our Fixer was out to my house on time, and straightened out the door quickly. He also installed our smart lock for us. I think the price was very fair, and he did a great job! Didn't drag it out for more money which is always a risk. Will definitely use Fixer again!

I had my New heat pump installed in September. I cannot recommend CM Heating more highly! I am a business owner and I demand the best from my employees. CM Heating went above and beyond to make sure that my installation went smoothly and all their personnel were courteous and respectful of my time and my home. They came in on budget and like any large project, some small problems can arise. In this case I had a part that failed shortly after installation that resulted in a higher than normal power bill. When I brought this to the attention of their service manager, I was reimbursed without any delay or hastle! They ordered the part and made sure that the tech was out the very next day to get my system working properly and cut me a check for the added cost of my my power bill so I was not out the money. In this day and age it is rare for a company to have such high integrity as CM Heating has! If you are looking to have your furnace or heat pump installed or repaired, your first call should be CM Heating!

Very good work and willing to work with me on my situation. Truly appreciate the flexibility and good will of Dylan. Thanks for helping me figure out my flickering issue!

Based on a referral by a trusted friend, I hired RezaLectric to completely redo all the lighting and outlets in the new house I just purchased. And wow, I had no idea what an amazing difference it would make in my house.
Reza and his team were very professional, their work was spotless, and their prices were fair. Reza the owner has a serious talent for lighting; their work far exceeded my expectations.

We, erm, accidentally drilled into a water pipe :-(
Contacted After Hours Services, got a text message back quickly. Set up a time for the next day (the water was turned off, so it was annoying but not an emergency).
Will came out. Found the problem. Patched the leak, by splicing in a piece of copper pipe. Good work; fair price; nice guy!

We recently bought a fixer-upper in Auburn and found out we needed a full electrical upgrade. Being new to the area we didn't know where to start it was tough to even get human on the phone or even to show up at the appointment time. So I got a referral from one of our new neighbors and called Maple Valley they were able fit us in pretty quick and offered some different options so we could stay in budget and completed the work on time. I can not recommend them enough.

We contacted Washington Electric through a Deal of the Day on Angie's List. Eric at Washington Electric was very responsive through Angie's List message system and other emails. We exchanged a rough description of the job, and he asked for photos, which we uploaded on Angie's List. The job was scheduled for one week later. Two electricians were here - they even called from the freeway saying that traffic was bad.
They assessed the job, and offered to start right away, saying they would finish in 6 hours. However, they finished in ahead of time. In addition to installing the new circuit panel and did extensive grounding. They placed two 8' grounding rods outside the garage wall.
The next day a City of Seattle electrical inspector was here, reviewed their work and quickly passed it with no reservations. We are very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, or to use them again.
We paid $395 for the Angie's List deal, knowing our job would require more work and additional cost. Washington Electric gave us a $500 credit toward the overall price.

My sister referred me to Todd when I bought my house almost 15 years ago. The house is from the 40s, had lots of add-ons, and needed a lot of electrical updating, which he did for an excellent price, found things we weren't expecting and fixed it, and helped with my new master bathroom addition. I am calling him today for other stuff I'm going to have done, and I think he's great. I have referred him to friends who also thought he was great. His son, who also has an electrical company has come and helped him on his job at my house, and his son is a wonderful person and electrician too. He is good people.

Excellent customer service and timely communication. Sometimes, this really does make all the difference. Asked the right questions of us to ensure that all the needed parts were available for the service. Talked us through the options and arrived at the right solution for our needs. Prices are reasonable with respect to other local electricians and are explained thoroughly up front.

These guys are awesome. Very easy to book them. Justin showed up on time, was super nice, patient and innovative with a somewhat unusual chandelier install. He was in and out in just under an hour for a bit less than what the competition was charging (or would have charged if had had been willing to wait weeks to get them out to my house). I'd hire Queen Anne Electric again in a heartbeat.

Great Northern installed a Cummins generator for us two weeks ago. Augie and his team did a great job and were very easy to coordinate and work with. Augie also coordinated with plumbers for the gas line we needed. And he was great at responding to email quickly, which was very useful for my husband who works long hours.
We love the generator... it worked perfectly and kept us warm and cozy during the recent storm! We would definitely hire Great Northern again and recommend them to all of our friends.

Had these guys put in 6 large windows and 2 sliders. Since have learned that they did not flash or caulk anything. Plus they are expensive. I recommend you stay far away from this company.

Brandon from Kraft Electric was great from start to finish. He came highly recommended from a friend who he had worked with, and he was able to come out and give us a reasonable quote right away.
We had some under cabinet light put in a recent kitchen remodel, and recessed LED lights in our living room. He and his crew were on time, respectful, and clean. When the job was done, the price was exactly what he quoted me originally.
I would absolutely hire him again, and I'll recommend him to my friends and family.

I thought I could easily go in and replace all the outlets in my master bed room. I got them all working yet a week later started having all sorts of electrical issues in our room. By the time I was done troubleshooting the room nothing worked. I called premier at 630pm in the afternoon and they picked up! Talked with Darren for a bit and he was honest and up front. Gave me all his information and said he could come out that week. I ended up fixing the issues myself but out of the two other local services I called that night he was the only one to answer and follow through. I'm doing a house remodel and I will absolutely call them in the future.

The work: I had 3 total outlets I needed moved and 2 light switches and a (??speaker control??- we don't use) switched to the other side of a wall. Was a phone jack too but the electrician said not to bother with it once he was there... Not really useful. Just cut the wire off.
I'm a fair person so here's the break down.
The good:
Overall the company did well.
-I was happy with the look of the work ( haven't tested it yet)
-technicians that were sent out were friendly.
-they cleaned up nicely and tried to lay a tarp down to protect the floors.
What I was not happy with -
- they went to the wrong address and so showed up late.
- soon after arriving they took a quick look and informed me they were going to run to Home Depot to buy a few things, grab lunch and come back.... ( so electricians did not carry basic outlets or Tamper resistant gfi's with them - which are required by code)
- they didn't give me an invoice after completion.... Claimed I would have to be billed for the time spent writing it up. (Ok- I figured they were being nice. )The tech assured me the bill would be what was estimated- 4 hrs.
- got the bill 1 week later in the mail. I won't say the price, but was 35% higher than estimate! They ( unknown to me) charge for travel time and time spent buying the materials . Home Depot is less than 6 min from my house. Literally. I understand an estimate can go up, but that's a bit much.
Granted I don't think he included tax on his estimate.
As for travel time- we live in the same city as the company.
So- good work , nice guys, but know they will charge you for any travel time , there will be extra $$ since they don't keep the materials for the job with them, and insist on an invoice at the end- no matter what!
Oh and dont bother calling for an explanation or assistance .the owner did not act sorry or even concerned at all- instead insisted I was getting excited over nothing and made it my problem. ( I'm sorry if I don't have $$ to just waste )
But he is right- it's my problem and my solution will be to pay but not to use them or recommend them to anyone in the future, good work or not .

Had a flood take place in our laundry room. Called around to get emergency help. Dear was the first company that responded with help. From the phone call and the professionalism on the other end of that phone call. To Santos the technician that showed up. You made an awful situation seem not so bad. Santos our technician was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly, so helpful. You will definitely be the first company I call for any other needs that we may have. Thank you DEAR
