Fixer Electrician
Our Fixer came to help solve a quirky circuit breaker and GFCI problem; after discovering the simplest solution in a matter of minutes, he stayed on to take care of another small electrical socket fix while he was there. Great communication up front, timely notifications of his arrival, and polite and fun in person to work with and explain the situation to - would be delighted to use them again, and I even learned a little about our electrical setup for the next time.

Frederickson Electric Electrician
Frederickson installed a heat pump, a series of exhaust fans, a dedicated 240 v line, and a few other jobs. Customer service each time was excellent. Very detailed and responsive. Everyone was friendly and professional and they did great work. Highly recommended.

All City Electric Electrician
I had added a tandem breaker to my panel to accommodate an additional circuit installed during a kitchen remodel 6 years ago. Last weekend my lights were flickering and when I checked the breaker, I noticed sparks between the breaker and panel. I contacted All City Electric (based on a high recommendation from a family member)  to come take a look at the electrical panel servicing my home. Skip was the electrician that was dispatched and arrived 45 minutes after speaking with the office personnel and describing my issue. Skip was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable and instantly made me feel at ease. He made some changes to the breakers and wiring in the panel and assured me that the issue had been resolved. I haven't had any issues since he left, and that makes me a very happy customer. Thanks for the prompt courteous service!!  I will be using All City Electric for all my electrical need in the future!!

Worldview Electric Electrician
I'm hesitating with a 4; it could have been anything lower depending on the day. Worldview took over the contract for a job previously bid and started by another electrical contractor, which is run (I think?) by a friend of Worldview's owner; I could never get a straight answer, which was concerning. Nonetheless, they sent out a tech to install a new circuit, ground a pool light housing, and connect the circuit for said light. Before the tech arrived, another one and his crew showed up ostensibly to drop off the materials (they claimed they'd bought them, but only dropped off a spool of ground wire). When the tech arrived, he had no materials (wire, conduit, circuit breaker, junciont boxes, etc) and no vehicle to go buy them which could hold 10' conduit sticks, so I followed him to Home Depot with my vehicle to transport the 10' sticks of conduit. By now it's ~6:30pm.... I assisted the tech until 9pm, and even grabbed my fish tape to run the wires since he didn't have one! He came back the next day and we completed all the work together. I'm pretty handy and was glad to help, but there's no way this would have been done in 2 days if I hadn't.
To be clear, the tech isn't to blame here; he worked on our job 3-5 hours each day after already working 8 hours on another one each day. Kudos to him!
Worldview did shoot me a Home Depot gift card due to all the inconvenience described above, and I appreciate it. I hope they get more organized going forward and can succeed.

Huckleberry Electric Electrician
We hired Huckleberry to do all the electrical for our basement apartment project, which included adding a sub panel, interior and exterior lights, and adding outlets etc. We are so so happy we went with this business and crew. Andrew was responsive and quick to provide an estimate and get us scheduled, and was communicative about plans and timeline and was willing to accommodate extra requests. Coleson was the lead person on the job, and he was efficient, extremely professional, and also willing to go above and beyond to get the project done quickly. All the Huckleberry team were nice and professional. I would give this company my highest review.

Seahurst Electric Electrician
I have recently retired from the Chief Electrician position for one of Trident Seafoods largest Batter and Breading Plants, a position which I held from the turn of the Millenium until this year. For much of that time I was the only electrician in the plant. I was fortunate to choose to use the folks of Seahurst Electric as my backup throughout my tenure there.

Seahurst provided our TEGG services, as well as successfully completed literally dozens of industrial, commercial and domestic type projects for us over the years. They were large and small, bid and T&M projects, thoroughly planned out projects, and last minute We need this now! sort of projects, and never once was I disappointed with the final outcome. If problems popped up, they were dealt with. If all went well, the final billing reflected that. If there was a disaster, they were there.

Punctual, careful, precise, thoughtful, cheerful, and thorough are all words that come to mind when I think of my experiences with them. They always helped me sleep better at night.

My experience has been that the company, seemingly to a man (or lady), is very professional, honest, and customer focused. They truly are some of the finest service people I have ever known.

These have been my go-to people, and I would recommend them to you without reservation, for any electrical project you might be considering, be you a housewife or a person responsible for the welfare of a large business. You won't be disappointed either.

Dean's Home Repair Electrician
Super prompt, no-nonsense and knowledgeable. We had Dean come over to replace a leaky garbage disposal. He diagnosed the problem immediately, quoted us a price for a proper replacement and was at our home less than 24 hours later. While here, he noticed two other small leaks/issues with our sink / dish washer drainage setup and fixed both problems. Would definitely call him again... heck, he even loved that our puppy was trying to help him out the whole time.

Alpha & Omega Electric Electrician
I called to have an estimate done for some work on my house. The wait time for someone to come out was several days, which was fine. The tech came out, looked around, asked me questions, took some pictures, and said it would be about a week before they sent in the bid - that's understandable, I figured they wanted to be thorough. The bid came in and it was lower than their competitors, so I called to schedule service. The person who answered was a little condescending and it seemed like I was bothering her by asking to get work set up. I'll send a message to the tech, she said and then hung up. I waited two business days for a response and then called their competitor, who had actually called me to schedule the work while I was waiting for Alpha and Omega's quote.

It's been more than a week and they still haven't called me back. I was thinking about going with them for some of the other work around the house, but probably won't. I like supporting small businesses (especially those around Everett), but it's hard to be confident in a company that won't follow through on basic things like setting up an appointment.

Konsker Electric Electrician
I was looking for someone to put in 20 recessed lights with dimmer switches. I got several quotes and based on cost I got from the quotes I thought that I would have do 5 lights a year to be able to ever afford it. Turns out, I had called the wrong places because when I called Robert (he was last on my list) he gave me a fair, reasonable quote, which was less than 1/2 of what some of the white-glove lighting companies wanted to charge us for the same job. Thanks to Robert, we could finally afford the lights! His team had the job done in 2 days, cleaned up their mess, and were professional and courteous the whole time. I couldn't recommend them more. If you are looking for honest, reliable work at a price that is fair and reasonable, look no further than Robert and his crew!

Cottage Electric Electrician
My wife and I hired Westhill to remodel our kitchen.  They subbed out the electrical work to Cottage Electric and billed us $7,700 to upgrade the kitchen wiring and add some can lights in the ceiling.  It was far more money than what was reasonable.

Cottage Electric's crew did sloppy work and used our subfloor as a garbage dump including fast food wrappers despite a garbage can being just feet away.  They did a blind plunge cut into our subfloor with a long sawzall blade and cut open a water pipe.  Luckily I was home and knew where the water shut-off valve was because they didn't.

Cottage didn't read our build plans correctly and placed the 240-volt oven outlet in the wrong location on the wall right between two cabinet sections.  Instead of fixing it properly with an inset metal outlet box, they just punched holes in the drywall and ran the bare wires out.  Later when I was installing the oven, I had to run to Home Depot to get the parts to install a proper outlet box per NEC requirements.

They would also not come back out in a timely manner to finish other appliance outlets.  I had to complete four other circuits myself for a wall cabinet, the refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher to keep our project on schedule.

A full ONE YEAR later, I had to remind Cottage Electric that their electrical permit on our house was about to expire.  They sent two employees out to wrap up the final circuit for under-cabinet lighting under the sink.

They asked ME to stay home all day to meet with the electrical inspector because their workers were all tied up in the field on the day of inspection.  Prior to the inspection, I called Cottage's owner, Ted Thayer, to coordinate with him to make sure the inspection would go smoothly.  I also voiced some of our frustration with the lack of support over the past year.  Ted was rude and condescending.  When I tried to steer the conversation back to a productive tone, Ted's behavior worsened into what I can only describe as an elementary school level parroting back to me of what I was saying but in mocking tone.  It was truly bizarre.

Cottage's electrical work failed inspection due to loose ceiling wires not being secured.  There were also other code violations that the inspector didn't notice but I later fixed.

Please avoid this company.

C & R Electric Electrician
We called friends and neighbors around Burien asking if they had a reference for a good electrician. To our surprise nobody did. So we gave our most local of businesses, C & R, a shot. Cold calling any business (especially when it comes to working on utilities) can be daunting.  But now we have our forever electrician who we will be recommending to everyone we know.

Ron knocked it outta the park. Super friendly and personable but 100% professional; he did the work quickly and with total proficiency. He checked every single customer service box and then some. We were blown away.

If you are in King County and especially on the south end, the company you want to call is C & R Electric Inc. There's a reason they've been at it for over 50 years.

5 stars and beyond!
