I needed what I thought was serious wiring help on several levels of my townhome. When I called Power Pros Electric Frank answered immediately and listened to my issues. He was able to come the next day. He checked my issues and it turned out to be less dire than I thought. He was able to fix the problem right then. He answered my questions double checked that everything was working and gave me an estimate regarding some wall heaters that also needed replacing. His fees are reasonable, he is professional, friendly and honest. I will definitely have him back to replace my wall heaters.

Our electrical outlets stopped working and Frank was able to quickly resolve our issue. We FaceTimed and he walked us through what we needed to do.

Frank came out within an hour on a weekend without up charging us for a weekend or emergency fee.
The price he charged was fair and while working on my panel he found a loose wire and repaired that for free as well.

The city recently trimmed a large evergreen on our property and tweaked the power lines sending a power surge that wiped out all electricity to our house. So, on the coldest day of the year we had no lights, heat, or internet (we work from home). The surge blew out some appliances too. After no response from a previous electrician we've used and contacts provided by a referral service we found Frank at PowerPros.
Frank answered the phone (other companies ask that we made a request via internet which is difficult without power)and came right out for a safety check. He got in touch with the power company. He worked us in between his other jobs until we were up and running again. He's a super nice guy and his fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend Frank and Power Pros!

I hired Frank at Powr Pros to fix a problem that my son in law installing new outlets. He came out right away, fixed the problem. The price was very reasonable. Frank is a really nice guy and offered to help out my son in law anytime he got stuck. My son in law is special needs and Frank was very kind to him and helpful. I trust Power Pros and will hire them for any electrical projects I have in the future. No need to look around anymore. Found the best!

We were very disheartened at first, when we assumed we had been dropped through the proverbial crack, but we poked the Frank bear a little bit, and Frank and his team rallied right up and delivered a stellar job, like Shazam's JohnnyOnTheSpots. Short review: Call this firm first and speak to Frank. Long review: After seeing the reviews for Frank & Power Pros Electric, they were the only company I messaged. Frank promptly called me and I walked him through my circuit breaker problem. I believe what we all want is that super smart friend who is a master electrician, patient, has zero need to make himself look smart or look look dumb, and has 100% interest in solving your problem without spending a dime and if you need to spend money, spend it smart. Frank is that friend. I made a $9 run to Home Depot and the problem was solved. If it's electrical, I am calling Frank.
Had a scary sound start coming from our breaker box (turned out to be two failing breakers). Called 4 other companies, met by the answering service, 2+ weeks to even get it looked at. Frank answered the phone right away and was able to come out within 2 hours, diagnose, and immediately fix the problem. He even rehung a hardwired smoke detector I'd been meaning to get to for the last month! He was also very personable and had some fun anecdotes to share. Price was extremely reasonable too, and would've been so even to be seen a week later let alone within 2 hours of calling.
Frank is a rare gem and I am saving his number for my next electrical issue!!!

Frank did a great job in replacing 5 switches that were hooked up in 4-way and 3-way configuration with occupancy sensors with equivalent Z-wave enabled ones. He's really busy, like any good electrician, but once he was able to fit me into his schedule, the job was done in about two hours and worked perfectly. I can now control the switches with my Smarthome software! Thanks Frank and company!
Frank was the *only electrician who returned my call, and he did so within ten minutes of me leaving a message. He said he could come tonight and, wonder of wonders, he actually did! He fixed the two problems quickly and showed me what to do if there was a recurrence. I am so thrilled to have found a tradesperson who takes his work seriously. Highly recommended.
Frank has helped us twice now. Both times he was on time, professional, and highly skilled. He is reasonably priced and I believe that he has integrity and is trustworthy. He installed our new chandelier for us despite the snowy weather to ensure we wouldn't have Christmas dinner in the dark. We couldn't be more pleased. Frank Anderson is our go to electrician.
They did an excellent job installing a security camera outdoors by hooking it up to the electrical wiring inside the wall. Job finished in less than 2 hours.

We were having issues with our furnace aux heating. I described the problem to Frank and he quoted me the work quickly and was able to come out to my place within 1 day. Frank is an excellent troubleshooter and quick to figure out the issue. He is great to talk to about electrical work due to his high expertise in the area. I was happy he took extra time to answer all my questions and learn more about what is going on. A power surge that knocked out half of the electricity in our house so I called Frank on a Sunday morning and he was able to come out within a couple of hours. He was very communicative on his way over to let me know about any delays and updated ETAs. He arrived and patiently went through every outlet and behind every light switch to try to find the cause of the short, walking back to the breaker panel to check the trip status every time. He was finally able to determine the source of the short and fix the issue. The whole time he was very friendly to our curious dogs and 7 year old. He was even willing to take his shoes off in our house. I can't say enough good things about Frank. Highly recommended!

Frank came out and installed a new circuit breaker and outlet for me. He was very responsive and came out ASAP. He had a fair price, was very communicative and professional. He took care of all the proper permitting. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again!
I reached out to Frank to complete an install for two floodlights and he got back to me right away. Right off the bat I think the first thing you'll notice about frank is his energy and charisma. He provided me with a quote and it wasn't only reasonable but it was a lot better than some of these other places I called around. We'd been having issues with our dishwasher tripping the breaker on every single run, leaving us doing dishes by hand. While not urgent, it was pretty annoying. Frank came out within a few days to take a look, and immediately figured it out: the breaker was worn out. He replaced it within 15 minutes, and we haven't had to do dishes since.
Absolute pleasure working with Frank: he's extremely communicative, arrived exactly when he said he would, very kind and informative. I will be reaching out to him for all of my electric needs, and recommend you do too!
We engaged Frank from Power Pros Electric to help us install an electrical plug for our new cooking range and add a wall outlet inside our walk-in pantry. He showed up promptly for the scoping visit and was able to provide us a quote right away. Frank and his assitant did a great job on our new panel. After requesting a quote on Yelp, I was contacted back immediately and he came on time to give a reasonable quote. Of the people I got quotes from, he was the only one who actually unscrewed the old panel to check out how the wires looked. He was friendly and knowledgable. I could tell right away he was a good human to work with. After I chose him, he scheduled the job way sooner than I expected. He and his assistant was communicative throughout, and was courteous about taking shoes off to come in the house. They cleaned up well after their work, and took care of the permit and inspection process with no problem. I made a mistake about his original quote and actually paid him less than he deserved, but he was very cool about it. (I wrote a check to make it up when he retured for inspection.) Frank made sure I was happy before he left for good, and he emphasized that he'd come back any time to fix whatever was wrong -- and I have no doubt he would.

Called and came the same day I called (he was in the area and dropped by).
I had needed a breaker that need to be replaced - was done quickly, and also did a quick check for anything else obvious.
Reasonable price (especially compared to the other quotes I got for the work). Friendly and professional. Will definitely use Power Pros Electric again!

I was able to speak directly with the electrician when I called - not an outsourced call center. The electrician was great and talking with me through my own diagnosis on the phone and gave a great consult.
He was then available to come out quickly and showed up on time. He not only fixed my problem, but explained how it happens and how to prevent it in the future. He also talked with me about some potential electrical upgrades to my house I've been thinking about.

We had an outlet issue and Frank contacted me immediately and made time in his schedule to address our issue on the same day. Very professional! Would definitely recommend!
I initially called Frank to install a new light fixture in our front room. He was so friendly and knowledgeable on the phone that we also hired him to do an upgrade to our old electrical panel. Our house was kind of a mess since we were in the middle of doing drywall repair in the same room, but he was respectful of our work and cleaned up after himself. I also appreciated that he did all of the permits and contacted PUD to pull the meter before replacing the panel. Seriously, Frank is the best.
I will definitely contact Frank for any future electric projects and so should you!

One of the VERY good guys. Frank and Vince replaced my 40-year old panel in less than a day. They cared to keep my power on for as long as possible. Honest, helpful, professional, and definitely trustworthy. When Frank gives a quote, it's the best price for the highest quality work. A real mensch. He wants you to understand and be comfortable with what work needs to be done, and he'll even teach you stuff! Can't beat that. Excellent communications and super punctual. Old school in the best way.
I started smelling a burning rubber smell the other night and found a burned outlet. I was pretty worried so I reached out to multiple companies on Yelp around 9pm. Power Pros Electric responded instantly and Frank called me the next morning. He was friendly and helpful. Came out within only a few hours on a Holiday and replaced 2 outlets for a very reasonable rate. I will be using him again for my future electrical needs & will recommend him to friends and family. The owner Frank Anderson came out to replace an outlet and install a heater, and he was just AWESOME!! He gave me a great deal on the work to be done! He is knowledgeable in what he does.
There was another time I had issues with three of my outlets in which two were GFCI outlets. I tried to get a hold of Frank and Frank answered my call while he was on vacation. We were able to FT and he walked me thru my circuit breaker and helped me to resolve my outlet problems just like that. He saved me money and time from having to call another electrician.
If I could, I would give Power Pros Electric Bothell 10 STARS!! I highly recommend this business!! Thanks again Frank!!
Needed a quick install of a GFCI outlet for a bidet and Power Pros. was available in the shortest amount of time (others were a month out for an appointment). Completed the work in about an hour and no complaints. Was helpful and considerate of our situation and would definitely recommend in an emergency.

We have a small apartment building and have had trouble finding an electrician within a reasonable time period and that didn't cost a fortune in the past.
On a recommendation from another electrician I found Frank Anderson with Power Pro. The stars must have been aligned.
I called and talked to a real human. All phone calls and texts were a fast response as was his service.
He made time in his busy schedule to come fix a problem in one of our units.
Electricians are never cheap, but these guys are honest and fair. So glad I finally found an electrician we can call and trust.

Frank was quick to respond to our request. Came out the next day for what we hoped was a quick repair, but ended up being more involved. He gave us a fair quote, pulled necessary permits and had it fixed a couple days later. Would definitely hire Power Pros. if we need electrical help again.
Frank is great: experienced, flexible, communicative, and a true craftsman that clearly cares about doing an excellent job. We needed a 220v line pulled for a new electric water heater. Frank appreciated that we were under time pressure and gave a good estimate from photos and a phone call. He even offered to give suggestions whether or not we chose him for the job. He came out fairly late in the day to fit me in earlier and did a super tidy job. Very pleased and will definitely use him for future projects.
Frank gave us a terrific assessment of the knob and tube wiring in our house and helped us really understand how our wiring was set up after some work was done by a previous electrician. Clearly has a lot of expertise and was super responsive and friendly. Will definitely follow up with him for future work.
Frank came to our house on a very short notice and helped us with our fire alarms that wouldn't stop going off. He was very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. He gave us a suggestion and didn't even charge for the visit since he wants to see if we will need work after we try what he recommended. We highly recommend this company.

Frank installed a Tesla charger in my garage and did a great job. Great communication and took the time to clearly explain what he was going to do. Really nice guy and very professional. He also found and fixed a major electrical problem while he was doing the install. I learned more than a few things while he was working in my garage!
Huge thanks to Frank for guiding my wife Veronica to a solution to our electrical problem over the phone. He was both friendly and helpful. We will absolutely use him in the future.

Tenants were patiently waiting for their hot water to be restored. Plumbers were working until 7:00pm the previous night (Friday) to get a new hot water tank in as the previous tank was fried. They told me the next morning that there was an electrical issue that fried the old heater, they weren't sure if this new one would heat up, and recommended we get an electrician out asap.
Getting contractors out the same day is difficult, let alone on a weekend. After exhausting the Google list of electricians, I turned to Yelp to find someone who could come out soon. Called Frank who picked up immediately, was as friendly as can be, and he found a way to squeeze in the job on his way home that afternoon because it was an emergency.
Sure enough Frank showed up as promised, repaired the circuit breaker that was causing the issues, and the tenants had hot water a few hours later! Not only was his price reasonable, but he was an absolute pleasure to talk with the whole time as well. Will be using Power Pros again in the future!

Frank came out to run some wire and install a couple of outdoor outlets. He gave an estimate on the spot which was reasonable and detailed. He's extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I was trying to do with my project. He was always responsive via text or the phone for questions I had. He helped get our permit pulled and then made sure he was here to do the inspection after the work was done. Super satisfied with Frank and the team for the great job they did.
Frank came out to my house on the same day to rescue my house of the power outage. He quickly problem solved & tackled the issues. Bedrooms upstairs & the living room downstairs got their lights back. I would definitely call him again next time my house is in trouble electrically.

We had one whole electrical circuit go out in our home without tripping the circuit breaker. Fortunately we found Frank who came out and immediately found the problem and had us back up and running that same day.
Contacted Power Pros Electric because the cadets in my new home were blowing cold air. I found Power Pros on yelp and decided to give them a try. When I called the electrician walked me through a few steps to remotely troubleshoot the issue and those steps resolved my issue!! Having a company that values their customers enough to save us money and not take advantage of them is a relief and I truly appreciate knowing I can turn to this company in the future!! Thank you sooo much Power Pro Electric. I will definitely call your company first in the future should I need ANY electrical repairs/modifications etc.

Reached out to Frank at PPE because we were getting a terrible fishy smell in your panel. Our furnace started to throw the breaker and the smell only got worse. Frank rushed out in under 30 minutes, found a burnt out breaker, changed it out, and resolved the issue in under an hour. Highly recommended!

Was incredibly impressed by Frank. He went out of his way to come out on the same day I called to check out my electric panel as the AC kept tripping the switch. ..... and we were in store for a heat wave. He quickly fixed the issue and even reached out the following morning to see how it was working. Will definitely be recommending him to friends and family!!!
First, I have to say that Frank Anderson is a terrific guy. Knowledgeable, professional, experienced and incredibly skilled, Frank is the quintessential electrician, a true master of his craft. And what a delight to work with. He responded quickly and was able to install the upgrades necessary to handle my new Hyundai electric vehicle. He knew exactly what to do and never skipped a beat. The quality of his work was outstanding, really a masterpiece in the world of electrical design and implementation. I hate to bring money into my review but the bill for Frank's work was more than reasonable. I have owned a lot of houses over my 79 years but never have I encountered an electrician at his skill level. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Frank.

We overloaded one of our circuits with 2 space heaters going at once and blew the circuit breaker, then we tried everything we could google but were unable to reset it. We were afraid it was going to cost a bunch of money (we couldn't afford right now) but we knee it had to be fixed. After doing some research we were lucky enough to call Power Pros first. My husband called and Frank told him to go try One more thing. Well, it worked and frank is our hero!!! We were so impressed with his helpfulness and honesty!!! If we ever need an electrician in the future (likely given the age of our house) we will definitely be calling Power Pros, and will be recommending to anyone who asks. Thanks Frank! You made us happy

Frank completed the job so quickly. He told us exactly what the issue was and took care of it without any extra cost or labor. Frank was super friendly and we will recommend him to all our friends!
Frank installed an EV charging station outside our house. This was during a time when every other electrician I contacted was weeks or months out from even giving estimates. Frank came to give an estimate within a couple days, and finished the job within a couple weeks. He got a number of emergency calls (connected to the June 2021 heat dome), and so had to push back the installation a few times. But he offered to make up for it by doing a bit of extra work, and so figured out a problem we'd had with an external outlet.
We'd gladly have Frank do more work in the future. Thanks!

PowerPros did an excellent job installing a floor outlet for us. They were fast and clean. I would hire them again without hesitation.
Frank arrived on time, was respectful and took his time diagnosing the issue. What was amazing was he didn't give up even when we could not seem to get to the root cause of the problem. And eventually after figuring out the issue, he called back the next day to ensure everything was working as expected. Overall a great experience!
Power Pros was very responsive, did a good job and was a great value. We would use him again!
I called Frank @ Power Pros to help with my new Tesla Charger....adding a new electrical outlet in my garage and upping to 240v to support a faster charge. Frank was excellent at offering suggestions and explaining some detailed aspects to someone like me that has zero electrical knowledge.
Frank was super personable, very responsive and really did a great job! I have a couple other electrical projects in an older house we purchased that I will definitely have him do because I trust his work and I would recommend Frank to anyone looking for help with a project......in particular an EV charger install!

I needed some outlets replaced, and Frank replaced them. The new outlets are tight (the plugs don't sag like they did previously), and it only took about twenty minutes for him to do all three (if even that long). The price was also very reasonable.
Frank came out on a weekend today to give me an estimate. Making a call on the weekend shows he's very customer focused and was also very transparent and honest. He knows his stuff and I'm looking forward to using him in the future.

I called Power Pros for a quote on replacing two bathroom vanity light fixtures. Frank called me back promptly with a quote. He came in at the scheduled time and quickly replaced the lights. I appreciated the straightforward, friendly and efficient service and I love my new light fixtures! I would call Frank again if I ever needed more extensive work done in my home.
Responsive, courteous and adaptive. Had a socket that tripped because of a popcorn popper and wanted to make sure it wasn't a liability. It was tested and didn't misbehave so it looks like things are good for now. Frank went the extra mile and called me to follow up and then showed up on time as agreed. The previous electrician flaked on the arrival time in spite of having advanced notice. Frank is someone who I will go back to everytime.
We couldn't recommend Power Pros more. We had a circuit issue due to some faulty DIY electrical work on a weekend that left half of our home without power. We called a number of places that were either booked out or wanting to charge exorbitant emergency rates to come out. We called Power Pros and Frank answered immediately. He came to our home within two hours and was able to quickly diagnose and remedy the issue. He explained what was happening without making us feel bad for trying to do electrical work ourselves. He fixed the issue and installed a couple additional smart switches so we wouldn't run into the issue again. His rate was very reasonable compared to other quotes received. He was also very dog friendly and didn't mind our puppy following him around. We will definitely be calling Frank for future electrical work!
Had a electrical problem come up during a house siding repair project. The contractor brought in an electrical company (Not Power Pro) to fix the problem but in the process of repairing one problem, they created another. The original problem was a broken wire to the outlets in the garage. They fixed that problem but somehow crossed some wires causing my exterior light to be stuck on. Instead of focusing on finding the actual cause of the problem and fixing it, the head electrician appeared more interested in trying to sell me more services and basically leave the work to the assistant. Instead of having them finish the work, I called Power Pro Electric to address the problem. Frank responded promptly and was able to come out the following weekend. He arrived on time and was very professional, listening to what the problem was and then took the time to communicated what his plan was to address the problem. Frank systematically analyzed the problem and was able to resolve the problem. The whole time he was working, he took the time to tell me what he was doing step by step which was very much appreciated. If you are looking for an old fashion electrician who is focused on resolving the problem and who takes the time to explain what it is he is doing, give Frank a call. He did a super job for me.
