Electricians Today Electrician
We had a simple job: the dryer outlet in our laundry room had the incorrect plug type.  We needed someone to replace the plug.

When I called, they refused to give me an estimate over the phone.  Reasonable as they need to understanding what they are working on prior to actually delivering the service.  However, they failed to mention that there is a very expensive minimum service charge associated with any work they do, regardless of how long it takes them, and how close you live.

The other thing that is sketchy is that  Parker Electric no longer exists.  The company who does the work is someone called Electricians Today.  I guess Parker Electric went out of business and these guys kept the name.

Because we were in a bind and needed to service done, we agreed to have them do the work.  So, while we are satisfied with the work done, I have to give them a low ratings for the lack of up front transparency about the minimum service charge and for overcharging what should have been a 10 minute job.  I won't be using their services again.

The total bill for replacing an outlet was over $200.

Wire It Up Electric Electrician
13 years ago Tom and his company wired my new house - and today despite the fact that his remains a very small company and a very busy one - he is quick to appear on an as need basis.

I cannot speak highly enough of their service.

AAA ELECTRIC Electrician
They did a variety of work for me recently, including adding a generator hook-up, adding a garage heater (that required running a new line), routing and stubbing wires for overhead light fixtures, adding a chandelier (from scratch) in the living room, and adding a new outlet.
Every step of the way David and his small crew were professional, competent, polite, on-time, and communicated effectively.
I would absolutely recommend them.

Landmark Electric Electrician
I have had Landmark do quite a bit of work at my house (new electrical panel, pull a new electrical service out to my garage/shop/office, rewire my kitchen etc.) and would recommend them to anybody looking for any sort of electrical work. Landmark's prices have been VERY fair, they do not nickle and dime you with small little changes that we wanted done halfway through the project. Every time John and his guys have come over to the house to do work they ALWAYS clean up after themselves. Again, I would HIGHLY recommend Landmark for any electrical project you need done!!

Dave is an angel from heaven.  Thanksgiving weekend my programmable thermostat died and in the process of wiring a new one, I blew the circuit to my entire condo and freaked out a bit.  I was able to get the power back on, but was then unsure how to finish wiring the new thermostat and kind of scared of it.

I looked up some electricians close to my place in North Lynnwood and most ignored my emails asking for them to stop by and help me.  One said he could come out on December 8 and it was $300.  Then Dave called me back at 9:30p that night.  He said he was in Lynnwood at the Bowling Alley and could swing by in about 20 minutes.  I couldn't believe it!  He came in, re-wired everything but the new thermostat wouldn't communicate with my heaters.  He left around 10:30p, completely confused.  Around 11p he texted me saying he thought in blowing the panel box, I may have blown the thermostat's computer.  The next day I went back to Home Depot to exchange the thermostat.  When I came home Dave had already called me to check how I was doing and asked if I needed him to come back.  Luckily, the new thermostat worked and he didn't have to make another trip up north to my place.  Oh!  And for all of this, he charged me a lot less than $300.

I couldn't recommend Dave enough.  He is highly knowledgeable, efficient and customer-focused.  Bless you!

Origins-Electric Electrician
Marcus installed a replacement/upgraded panel and then did a full basement rewire at our house. His quote was competitive, but more importantly he is an electrician you can trust to care about what he does.

The job was arduous and complicated, but Marcus showed incredible resilience and persistence in getting it finished. He is extremely knowledgable, reliable and committed to doing things the right way. He doesn't cut corners, and is an electrician who will go the extra mile to give you the results you want. I would recommend him wholeheartedly - thanks for sticking with it!

Honesty Electrical Services Electrician
I am not impressed with Honesty Electrical. This is the THIRD day I have waited for a technician to show up. Nobody seems to be interested in showing up. Someone was supposed to show up between 11am and 3pm. Nobody ever showed up or even bothered to call! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I HIGHLY recommend calling someone else. Don't waste your time with these idiots. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

Bothell Electric Electrician
Andrew and his team at Bothell Electric are fantastic. I could tell from my first phone call with Andrew that I would enjoy working with him. Andrew was able to squeeze me in to his busy schedule (he's in high demand!) and spent a significant amount of time with me discussing all the electrical needs I was thinking about including moving outlets for major appliances in the kitchen, adding new outlets, updating electrical so that it is up to code, installing new electrical in the ceiling where there was none etc. He was patient and caring, gave excellent explanations, worked with me on design, was creative with solutions to save me money and overall did an amazing job. I look forward to hiring him again in the future!

Full Service Electric Electrician
Review Update!!! I called regarding concerns of my power going out in my master bedroom do to Sue doing my electrical work. They told me that they let her go and that they will come out and fix the problem. The owner of the company was VERY nice and settled my problem quickly. After dealing directly with this company and seeing first hand that they actually felt bad about having a troublesome employee represent there company, I have to recant my earlier evaluation of them. Sometimes one bad apple will spoil the bunch. Not in this case! Thanks again Mike!

Black Sheep Electric Electrician
Since COVID hit, the realty industry and any industry having to do with home maintenance have been incredibly busy. Black Sheep were the only electricians that could schedule us before November. I loved that they were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. I wasn't a huge fan of them leaving in the middle of the day to work on another job, and then coming back to work on mine. BUT they did come back when they said they would.
I also wasn't a huge fan of them not having enough outlet covers, so I had to go out and buy some and finish the job. I actually don't mind it, but if I'm going to pay for a job, I'd like the job to be completed without me having to go out to the hardware store and do it for them.

Since the hard part of the job was well done, I would still use them again if I needed an electrician.

Lighting Supply Electrician
I went here because it is two blocks from work and we needed some special light bulbs. No one at my work knew what kind of light bulb to get or where to get it, so i thought i would go ask these people, since maybe we had gotten the lights themselves form there!

I walked in on my way to work, and had to wait 6 minutes to be helped...there were staff not too busy it seemed, but i wasent going to be rude. i waited patiently, and when someone finally did deign to come over and ask me what i was looking for, i told them that we had these light covers that were too squat to take a regular light bulb, but they looked alot like a normal light bulb. i explained everything i could, and asked if they had anything like that in the back...the man insisted that it was just a reguler light bulb i told him and told him, and he went itn the back (i thought to maybe look it up) and came back with a regular light bulb, trying to give it to me as if i were a really stupid child who refuses to eat my dinner.( in front of the entire store...other customers, and staff who did not want to get involved) Later, we found out which bulb it was and ordered a bunch of them. the words the rude man said to me still ring in my ears nothing like that exists, it's just a regular bulb even though i had tried regular bulbs, spent hours looking at light bulbs in different stores..HELLO??? YOUR SUPPOSED TO KNOW THESE THINGS. YOU WORK IN A LIGHT STORE!!!!! why they have people there that treat customers like crazy people i don't know. but it gets 12 thumbs down. don't go here.

Comprehensive Electrical Services Electrician
Kyle responded in a very timely manner to my inquiry to add 2 outdoor and 3 indoor sockets, a new circuit in my bathroom into a tiled wall, and a new motion activated outdoor carport light.  We set an appointment for him to come and look at the job site (my home) and he came exactly when he said he would.  He gave me a clear quote and was able to add additional things as I asked, and again provide clear info on the additional costs involved.  He was able to schedule the work I requested within two weeks, and the job was completed at that time.  The job was done properly, and the workers were even able to do a clean, minimally invasive job in my tiled bathroom that involved taking off the absolute minimum number of tiles.  I would certainly recommend Kyle and CES, and would use them again.

Veca Electric Electrician
I know one thing about this business:  when I got a flat tire in front of their establishment trying to rush home with my 3 year old in the car and a hungry baby at home waiting to nurse, they didn't hesitate to help.   A really nice guy checked with his boss and headed right out to save the day and get us safely on our way.

THANK YOU again to James at Veca!!!

Hill Electric Electrician
Hill Electric did really good work for us - we had a fallen tree limb take out an electrical conduit, as well as an old Zimco panel that needed to replaced. Their quote came in on time, and was in the middle of the three estimates I got, but they were the only company to respect my request to use metal casing instead of pvc piping. When the electrician arrived to do the job, he was on time, friendly, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. When the inspector came by to check all the work was done properly he said it was an all-around solid job.

Green Lake Electric Electrician
We have had Pat and Dave do work on our old bungalow twice in the past year.  Both times they exceeded expectations.  The first time they figured out how to remove some old knob-and-tube wiring while maintaining power to the areas it served.  They put in new wiring to fixtures on finished walls and you couldn't even tell anyone had been there.  No dust, no fingerprints, no scraps of wire.  The second time it was to add two outlets in the living room.  The first thing Dave did was spread out a mover's quilt to protect the floor and catch the dust.  The first tool he brought in was a vacuum cleaner, which he used to collect the saw dust as he made the holes for the receptacles.  End result:  a perfect job with zero mess.  In sum, courteous, professional, meticulous.  After trying three other small Seattle firms, these are my go-to guys.

Baker Electric Electrician
I only gave this company 1 star because the electrician showed up! There was no communication between the electrician and myself about what was wrong with the lights, no estimates were given and no invoice describing what the problem is with an estimate was left with me. I was told to contact the company office for information. I called Baker Electric throughout the day for 4 business days trying to get the invoice information to...at the very least...pay them so that I can move on to a customer service based company. If you don't have time to delay on your projects, or if you would prefer to know what's going on every step of the way (understanding and cost),I firmly suggest you not waste your time with this company!
