My wife send me a message while I am at work that the chest freezer in the garage is not working.  This is no good as we have a whole lamb and a lot of other food in there.  I got home and figured out that the outlets were not working, I used a cord to plug it in to a working outlet, as resetting the breakers did not fix the problem.  Called around and they were the only one to answer.  The lady on the phone (apologies cannot remember name) asked a few more questions and asked if I had reset the rci (i think), I had not seen it so no, but after digging behind ever piece in the garage was able to find the outlet that had it behind a shelving unit the previous owners had put in and was hiding it.  Thanks for not just simply having someone come out but assisting with the trouble shoot.

So very disappointed in Day Electric!  I was recommended to them by a very good friend, they were terrible.   They never finished our job!  They gave me excuse after excuse and kept putting out meter change on hold.
I finally called another electrical company who responded quickly and treated us with the most respect and solved our issue and got our meter replaced quickly!!!
I would never recommend Day Electric to anyone.  Be careful if you deal with Day Electric

Responsive, flexible, and trustworthy. I live in an old house -- the kind where there's 'always something' going awry with the electrical. Beeline has been great at detecting the problem(s), getting them solved, and so on. But the 5 star review is really about how quickly they communicate, how flexible they are in terms of both the work that needs to be done and billing, and their overall customer service. After working with some real duds (over-priced duds at that), I'm really glad to have found Beeline.

Matt and Mo were super friendly and helpful. They took their time to explain everything and I was very happy with their quality of work. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again for future electrical needs!

Great Customer Service, we had problems with another electrical contractor and were referred to Peninsula Electric.  We had them come in and wire our house.  Not only did they do a great job, kept on schedule but they had great recommendations for us for the wiring of the house.  We did what they recommended and are so happy that we did now that our house is done.  What a great company would give them a A+++

In response to the comment--in addition to investigating the burning smell we asked for a quote to install bathroom fans.  Never heard a response and my husband was following up before seeing the charge for this visit.  

Similar to not knowing what the charge was for the visit (until we noticed it on our credit card statement a week ago) we never did get the quote.

Needless to say not interested in contacting this place again.

I needed to replace the kitchen oven range, and I was told by the former electrician that I needed to install a ground wire, and he couldn't do that job. I emailed 3 or 4 electricians with an inquiry. BT Solutions relied on me first, and Alex, an electrician at BT, came over the next day that I spoke with him on the phone. He looked at the outlet and told me that he could fix it right away. In an hour, the problem was fixed, and he introduced me to his business partner, Marcus, to remove the base platform and install the oven properly. I was expecting it to take much longer, such as a few weeks, but it happened in a week, and the price was good (less than $200/hour). Great services overall, prompt response, and high-quality job! I'm very satisfied. Thank you, Alex and Marcus!

If I could give them 6 stars I would.  Called them on Monday morning and they said they were weeks out.  Got a call back later and they said they may be able to get out today but more than likely on Wednesday.  Another call later from the two electricians who said they were on their way.  

They were fast, efficient and knew what they were doing and what needed to be done.  They said that the job had to be done right the first time with no shortcuts and I could not agree more.  GFCIs were installed where they should have been years ago, the GFCI tripping issue solved and everything is back to normal.  Thanks for the great work guys!

Eddie is the most punctual, practical and caring professional I've met. We had Eddie do the home theatre wiring and he did a PHENOMENAL and THOROUGH job. He adds value, thinks about the problem holistically and delivers QUALITY work.

SEQUENCE:
Before the job: Initial video call with estimate --- Clarifications via SMS --- Fix a date and time for the work.

Day of the job: Shows up on time, does a thorough inspection and discussion of the work items, goes out and purchases what's required.  --- Does not rush through the job, completes everything --- Goes above and beyond to ensure completeness --- Minimal cuts in drywall to hold electrical receptacles --- Thorough cleanup of area.

After the job: Follows up with a phone call after electrical inspection is complete.

That's 10/10 for customer service.

We are going to hire this business for all our electrical needs. Keep up the great job Eddie! We'll be referring you in our neighborhood.

Had some issues with some of the outlets not working, at all.  Derek came out and was very upfront with expectations.  After about an hour, not only was the problem found it was fixed.  Derek also was willing to give me advice on ideas I had regarding the house.  When it is time for upgrades I will definitely be calling Green Concepts for the work.  

As a small business owner myself, I know how important customer relations can impact your business.  Nicely done, Derek.  I will look forward to having you come back again.

The company was recommended by our condo president - I called and left 3 voice mails and no return call .
But after reading all the bad reviews I'm glad they didn't answer. THANKS everyone  for the honest reviews ~ you save me from headaches, frustrations and money!!!!

STAY AWAY. These people are crooks. Only option to clear our pipes on a Sunday. They came out, were incredibly unpleasant, charged us a fortune (100% markup from last visit) and the pipes are backed up not even 24 hours later. They have told us to come back out will be another charge of the same amount. No concern, no customer service, no quality. Save yourself the heartache and anxiety. Reprehensible.

I never leave poor reviews unless they go above and beyond poor service. Wasn't even the service, the gentleman that came by was great and helpful, the charges were criminal. We thought we needed our main tank pumped as we had just bought the place recently. They diagnosed it to be a clog in the main sewage pipe. All they did was jet water through our sewage pipe and clear out our drain by doing so. They charged us 850 dollars for spraying water through our drain. They had all these fees that were all hundreds of dollars. 300 for the service call, 250 for spraying the water, 200! For the waste fee lol. And 100 for digging 3 inches into the ground that took 3 minutes. Crooks crooks crooks. Stay away. I spoke with a neighbor who also said they lied to him about a damaged septic tank and he went elsewhere to double check only to learn there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with his septic tank. Don't give these guys your business they are criminal.

I had a annual service done for heating and cooling system by Bredan Fisher and he was excellent at it. He not only services the system but also answered all my questions patiently. He was able to troubleshoot few things with heating and root cause it with suggestions on how to keep the system healthy.

He is very knowledgeable and provides a great service. I would recommend Brendan and WES for HVAC services.
