Great Customer service. Got an awesome deal on our Sputnik light. We just got lucky, but definitely worth the trip. It is a clearance center so you just never know.

Purchased lights here for our home. They look amazing and cost way less than local retail stores.

They have a lot of stuff here. Staff is friendly, especially Becky. Great and quick service, everyone is knowledgeable. High end lighting at discount prices. Great combination. Had to come back and pick up something huge, it was already at the bay ready for pickup. I just had to back in and pull off.

This isn't where you meant to go. You didn't realize at the time that it really was just the warehouse and will-call desk. But now that you've arrived, go look at the surplus tables. Also, while getting back into our car, take a moment to marvel at all of the nooks and crannies in Sodo. I mean that IS why you went to the wrong place, after all.

Awesome service. I came to the warehouse because the retail store didn't actually carry the lamp I was looking at (it only had one on the showroom but not one boxed and ready to go). When I explained to the service guy at the warehouse that, really, all I needed was a new lampshade for a hard-to-fit fixture since the lamp itself actually worked fine, he went to  the back and - voila! - found one that would fit my fixture and offered it to me. Made my day!
