Igor came out and did a fantastic job putting in a new 220v outlet for our kitchen so we can get rid of our gas range in Snoqualmie.

There was excellent communication from Jessica. They were both very helpful answering all of our questions and we are very happy with the cost. All in all they really went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with their work. I will definitely be using their services for our future needs.

So happy I found Luminaire. They were able to fit me into their schedule quickly. They replaced multiple exit signs in my office and throughout our facility. They were able to complete the work in under the time quoted so we ended up getting charged less than their estimate. There were additional exit signs that were not holding a charge despite newly installed batteries. They proceeded to check the entire facility to ensure all exit signs were working properly. Luminaire was able to install the additional exit signs the next day to ensure building safety guidelines were met. The entire team was very professional and they did an excellent job.

Carlson Electric has replaced and added outlets, ceiling fans, and lighting in my house and I recommend them to everyone I know who has electrical work that needs to be done.
They're knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and do the job right the first time.
I had a faulty outlet during the pandemic and they wore masks, left a clean area, and were very quick.

I used Vet's Electric to replace and upgrade the wiring in my 1944 townhouse. Everyone was wonderful to work with!  Cassie was awesome, and Jesse and Dave wonderful as well.  The work was done very quickly, and Dave made a point of staying late on the last day to finish up, giving me useful electricity safety pointers and explanations of what he was doing and the work they had already done.  They all made an intimidating project very approachable and I appreciated their timeliness, professionalism, and approachability. Again, wonderful to work with, do a quality job, and would highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again if I ever need additional electric work done!

I have had a couple of things done by Kemly.  Electricians were always friendly and knowledgable.  No issues with work.  I would recomend.

I highly recommend Justin, he is everything that a customer can ask for . Very dependable , responsive and mostly importantly knows what he is doing . He helped us install 14-50 NEMA in our garage and like others mentioned his estimate was the best out there . I am going to get all future work done with Justin only .

Don't trust them! The guy came to our house and said we needed to change all the ceiling fan rated boxes that didn't needed to be changed at all! We had it already rated for ceiling fans. This sucks because we almost spent $800 for nothing! Be careful!!

Our outdoor electrical stopped working and I called Billy in a panic over the weekend. He called me back and booked a time to come out. In that phone call he clearly communicated what would be done and the price. Very professional and comforting off the bat.

After Billy arrived he was respectful of our home like taking shoes off and taking the time to look throughout the house at other electrical questions my wife and I had.

He emailed a quote to fix our issue at hand and another quote for everything we asked about. At no point did I feel like I was in a sales pitch. He could of easily used a scare tactic and said we needed all our electrical fixed but he didn't.  He kept in mind the holidays around the corner and said he would like all it fixed but named the priorities for the time being.

When Travis came out to fix our outdoor outlet he was prompt and respectful. He cleaned up after himself and if it wasn't for the tools I wouldn't of even known he was there.

We called Saturday and by Wednesday our issue was fixed.  I hope we don't have to call them again but I know if I ever have an electrical issue I have a great company to call! Highly recommended!

Had some work performed by Valor Electric for the first time in 2017 to rewire my house that we discovered had knob and tube. My husband just passed away and It was a tough time for me.Victor came and he had so much compassion by how he talked to me and explained to me how the process and details were. I hired them again to help me rewire a 3 bedroom 1 bath addition that I am currently building. I am very impressed with the company. They were extremely professional and courteous. Jeron and Royal's work was great quality, neat and they cleaned up in the areas they worked in. Prices are very good and service is top notch. This is a company that builds their bussiness based on honesty, hard work and kindness of their hearts. I will never forget how much Victor helped me especially during the hardest time of my life. I received several quotes on a dishwasher/disposer circuit for our kitchen, and most were several weeks out.. These guys are great and were available right away, Brian was sent out and did an excellent job, very thorough and lots of experience. We will be using them again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work!

Greats guys! Wyatt came over and helped me trouble shoot a circuit that I had screwed up trying to change out a switch.  No judging.  No talking down to me.  He is a totally down-to-earth guy who is great at what he does.  We worked our way through the circuit and by the end of his work I have my lights back on! Much less expensive then I thought it would be and the bill was dead on his estimate!  I appreciated his honesty and professionalism - I'll use these guys again for certain.

I have learned over the years that electricity was something best left to the experts, Seth was my first call--and my only call. I had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once I talked to  Seth at SMC Electric, I stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Seth was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. Seth even answered all my questions while he was working. It's really rare to find his level of work ethic these days. Thank you for your help Seth from SMC Electric!

I will never go to anyone else as long as Brian is in business!  I have had him here twice to deal with a EV charger, and he is on-time, courteous, polite, and  friendly.  Wholly reliable and very pleasant to work with.  We need more such!

Tried to call this company 3 times. First time someone answered but said nothing. When I called back, a guy answered and I asked if they install ceiling fans. He told me No. I'm offline now. I asked him what that meant (i.e., being offline) and he just hung up on me. Could use a lesson or two on customer service. I wouldn't bother calling unless you want to deal with someone whom I found to be rather cantankerous.

We called chad to come check out an older house we bought that the previous owner did all his own work. Chad was not only honest but made sure every outlet to light was checked. We obvoulsy went with him and so far he has did around $3000 worth of work(we keep calling him to add things or do something he had talked about earlier). He is always ontime and works with you. Thank you chad

The property management company in charge of my place of business hired South Sound Electric out of Port Orchard.

My first appointment was scheduled on a Friday at 130. At 315 I called to find out where they were and the receptionist told me they weren't going to make it and she would called me back tonight to reschedule for Monday. She Never called.

I called them on Monday to reschedule. They were able to get me in on Thursday and told me it would be a 4 hour job. SIX hours later they still were not finished and asked if I would be around a while so they could run back to the shop for supplies, I said no problem, 2 hours later no one showed and I never got a phone call. They left their garbage outside my place of business to get soaking wet!

I called the following day to find out if they were in fact still coming, scheduled for Tuesday some time between 2 and 4 and the receptionist told me she would call me early afternoon to give me a better time. No call. No show. Not surprised.

As a side note, I appreciate what work they did and it looks nice but I would honestly go with a company who has better customer service.
