I got 5 electricians to come out and bid for upgrading my old 125amp panel to a new 200amp panel. Igor came out and did a very thorough inspection of the job and educated me about what was needed, what the job would entail, and his recommendation. He clearly knew his stuff and gave me a ton of advice on other electrical questions that I had. His bid was competitive, but not the lowest or highest - I feel it was very fair seeing all the effort put into the job. I selected him and they got the job scheduled and did a good job of communicating all along the process. They coordinated the proper inspections and the inspector said that Igor had done a really good job and passed inspection with no problem. On the day of final install Igor worked all day and was very communicative with what would happen. All in all I am very pleased with my selection of Red Line for this project and will be calling them for future electrical needs.

So happy I found Luminaire. They were able to fit me into their schedule quickly. They replaced multiple exit signs in my office and throughout our facility. They were able to complete the work in under the time quoted so we ended up getting charged less than their estimate. There were additional exit signs that were not holding a charge despite newly installed batteries. They proceeded to check the entire facility to ensure all exit signs were working properly. Luminaire was able to install the additional exit signs the next day to ensure building safety guidelines were met. The entire team was very professional and they did an excellent job.

I had some minor electric issues and questions.  They were able to come out right away to fix the issue.  Highly recommended.

So had an electrical panel problem mid-day on a Saturday and called almost all of the companies listed that said they were open on Saturday's.  None called me back until Monday.  I was able to get the panel partially working to get us through the night on Saturday, but it went out for good first thing Sunday Morning.  For some reason Merv Electric didn't come up in my original search on Saturday, but they did on Sunday.  Called Merv and Pasha returned my call within minutes.  Pasha and Isaac were at my house within an hour.  Turns out I only had a single phase working and the problem was caused by a blown transformer.  They wired the most important things (fridge, furnace, lights etc.) to run on the single phase while I had PSE come out and fix the transformer.  Since I knew I needed to upgrade my panel, I had them give me an estimate for the upgrade.  Having done similar things in the past on other properties, I knew the general price range and Merv proved to be extremely reasonable.  Long story short, PSE fixed the transformer and I had Pasha and Isaac come back and do the panel upgrade.  All the adjectives you want with a service provider: friendly, dependable, experts, great service, honest and reasonably priced.  I highly recommend Merv Electric.

Fisher did an evaluation for a doorbell project. He responded to the request quickly. He was honest and not pushy at all. Will definitely use him again for future projects.

I recently needed some electrical work done and called around to a few different places before landing at Vet's Electric. Jesse and his crew know their stuff and are priced very competitively. Can't say enough good things about Paul, who came out and solved an ongoing electrical problem with my outdoor lights that other electricians were not able to do!   Presented with a problem that is not straightforward, Paul just gets curious and intrigued with the process of problem solving.   Others in the past moan and groan and end up calling their supervisor to my house because they can't solve the problem.   I am so tired of electricians griping about the difficult location of my electrical box.  One guy in the past seemed close to walking out because of it.   But Paul just chuckled and went about solving problems.  Yes, they are expensive, but would have saved a ton of money if Paul, rather than others, had come out years ago.

Cole electric was highly recommended by my property manager. They were very thorough in determining where my electrical connection was broken. Jordan even inspected my (wet) crawl space and checked the power to a sump pump that quit working- to make sure it wasn't related. Jordan and Andrew returned two days later and restored power to my bathroom outlet. At my request they put an additional outlet in my hallway for MUCH less than what I expected an electrician would charge. Friendly, expedient, reliable, knowledgeable and reasonable.

I highly recommend Justin at AltElectric! He did a big panel change and rewiring job for our basement remodel. He's a true professional, very dependable and honest. He's also a really nice guy and a pleasure to work with.

Does any out there know what happened to these guys, I haven't been able to contact them in the past few months, Leim and his brother James are great guys who have done jobs for me for over 10 years. He always answered his phone in the past or returned messages, I'm worried that something has happened to him.

Prompt/same day response, professional, priced reasonable, knowledgable in this field....Billy diagnosed the issue, displayed and explained to me that I had some loose wiring in my bathroom light switch box.  The loose wiring had disabled the garage/laundry room lights and I just couldn't figure out why they wouldn't turn on, possibly coming undone when I installed the bath light switch.  He remedied the wiring and the issue was solved.

He also inspected some other outlets/light switches since I had DYI'd them last night, just to make sure I installed them right.  I'll be using Go Hawk Electrical again for any/all electrical work.

I met the owner and his staff during a recent trip to WAA and he helped my brothers fix an AC problem for a mid-rise building (central) by Dash Point, and worked on another property held by them near Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium / Rustony Area.  Highly Recommended

I do most of my own electrical work, but recently had to rewire my dryer outlet for an updated plug.  I've never done this before, and had a couple of questions about correct wire gauge and proper hookups in the electrical box.

My next door neighbor had recently had her home completly rewired by Electric Company of Seattle, and strongly recommended Stephen's quality of work, reliability of estimate and punctuality.  On her advice I called ECS to see what they would charge for the sort of consulting I was looking for.

To my very pleasant surprise, I got a call back from Stephen within ten minutes of leaving a message with the receptionist.  Stephen very cheerfully listened to all my questions on the phone, and spent at least fifteen minutes answering them for free!  I couldn't believe in this day and age that a person in a profession such as his would be willing to do that.

Given my own personal experience with ELC and my neighbor's, I give my highest rating.

My 75 yr parents had Milestone come out to their house due to the AC not working in their home they are moving in to. They sent a service tech out to check it out, and he said that reason why was due to the fact two or three of the AC ducts were disconnected.

A few days prior my mother had a crew come clean the ducts, so it made sense that the other crew did a sloppy job. Milestones tech reattached the vents and told them it was good to go.. and charged them $1000! As if that wasn't bad enough the AC still did not work!

My father had them send someone back out and this time the next guy said that the reason why it wasn't working still was due to the fact that none of the AC compressors had the plunger in the disconnect boxes, and that one of the disconnects was not even attached to the wall!!!

Now, how the previous tech not only missed it and told my 75 yr old parents it was good to go, and had the nerve to charge $1000 ABSOLUTELY BLOWS MY MIND!!! AND ON TOP OF THIS... the next tech told my parents it will be $1000 more to reattached THE SAME DISCONNECT to the wall!!!!! Literally 4 tapcons that may cost $5 or less... I AM A MASTER ELECTRICIAN.. THIS IS ROBBERY!! NO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!!!

I called before making this post to speak with a manager to try and work this out privately, but was put on hold 13 minutes the first time and 5 minutes the second time... I never got a manager. I told the girl I am posting this on every sight I can. And I will make a video for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.  THEY DON'T DESERVE OUR BUSINESS, STOP USING THEM!!!!

I have learned over the years that electricity was something best left to the experts, Seth was my first call--and my only call. I had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once I talked to  Seth at SMC Electric, I stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Seth was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. Seth even answered all my questions while he was working. It's really rare to find his level of work ethic these days. Thank you for your help Seth from SMC Electric!

Came when he said, knew what he was doing, got it done promptly, and charged reasonably. Can't ask for more.

Chad is a great a electrician. We needed to upgrade the outlet for our dryer, as the previous owner had grounded the original outlet with a bit of wire wrapped around the screw and extended to the shop sink... Super safe, right?? Well, Chad showed up and had the new wire tide-ly routed and hooked up.

Chad then double checked the dryer's installation, as we'd paid for the movers to install it when we purchased the set, when he found that the dryer's installation was also questionable he walked my husband through proper installation so that he can do it again himself.

He was very courteous, and conscientious of the work he did, to the point that even though he hung minimal wire he still had an inspector come to verify his work. Everything was given a double thumbs up from the inspector and from my husband and myself. It's nice not worrying about potential fires or hours long drying sessions anymore.

One day the lights in my living room went out. My husband had done some work as an electrician in the past but couldn't figure it out. We were waiting on a friend who is an electrician to look at it when he had free time. It didn't matter to us when he came because the sun kept our living room bright until around 9.
   Then suddenly one day all of the power in our house went out. I thought for sure it was just our house because the only neighbor I could see still had power and we had the previous electrical problem. My husband called south sound electric. They asked him if the power was out for the whole neighborhood and he told them he didn't think so because our neighbor had power. Well it turned out that my neighbor had power because he was using a generator! The electricians stood at my door and told me they were just at someone else's house who also didn't have power. So they sent us a bill for $103 for doing literally NOTHING. They could have called when they found out it was the whole neighborhood but they didn't. When I called to dispute the bill the secretary was very hostile and even laughed at me. Do not use these guys, even if you're desperate!
