Just had David inspect my home's electrical systems. My home was built in 2003 and many building codes have been updated for safety and reliability. Booked with them to get a switch fixed at my house. The scheduling was great. They're very responsive and polite with scheduling and planning. However, they never showed up and after a few reschedules suggested a different service provider to me. Hence the 3 stars.

2 GFI outlets in the kitchen were not working, kept on popping. They were changed to a new one but the problem was not solved. David, the technician was knowledgeable and recommended to do a circuit restoration. A bit pricey for the job but it solved the problem.
David explained fully what the job entails and was very detailed and explained it well to us. He was patient in explaining since he used jargons that you don't normally understand.
Recommend using this company. Very quick to respond.
Eco has some nice professional people that come out to do an estimate, but beware they want to do work that is not necessarily needed. I was charged over $10,000 for something that didn't needed to be done at the moment. I quietly refused and would not be calling them for anything else.

David with echo electric Was friendly knowledgeable and reasonable? I'll call them back if I have any problems.
I used them 4 years ago and was very happy. Recently I called them for a 1-hour job and they quoted $1500 and change. Another 5-star plumber competed the same job in 55 minutes for half the price. No material except simple drain and angle valve. Don't waste your time if you are looking for value.
My apartment had no overhead lighting in any of the rooms, and my electrical panel had never been replaced (since the 1970s). I'm glad google told me to go here. Edwin came over and estimated what it would cost to add light fixtures to my bedroom, living room, and office and replace the electrical panel with something more modern.
Brandon, Kurt, Tristan, and Fred showed up right on time, they were super friendly, made sure to double-check with my partner and me before drilling holes for the fixtures, and did a walk-through to make sure everything in the project was complete and working.

This review is long overdue. We used Eco Services for a panel replacement, electrical outlet switch updates, under counter lighting replacement and ground wire installation. We were very impressed with the level of work done. Crew of Brandon, Colton, Elijah , Tristen, Chris and Kurt were amazing to work with. At the end of each day, they made sure everything was clean and to our satisfaction before they left. Scott, the Project Manager, is also very knowledgeable and suggested upgrades to light fixtures and switches. We ended up replacing all of them and feel like it gave our home a much needed update. He really knows his stuff and worked efficiently with his team to complete all work in just 2 days! Communication was top notch, all of our questions patiently answered. Entire crew were honest, courteous and very clean. We were very impressed they also noticed the small details, like making sure all switch plates were straight and level. We'd definitely hire this crew again. Very happy with their work. Thank you!

I am so very impressed with this company. Brandon was absolutely fantastic when he came by to fix our problem - some of the electrical outlets in our bedroom suddenly stopped working.. He was professional, thorough, and explained his process as he was going through diagnosing the issue and finding the location of the issue. It took longer to find the issue than we expected, thanks to the odd wiring choices that were made in the construction of my house. He found it, fixed it, gave a great explanation of the what, why, and how, and we were only charged the diagnostic fee. Afterwards, he did a safety check that included looking over my breaker panel and made recommendations and gave us quotes and a breakdown on said recommendations. This was greatly appreciated and he did a great job answering the questions I had during this process. While these estimate for these recommendations do seem pricey, there was no pressure or hard sell on these.
It's been about a month since that visit, and the outlets are continuing to work nice and smooth. Earlier this week, my wife recommended Eco and Brandon to one of her colleagues and we were reminded of how impressed we were with this company. Even our dog liked him. We're definitely calling Eco Electric the next time we need an electrician.
Had hot water faucet in kitchen suddenly slow down. Rest of house was good. Normally I would do it myself but at 78 years old now, didn't want to fool with broken gasket and trying to find it at Home Depot, etc. So called Eco plumbing, they have $99 show up fee, thought they could do it for that. But I was quoted $450 plus tax, without even looking at it. I declined so they went to their truck for $99 show up invoice. Meanwhile I got pliers, couple screwdrivers, took faucet handle off, had wife hold cup over faucet while I slowly turned on water, we saw tiny debris rocks come out, put handle back on and it was fixed. When plumblers came back in I showed them I fixed in 5 minutes. They wanted me to sign invoice saying job was fixed! I refused and paid the $99. I guess thats how the modern world works now...no help for senior homeowners and one price plan. It's always just about the money now...terrible.

I contacted Eco Electric and Plumbing for some electrical issue, and got scheduled on Wednesday. They never came the day of, and rescheduled at least 4 different times, before completely cancelled the appointment. They wasted my entire week with an excuse that they were too busy with other customers.

Friendly and responsive. They charge $100 to come out to diagnose any issues which was expected. Once done they examine the home for any kind for potential up sells even though they have not been asked to do so. Even simple things they charge hundreds and eventually added up with estimates on over 10k worth of work. The estimated work was not necessary but recommeneded. At an hourly of estimates, which they would not give upfront, are several hundred of dollars per hour. They get paid better than doctor, lawyer, and professors. I know there is a labor shortage but it seems we live a strange world now...
In fairness, speaking with other electrical companies they wanted $500 just to come out for a diagnosis.. However, I question electrical labor is hundreds per hour. Inflation goes up if we accept the higher cost of labor. Supporting minimal and livable wage is one thing, but this is far from meeting living standards...

They cut off all contact after I asked for a ballpark estimate over email instead of wasting my time in person.
Project started great and everyone was very friendly. Toward the end of the project I found things that were damaged in my home and a number of items that Exo Electric failed to complete. As soon as I mentioned these items, their attitudes shifted instantly and then weren't so friendly. I hired them to remove all of the dangerous knob and tube wiring, replace the panel inside, swap all switches & outlets and replace the box and mast outside. The knob and tube wiring is still in my house, they installed light switches crooked, did not swap every outlet like they said they would, left a major outlet in the kitchen dead-no power to that outlet still to this day, installed that outside box cooked and not flush to the house, the mast is touching my new roof done a few weeks ago and bending shingles, the box inside is not installed properly and does not latch shut. They said they were going to bring a label maker to make the box nice but instead wrote everything by hand and not clearly, quite sloppy actually. They attempted to charge me an exorbitant amount amount for additional work to remedy these issues and I said no. They went on to say that they were not coming back and that the job is marked as complete. This. Reach of contract on their part has caused multiple issues with other projects including the roof, siding and gutters. Customer service from this company was horrendous and they are anything but professional. The GM Cory Hessiltine was extremely unprofessional on our 1 call, using profanity and not allowing me to speak. He went on a rant and essentially told me how it is. This company is run by sleazy sleazy sales people, I was clearly just a number to this company and they do not care about helping their customers, their only concern is getting paid- not doing what is right. Don't make the same mistake that I did in hiring these amateurs.
I have been a customer of EE&P since I bought my first home 4 years ago. Today, Austin (an electrician) stopped by to diagnose some electrical issues. I am very impressed by Austin's knowledge and ability to explain to a lay person about what he was doing and why. He has a natural ability to communicate with his customers, very friendly, easy to talk to, and is very professional. Thanks, Austin!
Wow. Not sure if I am the only one this has happened to, but what a horrific experience with this company.
All I wanted was to have a garbage disposal replaced, which they claim to do, but who knows.
They scheduled a window on Friday from 1-3. I rearranged my meetings to open up the window.
Then they sent a text saying they could come earlier, during my meetings. Since I was I was on calls, I could not reply to their text, which should be fine, as I have a window from 1-3.
They even sent another text saying that they would still be coming.
At noon, they said they can't come. So I rescheduled for 1-3 on Monday.
They said they were sorry for the inconvenience and would waive some $99 peace of mind evaluation, whatever that gouge was going to be.
Next appointment, same shenanigans. They texted in the morning and said they could be here in an hour, during the meetings I had rescheduled to open the 1-3 window.
Again, at noon, they said they were not sure if they could come, but would try. They said that last time. I said never mind, don't come at all.
Bottom line, if you want something small done, go somewhere that wants your business or these guys will always put you at the bottom of their list and you will be subject to their scheduling whims.
Apparently their scheduling windows are tentative. Block out 2 hours of your day, and we will come if we feel like it.
I called another, better known plumber in the area and they were able to come during my Monday window. 15 minutes into the window they quoted and done in 45 minutes. Nice to get it done.

I have called them for both electric and plumbing and love their availability and service. Good technicians skilled in their trades. Easy to deal with and contact by phone.
My experience with Eco Electric and Plumbing was extremely unsatisfied. This company sent Brandon, according to them he is their best electrician, to check on our house electrical issue on 2/14/2023. The issue was the lights, TV and computer were flickering on and off when we turned on some appliances. After spending roughly 30 mintues checking out the electrical panel and outlets, the electrician could not pin point the issue and in the proccess he broke the electrical out for the dryer. His provided 6 different options from replacing all electrical outlets to rewiring the whole house costing from $1014 to $4,400. Worst, there is no guarantee the issue can fixed with any of the options provided. At the end, I was charged $441.00 for fixing the dryer outlet plus the diagnosis time. I called Eco the next to inquire why none of the options indicate that it will fix the issue. The person on line told me he will get Brandon to call me back the next day. I have not heard from them for 3 days. Yesterday I called another electrical company and the electrician found out one of the circuit breaker in the panel failed. It took him less than an hour to correct the issue and cost us only $200 for the job. Please think twice before using Eco Eclectric and plumbing for your electrical repair. I hope this review can save home owners a lot of money and headache.

I didn't have the same experience as most other people. I made an appointment, it was cancelled (which was fine and understandable given the reason I was given). The morning zoom meeting the consultant Cory Hesseltine was a late. I was having connection issues, so while he waited for me to get it worked out he disappeared - he went for a coffee refill but when I reconnected, I had no idea what was going on, could have made a note in the chat... Then a couple of co-workers were outside his door office door so he rolled over in his chair and started talking to them. Didn't feel like he really wanted my business by the end of the call.
Still waiting for the estimate and explanation he told me he'd send me in an hour.
I give 3 stars because of the very nice lady who set up the appointment and called to reschedule.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Eco Electric. James and Jake were an absolute pleasure to work with - professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, thorough and very trusting. We had a laundry list of items that were completed over the course of two days, their recommendations were great, and all at a very competitive rate. My wife and I kept saying how impressed we were with this team and would not hesitate to refer/use them again in the future!
We needed an electrician to figure out why we weren't getting power to our dishwasher. The person who picked up the phone was very friendly and helped get an appointment set up. We got a text when the technician was on the way with his name and picture, was was really nice. Tyler arrived on time and was very thorough with his investigations and answering all our questions.
Almost year after the appointment, I needed to get a receipt. I called, and with just my phone number, they were able to find the receipt and email it to me. So simple!

Brandon and Deacon installed a QuietCool (whole house fan) in our house and we are so happy! Their service was excellent before the job. They arrived on time, did quality work, showed us how to work our new fan, and cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know they were there. And the fan is AMAZING!
Connor is the best!!! I highly recommend Eco Electric, great service, very prompt professional technicians. Connor was great, he diagnosed our problem and explained everything along the way! Super nice tech, he even tolerated my hyper puppy! I will call Eco again gladly for all my electrical and plumbing needs!!!
I am writing this review immediately after the electrician has come and gone.
1. I contacted Eco electrical to request service on a chandelier replacement in my 13 foot high staircase. (I can't do this, nor do I have the skillset - hence my call)
2. I called explicitly (EXPLICITLY!) for the electrician to bring the proper ladder to do the job.
3. I measured with the call rep on the phone how tall the ceilings were and asked 3 to 4 times to make sure they come prepared.
4. I was assured they would come prepared with the right ladder and tools.
5. Service was scheduled at a time I had to leave work and meet them
Hey - guess what? They didn't come prepared. The electrician looked at the job and said he was not sure he had the right ladder. He also mentioned that the ladder that would work was on another job site. The other electrician could deliver it, but it would be about an hour.
I let the electrician know this was frustrating after I was explicit in my directions. He apologized, but what was he going to do?
NOPE.
Look elsewhere for help.

Radisha showed up until they left, they did everything right.
They installed some high wattage heaters on our deck. It took some maneuvering to minimize conduit and they succeeded in making the project look good as well as work well. It was a slightly complex project and their skills were well matched to the work at hand.
They arrived masked, and on time. They correctly estimated the amount of time the project would take. They were delightful people
and very pleasant to work with.
We are very happy with the work that Chris and Radisha did and we would hire Eco Electric and Plumbing again in a minute!

Very expensive!
Cost me more than $1500 for cleaning the drains, and changing two valves for the toilets. And I was told that they usually charge $1100 for repairing the two toilets. Super crazy, way higher than the market price.
Half of my electrical panel failed. I called several companies and most said it would be a couple days before they could check it out. These guys were able to visit my home within an hour of my call. They would have done the work that day, but had to get the city to approve an updated electric panel, because the old one wasn't up to code. They came back the next day after getting approval. The price was fair and they did a quality job. I would use them again!
I had a really positive experience with Seth on a consult - professional, thorough and really pleasant to talk to and ask questions. I appreciated how thorough he was without trying to sell anything and keeping it real with me on costs that are worth it now vs later. I imagine not all folks or companies do this. Would consult with again.
I got a new bathroom fan and 5 new lighting fixtures installed by Eco this week and I'm thrilled with how it turned out! Eco was one of 3 bids I got for the job and because of the competitive prices as well as the FaceTime appointment consultation, I decided to go with them. Very happy with my decision! My tech Chris was super nice and I would love to have him come do more work at the house. I'll be calling Eco again in the future for sure!
Had a quick ceiling fan replacement I needed done. Tyler G. was great the whole way through. Keep me informed on his work and was sure to make sure I was okay with everything. Wore mask and shoe coverings the entire time. Nice clean up and also went above and beyond to get the new switch on the wall and pulling more wire slack from the attack. Would recommend 100%
I've contacted Eco for both electrical & plumbing work, and had a great experience both times. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and very reasonable pricing.
Although there was a big complication and our promised installation timeline took longer than expected, the guys at ECO did a fantastic job of rectifying everything! They have a fantastic staff and appears to run efficiently.

Excellent service. We had a large job - replacing all the plumbing in our home, every fixture and also disconnecting kitchen service for a counter top install and new sink, then reconnection. They showed up on time, had great attitudes and were more affordable than we had anticipated. A competing vendor bid the same work for several $$k more.
Just had my electricity woes solved with Eco Electric! They managed to fit me in their books on a busy Tuesday afternoon and by a reasonable window of time, arrived, diagnosed the issues, and provided me with options to proceed.

Eco Electric was awesome to deal with every step of the way. We needed service just as residential construction was opened from the COVID-19. They were very respectful of social distancing/ minimizing contact as much as possible and wearing masks.
As for the job itself, they did great!
We had to have dedicated circuits added, new lighting in the ceiling, new wiring taken through the ceiling for new fixtures, new convection wall heaters throughout the home, and a heated towel rack installed in the bathroom.
Seth was the rep who came out for the initial consultation. His help and communication were excellent. Drew & Spencer did most of the work and were on time, friendly and left the place super tidy at the end of the day. The office confirmed the appointments the day before and sent an arrival time reminder in the morning with a picture of the Electricians. Very nice touch!
We got 3 quotes and they were right in the middle for price and seemed much more knowledgeable than one of the other companies that bid the job.
I would highly recommend Eco Electric and they will be our 1st call for future electric projects.

Very unreliable. I scheduled an appointment more than 2 weeks in advance and was told that I was the first appointment of the day. Few days before the appointment, received call asking to move the appointment because apparently they scheduled someone else at the same time. I am not sure how can they do this because i was already scheduled and received confirmation. However, I adjusted my schedule to accommodate the new time and asked for confirmation about no further changes. Then on the day of the appointment received a call saying they cannot make it at the new time either and if I was willing to reschedule to another day. Maybe my job was not big enough for them and I would have appreciated if they would have just told that to me upfront. This is very unprofessional behavior with no regards to other people's time and schedule.
I have never written a review for a plumbing service before but had to leave feedback after receiving fantastic service. On Monday, Duane and Lekenyada came over for an estimate appointment to install a new sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal from Lowes.
They were professional, thorough and went above and beyond. They were the type of people I instantly knew had integrity, talent and I could tell we were in great hands. I had a great feeling going into our sink install...and then we hit a major snag with Lowes and were left hanging without a kitchen sink, and a leak coming from our current pipe.
Leykenada and Duane came back to save the day. They fixed the leak and attached a temporary sink that was dropped off without any warning. They were truly our hero's today! They've made us customers for life and I can not recommend this company or this team highly enough.
I had a broken dimmer switch (light wouldn't stay on). Tyler fixed it quickly and professionally. He also showed up right on time, which was awesome. They also sent a text beforehand with a picture of the technician so I knew who to expect. Cost me $275.
These folks replaced 30 electrical outlets and covers for me quickly and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!
Shane was friendly, honest, and professional, and even gave advice on things I could do myself to save money. Highly recommended! I was also impressed with how quickly Eco was able to get me an appointment. Thanks, Shane!

The best electricians in town, called these guys few months back and have been recommending them to friends and they continue to do a fantastic job
Connor and Ryan installed a fan/fixture/switch in the master bedroom of our house. They did the job quickly and professionally, especially for a hot summer day that makes being in an attic quite unpleasant.
The fan they installed was purchased by us on Am azon. While they installed the fan, they told me the controller was missing from the box that the unit came in. Indeed it was missing, but they said it could be fixed easily by ordering a replacement from the company. They left our house nice and clean, with one minor issue of leaving the plastic protection tape on the fan's cover plate (this was easy enough to take off using a ladder.)
Now the controller issue was definitely not their fault, but they unfortunately did not mention (or did not stress) that the receiver for the fan was also missing. A receiver is an electronic device that has to be wired within the fixture on the ceiling, so that a controller can actually function. Installing this probably isn't something an average homeowner would expect to do. I could have asked/assumed it was also missing, since the controller likely would be packaged in the same bag as the controller, but unfortunately the thought did not pass my mind until later. I am fairly confident that I would have noted them saying the receiver is missing and that I would have to order one also, and open up the cover plate of the fixture to install it if they told me so.
Because I was not aware of this, I ordered a controller and proceeded to spend a large amount of time troubleshooting it, before realizing that the unit did not have a receiver. We had to order a receiver, rewire the unit, which again I would consider unreasonable for the average homeowner to do.
Ultimately it was not too difficult to make the fixes myself. They did the key work to install the fan professionally, and a small communication error led to me spending unnecessary time to fix an issue that was not originally their fault. In the future, I would recommend they leave next-step instructions with the customer if an issue similar to ours happens, which I would definitely consider 5+ star service.

We needed our waterline re-piped as our water pressure was low and had rusty color due to the 40 years old galvanized pipes. Their quote was the cheapest out of 5 companies and yet they did a great job. I felt they were very straight forward and honest before giving me a quote. It took 2 days for them to re pipe the whole house and even went above and beyond to insulate the hot water pipes in the garage for me. Overall I had a really positive experience.

Good communications via email & text. Changes were made to estimate to clarify work to be done at my request. Estimator and electricians all arrived on time. Electricians removed shoes and did thorough investigation of multiple outlets--took them all apart--installed GFI for sink area outlets and tested that they all worked. Cleaned up well. Payment was convenient. Thank you Matt, Chris and Robert.
Update- Eco came out and rerouted our plumbing stack to be much lower profile, and we were able to change from a 13 inch drop ceiling to a 6 inch drop. Big win, and hug that they were willing to come back out to rework a finished job to make it right for us!
Original review: I've contracted with Eco Electric (Conner) and plumbing (Duane) for two different homes. Both are fantastic people, very friendly and easy to work with, and their quotes are very competitive. The work on both was a bit sloppy though.. for the plumbing they unnecessarily blew through two adjacent load bearing joists under our heavy free-standing tub requiring us to do some reframing/structural bandaids, and despite telling us they'd have no more than a 4 to 6 inch drop ceiling for drains we ended up with a insane eyesore if a 13 inch drop, pretty much ruining a whole room. For electrical I got a cryptic alpha numeric bid that, after the fact, we found didn't include much of the work I'd asked for in the initial consult. To eco's credit, they did extra work on the electrical to make sure I left a happy customer, which I appreciated. It's hard to find an honest company, but the workmanship could definitely be improved.

Eco was very responsive to my RFQ, price-competitive, and effective in their high quality execution of the job. At no cost, they also provided great advice on a number of incidental issues that the technician Zach noticed (e.g., need for routine HVAC service; planned installation of solar). I would use them again any time the need arise for electrical services.

First off, I must say it's a breeze working with Ryan and Julia, compared to other electricians in my experience. From a quote request (a reply took less than 15 mins) to issues fixed took less than 24 hrs, which is incredibly efficient compared to other service providers who have yet to call back and schedule an appointment after 5 business days. Secondly, the troubleshooting is free (and very quick), unlike other experiences I had in which you had to pay upfront for the diagnosis (without a guarantee that the issues can be fixed). I'd say you really get a bang for the buck with Eco Electric & Plumbing. Highly satisfied with the incredible service. Will definitely use them again without second thoughts. Keep up the great work!
The service was great from the minute Ashley picked up the phone. She was able to schedule an appointment for us the very next day. We are really thankful for Duane. Not only he came to us after his usual working hours, he was able to fix the problem within 30 mins. We really appreciate his honesty and service. We will definitely use him for any future fixes around the house and they are highly recommended!
Zach just came to my house for an electrical problem we thought we were still having in one of our bathrooms. He went to the other bathroom and told me we just needed to reset the bathroom. He did not charge anything for this simple fix so I truly appreciate their service and time to come to my house ! Will use them again!

I was attempting to install some new track lighting and dimmer switch. When I ran into what seemed to be a life ending problem. None of the wires matched up, and who had ever done this wiring prior to me really did a very interesting job to say the least. I was able to get eco electric out on the same day. Connor and Nate showed up within an hour of making the call. Honestly they were the most professional people I've worked with in a long time. Extremely efficient, polite and super professional! They had diagnose the problem within the 1st 20 minutes and were able to get me up and running in less than an hour. In my experience it has been rare to find such quality trademan with this caliber of professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anybody and will definitely use them again in the future!
Worst experience I've ever had. A guy who thinks he knows everything came out to give me an estimate. He told me how great his team was and how his electricians are super special people with super special skills and how they were going to fix everything because apparently he knows everything. In reality, he barely listened to what I needed and sent people out unprepared. He is a salesman who is never wrong--how fun for the customer!
His guys came out. I was told they'd be at my place for a full day. He was late when he came to give me the estimate and his guys were late when they came to do the work. I asked them to help me get a ceiling fan to work, install a light and install a dimmer switch for a separate light.
The estimator guy didn't bother looking at the light before sending his guys out. AFTER the electricians drilled a hole in my wall, he said he couldn't install the light because it wasn't up to code in the US. Could the estimator who knows everything or the electrician doing the work LOOK at the light before agreeing to do the work and before drilling a hole in my wall? In my case, apparently not. I followed up with the manufacturer of the light and was told they actually are up to code in the US and have been selling their lights with no issue for over 6 years in the US. Since I am not an electrician, I trusted the guys I was paying and let them leave without installing the light. I have since found two different electricians dumbfounded by this chain of events and I was able to install my light.
The second issue was the ceiling fan. I'd had it installed and there was electricity running to the fan but the fan (that used a remote control) would not turn on. Since I was assured it was a problem his super special electricians could fix with no issue, I was not worried about it. I checked on them but was mostly in front of my computer working in another room. After the electricians had been in my home for less than 4 hours (not even close to all day) I heard vacuums and whatnot. The super special guys came out with more bad news on their way out the door! They couldn't figure out why the fan didn't work. They said there was power to the fan and it should work so I must have a bad fan. I asked if they could hook up the fan to another electrical source to confirm it was a bad fan. They called the estimator and put him on the phone with me. Again, they were already packed up and ready to go before telling me they couldn't figure out why the fan wouldn't work.
The estimator guy who knows everything proceeded to tell me over the phone the issue was that I had a bad fan and he wasn't going to have his guys spend more time at my place to check another electric source. When I said they hadn't even been here 4 hours and he told me they'd be there all day, he told me they'd arrived at the ECO office at 7 AM. They didn't show up to my place until almost 10 AM so how is that relevant to me? Even if 7 AM is when their clock started, it wasn't even 2:00 yet. A full day of work would be between 3 and 4PM depending on breaks.
When I explained that he was leaving me with the same problem I had before his super special guys had been there, his only answer was that I had a bad fan. Again, he did not listen to what I needed or what the problem was when he came out, only that he knew everything and he was sure they could fix it. Well, they didn't. Did I mention he was YELLING at me over the phone? Again, a super fun customer experience. At the end of this cluster, I paid over $600 to get a dimmer switch installed and for them to leave me with a hole in my wall and a fan that didn't work and was no closer figuring out why. So much for ECO being super special and able to do everything.
Since then, an electrician who is kind to customers and actually knows what he's doing figured out the remote control on the fan had not been configured correctly. The fan worked fine. ECO's super special electricians had not even considered the remote control as being an issue.
I have told everyone I know about how bad this experience was with ECO and I hope this review on Yelp will also be enough encouragement for the reader to choose another electrician. Do not be fooled by ECO. It was the single worst customer experience of my life.
Best electric service near the Seattle area. I called a bunch of other electric services in town about my bathroom lights going off and all of them insisting on sending someone over to troubleshoot with 200+ dollars, with no guarantee of fixing. They are also very slow in responding to my request, transferring me back and forth on the phone. Eco Electric is the only service where support is able to assist me over the phone and tell me a simple trick to make lights work again without charging me anything. They are willing to help me to solve my problem even though it means no profit for them. Excellent customer focus. Earned my trust.
Christie was very flexible in scheduling the appointment according to our work schedule. Zak came in fixed the issue. Fair pricing, honest people would totally recommend these guys!!

Duane is a pleasure to work with. Kristi at the office was able to get us scheduled same day, then Duane was able to get a quote for 40% less than our last company! We had the work done in two hours and are so happy with the results! Will be keeping Eco Plumbing as our regular plumber from now on!

I hired Eco Plumbing for toilet and faucet repair. The woman I spoke with to schedule the appointment was very friendly and helpful when answering my questions. I appreciated that the day of the appointment I received a text reminder and confirmation the plumber was on his way. Matthew Bartoces and two apprentices - Lekenyada and Elias arrived on time to the appointment and were very informative about explaining and diagnosing the issues. They worked quickly and effectively. All three plumbers provided great customer service and I look forward to with Eco Plumbing & Electric in the future.
Eco Electric has replaced my electrical panel and did an amazing g job, props go out to The staff, excellent customer service and scheduling was at ease. I would highly recommend Eco electric.

Seth Robertson came out and explained why & how they work and how many of the whole house fans they offer were as options for us. He inspected the house for what would be every option available for us given sq ft etc and got back to us with quotes very quickly! Let us know up front some of the issues they've had in other communities and what we may have as any hold ups in our own. After doing some of our own investigation into the fan options they offered even before calling for this appt we definitely decided to go with the stealth fan once we had our quotes in, instead of a much later investment into an AC and WOW are we happy we did! Under 4K fan vs 15k quoted for an AC between power line, pad pouring and install! YIKES! So fan it was! This Summer while not TOO bad and thankfully not Too smoky either but it was going to be bad for me since I'm pregnant currently and due late September! We knew our house would become unbearable upstairs pretty early on given the last years experience with it and pretty Much stay that way u til fall(sweaty every day and no way would
I cook inside again until cool!) without the greatest airflow design being our home build from 1948. We've previously had a whole House fan back in NC (which is pretty pointless there given the high humidity) but we've experienced the LOUD of what is possible for house fans. And this is NOT that! This is stealthy! We LOVE our new cooler house and the quiet it comes by! A literal breeze through the House when we open the doors and turn that fan on! Plus it's remote operated from anywhere in the house so it can be bedside, in your kitchen or kept near the fan! Whatever makes sense to YOU! They not only got us a great finance option but came and installed the fan quickly and effectively while We were away on a trip and had a house sitter here in our stead. They rocked it entirely and while They were HERE, we also asked them to investigate an ongoing two year issue with our outdoor receptacle and pool light we'd had TWO previous electricians work on while they upgraded the electrical boxes and mainline to bring up to a more effective standard for our size of house. They fixed it THAT DAY and at very low cost considering how long we'd been delayed in this outdoor enjoyment process with other crews! AMAZING and skilled crewmen on their team! FINALLY a Trustworthy electrical crew! We are now about to have them come quote us midmonth and likely install a 15 amp dedicated line so we can move some appliances around as that had been in the plan from our purchase and Move in two years ago but after not getting decent treatment by two other crews I had delayed my dream kitchen. Now I KNOW who to Hire & trust from here on out anytime we need electrical work. I'm sure they're just as skilled at plumbing and I'm certain eventually we will need some of those services as well as we add a bathroom to our basement in the future agenda. I can't give this company enough accolades given what we've previously hired in the area, they were angels! And Seth is a very prompt and very effective communicator! Thankful between the team at the office being effective and keeping to appointments as well! A very nice team at Eco Electric entirely! If you need a cooler house you should really consider them, the fans only they offer and their team to install! We are amazed and so thankful! My pregnancy has been better off for not having to move into Our basement to even exist without dripping like these two years past (or live in daytime Darkness by shutting all the blinds up and putting expensive fans to run in every nook and cranny to exist)! AND I could even cook and get rid of The oven or electrical burner heat! NICE change there from having to Grill EVERYTHING outside to Keep that heat outside! 20 Mins with the fan on and you'd never know I even cooked! YES! YES! YES! All The YES! I had a switch/outlet in my kitchen go out recently. I tried to fix the switch myself, but figured I'd better call an electrician just in case. I called Eco Electric & Plumbing and spoke to a very friendly employee who made an appointment for me within a week's time. I received reminder emails and a text the morning of the appointment. I had the pleasure of meeting Shane Tripp who was right on my time for my 8am appointment and extremely friendly and courteous. He got straight to work and talked me through the issues I was having with my outlet. Shane even asked if I had other electrical issues not related to the appointment which he was willing to help me with. Shane is the best! If I ever have any need for an electrician, I'll be sure to ask for Shane.

Was able to get a quick appointment and person was on time! A thorough review and fair quote. Compared to many other plumbing company we engaged with recently there were a blessing.
The folks from Eco were knowledgeable and did a thorough job figuring out the solution for the requirement I had (adding a 220v socket for my range). Other electricians did a superficial inspection and gave a high quote for adding a new line, but the line already existed, it was just not wired. Luis correctly figured that out.
We had a list of electrical issues that we were knocking out. They were very professional throughout the entire process, from giving the estimate to completing the work. Were thorough in checking everything, and even figured out a wiring mystery in our rather quirky home that was not on their checklist. I plan to use their services again when I get around to renovations.
Just had $4K work done on 1960's house by Matthew, who is an excellent plumber. It took several weeks to get the work scheduled, and he had to come back a couple of weeks later to finish up, but it was worth the wait for the careful, smart, high quality work that was done. All of the plumbing work and decisions were well communicated before and after.
I highly recommend this company and would call them first and use them again! Right before Christmas I had power go out in some areas in my home. I looked on the BBB website and found Eco Electric. They were the first and only company I called that was able to provide a free estimate and would only charge if they found an issue. They were also available to send a technician out the next week. Other companies were charging at least $150 for the service call and for just showing up to diagnose the problem. They also didn't have anything available until mid-January. From the beginning of my experience with Eco Electric, I have had a good and memorable one. Donna, the scheduler, called to make my appointment. She also called a few days prior to remind me of the appointment and then sent a text a day before and day of! The day of my appointment, there was an earlier opening and Donna asked if she could send the techs over now. I was delighted to hear it, but couldn't change the time. Then she notified me that they would be a little late, but were on the way. It was fine with me since they were still within the window of time for our appointment. When Connor and Nate arrived, they were very professional, courteous and polite. They put covers over their shoes and were patient when we explained the situation. They provided simple and detailed explanations that we could understand. Connor also gave us some safety tips regarding space heaters. They were able to fix our issue quickly and didn't charge! Their service goes above and beyond my expectations and that is a refreshing change! Thank you, Eco Electric!
We had the best experience with both the plumbing and electrical services Eco offered. Zachary W. handled the electrical for us; Matthew B. the plumbing. Both were incredibly helpful, efficient, and honest, as well as prompt and thorough! They suggested cost-saving measures, didn't overcharge us or recommend anything unnecessary, and spoke to us with care and friendliness. They got everything done in our new home for less money than we expected, and gave us recommendations for future work when we're ready. In the future we're definitely going with Zach and Matt for any electrical/plumbing needs.

Zach with Ecoelectric has been outstanding. There is a lot for me to review here, so I'll break it down in to 3 parts of the process to replace our electrical box, install an in home electric meter, and install a special attic fan to cool our home:
1) The estimate was easy to schedule and free. I got text confirmations as well as a text with a photo of Zachary when he was on his way to our appointment. When he arrived you could tell he wanted to make sure I felt comfortable (as a woman at home with a baby during the day) before walking in to our home. He walked through every little possible question I had, gave clear and honest answers, and explained exactly what would be included in the quote (provided in writing/email) and why.
During the estimate he called the electrical company on my behalf to find out exactly what process he needed to go through to achieve our goals (getting the city to eventually replace our old meter at no cost). He also scheduled one of Ecoelectric & Plumbing's plumbers to come take a look at our hot water heater set up on the date we set aside for Zachary to come back and do the work.
2) The service provided was thorough and well done. They arrived on time and did a great job installing everything, cleaned up, and reviewed everything with me. There was an issue with the fan they ordered being damaged during delivery, so they had to delay that part of the service but they definitely made up for the delay by helping us install a light, remove an extra baseboard heater, and two other projects that would have cost us a lot of money to have someone else come in and do! They also had a delay dealing with our spray in structural foam insulation which they had to chisel through to get at our wires but they did it and finished when they said they would. Zachary couldn't complete a portion of the work himself because of a hand injury but he made sure he checked the work of everyone he worked with and apologized profusely that he couldn't follow through on his original commitment to perform all the work he quoted.
3) Zachary reviewed everything they did and why and how everything worked (a new app for the in home electrical meter and a fan remote). He told me to text or call him with any questions. He went even further to say that once the in home meter gave us a report of our electrical use to text him a screen shot so he could call the electrical company and help get the process rolling for them to replace their meter (which is apparently out of calibration and causing high monthly bills).
The total cost for the projects was high and honestly, we didn't get a second quote, but we did price check the cost of hardware and the projected amount of hours needed to complete everything and it lined up reasonably. I believe it was worth every penny in the added value to our home, knowing it was all done properly, and decreased cost in our electrical bills. Would recommend him over and over again to friends and family.

Zach W. just came out to assess a possible garbage disposal installation on three different kitchens in our building (three-unit building) and it was a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional... he even took the time to answer my dumb questions about neutral vs. hot wiring, and voltage step-ups. I'm looking forward to working with him.

Great service! Very quick response time, flexible hours even next-day. Both technicians (Ryan F. and Lekenyada) were wonderful. I had pipes replaced and the plumbers suggested I get an electrician to double-check the wiring. As it turns out, I didn't need work done--which these gentlemen let me know, without trying to oversell or charge me. I cannot overstate how much I appreciate this honesty. This will be my new go-to for electrical and plumbing work, they are trustworthy, punctual and friendly.
Got a tip to call these guys and was very glad I did! The first two companies I called were so unresponsive and void of concern about my sense of urgency that I didn't know where to turn to. Thank goodness someone knew of Eco Electric. They were eager to help and sent a highly qualified technician to attend to my issues and got me back up and working in no time. I am writing this review because this company does not understand customer service. I work with one of their guys and came out and did an estimate in bed and gave me estimates and bids for everything but what I asked him to do. I needed a bid for and Is ground bar and two weeks passed and no bid. I call and talk to the manager and send in the inspectors notes as to what needed to be done and he calls back and doesn't understand what the inspector needs. This company is not the company you work for the bid he gave me for simple work was way over the cost and Joey the manager doesn't have a clue. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Two of their customer service reps on the phone were supposed to call me back the same day when I expressed my concerns and each time neither of them follow through. Joey leave me a voicemail with information and then has a phone where the voicemail is full and I can't respond back. How is that good customer service?
Eco Electric installed a QuietCool fan for us. This is a fairly new product in their offerings and one that is sorely needed in Seattle summers. I was very happy to find they installed them, because not many companies do. Seth reached out to me very quickly, and came over to check the feasibility and to explain the product to me. He was clear about the options open to me and helpful regarding helping me get the permits needed. Robin from their office helped me apply for the permits and even kindly offered to help me schedule the follow up inspections if necessary. I'm going to try to do it myself, but it is reassuring to know I can ask if I need help. Paul and Robert did the installation. They were on time, pleasant and did a great job, and tidied up meticulously afterwards. I also need to mention that Seth drove to get a grate that wasn't in the box (no fault of Eco's). I got them to give me an estimate on some future jobs as I would be happy to hire them for future works. All in all, a smooth transaction, done in a timely manner, and I can't wait to see how the QuietCool fan performs this summer!
