Mike, Hailey, Dickson, Josh, Chase, Austin...every team member we worked with at MAD Energy NW was absolutely fantastic and we cannot recommend them enough.

In the recent storm the electrical mast was torn off of our house. We were suddenly without power and had to scramble to hire an electrician to get our mast fixed and inspected before the electrical company would restore power. After a few hours of Yelping, Googling and asking friends and neighbors for recommendations, we ended up only getting a few responses. The first quote sounded alright and the guy seemed reasonable. Luckily we waited to hear back from Mike (who himself was dealing with a power outage and property damage from the storm) because not only was his price almost half of the other company's, he also shifted his teams around so they could take care of us the next day.

Their site team (Josh, Chase and Austin) were very friendly, answered ALL of our many questions and cleaned up after themselves. They also avoided punching a bunch of holes in our walls and ceiling like the other company said they needed to do. Josh even stayed late to make sure the work was done that day when our house threw him a curveball. While the work was being completed, their team also coordinated with the utility company and somehow managed to get them on site that same evening to have our power restored.

On top of all this, they also coordinated directly with our home insurance to ensure we were reimbursed for all the work. One less headache for us to handle! Best of all, they managed to convince our insurance agent that they should cover an upgrade to our electrical panel.

MAD made an incredibly stressful situation go smoother, get resolved faster and cost less than we had dared to hope for. This is a team that clearly cares about the quality of their work and their clients. We are so grateful to have found MAD and wish that all contractors were as impressive as this team.

These guys are awesome , we had them put our solar panels on our house,  the third day after they left we started having electrical issues in our house , we called Dickson and asked please help us asap, he and Christian both dropped what they were doing , probably in the middle of their dinner and came right over , the issue was what I thought it was,  they unfortunately had to work with the substandard wiring done in my house, they found at least two errors in the wiring my home builder did, the Teo of them went through the entire house until they corrected  everything the other electrician did wrong they even changed two of our burned out light bulbs, I don't know how to thank them enough , our work crew was Christian,  Egan  and Jessie,  they are  superstars

They were great to work with, we had a swim spa installed and thought while we were at it we'd add extra outlets and conduit for 12 volt lighting. They were in time, on budget and very easy to reach. Would use them again in a heartbeat

Our kitchen lights and bathroom outlets just randomly stopped working after being in our house for a year. I reached out to MAD Energy NW after seeing a Facebook post about them. Hailey responded within hours to see when we could have Mike come out and gave us a quote for what to expect. They were able to come out within one business day.
Mike was on time and really friendly. He was great with the dog, explained everything he was doing, and upgraded our stuff where he could. He was so understanding and careful with our belongings and kept everything clean.

He efficiently diagnosed my various electrical issues and gave me a fair quote for the copious amount of work my 1970's condo needed to be brought into this century. With an attention to detail you don't see often in construction and a level of customer service that astounded me, he blew my expectations out of the water and has made my home look and feel like a whole new place. He walked me through lighting choices, and even gave me the opportunity to provide my own fixtures, if I wanted to. I will call him again for any future electrical needs and I have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so in the future. I had a bad experience with an electrical contractor so I reached out to Mad Energy NW to fix all the errors from the other guy. Mad Energy NW is so professional, they quickly identified the errors and remedied them. I was very frustrated with the other guys and just needed the job done with the minimum of stress possible. They charged less then the first guy, was easier to work with and the work was so professional when he was done. Organized conduit and properly labeled panels and switches. 1000% better. Don't make the mistake I did, just hire these guys first.

I was referred to MAD Energy NW through a colleague of mine who hired Mike (the owner) to do some electrical work on an investment property of his. After looking up and verifying his license with the county to be active and free from violation I gave him a call to pick his brain and get a second opinion estimate. Mike was able to quickly and concisely explain the work to be completed in such a way so that anyone could easily understand it's complexity. He offered two options that would bring the electrical up to code giving me the choice of how to proceed and I really appreciate that. I didnt feel like I was being sold. He showed up early and stayed until all my questions were answered leaving me with peace of mind. Very glad to have finally found an electrician I can trust. Mike is a Master Electrician and a perfectionist in his trade, he was also polite and courteous. It has been my experience in dealing with home remodels with all types of tradesmen and general contractors that there is an overwhelming level of arrogance and bravado that one has to navigate through.
