Wilderness Electric Inc came out to my house to determine why my washer and several outlets in my laundry room quit working. They called to let me know they were on their way and they arrived on time. Service was professional and friendly. Issue was identified and repaired. I loved the fact that they explained the issue and resolved it quickly. Also appreciated that they took the time to help me better understand the demands placed on the electrical system when using extension cords and power strips. I will be using Wilderness Electric for all my future electrical needs.

I had an electrical issue during the recent storm and Shawn and his partner were available on short notice to help out. They diagnosed and fixed the issue and also gave me some good advice on future updates I can do to prevent similar issues. Professional and courteous. Thank you!

I hired Jon to do some electrical work to bring powers to my AC, and I was very impressed by his service. He gave me a competitive quote, showed up on time, and completed the job quickly, and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and explained well what he was doing. He also made sure it was working properly before he left. He was very professional, responsive and reliable throughout the process. I definitely recommend him for any small electrical work.

Yep - I'm glad we worked with Ben of Neptune Electric. A real person and very qualified electrician. Relaxed yet professional. Showed up on time! He installed new lights in our closet (removing an old light and moving the light switch to the opposite end of the closet). We breathe a sigh of relief and gratitude to Ben every time we switch on that light - we can finally see our stuff! thank you Ben!

I did not select this company as it was selected by our property management company. I called them with an urgent issue and they had an electrician contact me within 20 minutes and was out to the house within the hour. Joe, the electrician, was wonderful. Couldn't ask for anything more. There was a somewhat complicated electrical issue that took quite a bit of troubleshooting. He attacked it as a challenge with a great attitude.
All in all this was a great experience. I highly recommend them.

I had a electrical problem at the house. Company was booked out for weeks. The person who helped me on phone walked me through my issue and saved me money at the same time. Thanks for the help.

They came out for an estimate in a timely manner and priced competitively. Showed up the following week for some work and all went well. Very nice and polite

Bearing Walls, (Dean Drew), was great to work with. He took on a small job with odd requirements: patching and matching an existing coved knock-down in a bathroom. He did a good job, put up with our changing schedules, and was very reasonably priced. He's on my list for when our next job comes up. Ed

If you need an electrician, call David. He is honest and competent.
I have known him for 20 years. He even tells me when I I don't need to do some work that I think needs to be done -- even though it means he doesn't get a job!

North Star Electric is great. Rob is a wonderful guy who takes time to listen and define what your needs are ( outdoor lighting) and makes a careful plan including a detailed account of what the cost would be. The work was done very well by his electricians , they were both careful and respectful, I received a follow up call to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction I highly recommend their services.

Loved these folks! Don came out and successfully troubleshot a long list of problems we found when we moved into this house a few months back. The we had a problem with a circuit, had no electricity for a night, and they sent out two guys first thing in the morning. They fixed the problem immediately.
We are very pleased with this company and now consider the company to be our regular go-to place when we have problems with our electricity. Do not hesitate to call them! Excellent work.

I commented previously and now that we have completed our renovation it's time to renew my endorsement for this fine electrician.
He thinks of the job when he's not on the job - I have received emails from him asking questions and making suggestions.
He has done outstanding electrical work in our condominium and I can't imagine using anyone else.

I fired off an email to Wickman, thinking there is no way I will hear back from these guys at this busy time of year, however--to my surprise--I got an email back immediately to say that they could come right over. Thank you, Brian, for responding so quickly, solving my problem, and for your great advice. And the price was right! I have already recommended you to my friends and family, and you will definitely be my first call when another issue arises. Cheers!

Zoran from Galaxy was responsive and did a great job. The work took a little more time than the estimation, but the trouble in one outlet was difficult to find. The electrical wiring in my old Woodway home was tough to figure out and he found it.i

I contacted the company and told them I needed some receptacles installed and a lockout installed for a dishwasher, in order to pass an electrical inspection for which I had pulled a permit. They did the work and then told me they would need to pull a permit themselves. I left a message asking them to call me before they pulled their own permit so we could discuss it, because their permit was redundant. They never called, pulled the permit and then charged me an extra fee for pulling the permit. I left two messages after the fact asking their boss to call me and explain why they had never called me back. He never responded to either of my messages. I highly recommend avoiding this company.

I've been working with Ross for years. First, he handled my personal lighting and electrical needs at my home in West Seattle. When I became a realtor, I started referring him to clients. Everyone is pleased with his work and that speaks volumes. He is always professional, always tidy, and knowledgeable. He does wonderful work and I will continue to refer him with confidence. You won't be disappointed!

For a kitchen remodel we were looking for a breaker panel relocation from an interior wall to an exterior wall about 20 feet away.
Josh (owner electrician) Rich (sale guy) came out the house.
They were super professional and personable they spent over an hour at the house going over everything we wanted done.
they committed to a quote by the end of the next day, and delivered. That's when it started to get less warm and fuzzy.
I have been involved in several home projects including panel replacements so I am not completely clueless.
using previous experience from jobs, We put the cost at some place in the $6500.00 to $8500.00 range.
Rich came back with a quote defining a scope of work and price tag, in a single line item, of $11,562.00 plus tax.
I was a bit astonished at this amount. Figuring parts would be in the $2500 - $3000.00 that would make labor some place in the $8500.00 range for a 3 day job.
Because the quote did not give a separate parts price and cost of labor. I politely asked if they could provide line items for parts and for labor.
Rich replied with comments like: (cut and pasted from original mail)
I don't feel we have to justify our pricing structure
To put together a quote such as this, we don't itemize each part and each strand of wire
and other statements about how ethical they are like You will be working with a company with integrity that stands behind their work like no other company that I have ever been associated with.
Also then he stated there would likely be more work on a 4th day to tune the new arc fault breakers but we would not be charged for that.
With that he offered to drop the price, after removing the generator panel we asked for, to and even $10,000 + tax. I clearly was not impressed.
I was not asking for a better price I just wanted better understanding of what I would be paying for.
We opted not go this direction, even before we received 3 other quotes with the same scope of work for just less than $4,000
I am sure Wire Craft would have done a stellar job I just could not justify working with Rich and his response. The quote of about 3x more than what it actually cost was a factor too.
