Bearing Walls

This guy is great (Dean Drew).  This is the second time I have used him. The first time was to install some new electrical work in my basement. The most recent time was to install a dishwasher. Here is why he is great:
1. He is bonded/insured and very professional.
2. He is extremely honest in his quotes- he will not low-ball you to earn your business. He will explain what kind of concerns or issues he may run in to during the work and the range of expenses this might result in.  He then quotes on the high end to reflect potential unexpected costs. His bill in both cases was much lower.
3. Great quality work- everything looks great. the place was clean. he was quickly in and out.

I highly recommend this guy. He specializes in all aspects of your home repair (painting, cabinetry, remodels, plumbing, wiring, etc.) and has a knack for working on older Seattle homes (1900's).

Bearing Walls, (Dean Drew), was great to work with. He took on a small job with odd requirements: patching and matching an existing coved knock-down in a bathroom. He did a good job, put up with our changing schedules, and was very reasonably priced. He's on my list for when our next job comes up. Ed
