Everything went great with Larson A/C. The technician John was on time, neat/clean, careful of the home, and very thorough in his evluation and repair. I will most definitely use Larson in the future.

First of all, the price can't be matched.  I had another company quote almost TWICE as much for the same work to be done, and that was including them giving me a discount.  AHW was definitely the right price.

I made my appointment and right on time, Gerardo showed up, went over the process, and got right to work.  He was considerate of my sleeping baby, and did his best to stay completely quiet.  He even gave me a heads up when he was about to start drilling the granite counter top for my new r/o spout.

The unit installed on the first day actually had a problem with it, so Gerardo came back out and got it repaired/replaced right away.  I highly recommend this company, and want to give special kudos to Gerardo for his great service!

Mike showed up and saved the day!! In the throws of our Phoenix heat our A/C went out and he showed up promptly and was courteous, professional and kind. He had us up and running in a few minutes and we are SO grateful!!

My AC went out on Saturday night in the middle of Summer. I called Johnny Sunday morning at 7:30 AM and he was there by 9:00 AM. They fixed my AC at a reasonable cost, gave great advice for caring for the AC and seemed to care more about fixing the AC than making a profit. You will also get a couple of good laughs during your conversation with Johnny. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Patrick is amazing! First I used the yelp app to reach out and get some basic idea. I feel that cool zone air was pretty quick with their response time. And it was not the cheapest estimate I got but how they handled my business is what got them the 5 stars. On time with their estimated time with the phone call before letting us know they were on their way. Very honest with what needed to be done and not over priced. They asked us about their service program but did not push the issue. I will use them from now on!!

Kalem and Scott were very nice.  They called 20 minutes prior to arriving and we pulled in at the same time. They saw I had groceries and offered to help me carry them in.  Very thoughtful. I trust Dukes of Air. The owners are very ethical and the employees are paid hourly so they will not try to sell you something you don't need.

I was incredibly impressed with Biltmore Mechanical!  David answered my call immediately and was able to come over the same day.  He diagnosed my problem within about 5 minutes and  discussed with me the deficiencies of my system.  He was able to get my system up and running that very same day and also  got me two new automated thermostats.  He was very reasonably priced.  I was extremely happy with him.  Biltmore Mechanical is now my go to HVAC company.  Highly recommend!!!!

These guys have helped me out of a jam twice. Quick service, fixes the problem and doesn't try to sell a bigger solution than what's needed. Will definitely call again! (Although I hope not to have to any time soon.)

Overall great experience. Our A/C went out, called Brian who got me on the schedule for the following day, received both email and text confirmation as well as a text when Alan was on the way. Service was quick and Alan was very nice. Highly recommend them.

I contacted Alex and Elena at Ideal Energy when my AC didn't seem to be working correctly.  I got an immediate response from them, and Alex was able to come take a look at my AC in an extremely timely manner. He explained what some of the issues were that he could immediately see.  He took the model number of my OLD unit and went home to do a bit more research on the make and model for what I currently had.  He updated me on what he had conlucded and explained everything to me. I eneded up replacing everything because it was necessary. He kept me up to date with what was happening during the process of when the new parts were arriving and when they could get it installed.  I would recommened them to anybody that needed any AC work done. I have never met a more professional group of workers, as well as a more professional business!

Late in the evening noon on a Sat., my AC stopped working(temp was 110). A call was placed to a company to remain un-named. After more than 3 hours without a returned phone call. I called Doug who answered immediately.(I later found out that he had been working since 2:30 am) After explaining my situation, he informed me that he would have to call a co-worker to drive, (observing company safety regulations, regarding over stressing of techs) but, assured me that he would be out to fix my AC. In just over an hours time, Doug arrived with Dennis and they had my AC running in about 30 minutes. Despite of their grueling schedule, they were pleasant and professional. Don't hesitate to call DCM in a time of need.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Justin and Mario are amazing and great assets to this company! They are professional, punctual, and repaired our ac issues in a timely fashion.  They even cleaned up after themselves. When Justin came out to inspect it, he explained things in a way I could understand and was patient with my questions. He offered several solutions at different price points, the pros and cons on each so we could make an informed decision. When they finished, you could immediately feel the difference in our home. The improvement was dramatic, and instant. They even made sure to be careful moving things on our new floor and took extra care to clean up. I just can't say enough about this company's service. You guys rock. Thank you so much.

Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

Very knowledgeable and professional! I have home owners warranty with old republic but I was skeptical of their service based on my previous experience. So I called AirTime Cooling and Heating instead. I am so glad I did. The technician came and checked both heating units.  He explained his work really well when asked.  One of the thermostats needed a replacement and he quoted a reasonable price based on my amazon comparison.  All in all, I saved money by calling Airtime instead of Old Republic. And I have confidence that it was done correctly.  I will definitely use them again.  Thank you for the great service!

Richard checked the mini-split for signs of freon leakage and tightened the leaking connector. System did not require full evacuation/recharge so was simply recharged and tested ok. Indicated that if it turned out that there was another (undetected) leak there would not be another freon cost when it was recharged. Good straight forward discussion - pleasant manners.  Nice to see these days.  I'll be a returning customer for annual check-ups!

Our AC unit finally went on its last leg after 35+ yrs of serving us in AZ heat. We called at least 5 different places for quotes; had face to face with all who came, and decided to go with Chris W (the owner). He was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. He worked with us on getting a 3 phase unit installed as requested, unlike others who tried to sell us the 1 phase. His quote was what expected, no surprises after unit was installed. We are happy with the new unit and his professionalism. Highly recommended!

I had my AC go out around 11pm. We had my daughters birthday party scheduled with a bunch of kids staying the night so I needed someone out quick! I looked on Yelp and seen the reviews so I called around midnight and left a message. I didn't expect a call right back but I did, they set up a time for first thing in the morning. Tech came out and made quick work of troubleshooting the issue. I have worked with AC units before so I pretty much knew what the problem was, but had to work on the other side of town that day. I was nervous to have someone look at it because of horror stories that I have heard AC companies ripping customers off. I couldn't have been more pleased to hear the low cost of the repair and timely matter that it was done! I would highly recommend this company and will be my primary service provider moving forward.

I really like the service guys their work is very honest professional and transparent.  The bummer is they do try to upsell services and I can tell both HVAC and plumbers seem uncomfortable asking or talking to their manager after I say no.  The gentleman today that serviced my heater was great solid work super professional and very personable.  We had an open discussion about any findings and he even walked out to make the manager call after he and I discussed any changes or up sell I didn't want. Ive been present during the call and overheard the managers try to give the guys options about how to sell me more after I've said no.  I can understand the business side of things but I shouldn't feel pressured or have to keep saying no and watch the service guys cringe when they have to rebuttle. Again the guys are great love the work but the pressure sales the managers push can be taxing. Will definitely use Goettl again just for the craftsmanship of the employees.
