In response to TAB owner/mgr Tom's whiny comment for the one star review I gave his company service, he admits I gave an honest opinion and it was my right to do so yet, Tom felt the need to attack why I haven't given the tech who actually installed my ring doorbell a rating....well first the tech was affordable, experienced and ready to install, how's that Tom?  How do you know I didn't give him a review on the big name store's website where I purchased it, this comment site isn't the only one.  Why is it your business to tell me who to comment on right or wrongly?  Forget it pal your service was highly costly I can't take that back it would be dishonest no matter the pressure you try to push.  Gas and time usage is part and parcel of all service related businesses so ask yourself why are some businesses affordable?  How about this, people like myself get a couple or so estimates to determine who gets the job.  It's also because successful businesses figured out return customers and their referrals work wonders for their bottom line.  Problem solving is a unique and vital feature of success, that's where the money is at!  Gas is now a burden to all of us Tom, private and commercially, best to find ways that work well instead of using sticker shock prices, stay in your lane Tom.

Contacted Reno about changing out some worn out outlets. He was quick to call me and walk me through the process and availability. He showed up on time and  was very professional. The outlets were fixed and his work was great, would use this business again!

I had issues with breakers tripping and outlets not working. I also needed a chandelier put up above the kitchen table that the wife was bugging me about. So, I needed to bring in the professionals. I looked around and called several companies. John called me back quickly. I explained to him the situation and he was confident of what was going on. He sent out Kyle and Ryan the next morning at 8am. Long story short, the wife is happy now! Kyle and Ryan were outstanding!!!!

I had Ty hang a fan for me earlier this week and install a new light fixture today. Very professional/friendly, reasonably priced, quick to respond and schedule  I will definitely use again in the future. I highly recommend!

Casey and team rewired my house and did a great job. They were quick and always in communication and had very competitive pricing. Would definitely recommend.

On time, I really needed someone next day, and they had a slot for me.  Jacob came out and took a look at the box and explained that it had doubles and triples on circuits and the new box was not simple b/c of codes.  Needed the facts so we can make a fair decision.  I'm not an electrician and Jacob didn't make me feel like I needed to be one as he explained everything in layman's terms.  Super helpful and I am so glad we went with Johnson Power Solutions.  I'd use them again and it appears I will be in the future to knock this out.

I would definitely use Desert Mountain electric again! Called an hour before they arrived to tell me they were on their way. Showed up right when they said they would.
Miguel was courteous and kept the work area clean. He gave me some options when we were discussing what I wanted done and was happy to do what I asked.

I paid Matt before completion of a $9755 job. I trusted him as he was a friend's neighbor and came recommended. But he got mad at me because I complained that the he didn't separate two units of the house into separate sub-panels. He did refund approximately the amount for a line item relating to the separation of circuits. Later I found that he had mis-wired the dryer as a 120V circuit, and also wired up two 120V circuits to a 240V dual-pole breaker. But, he neglected to finish or refund $280 worth of work that was on the invoice. Moreover, he left a major junction box in the attic attached only to a loose board sitting on rafters, and he wired an additional circuit into a breaker box in the attic, which are against Scottsdale code to begin with. I've talked with another electrician I trust and he estimated about $3000 to correct the half-finished work Matt left behind. I called the city of Scottsdale and confirmed that the work as-is would be in violation of code, but unfortunately, they apparently did not inpsect this part - just the panel replacement. For any work that requires attention to details or communication, I would look elsewhere. Unfortunately, there was no written contract, so while there was a gap in our communication, the AZ ROC was unable to find violation of any contract.

I reached out to a few handyman businesses on yelp for a small project at my home. I needed a recent loft bed built. The Owner was quick to respond to my text message requesting a quote. He gave me available dates and asked that I reach back out when I was ready to hire. A few weeks later I contacted him and he was able to get me scheduled within two days. His workmen showed up on time communicated effectively and did a solid job. I've already requested another quote for a small job in my home. Would definitely recommend.

G&S designed and installed my Solar Electric system over 4 years ago.  It has worked flawlessly and is producing more power than projected.  I am now ahead of schedule to recoup my financial investment.
They are quick, efficient, friendly, and very professional.  Being a retired electrical contractor, I know quality work when I see it.  Not all Solar installations will give the same return on investment.

No show for appointment.  After waiting four hours.  The tech said he never received the order.  He called me 2 min after i called the main number.  Not a good way to conduct business.

The customer service was excellent.  They were prompt and very courteous!  However, they replaced replace a 50 amp circuit breaker to correct the issue of a garage heater tripping.  At the time of scheduling I did not ask for pricing (shame on me)!  The cost was absolutely horrendous, a total of $280 for the circuit breaker and 1/2 hour of onsite service time!  Also, would have been nice if they accepted credit card. Will not be using them in the future!!

I had concerns over some home electrical work I had previously done and wanted a professional option on if it was done correctly and to code. Jason responded to my request for help via Facebook and quickly offered to discuss the work over the phone to determine if an in person inspection was warranted. After discussing the work I had done, James was honest and advised he did not need to inspect in person which would have resulted in a likely fee. He continued to offer support for my questions via text and was very responsive in making suggestions on what to buy and why it was recommended. I recently bought a new home and, during the inspection period, we discovered a number of plumbing repairs the house needed. I negotiated some of the repairs to be made by the seller and received a credit to do the remaining repairs after the Close of Escrow because I knew I wanted to choose who made the remaining repairs.

After calling two other plumbers (Arties and Freddy's) who never picked up their phones or returned my voice mails, I decided to call George Brazil. They picked up my call the first time, they performed over $6,500 in repairs at my home, and I had a great experience with them from beginning to end.

They seem to have a very well-organized system, too. Someone from the office even called me to tell me when the plumber was headed my way so I knew when he was about a half hour away.

The only reason I'm not giving George Brazil a five star review is because they are one of the most, if not the most, expensive plumbers in town - their fee was tough to justify. However, their service was impeccable, the plumber who came to my house, Joe, was well dressed, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they did thorough, clean work. That's what you want, right?

I made an appointment and was given an 8 am - 10 am window. The window comes and goes with no update so I call in. I am told 1) the manager said there was nobody to go to my appointment today so it was cancelled and 2) this was marked down that *I* cancelled, so I got no notification. So yeah, if you like making appointments, taking the time to prepare, and then have them blow you off, this is your company!

Had some electrical problems over the weekend and called Aqualine.  They had Leo get ahold of me who couldn't have been more helpful and talked me through the entire issue.  When Leo arrived he was super friendly and informative and didn't try to up sell me on any unnecessary nonsense but gave me an honest rundown.  Highly recommend and ask for Leo!
