We have owned our home for many years and have always used Company X
for our A/C and heating needs.  Over the past few years, Company X never seemed to fix our problems on the first visit, always required a call-back visit, sent a different guy every time (even on call-backs), and was charging me exhorbitant prices.

A recent visit  (and another call-back) with Company X (in a story too long and boring), and I had had enough.  They were telling me ridiculous information, and
the price for a part (for something they should have fixed on the FIRST visit)
was going to be $350.00 plus labor. (I had already spent over $500.00 a
month earlier.)

I decided to get a second opinion.  Because of the YELP reviews, I contacted
Lynn at Cool Guys.  Lynn did confirm the problem; however, he quoted
me $80.00 for the part (a BIG difference) plus labor.  In addition, he
solved our problem on the first visit.  

Lynn was able to get out to our house in RECORD time.  He got right to work
(no chit-chat while charging for his time).  He was professional, honest,
fixed our problem on the first visit, and his prices were VERY reasonable.
I was very impressed.

I woke up this morning to one of my air conditioning units not blowing cold anymore. I played around with it for a little bit to no avail. I called West Coast Plumbing and Air just before 8 a.m. today, a Saturday. I was told that the tech would be out sometime between 11 and 1 p.m. at 10:55 am my doorbell rang and there stood the tech! I gave him a briefing about what my problem was, he went up on the roof and a few moments later told me what the problem was. By 11:20 my AC was operational and blowing cold again. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! I had not used them for AC Service before, but had them out for a plumbing issue. They were not able to fix my plumbing issue after 2 hours but told me what they thought needed to be done and I just chose not to do it at that time. But they did not charge me for the two hours that they worked on that drain. I recently referred a friend to them, she sent me a message afterwards thanking me for the referral and what a great company these guys were and how quickly they fixed her issue. If you need your AC fixed call these guys! ( I'm sure they're pretty good with plumbing too I just have a really old house with bad plumbing LOL!)

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I would recommend HammerHead Mechanical ask for Brandon he'll take great care of you.

These guys are the real deal. They installed a new unit in our condo about 4 months ago, and we could be happier. The install went smooth and they were in and out in a few hours. Very professional clean installation the gives me confidence. Even after the installation they are able to help me tweak/modify the setup further for optimization purposes and efficiency. I checked out Yelp for a plumber who would install my new water heater purchased through a big box store. I had some time to shop around. A.P.E.S Plumbing responded immediately to my request for a quote and unlike the other plumbers I solicited, Ralph at A.P.E.S. clarified in greater detail what his estimate would cover. I suspected that if other issues came up in the process of installing, there would likely be an up charge from the other plumbers when they arrived on site. Ralph told me what I needed to provide for their install and I had everything ready to go for when Barrett the tech came the following day. Barrett was great -- knowledgable, personable, efficient -- leaving the place spotless when he finished. I highly recommend A.P.E.S. and would use them again in a second.

We have had John come to our home quite a few times now to do everything from mounting and wiring TVs, surround sound, installing fans, hanging things, assembling furniture, you name it and he can do it. He does a wonderful and quality job and i recommend him every chance i get. John is professional, reasonably priced and just an overall nice guy. Call him, you will be happy you did!

I called mike, and he responded to me in less than 15 minutes of me calling. Set up an appointment, and he showed up on time. He also called in advance that he was coming and approximately the time he would be there. I ask him if he was familiar with the Honeywell T6 Pro, and he said yes. I was skeptical at first, and when he arrived at the house, he did a thorough walkthrough of current equipment (Heat Pump) to ensure he would set it up correctly. As he went through the new unit's programming, you could tell he knew what he was doing, and all went well. The units are performing as they should. He seems to be an honest service technician that didn't over charge me. I highly recommended mike, and I definitely will use him again.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

This company is hands down the best AC service and repair we have ever worked with.
We needed our swamp cooler motor replaced at the last minute because another company flaked on us.  Sharp was able to fit us in the same day and the repair was finished the next afternoon.  So wonderful!
Aaron and Obed were the technicians, they were on time, polite, and efficient.  
Not to mention 300$ cheaper than the previous company had quoted us.
These guys are lifesavers, and I couldn't be happier with them!

Nest Pro AZ installed my Nest Hello video door bell and did a great job! From my initial inquiry to completion of the job they made everything easy and convenient, I couldn't have asked for anything better.  Upon scheduling they had me text a few pictures of my existing doorbell/chime to see if it was compatible, (as I expected it wasn't), but from the pictures they could tell me exactly what the issue was, how they would fix it, and were able to determine the necessary parts and brought them to the install which I so appreciated! (No second appointment needed- one and done!)  Everyone I worked with (Anastasia and Ralph) were both professional and personable.  Ralph got my doorbell up and running in no time and showed me how to use the features.  Thank you Nest Pro AZ!

How funny deejay ( Really how can you take someone serious with the name deejay... lol) and Amanda, I know those 2, they nwork/worked for yelp were always calling pushy. There is only sooo many times you can politely say NO to pushy sales people,  am I right America? Just yesterday you claimed I was rude,  now today your saying I sold and installed an ac unit!  Which is it please show the proof.

I refused to sign up with yelp again (did not bring us business and expensive) and this is how low yelp sales people will go!  People don't  believe everything on the internet especially yelp reviews especially from these 2 pushy sales people. lol I was out of town from Jan. - Feb. Visiting my son and grand children in Ft.  Bragg NC Go AIRBORNE all month when they both claimed they called on the same day/ same date of review. Shame on both of you!

Check their reviews they claim to be locals from Buckeye check out the Rally's review there is no Rally's burger in Buckeye, America!  Says he lives just down the road from rally's which is in Phx,  Tempe/scottsdale border is where yelp he is located coincidental I THINK NOT,  and Mesa only.
Check out their other reviews and you decide who's telling the truth.

I live in Buckeye and see at least one customer every week or 2 at Walmart or circle K... Why would I crap in my own bed where I lay? Makes NO sense... You claim I was rude to  now I installed an AC UNIT and disappeared, that is a flat out LIE!  I've been in service since 2009 have gone anywhere. Your not in buckeye, I've done business with you, you're outside the area either Tempe,  mesa.

I never serviced you much less replaced your AC system or unit.  You don't live in buckeye. I service in buckeye area with in 10- maybe 20 miles. Stop the lying. Show me an invoice, and what cars are you referring to I have 1 car I was selling. Show the proof bj, deejay, sj, bs or what ever you go by. lol the scams are not true,  I sold my business MDrive Enterprises in 2012 , because health issues,  I wish I never did. My name and number were tied with an immoral business man (Ron D.), but AC MEN or I had nothing to do with his business ethics. Bj you know nothing of the full story.  I am a moral, ethical and responsible man. If I'm ever rude to a real customer I'll be the 1st to fess up and apologise on line and I have. I'm not perfect, we all have our days right America? You type tough words behind your keyboard, Call me and we'll discuss this like ladies and gentalmen.  The burden of proof lies on you.

Air conditioner went out over the weekend. I called Air assurance they showed up right on time the next day on Sunday however they charge almost 3 times the amount if you called him on the weekend. The technician showed up got on my roof check the few things on my air conditioner didn't check the coils or the compressor told me that my air conditioner was fine just that it's old even though I told him that it wasn't cooling down the house and it was continuously running . He said that's normal for old air conditioner took his service fee and left. Called another company out of Casa Grande, they came out and fix the problem in 35 minutes told me it was the compressor. This company is reliable to show up on time that's about it.

Got a quick response to my HomeAdvisor request from Nick in the office, and had same day service scheduled. John R. came out and did the work for my parents, dealt with me remotely, and went above and beyond taking care of an extra that we didn't expect for a reasonable price. Their pricing was fair to begin with, so I'm very satisfied. Will be making the call to them first for any of my future needs. 5 stars isn't enough, thanks PlumbSmart.

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
