Reno and Lynn came out same day to give us a quote. We had an original unit from 1993.  They were able to come out and replace it the next day. The customer service and communication was great. Also the price was completely reasonable!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. Would definitely recommend.

The person on the phone was very courteous and polite. I was a little leery when the gentleman came to my home told me he wasn't really a plumber. As he's cutting my pipe to my kitchen. The job was very well done. And it was the most expensive casual conversation I had in a long time. My advice is to walk out of the room and let them do their job. More than likely I will ask them to come into my home again. But please make sure you ask them for a licensed plumber.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. They quoted and installed a new split AC and furnace. The install was delicate and they did a great job.

John came on very little notice to help me with an A/C problem after two a/c guys had tried.  He sanitized the drain pipes and cleaned the indoor coil which FINALLY eliminated the musky moldy odor I have been smelling for a couple weeks now.  The other guys tried, but didn't dig deep enough.  I read these reviews and knew John was the man for this!  After two nights in a motel...I am finally back home, in crisp clean safe air again!!  YAY!!!  Thanks so much John!  Because life is full of little knocks...we will most definitely be calling you again!  Very communicative, very affordable, and knows his stuff!  Call John to get it done right the first time!

I was an idiot trying to install a new thermostat in my home.  Mike saved us from this AZ heat after I blew a fuse in my furnace.  We called Mike very late in the evening in desperate need of his help.  He was very willing to come out that same night.  He arrived when he said he would and went above and beyond our expectations.  Mike is very personable and knowledgable.  We will definitely be using him again for our AC needs.

Wow! I am more than satisfied with this company! Last Friday, when it was only 118 degrees outside, my central A/C stopped blowing cold air. Naturally, I panicked and thought I would end up dying in the heat over the long weekend. I searched online for an A/C service repair company in the far west valley that would service Buckeye, and AC-Men came up. Since it was so late, I wasn't really expecting much when I called, but at 8:30 p.m. on a Friday evening, David Rivera answered my call, right away. He said he was on a call in Goodyear but would come out to my house as soon as he was done. First off, I was blown away that he would come out that late, especially on a Friday night. He arrived at my house at 9:50 p.m. and spent almost 2 hours in the dark, diagnosing the problem. He had to get a part but made it to where I had temporary emergency service until the part could be purchased the next day. To make a long story short, David from AC-Men is hands down, the epitome of great customer service. He got my A/C blowing cold again and his prices were half what the other companies charge. He didn't even charge me an after-hours fee, just a regular service call! As he was leaving my house at close to midnight, he mentioned that he was on his way out to Maricopa.......AT MIDNIGHT.......because another person called and their A/C just went out and he didn't want them to suffer in the heat so he was going to fix their A/C!!!!! You will be hard pressed to find a better, more reliable, and fairer company to repair your heat/AC. I highly recommend this company! Thank you David, for such a wonderful job and for caring about people you don't even know.

Air conditioner went out over the weekend. I called Air assurance they showed up right on time the next day on Sunday however they charge almost 3 times the amount if you called him on the weekend. The technician showed up got on my roof check the few things on my air conditioner didn't check the coils or the compressor told me that my air conditioner was fine just that it's old even though I told him that it wasn't cooling down the house and it was continuously running . He said that's normal for old air conditioner took his service fee and left. Called another company out of Casa Grande, they came out and fix the problem in 35 minutes told me it was the compressor. This company is reliable to show up on time that's about it.

Our shower leaked. The technician, Brian Garcia, gave us a free estimate. When I scheduled the appointment I was given a two hour window (which I was very happy with so I didn't have to wait around all day!) Brian called when he was on his way, and he even offered to come earlier. I also received a text message with Brian's name and photo so I felt safe. His estimate was definitely fair. He was nice and polite and professional. He told me about other services they offer but was not pushy at all.   We will most definitely call Plumb Smart again for all of our plumbing needs! I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
