Best Water Heater Installation in Seattle WA

Update to my previous review......This morning Green Planet agreed to reimburse us for the cost of moving the rock discussed in my original review.  It took a year, but all is good.

After Hours Services responded within 10 minutes to a request for a quote for replacing a busted garbage disposal and sink hose. Within 20 minutes, Will had an appointment time for me the next day and an estimate for the service. He showed up on time with advance notice, got the job done, and was very friendly with reasonable prices. Everything you can hope for when working with a plumber! I wouldn't hesitate to hire After Hours Services again.

Quick response to phone message, and friendly service.  Rates are very good.  Solved our blocked drain problem in about 30 minutes.  Will defineatly use them again.  Thanks to Yelp users for the great reviews that made up my mind to call.  The BIG BOYS in West Seattle were going to take up to a week to MAYBE have an opening.

Just wrapped up a great experience with Ben. So happy to know I now have a honest and dependable plumber in West Seattle. He responded quickly to my initial call and volunteered to work with my renters to set up the appointment at a time that worked well for them - on a Saturday no less. He showed up on time and called me right after diagnosing the problem, as promised. The most amazing part - he invoiced me for less than he quoted me over the phone because it took him less time than he anticipated. Seriously? Who does that? Ben does. I recommend him whole heartedly.

Sam is really great. I had an underground downspout get clogged. Sam was able to come on the same day during a big rain and got it fixed. He also explained to me what is the root cause and showed me other tips for how to maintain all the pipelines I have. Highly recommended!

Mr Rooter saved the day! I had a backed up basement drain which was filling my downstairs. I had called another national brand plumber with the name rooter in it, they had given me multiple excuses for delays and then they stopped calling all together. In desperation I called Mr Rooter. The dispatcher was such a surprise, very professional, articulate and knew exactly where his plumbers were. He dispatched someone to my house and they arrived 15 minutes later. I was literally dumbfounded, a plumber that was early or on-time??? As the plumber arrived and assessed the issue, he talked me throughly through what he believed the issue was and the process he was going to take to fix it. He shared the price with me (which by the way was so inexpensive for an urgent - weekend after hours call I had to ask if he was sure that was it) and then he got to work.

Within 30 minuted the plumber had the issue resolved and my plumbing was fully functional. After he fixed it, he completely cleaned and sterilized the area.

So within 45 minutes of getting a call for help, Mr Rooter had arrived, fixed the issue, cleaned and sterilized the basement and had given us suggestions for how to prevent the problem from happening again!!

We thought we had a leaky drainage pipe in our garage ceiling, and needed a quick and reliable fix. Dave at Maple Valley Plumbing was very responsive and reassuring. The tech, Andy, was also fantastic, diagnosed the problem as originating under the sink rather than the lower pipe, and fixed the issue. Thank you!

We hired Vortex Plumbing to install a new 50-gallon gas hot water tank for $2,200.  Afterwards the inspector cited  3 violations of City and State laws stating a need for 1) Expansion tank on the water heater 2) Earthquake straps and 3) Exhaust vent to slope per manufacturer specs.
Later Vortex demanded we pay them an extra $500 to correct their 3 violations which they stated were add ons, and we refused of course.
Everyone especially Seniors (elderly) should be alert for extra charges or add on fees being assessed.

You can tell from my reviews (and it's been awhile) that I rarely give out 5 star reviews but Erik deserves it. Prompt on calling me back (on a Friday late afternoon) and was able to get a very nagging clogged pipe unclogged the next day. I have no idea of costs to fix these type of things but what he quoted and charged me for seemed super fair. Especially after all the horror stories I read about Mr. Rooter and Beacon completely ripping people off.

I have used Elvis and his team for a few years and they have always done a great job!   As a real estate broker, I have referred him to many clients and needed him on various jobs.  They are always timely, professional, friendly and reasonably priced! I highly recommend Tech City Plumbing!

I had such outstanding service that I immediately felt compelled to write a review. I emailed Action Jackson on a Friday night requesting an estimate to fix a toilet that was leaking at the base when the water valve was left on as well as to drain a very clogged tub. Within an hour, I received my estimate - quick. Given that this was the first time I was personally dealing with a plumbing issue and was unsure as to whether or not I was being quoted a reasonable price, the next day I called another place and was quoted $50.00 more just for the toilet. I scheduled an appointment via text with Action Jackson for that following Monday. Troy showed up Monday morning with a young gentleman and they both proceeded to take their shoes off before entering my home without me requesting that they do so - considerate. Within minutes he told me what was wrong with the toilet, explained that it was a bit more complicated than what they had thought but that they would still honor the quoted price - honest. He took the time to answer all my questions regarding the repairs and when I asked him how to take the current toilet seat off so I could go buy a replacement since it had broken loose, he brought me one from the truck. I asked him how much the new toilet seat was going to cost and he told me that the client he had seen prior to my appointment had purchased a new toilet and they didn't want to use the toilet seat that came with it so they gave it to him so he would give it to me FREE OF CHARGE. They were out of the house within 45 minutes and cleaned up the areas they worked on, putting everything back in its place. If you are looking for honest plumbers at a very reasonable price, I highly recommend these guys.

Our hot water heater went out on a Sunday, after a few messages back and forth we scheduled a 8AM appointment for the next day for a tankless hot water heater to replace our leaking tank heater.  They showed up right on time and we're done in a couple hours.  A+ job    Will definitely have them do all our plumbing work in the future.

I bought a house and I was drowning in priority projects, some of which were big ticket items.  The sewer line was from the 40s and needed to to be repaired and effectively replaced with a new one.  I had about six bids  and the varying was enormous.  Price Busters came in as among the most reasonable and I was really impressed by Zach's (the owner's) work ethic.  This was the best construction project experience I have ever had.  Zach's crew was efficient, hardworking and on schedule.  Most importantly thought, the quality of the work was outstanding.  The liner gave my house a brand new colon and I got to see the video of the final outcome.  They were so good that they got the pipe almost flush against the sewer main.  The crew has lots of skill fixing and lining older pipes.  Zach and his crew took great care of me as a customer, communicated throughout the project, and I enjoyed the entire experience.  I highly recommend Price Busters.  Go ahead and compare bids.  You'll see that Price Busters delivers excellent value.

I can't recommend this company enough. Had a tenant clog a main line and they came out and located the clog, unblocked the clog, camera'ed the line all in about 20 mins and wouldn't take payment.

Customer for life as ANY and ALL plumbing services now go through them.

The owner Aaron was incredibly responsive to my feedback. He provided a lot of helpful information and insisted on providing a refund. Aaron's professionalism and customer service is excellent, and the main reason I would use Blake again.

I would also like to add that Aaron did do all that he could to come out to our house during terrible weather when others couldn't.

Jose simply is a saint! The hot water heater in our rental unit (which is 200 miles from away). Disintegrated, flooding every room in the house- 2 inches standing water in the bathroom, the entryway- actually pouring into the parking lot.
We called numerous plumbers, they either couldn't get there in a timely manner or cost a fortune.
Jose contacted me immediately, went to the unit almost immediately.
Not only had the tank rusted out at the bottom but the shut off valve had rusted out as well. He made a special trip from the condo to hi office and back to replace the valve. The only way to make the repair was to turn the water to the building shut off.
Which with a not so pleasant property manager, was no easy feet.
The upshot is. In LESS than three hours, he had brought my disaster under control. Once the major restoration of the unit He Will be putting the water heater in!!
Amazing that this kind of above and beyond service still exists!!!

Called Topgun Plumbing to repair toilet tank leaking into toilet.  Allison answered promptly and relayed message to Al.  He called back within the hour and set up appointment for next day with a verbal estimate of $200-250.  Came on time, replaced angle stop and float valve and stayed within estimate.  Courteous, timely, and on budget!!  Definitely will recommend.

The team did a great job to almost finish the project, just that the supplier of a shower pan provided the wrong one. They need to reorder that and return to finish. Still, they did a great job on everything else so far.

NEVER AGAIN!!. i have an outside faucet that has a slow drip and was looking to get it repaired.  I just moved to puyallup and received a welcome to the neighborhood flyer with a coupon in the mail so i decided to give them a try.  I made an appt for someone to come out and give me an estimate. My appt time was 10-12 i stayed home, at 12:45, i get a call where they told me they were running behind but i was next in line and they would call when someone was on the way.  1:30 received another call, still running behind, 3:30 i called, same response, I'm next in line and they should be here soon.  6:30 received a call that they would not make it so i rescheduled for next day for 4-6. Received a call at 3:50 stating tech was on his way and would be here within the hour. Waited..waited..waited. At 6:00 i had to call again to find out if they were coming or not. They finally showed up, looked at my faucet (didnt even touch it) said it would be better to replace it rather than try to fix it and ends up quoting me $1300!!!!.  I was absolutely stunned.  Not only does this company NOT respect their customers time but $1300 to fix a leaking faucet?. I did a little research prior to calling them and what i found was average cost to replace the faucet bib would run between 125-250 and they wanted to charge me $1300?. Unbelievable.  I made a comment that i paid $2000 to have my whole house repiped (which i had done at my old house prior to selling and moving here) and the techs comment was well it probably wasnt done by a reputable company. It certainly was done by a reputable company and i will certainly be calling them for this repair and will be gladly throwing my welcome to the hood coupon in the trash.
