Best Water Heater Installation in Seattle WA
This is the second opportunity I've had to review Green Planet and I couldn't be happier to post this. These guys have been great. I'm going through a remodel of my home and these guys came out on a Saturday to replace my water main. They just finished up with a complete re-pipe of my house to get rid of the old galvanized pipes. The service level has been great - I know that they've been busy, but they were able to work my project into the schedule and I have clean water flowing with great pressure now! I have referred these guys to other people in my neighborhood and network, and they have all been pleased.
I'll recommend them again and I'll have them back to work here when my kitchen gets done later this year. The price was beyond fair for the job that they did, in my opinion.

Super efficient! Will did a great job responding quickly to our query on Yelp and made himself available the next day. Sent him a picture (via text - couldn't make that work on Yelp) to help him scope out the small project. Very fair pricing and did a great job fixing the issue! Thanks, Will!

Diane was so helpful on the phone that I was able to solve my problem without a plumber. Thank you!

Great value, very responsive, and they replaced our heater for less than others. They understood our requirements for a short term rental downstairs and recommended the best options without going overboard. They also proposed ways to increase capacity if needed after. Work was very fast and good quality.

Prompt at appointment time and got the sewer clean out done very quickly. Would strongly recommend.

Leaking faucet from our kitchen into the basement. Two guys came out (two-day wait time) and fixed the leak, replaced a plastic drain for $2300. Took about four hours so not too bad, price was pretty high though and we were caught off guard by the bill. We probably should have called other plumbers for estimates, lesson learned!

My toilet & sink backed up in my basement. Called MV Plumbing who came out. Justin worked for over 2 hours using a snake & camera to clear out the problem. Discovered part of the septic pipe had collapsed due to tree roots and rocks. The next day Dave, Justin and Tucker came out and replaced the pipe from the house to the septic tank. They cleaned up the yard and even fixed a leaking faucet and bathtub stopper. They were courteous and did a great job plus their price was reasonable. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs!

Hard to find honest and reliable people now a days. Everyone is trying to make a dollar and take short cuts. Not Deep. He came out immediately for what I thought was my water heater leaking. He immediately told me it was my upstairs neighbors (I live in a condo) and helped me talk to them. My water heater is old so I will be calling him back to replace mine. But I'm so glad I chose to call him. I've called other plumbers in the past and the first thing they ask is how I'm paying. Not Deep. Genuine and caring. Very good service. Highly recommend.

Erik has saved me twice now! He came to my rescue a couple of years ago when I had a leak in my bathroom. So, when I noticed another leak, he was my first call. And, he saved me again yesterday; repairing a leak in my main water line. I highly recommend Erik D Plumber for any of your plumbing needs. He is prompt, professional and thorough.

I cannot even begin to say how AMAZING Tech City Plumbing is, and especially Tim! This is our second time using Tim. Originally we were referred to Elvis (great customer service) who referred us to Tim because of availability. Number ONE: they are so honest!! Let's get to the point, no one wants to pay more than they need to. Tim was honest, and told us what we needed to repair but also told us things that didn't need to be done. He looked out for us. Number two: he responded to our request (arrived at our house) within 24 hours, both times! One of the visits we actually didn't have a problem, he showed us and didn't charge us. Who does that these days? I figured he would charge us a big fee for coming out, and instead told us that he values our business?!?! Where do you see that these days? I don't. The point is: when you hire a plumber, you look for integrity, honesty and a strong work ethic. Tim has all these. I would trust him with any plumbing job, big or small. I will be telling all of my friends and family about him. Look no further, go with Tech City and ask for Tim! Know that your money is going in the right place.

We started out with a sewer scope from Action Jackson, which resulted in them telling us there were some roots, and then part of the way to the sewer main, a giant one that the camera couldn't get past. They recommended hydrojetting. Honestly, looking at the video, we couldn't tell whether the roots were big or actually blocked the camera from proceeding, but we assumed they were the experts and knew, so we went ahead and ordered the hydrojet.
When they come back for the hydrojet, they discover that they're not able to proceed because they hit some T joint or the pipes got too small getting out of the house, and need to dig out my patio and install a cleanout, outside my house to proceed with the hydrojet. Several problems here.
First, if they did the sewer scope, they should have already known what the pipes looked like on the way to the root blockage. Why recommend a service that you already know can't be done?
Second, they charged me for the hydrojet, even though they didn't do anything, and should have already known they couldn't before they came out.
Third, not only did they charge for not actually doing the hydrojet, they're asking for several more thousand dollars to proceed.
Fourth, was there really a blockage? Did they already know about the access issues, and just wanted to lead to the expensive cleanout solution? In any of those cases, it's dishonest and just wrong.
Anyway, I found another company that came out, cleared out the blockage, for much cheaper, and also in less than 30 minutes. Problem solved, without all the drama.
I for sure will not be using Action Jackson ever again, and have let everyone I know to not trust this company. I hope others will be able to learn from our bad experience.

I had three plumbing contractors out to my house when I had a blockage I could not clear on my own. First contractor came out snaked the drain pulled out insulation and said I had a broken pipe and he needed to get a higher level tech out. Second contractor came out said the pipe wasn't broken but a cap had been broken off and needed replacing and he'd get an estimate together. Beaux from Price Busters was the third contractor out. He came out of the crawl space with a picture of the situation. He promptly screwed the cap back on (there was no broken pipe) and then properly snaked the drain and finished the job in about 45 minutes. It's terrible to think that these other professionals would take advantage of a homeowner in this way during the COVID-19 pandemic, but I'm happy to report the hat the team from Price Busters was fast, honest and budget friendly as their name implies. Highly recommend giving them a call if you find yourself in need of a plumber.

I scheduled and appointment with Aros to come out and assess a non-urgent issue. It turned out that in order to fully address the issue it would have been a large expense, but he was able to give me an easy solution - at no cost - to hold me over until I am ready for the bigger project.
Aros was perfectly prompt for our appointment and very pleasant. I will definitely call Joe's Plumbing any time I have a plumbing issue in the future.

This is my second five star review of this business after having them come to my home for two separate issues. Was very impressed they were able to come out on short notice on Saturday afternoon and Ron was very helpful, explained things well and got the problem taken care of in an expeditious and cost effective manner.

Brian was just here. Amazing! He quickly found the origins of several separate, unrelated, issues. While he was working to make the repairs, he answered my millions of questions. The cost was so much less than I had feared. When I first called, I spoke with Janelle who was knowledgeable and professional. Blake Plumbing is a total class act!! So happy I now have a plumber!!

José helped diagnose and fix a leak in my pipe. He was very responsive, knowledgable, and reasonably priced. I had a large plumbing company come out to look at the same issue and they quoted $800 for replacing a section of pipe, José charged $175 for the same replacement. I will definitely contact José next time I'm in need of plumbing services.

Called Topgun Plumbing to repair toilet tank leaking into toilet. Allison answered promptly and relayed message to Al. He called back within the hour and set up appointment for next day with a verbal estimate of $200-250. Came on time, replaced angle stop and float valve and stayed within estimate. Courteous, timely, and on budget!! Definitely will recommend.

Wezee's Plumbing saves the day! Awesome service, super cool guys on site, and great, reliable work.
Tried to replace our main shut-off valve DIY style, but ended up with issues where we were without water. Called Wezee's on a Thursday in the late morning. Dispatcher said there teams were stuck on jobs, but one could come out first thing on Friday morning. A couple hours later, she called me back and said they could come at 3pm, which was a savior. We had another plumber lined up to come around 6pm, but really appreciated Wezee's accommodating us on such short notice. Two nights in a row without water starts to get old.
Thoren and James showed up, and were total straight shooters. They tried to work with the mangled situation that we presented them, and we had some good laughs with how we got to where we were. They were completely honest in their assessment and presented a couple different options which hit different price points. Once we all agreed on the best course of action, I green-lighted the work. They worked incredibly fast and had everything buttoned up and ready to rock by 4:30pm. No small feat when this job required getting into our foundation wall because of the short stub of pipe we'd left them to work with. They did this all while letting us watch over their shoulder, and giving us several tips along the way.
On the $$$ side, they were totally fair, and even gave us a considerable loyalty discount when I mentioned one of their co-workers had installed our tankless water heater. Wezee's is a class act, and before they left, I had them bid re-piping a bathroom remodel upstairs. We learned our lesson, and look forward to getting them back out here to give us solid work and piece of mind.
Thanks gents. Appreciate your good work and humor. Look forward to seeing you again soon.

Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating will not provide estimates, even when it is reasonable to do so. We had a leaking toilet. My wife tried to get an estimate to replace the flush mechanism and float. Unfortunately she agreed to let them come without securing some ballpark cost for the work. They provided a $600 estimate to do the work. Meanwhile, I called Beacon Plumbing another local outfit that gave me a $200 estimate for the same work. We were out the $108.41 visit fee, and I refuse to ever call them again. When I called to complain about this shakedown, I was informed that my wife's call to them was recorded, and if we didn't pay the site visit by the next day then it would be sent to collections.
FYI - I eventually bought a new toilet at Lowes. When the Lowes installer showed up, he asked me why I was replacing the toilet then proceeded to tell me all it needed was a $5 gasket.
You don't want to do business with these PSP&H characters!!!
