We had our furnace serviced. The technician was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem. He also found a problem with the wiring and the thermostat that was preventing the furnace from running efficiently.  He took the time to explain the resolution and answered all our questions. Hired Reign City to install a ceiling fan. During a refreshingly friendly phone call, the owner provided the price estimate and scheduled the work. Electrician called ahead of the appointment time to ask if he could arrive early, which worked fine. The electrician was courteous and professional, finished his work within the timeframe the owner had told me it would take to complete the job.  I'm very happy with the result and will definitely hire them again when I have an electrical related task.

An awesome and ethical company.  Definitely 5 stars in my book.  The price for the A/C unit was fairly priced.  They have an awesome team of installers.  They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very meticulous in their work.  You can really tell that take pride in what they do.  I'm definitely going to Mercurio's in the future for my primary gas, A/C and electrical needs.  I highly recommend this company!

We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Eco Electric. James and Jake were an absolute pleasure to work with - professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, thorough and very trusting. We had a laundry list of items that were completed over the course of two days, their recommendations were great, and all at a very competitive rate. I emailed Craig for a quote for a ductless heat pump and he quickly got back to me and came out to our house (in Shoreline) to provide a quote. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgable. On the day of installation, his workers were clean, considerate, and thorough. He even called to check and see how they everything was doing. I would definitely recommend Craig and his company for your heating and cooling needs.

I was looking for an electrician and talked to a person a Jakes in Snohomish who highly recommended him. It was a funny thing as the person was wearing a Dickson t-shirt which started the conversation. He told me he did not work for Dickson but uses Dickson in his business. They are very nice, friendly, professional, and with very reasonable pricing. I called and he got me on his schedule, called to ask if he could come a bit early, was prompt, courteous, and conscientious about making sure the job was done correct. I highly recommend him. This is the third time he's Dean's come by and helped us. The first time was during the crazy snowstorm of 2019 and the past two times during the COVID pandemic.

Dean did a great job of helping us with our electrical issues. He was very mindful of adhering to all COVID precautions and was very helpful in teaching us certain tricks and tips that could help us out in the future.

Will just finished a 3rd plumbing job for us. Each job has been done exactly as needed and for a reasonable price. Will goes above and beyond great service to give fantastic service. It's hard to find reasonably priced plumbing services that are done so well. Actually, on the 2nd job, he fixed a problem that a previous, very expensive plumber had messed up. We'd hire Will again.

It's amazing how shady this business is.  called them out to fix garbage disposal i provided to do simple swap for my parents.  over the phone or on line they wouldn't give me quote for it like this is first time they ever did this kind of job.  Technician called and quoted me $855 for something that will take less than an hour.  it's not only the fact they charge that insulting amount but fact they couldn't quote a price for simple job until they already have you in the hole for $59 just get someone out there.  Thats bad business and very shady.  I don't know who are all these people who gave them 4 stars on review but they really must love getting screwed.

This company takes no responsibility for their work. They had a technician diagnose my not working hot water heater. They ordered a part and came and installed it a few days later to find that that part didn't fix it. They won't remove the new part and put the old one back in and they won't leave your property until you pay. Management claims they are not responsible because the diagnosis was done by the manufacturer since their technician called their help line, but they are happy to charge you a diagnosis fee although apparently their technician did nothing.

All of these high reviews concern me. This guy is greedy and sketchy. We just moved into our new home and called this company who the previous owners used to pump the septic and put a new pump in. They charged the previous owners 3k for that. We called him saying our septic alarm was going off and he said he will charge 3k to come back out there and fix it. When he messed it up. Make sense? I think not. We asked him direct questions and he danced around the subject with his bogus septic terminology to make us think we are dumb enough to overpay him to attempt to fix his mess when he should have come and did it for free. Anyways we called Kelly Earthworks in Olympia and they fixed it for less than 1/3 of what this dumbass wanted! Be smart and don't fall for their bs. They are a scam and they purposely fuck your system up so you can hire them again to attempt to fix it. These boys will milk you dry and make you cry.

They replaced a water heater. Installers bungled electrical. 6 code violations. All could have been lethal. Their supervisor fixed it. Had I not caught this it would have been more than bad.

My contractor scheduled an appointment with this company to install ductless heating and cooling system after my house renovation. Upon the arrival of the representative and without asking me about the information of the job project or walk around the house he immediately and without hesitation quoted $20,000 for the cost of the project. I was surprised, dumbfounded and confused. How can you give me a quote without asking what I want for my house or how big is the projects or explain to me why cost that much. This company need to learn basic customer service, products presentation and most of all be informative with your products and finances. I will never recommend this company.

This is going to be long, but it's worth the read.

My kitchen sink had become backed up and I needed it to be fixed, so being the first time I had ever needed to contact a plumber, I went with this company.  To start, the lady who answered the phone was amazing and super nice.  From there it went downhill.

Once the plumber arrived, he looked over the sink area and told me that he would not be able to fix the sink unless he cut the pipes and repiped it as well as replaced the garbage disposal.  He also told me that under the sink was done against code so it would be more costly as he would have to fix that.  He quoted me at $2,700 for everything.  I told him that was WAY more than I wanted to spend and he ended up calling his manager.  Once his manager was on the phone, he had said if I give them a good review, he's happy to lower the price since it would be coming out of their marketing budget.  Once the conversation was over, they then quoted me $1,999.  A $700 different just to give a good review?  That's pretty ridiculous.  I also paid their $59 special to come out which ended up totaling $65 and never received and emailed invoice.

After I let them know we would be going with someone else and doing some of the work ourselves , they began making remarks about well why didn't you call them first? And scaring me into using them by saying if we do it wrong it'll end up costing us thousands more.

We ended up calling a family friend who is well versed in these issues who told us the sink was not plumbed against code, it was completely fine.  He was unable to release the sink, so we called another plumbing company who also said it was plumbed to code.  They were able to release the clog at $375.  The garbage disposal was rotten and old, so we purchased a new one and installed it ourselves.

I feel as a woman, alone at home and on medical leave, I was severely taken advantage of.  I do not appreciate that at all and will be sure to warn family and friends of this, as well as the price gouge they attempted to do to us.  Be aware!

Extremely disappointed given the high rating they have on here. They replaced a blower motor on my furnace and charged over $800. Looking online, the part should only be around $200. I was not able to be at my home when they did the work, but if I had, there is no way I would have paid that. Completely unreasonable. The people were friendly, but that doesn't make up for the extreme overcharging. I will not be using this company again and will make sure everyone I know stays away as well.

Great service and a quick response to a home with no hot water on a cold January weekend.  Robert H. came out within an hour and was super friendly and knowledgeable.  Helped me get my hot water and radiant heating working in no time.  Also helped diagnose some issues I may have in the future and gave solutions to fixing them with no pressure, unlike some plumbers I've used in the past.  Would highly recommend.
