Best Water Heater Installation in Seattle WA

I had Seatown out to clear a blockage in my home's sewer line, and they did incredible work! My sewer line cleanout access is in my finished basement, so I was concerned about debris or liquid getting on my carpet or walls, but the technician who came, David, was extremely careful and put a drop cloth down to avoid any mess. He was very informative throughout the process, and even recommended I not go with a costly and unnecessary service I was considering. I would absolutely recommend David or his team from Seatown to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

I'm so grateful for Eugene and his team quickly resolving my electrical challenges, especially in these busy times. Every technician was kind, knowledgeable, and took time to explain the work that needed to be completed. I feel very confident in the work that was performed and Eugene made sure there was discussion around each decision so I fully understood the benefits of each proposed solution. Highly recommend.

We just bought this house and are learning all of the fun quirks about owning a new home. When the furnace mysteriously went out last night, I called Mercurio's to come help us figure it out. The tech was here within 20 minutes of my call and 2 minutes later, we found out the problem (human error because we has the dumb about furnaces). Problem solved and we learned that we should probably label all of the random switches located in the crawl space lest we accidentally flip on/off the wrong ones. Haha! Lesson learned. But seriously, the price for diagnostics and labor seem fair and reasonable, unlike that other freakin place that will diagnose non-existent problems and price gouge you into debt. We will definitely call Mercurio's again if we need HVAC help again in the future.

I highly recommend this company and would call them first and use them again!  Right before Christmas I had power go out in some areas in my home.  I looked on the BBB website and found Eco Electric.  They were the first and only company I called that was able to provide a free estimate and would only charge if they found an issue.  They were also available to send a technician out the next week.  Other companies were charging at least $150 for the service call and for just showing up to diagnose the problem.  They also didn't have anything available until mid-January. From the beginning of my experience with Eco Electric, I have had a good and memorable one.  Donna, the scheduler, called to make my appointment.  She also called a few days prior to remind me of the appointment and then sent a text a day before and day of!  The day of my appointment, there was an earlier opening and Donna asked if she could send the techs over now.  I was delighted to hear it, but couldn't change the time.  Then she notified me that they would be a little late, but were on the way.  It was fine with me since they were still within the window of time for our appointment.  When Connor and Nate arrived, they were very professional, courteous and polite.  They put covers over their shoes and were patient when we explained the situation.  They provided simple and detailed explanations that we could understand.  Connor also gave us some safety tips regarding space heaters.  They were able to fix our issue quickly and didn't charge!  Their service goes above and beyond my expectations and that is a refreshing change!  Thank you, Eco Electric!

Resicon accommodated my complex schedule,  coordinating work with arrival of ordered units. After my job changed, the owner worked with me regarding pricing. The electrician had to drill 9 extra holes in my wall, however, to find the correct placement. I certainly didn't expect that! Yet I can understand the difficulty involved. I just would have preferred less/no patching after the work was completed.

Daniel and Moses were really great to work with on our projects.  We had a number of outdoor lights to be installed, and we had some other small items on our list to get done.  Daniel was great in getting our work scheduled and communicating with us, and Moses worked very quickly and professionally to complete the work.  Strands' prices were great, and we plan to use them again in the future.  We highly recommend them, and they will be our go-to electricians in the future.

It's places like Dickson Electric that make me regret in being too liberal with my 5-star reviews because this place is THE BEST and I have saved their information as I will be going with them from here on out.

Dean is responsive, reliable and just an overall nice guy. I hired him to do some lighting fixture changes on my very old house, and he was able to jump in and explain all the issues involved.  Very conscious of how much time he would take and what that means for you price wise.  Highly recommend.

They were reasonably quick with a reasonable price to diagnose the hot water tank. That's how they get their foot in the door. Within minutes of the arrival they were quoting me a price  of over $1900 to replace 1-40 gal gas HW tank. I could buy a brand new tank for around $400 at home depot, so they want $1500 for an hour's labor? WTF! What a rip-off! I was a general contractor for about 15 years in a younger life, so I have an idea about what things should cost. Being retired and laid up with a bad wrist this wasn't a task I could take on myself. I made a second call. The second plumber charged me $1200 to replace the tank. It was still a steep price but a lot more reasonable that Hunt's price!

I had bought a gas fireplace maintenance plan that included 2 cleanings a year. First cleaning was done 6 months ago. The technician was fine but just did the bare minimum. Today we got James Trilbley. He was fabulous! Courteous , friendly,efficient & did an amazingly thourough job! He took such particular care in everything he did. My fireplace looks better than the first day We got it!! I will be requesting James next time.

I had an emergency last night with my septic. I have never had septic before moving here and when I needed help, Adam & Lennie went above and beyond. Adam chatted with me and Lennie called helping ease my concerns. I had tried reaching out to other companies but these were the only ones who came through. The kindness and professionalism of Lennie & Adam is the reason I will be reaching out to A Advanced Septic & Construction. They are in my favorites forever. Some might be cheaper or quote a cheaper price but it's the service you receive that makes or breaks a project. These two showed the kindness, compassion, and expertise I needed. Thank you both. W.E.S. used to be an honest company but that has evidently changed- at least in the branch that sells & services furnaces.  For twenty years I've trusted them and they've done good work on more than one project here at the house.  However, two days ago, on a routine furnace-maintenance visit. their tech seriously misinformed me about the state of my furnace.  He led me to believe it was malfunctioning (giving off high levels of carbon monoxide) and would need to be replaced.  Over the next two days I got new readings from two other companies who found that the furnace was old, but, working just fine, and that if it had been giving off such high levels of CO other measures would have had to be taken immediately.  When I reported the 'error' to W.E.S. they sent out a new tech whose reading agreed with the other two companies and he lightly explained that his meter will have to be recalibrated.   So one star for good work in other departments - worth more than one; but a minus-several for their furnace division.

Renzo and Emilio installed our new high energy efficient furnace today, Nov. 4, 2016.   The gentlemen were friendly, showed up on time and showed us how to use the system after it was completed. They cleaned up the worksite after they were done.
Jason Smith was the sales person who we first met at the Everett Home Show and he was very knowledgeable and showed great patience with us during the process before we made our decision.
Never during the process did we feel pressured, and what set them apart from the other companies was they sent us a nice thank you card after they came out to give us a quote. Sometimes the little things make the difference.

The plumber showed up, could not unclog the drain. He gave me a bid for $1200.00 for two hours of work. I told him that is higher than the highest priced attorney. He told me there was the cost of parts!!!!??? Are you kidding me, a few dollars worth of PVC pipe!!!??  I would NEVER recommend these crooks!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this business to anyone. Call Bob's Heating & Air - they do exceptional work and have always been honest. I gave Black Hills a call just to price shop (after hearing all the commercials on the radio). They also told me when I said I was going to call Bob's to check their pricing (since they were who I always used in the past and installed the AC - that Bob's no longer does residential calls - which is a lie).

When I called Black Hills H&A, told them what we had a leak in our AC unit and they said they would come out to find the leak (never said that they would need to test for a leak, since we already knew we had one), quoted a price and then they had to cancel the appointment (to many techs called in sick). Gave me $50 off for rescheduling for a couple days later, 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive the tech called and said he had a feeling there was a miscommunication on the price and then quoted me a price that was 4x the original amount (they can't take another tech's word). I said that this issue was never discussed so he had customer service call me. Which they would not honor what they had originally agreed to - even though they record the phone calls and can clearly hear the rep tell me what would be done and the cost. She proceeded to be rude and not stand by what was discussed - wasted over a week of my time as we needed to get the AC fixed since we were listing our home for sale. At the end of the call - she said what do you want me to do, I said honor what was originally quoted and she said she wouldn't do that - it was a miscommunication. There was no miscommunication - it was very clear what was wrong, what we needed done, what they agreed to and then they were by no means going to make things right.

I have since talked with a few others who have had similar experiences with this company.  
One of our friends ended up with a bill over $10k - that was originally quoted for less than half of that. Do your research before using them.

Beacon is expensive, but when you have a situation that needs immediate attention they're the right guys to call. Zadrien came out the same day I called, assessed the situation, communicated up front about cost before initiating work and gave the tenants all sorts of advice to prevent repeat visits.
