We thought we had a leaky drainage pipe in our garage ceiling, and needed a quick and reliable fix. Dave at Maple Valley Plumbing was very responsive and reassuring. The tech, Andy, was also fantastic, diagnosed the problem as originating under the sink rather than the lower pipe, and fixed the issue. Thank you!

Sam gave me confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing. This is important to me. He and his partner were very polite, cleaned up and call when they were on their way. They cleared the clogged drain but found a break in the sewer line of my 1942 house. Ah...what we pay for charm. Alex was very easy to work with.

Fastest response time and was able to get a fast appointment for a semi-urgent leak issue. Thank you!

We called Jafco when we had a blockage that caused a cap to pop in our basement, resulting in sewage in our basement. They came out quickly even though it was the middle of the night, and everyone else we had called wasn't available until the next day. They were able to tell enough that first night that it was likely a section of our sewer line that had become disconnected (which was what it turned out to be), and that they would need to dig down to fix it. They arranged for all the city orgs that needed to come out to do so overnight, so by the next morning they were cleared to dig.
They replaced the broken section of pipe and gave us a lot of information about options to line our pipe to protect it against tree roots in future, including info on how it would work for the section that is joined to our neighbor's sewage line before hitting the main. We decided not to line it yet, as it was a huge cost we hadn't been planning on, and they totally respected that.
The cap that broke was put on originally by a different person/company who did a sewer scope when we were buying the house; it was a temporary one and it seems that the actual correct replacement may have been an uncommon part. Jafco had assured us they would replace the cap in the morning when they came to dig out the line; unfortunately, that part was forgotten (which happens). When we realized we didn't have a cap and flushing the toilet still leaked sewage, we called them and they came back right away, again in the middle of the night, to fix the problem, and came back with the permanent part the next morning. We were very thankful that they made getting our plumbing operational again such a high priority.
Everyone we talked to at Jafco was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. We were impressed with how quickly they responded and were able to complete the work, and they really cared about making sure we were able to get back to using water in our house quickly. Fingers crossed we don't need them to come out for anything other than maintenance again, but if we do, we will definitely call Jafco.

Jose is knowledgeable, responsible, sensible, and prompt.
Same day service, his advice made a ton of sense, recommended against my more expensive ideas of what to do next, and the fixes he did have worded well and lasted.
Trust Jose to take care of you!

First off, they did a good job installing a new drainage pipe to divert water away from the side of our house. The plumber who did the job was very thorough and timely. My issues with the company were (a) very hard to reach at times, (b) tore up the yard quite a bit with no plan for where the sod/dirt would go and put that job on me, (c) the out flowing water now erodes my front yard soil and a French drain will need to be installed. Also, I wish they would have told us to touch base with our neighbors about the job. We really didn't know how much of the lawn would be torn up and as new homeowners that small gesture (hey, you should mention this to your neighbors) would have meant a lot.

Good work, excellent efficiency, and great communication from Otter plumbing! We had to get all of our pipes replaced and we are really glad we went with this company. Mike and his guys did some great work!

Rusty water in the bathtub indicated we had a problem with either our pipes or hot water heater. After a few texts back and forth with Brandon we narrowed it down to the water heater... He went ahead and ordered everything needed, installed it about a week later and voila! --clean clear hot water with minimum hassle. He was completely up front with expected costs, reliable and responsive. Would definitely recommend and call again if needed.

Steve and I originally had some confusion and frustration regarding my sewer inspection. However, Steve called me up and rectified the situation by rescheduling immediately and offering the service free of charge due to the inconvenience. I appreciate his efforts to correct the situation and his politeness and professionalism on the phone. He said he had someone out of the office and it made things a little hectic. I understand that can be very taxing on a small business and appreciate that he went the extra mile to make the situation right.

Both kitchen and bathroom bathtub blocked. Tried all sorts of means myself and even rented the power drain cleaner from Home Depot. But the block is too deep. Walt came on time, quickly fixed the issue. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day. Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly. Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish. I definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend Carter Plumbing & Heating! Had them come out to replace an old failing PRV and an old dripping water main shutoff valve in our basement. The owner Luke was very responsive to my messages (on Yelp). He quoted me a great price for the work and arrived when he said he would. Luke immediately got to work on it (masked and took his shoes off) and was probably finished with the job in under an hour. Our home's water pressure is back to normal again! Thanks Luke! We'll definitely use your company again for all our plumbing needs.

I was in need of a plumber for a leak in a faucet bringing hot water to the washing machine. I was able to choose the time of the visit during the day which happened the same day of my call. Tom was on time. He did what he could to avoid bigger reparations and costs but in the end, he had to replace the faucet system. I was not charged for the first visit. He came back the day after (still on time) to make the repair and did excellent work. I highly recommend this company.

Professional, honest and didn't waste any time fixing our leak! Very fairly priced. Hoping I won't need them again but if I do, they are first on my list of plumbers to call!

Todd really seems to know his stuff. I've used him several times before and I even recommended him for a larger water heater job in a condo complex I used to live. But, I just called him up to get a second estimate from him on a job where the original quote seemed a little high. I had told him that I had already talked to another plumber before he came.
Todd came out and looked at the project and gave me a quote. I had tentatively set up the appointment with the other plumber, but was willing to cancel that, as we still had to firm things up with the other plumber. Before Todd left, when I told him that I had made the appointment with the other guy, Todd got really irritated with me, and said I don't have time for this, do you know how busy I am??? As he stormed off, I was trying to tell him I was still making a decision, he said well that's ok, because I just did and he drove off. I would have canceled with the other guy. The truth is I never even got to finish my sentence.
Unbelievable he would act this way and get so pissed off. I'm a professional real estate investor, and I work with different contractors all the time. I always get a second quote, and I've never had anyone get angry with me because I happened to have things set up with another guy. It's really none of their business if I have an appointment set up with another guy. This is common practice. If it turns out that someone brings along better service, I will change things up. Plumbers seem to charge almost as much as surgeons these days. God-forbid he'd take a little time out of his busy schedule to get a bid in on a job, especially for someone that has funneled a lot of work his way up until now.
So - I give Todd five stars for the work he does and 1 star for people skills when dealing with frustration. I know things are good now for plumbers but at some point they will slow down, then maybe he'll have a little less of a myopic perspective on how he treats people.
One customer well taken care of could be more valuable than $10,000 worth of advertising.

Update to my comment in response to Todd's response to this:
I don't recall saying I wanted to see if the other plumber was ripping me off, but that's not the point. I've never come across a contractor, tradesperson, etc. who balked so hard at the idea of me getting more than one quote, and I've definitely never even heard of one verbally unload on a customer and abruptly end a conversation/relationship, because someone had the audacity to waste a whole ten minutes of his day. Obviously, business is good enough for Todd Allred that he doesn't need my business, he just shouldn't expect five star reviews for getting unglued so easily. Again, this is especially surprising in consideration of the fact that I pushed for Todd to get the job of replacing all the water heaters in a 40 unit condo complex. I went to bat for him. I honestly thought we were friends on some level. I was just caught off guard and very surprised.

I will never use this Hunts Services again! The first time I called Hunts was 5am Saturday morning with an emergency clogged sewer drain. They did not return my call until late Saturday afternoon. I ended up clearing the drain myself. I called Hunts Services on Tuesday because I wanted to get the sewer line inspected to see what is going on make sure there is not a break in the line. I asked the person the phone how much the sewer inspection would be. She was friendly and quoted me the price of 249.00 I was okay with that. Once the technicians arrived they could not locate the cleanout (it was right in front of their faces if they would of took their time to look ) and they suggested they do the inspection from the inside of the home. They tried to charge me more then double the original estimate. Nope nope and nope!

I called Sunday morning with a major leak in my shower - they were very friendly on the phone (and NO HOLD!!) - scheduled me for that afternoon 12p-3 and said would call to give me a closer ETA - told me no cost estimate. They called me back right around 1130am to advise Anthony was on his way! He arrived right around 1215p or so and took care of the problem! great customer service.
I asked my contractor to reach out to them to get a bigger job done! hope it works out as I was so pleased.
Thank you
