I found Carter Plumbing at the beginning of my remodel and Luke has been so helpful with everything from replacing old angle stops to moving drains/ water lines to installing a new utility sink in the garage and extending our gas stub from the garage to the crawl space for our new gas appliances. He also helped me choose a tankless gas hot water heater and installed it. He's been very flexible with scheduling in and around the chaos of a full remodel and has worked well with my other sub-contractors. I'm so glad I found Luke and will certainly continue to utilize his services in the future.

Luke was the only person I reached out to who was willing to come take a look at my one and a half year old Rheem has water heater after the pilot light would no longer stay lit. All of the other companies I contacted refused to come out as soon as I said it was a Rheem water heater.

Unfortunately, he wasn't able to fix the water heater; however, he did not charge me a cent for the visit, saying he wouldn't accept payment for something he wasn't able to fix.

I eventually decided to replace the water heater, because i couldn't find anyone to fix it and why keep something that can't be fixed.  Naturally, I reached out to Luke and he was able to respond the day I needed him.

Not only did he install the water heater, he hauled off the old one and gave me an amazing deal.

Our 12 year old hot water heater went, and Luke gave us an affordable price for a top notch replacement (plus he hauls away the old heater). He was done in less than an hour, on time, and I would highly recommend to others for their plumbing and heating service needs.

My project got messed up by another contractor who was supposed to install my back splash, which domino'd into not being able to hire Luke.  Luke had the MOST affordable price of re-installing my stove top back to my house gas line after contacting other 5-star rated plumbers on Yelp; one plumber quoted me at $475 to do the same job on a weekday!  Luke was very communicative and responded right away to my texts even on weekends!  He was very understanding when I had to cancel hiring him because of the other contractor's mess-up.

Anyway, I would recommend and hire Luke in the future for any plumbing needs. He's very responsive and affordable.

Luke is very Professional 100% recommended, I was hesitant about somebody coming to my home because I have a newborn, but he was amazing did a great job, and finished everything on time.

Luke is great! Too many water heaters in my neighborhood have gone out recently so I decided to take my time to find the right plumber instead of waiting until it's an emergency. I needed a new electric water heater since the current one in my house was around 11 years old. I messaged Luke through Yelp and he provided an estimate quickly.  Later, I had Luke install an electric water heater in my house and he did a great job for a very good price. I highly recommend Carter Plumbing & Heating! Had them come out to replace an old failing PRV and an old dripping water main shutoff valve in our basement. The owner Luke was very responsive to my messages (on Yelp). He quoted me a great price for the work and arrived when he said he would. Luke immediately got to work on it (masked and took his shoes off) and was probably finished with the job in under an hour. Our home's water pressure is back to normal again! Thanks Luke! Luke from Carter plumbing did multiple projects in our home.  We are extremely happy with the outcomes.  Luke takes the time to do the job right, shows attention to detail and puts pride into his work.  Luke was patient with our requests and was pleasant to talk to. Showed up on time to fix my toilet.  Was done in about an hour and a half.   The reason I used him was he was the only one that would give me a range on the phone for the repair I needed done.  His price was reasonable.  Have already referred him to someone else.

We needed to have gas piping installed for a BBQ and outdoor fireplace.  He came out the next day to give an estimate and did the work a few days later. Price was fair and he did great work. Would definitely work with again and recommend.

We got a crazy high quote (after paying the trip charge) on a Saturday from another company for installing a gas cooktop.  I declined and sent quotes out to several companies on Yelp.  Luke replied quickly with a fair quote and was able to come by later that day to do the installation.  Very nice, very professional and now we have our range working!  Definitely planning on using him again for our plumbing needs!

Showed up on time and did a great job on replacing a bathtub mixer valve.  His price was excellent and I ended up calling him back that afternoon, as my upstairs toilet suddenly needed a new wax ring!

Loved that they wore a mask when coming to our house. Work is definitely high quality. They had the best deal when it came to getting our water heater replaced. Even when we had some water flow issues of gunk from the old water heater blasting into the pipes, he came back immediastely the next day to fix it even though the original job was just to replace the water heater. He took the time to find the issue rather than replacing the sink faucet. Very responsive when asking questions as well. One of the best plumbers i would reccomend!

Had Luke install 3 new toilets in our house. Did a fantastic job. We ended up replacing the internals in the tanks with better stuff to make the toilets flush better. He came out a few days later for that and they work great. He took great care around our new build house and everything looks wonderful. Was on time, very reasonably priced for the work he did and was very friendly. If I ever have a need for a plumber he's my go to guy.

Luke responded  to my call in person and assured me he could replace my broken natural gas water heater sometime that same  day . True to his word , he kept me aware of his schedule and did the work very efficiently!that day, and I had hot water again by that evening. I did some comparison shopping, and Luke was very reasonable with his price to me. I recommend him.
