Best Toilet Repair in San Jose CA

Working during a cold evening the day after Christmas. If that's not strong work ethic I don't know what else is. I called Giovanni to fix some major plumbing and sewer line issues at my new home. It was right at the beginning of holiday season and one of the handyman I hired spooked me out with his horror stories on what was going on underneath the house. There was only one reliable plumber I could think of that I could reach out. That was Giovanni who helped me out with a plumbing issue 3 years ago at my old home. Giovanni showed up the same day and he did a thorough assessment of the plumbing situation. He took multiple photos and pointed out all the issues patiently. He recommended we repipe the plumbing with copper since the previous owners hired some cheap handyman to apply bandaid fixes to plumbing. Giovanni and team completed the entire repiping including water heater in 2.5 days! Now, he is helping diagnose if there's a sewer leak or not. He suspects it might be the irrigation line and if that's the case no need to spend 1000s. Overall, for plumbing I wouldn't trust anyone else and will hire him to every time and also recommend him to my friends as well!

I highly recommend NOT using this company. I had them snake my pipes to clear a tree root that had grown into the pipes. This is something i regularly do to keep the pipes clean.  They did the work and told me everything was fixed. I trusted them to do the job and that it was fixed.  Only 3 weeks later my pipes backed up. Clearly the gentleman who did the work did not do his job and was not truthful to me. When i called to ask them to come fix/finish the job, they said they would charge me $350 (again). That is horrible customer service and I will never use them again. I paid $400 the first time for them to do absolutely nothing.

Trieu did an excellent job replacing our kitchen faucet with one we previously ordered on the internet. He was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. He took his shoes off before going into our house without even asking (we have pets with asthma and need to be careful about dust). He offered good tips about concealing rust spots. I will not hesitate to use Handy Rooter & Plumbing in the future.

Two sinks in bathrooms were clogged. I tried to fix it by using a drain cleaning snake from a bathtub. Unfortunately, the snake was stuck in the middle of the pipe, and I could not take it out. I called Mike and he came home to fix them all quickly. Thanks Mike!

David did an excellent job clearing our clogged pipes.  After we failed to plunge out the problem and only made things worse, we called Local Rooter very late at 11:45pm on Monday and left them our address via text.  He promptly arrived within 30 minutes.  David immediately diagnosed how to fix the problem.  Because the clog was impossible to reach via a snake- no convenient cleanouts, he  climbed to our roof (in pitch dark) and used a hydrajet hose through air duct access to the pipes.  David was extremely knowledgable, courteous and thorough in his work.  Most impressed.  We would call again in the future.

Just moved and husband plugged up the toilet! UGH! Didn't want to shop around and wait I wanted it fixed like yesterday! Called Drain Rooter Service and told me he could come by right away . He arrived in 15 minutes and unclogged our main drain in about 20 minutes . Great service. Not cheap but plumbing is always expensive! Thanks Drain Rooter ServiceX1

Contacted United Plumbing on Monday through Yelp about a shower that had stopped putting out hot water. They responded quickly, give me a fixed price for replacing a cartridge, and scheduled a visit for Tuesday. The plumber showed up on time, had the necessary parts in his truck, and quickly repaired the problem. I would recommend them & would use the again.

Plumbing problems can be a nightmare. After procrastinating far too long, I checked Yelp and last night found this wonderful company. By 10:00 this morning, new parts installed and everything is perfect.

The pricing is very very reasonable. I just can't say enough good things. Fast, efficient, polite and I didn't feel like anything overly mysterious was happening.

Excellent Service. Came to my home on short notice and installed a gas line. Prior to adding the gas line they did a leak check and identified multiple leaks which they fixed for free.
Would highly recommend.

We had an issue with our kitchen sink not draining any water.  We reached out for a consult and the owner replied within minutes of our request on a Saturday morning.  He and his assistant were at our house by late morning and had the issue resolved within 30 mins.  He had to cut into our pipes in order to get to the clog.  They snaked our pipes and now the drains are running smoothly again.  It was quick, smooth, and they cleaned up everything afterwards.  Highly recommend for plumbing issues!

Had Kitchen drain clogged during cold week in December/January .. Called drain Master and told me someone would be out between 3-5 guys cost estimate over  the phone was $125-158. Guys  (Dave and nephew) showed up at 5pm and got to work.
Struggled for over an hour and was not able to free clog. Need to consider doing serious plumbing job to add an outside clean out in the line as their snakes can't get beyond the drop in the line. Dave was very conscious and caring and apologized for not being able to clean the clog. I was not charged anything and felt they did appropriate service given the circumstances. Thanks

After reading many positive reviews about Water Quality Plumbing, I called them to service my GE water softener. Jason showed up at the appointed time and inspected it. He explained that the current softener is not worth servicing because it is more than 15 years old and provided me with a quote for a new water softener. The quote was on par or less than others I spoke to afterwards. Jason did not charge for this first visit! A week later I called them to fix up the installation appointment. Again, Jason showed up on time, did the 'picture perfect' installation and went over the details of the new softener. He took about 90 minutes to complete the installation and clean up the area.

He did a fantastic job! I would confidently call them should there be any plumbing need in the future.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Vic.  I needed someone to flush my gas water heater and adjust the faucets in my downstairs bathroom so I called VIc (I had previously used him - based on his excellent Yelp reviews - to replace my toilet flush).  Vic said he would be able to visit me sometime the next morning and sure enough he gave me a call the next morning to give me an hour's notice of his arrival which I very much appreciated. He was very respectful of my property - wearing shoe covers and taking care not to have any water drip from the hose pipe that he used to flush my water heater. I particularly appreciate Vic taking the time to look at my faucets (which have rusted badly and need replacing) and make the necessary quick fix adjustments. Vic is a a great guy and I would highly recommend that you give him a try.

Santos has been helping us for the last 3 years with all of our plumbing needs.  Here's a list of what he has done for us:

-snaking backups
-hydrojetting pipes
-fixing leaks
-installing clean-outs
-water heater install & fix strapping etc to code
-new construction plumbing sink, dishwasher, disposal, etc.

He gives unbelievably friendly service with prices that are way too low (Santos, you need to charge more!!).   He is totally reliable and honest - a few times I haven't been around but I've left him a key and a blank check.   His work is always outstanding, we've never had to call him back on any of his work.  I never thought I would say that water heater plumbing is beautiful, but his sure is!

He has also done a back-up for one neighbor and a new water heater for another neighbor.  They have also had very positive experiences.

I have met some of the other guys on Santos's crew and they are equally friendly and competent.  We are so lucky to have Santos on our team!

Oh, and he's listed in Los Banos but he does a lot of work in the SF Bay Area.

Good communication, positive, friendly technician and fast service. I appreciated everything except the price. Was more expensive than I anticipated. Maybe all plumbers are expensive these days, but connecting a water filter under a kitchen sink that was a replacement for the same make and model - 90 minutes and almost $400. Seems steep to me, but like I wrote, maybe I'm just out of touch with what things cost. Good work, nice people, professionally handled, excellent communication. Five stars - my wallet will just take some time to heal a bit.  :)
