Our kitchen faucet started with a drip which over time stopped working altogether. We had no water coming out of the faucet. We sent out a Yelp request pretty late on Sunday night, and got a response from Andrew within minutes. He came over the next day, checked the problem and told us we need a new faucet and gave us a quote for the job. He came the next day and got the new faucet installed with no hassle. Will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

I met Bellows through the Costco Services program when I requested a quote to replace our 30+ year old furnace and to add a/c.  Carl came around about two weeks later and spent a good amount of time looking over our house and then explaining our options.  I felt he was very knowledgeable and trusted his suggestions.  Normally, I always get at least three quotes, but by the end of his presentation, I was comfortable enough to sign the agreement.  Due to their backlog, I was warned that our installation wouldn't happen for another six weeks, but we were okay with that.
 
About a week after the consultation, Russell, the project manager, came to our house to check out the logistics as we were moving the furnace from a closet to the attic.  He answered all of my husband's questions to the point that my husband also felt Bellows knew what they were talking about.
 
When the installation date arrived, a team of four worked three and a half days to complete the work.  Each day, they arrived promptly and left the house super clean at the end of the day.  Bellows arranged for another company to do the HERS test which is required for the permit and we passed with no issues.

Today, the city inspector came and Bellows sent a technician to answer any questions he may have and our permit was approved!

Bellows has been very responsive and supportive every step of the way and now that we've used both our new furnace and a/c without issues, we can vouch for their knowledge and skills.

I have already recommended Bellows to two friends and would not hesitate recommending them to you!

Norman is a very conscientious handyman and does a thorough and efficient job. His rates are reasonable, and he is a true professional.  Norman did a great job with installing all of the towel rods and train racks in our bathrooms.  He also provided solid recommendations for other jobs we were considering in the future.

Val did a great job in our house. He is a great electrician and HVAC specialist. I am highly recommending FUSE company for all my friends.

Nick was very easy to setup an appointment with and helped me with out electrical issues around the house. He was very effective in teaching me how to fish, talking through the troubleshooting techniques we went through along the way. I won't need help on similar projects since he's helped me out...but for anything else, I'll be reaching out to him for help.

They quoted a bathroom project that was very comparable to other home service companies and worked with me concerning stipulations that I thought would make it a deal breaker. Yet I was surprised when they agreed to everything that was discussed.

I just want to say a huge thank you to this business. I called with an emergency and the service professional was in the middle of dinner. He took the time to give me his number and asked for my address. He said he would be on his way right after he finished eating and he was. Meanwhile, the power came back on. I texted him to ask how much for the service call because he had to be nearing my home and he said no charge. We are very happy with this company. They did a huge electrical re-wire on our home, along with back up generator and attic fans. They were always on time, explained the process to us daily in detail, always let us know if there was a problem. All their technicians are very well trained, thoughtful and professional. It's a gamble. Some technicians come out and do great work. But the last 2 times...nothing but delays. I got different information from different staff and could not get a call back after leaving multiple messages.
