Giovanni and Sam are awesome. Super responsive, showed up on-time, were fast, efficient and friendly. My kitchen sink drain was clogged badly somewhere deep down the pipe and I couldn't unblock using my drill-attached 'household' snake. They took care of it in less than 15 min. The problem reoccurred one day later (might be my fault), they came over for a follow-up and cleaned it again. A+ customer experience!

Called EJ's on a Friday night at 5:00 as my toilet was overflowing and the water turn off valve wasn't cooperating so we couldn't get the water off unless we turned off the entire house. Isaac and Sam were out within an hour of our call and had it fixed shortly after. Knowledgable guys with great service. We feel very fortunate to have them in our area.

Marco and his team are fantastic and super efficient. They literally replaced my mom's water heater just now (after it leaked out overnight all over the garage without her knowing), on Christmas Eve (of all days) and the person Marco sent out to do it (Ismael Mijanos) was thorough and very professional. I was able to communicate with him with my limited broken Spanish and he provided great customer service and he was super quick in assessing the issue and just knew what to do to fix it. Time and time again, Marco and his team have come to our rescue and I highly recommend that they are your first call because their ability to save the day on plumbing issues is second to none! I recently had AT&T out to upgrade my internet and when we opened the crawl space access, everything was wet.   I called United, based on a friend's recommendation and they had Alex on site in 30 minutes.    The leak was fixed about 75 minutes after I'd called them.

They charged me 350$ for a simple sprinkler installation which still has leaks that I wanted to get fixed. They were responsive and offered to do the job, but poor execution and super expensive.

Plumbing needs are usually unexpected and stressful. Eddie's professionalism, helpfulness, and positive attitude over the phone helped put us at ease right away. Thankfully, he was able to fit us in the next morning, and he showed up right on time. The pipe from the kitchen sink was badly clogged. Eddie patiently ran the drain equipment several times over until the clog was finally cleared. He performed all of the work from the outside with mask and gloves at all times.

Note to fellow Yelpers: Don't try to unclog your drain with baking soda + vinegar + water. It was the baking soda paste that ultimately backed up our kitchen sink.

We had a water heater installed in 1988. It had a good run, but developed a leak and finally gave out. As with most old appliances, you can't just order another, so we had the unique challenge of fitting a new water heater into a very limited storage closet space. A competitor took the first stab at it, but the unit was too tall to fit inside our utility closet without modifying our heating system. The competitor plumber recommended that we contact a heating company to have this done, but 4 o'clock on a Wednesday was not the best time to make that call, nor would we have hot water until the heater could be modified and the competitor could come back out and finish the install.

We called AAA Affordable Plumbing and they came right out. Bakhtiar and Leo came out to our house and were able to fit a wider/shorter unit in the space where the competitor said was impossible. On top of that, they brought the unit with them and were able to get the whole install done in a couple of hours. This was not easy and they did an incredible job. They had to move some heater piping, take off the utility closet door and remove the door frame to get the unit into the space, but they made it work and did not charge us above the quoted price, even though it turned out to be a lot more work. We are very pleased with their professionalism and the way they went above and beyond for us. They have definitely earned this review and our repeat business.

We had an overflowing kitchen sink on Christmas Eve. Edward and David were able to come to our house within 45 minutes. They diagnosed the problem, a separated pipe, within less than 10 minutes. They had to cut a hole in the wall to reach the pipe. They fixed the problem within an hour without making a mess with when they snaked the pipes.

The only negative: They said it would be a flat $158 but charged us an additional $107 just because they had to cut through some dry wall. Being Christmas Eve and on our way out to celebrate with family, we paid it gratefully, but it was a bit steep.

They were punctual, friendly, professional, wore shoe covers. I would call them again and recommend them to friends.

Re-pipe of 2 story house - professional, responsible and competent - Good pricing - better pricing than the radio advertised re-pipe specialists.
It takes two weeks to completely re-pipe a 2 story house. The water is shut off only one day - the 5th day of the first week. They run the pipes in parallel to the existing pipes then on the day for connection, testing and flushing the water will be off. The insulation of the hot water lines, removal of the old pipes, drywall repair and city inspection takes place the second week. Drywall repair was superb.

They arrive at the same time each morning and did cleanup each day. Be aware that you may need to assist or ask for better protection of wood floors as the tarps can be inadequate protection if something is dropped from a ladder height. Recommend that you ask for what shower valves will be installed in order to participate in the selection; the design may be important to the look of your bath/showers.

Santos and his brother, Fidel, are the best plumbers and even better people to work with. They are very responsive and helpful. They took very good care of my dad's plumbing issues, even when I couldn't be there. Five stars are not enough!

This is an update to my one star review for Moe at Wizard Plumbing. We took a break from the problem and then attempted to clear the laundry drain ourselves. At first we were using a small weak hand crank auger and it was slow going. Later we upgraded to a SuperVee (costs about the same, about three hundred dollars, as a simple visit from a commercial plumber) and Voila! we cleared the drain ourselves in about an hour! So much better than allowing Wizard to do the job which would have entailed tearing up our front porch and the cement garage floor--and for thousands of dollars to do this job!
