Awesome job in fixing a burst pipe.  Dug up the area where needed and left it looking like it wasn't touched.  Very professional and clean job.

Great rate, incredibly fast response and service. Helpful technician, even showed me a cheap shower drain cover to prevent reoccurrences.

We had to get our flush refills and shower replaced. They came on time and finished it much earlier than what we anticipated based on our experience with previous fixes. Overall price was very affordable as their name says and he did bunch of stuff for free, including some of the messes left by previous plumbers. Staff were very courteous through out. Highly recommend their service.

My family and I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and were having a leaking issue with one of our toilets. After diagnosing the issue, this group recommended one option of removing the toilet and snaking it for $850 or installing a second clean out in the $2K plus range. Asking if these would fix the issue, the group said they couldn't be sure. I called another plumber in the area and he recommended the first option but said the job would cost $550. After proposing this amount to this plumber, he simply said this wasn't a good fit for the price I was asking for to do the work and left. The second plumber came over and fixed the issue a couple hours later free of charge as the toilet was merely clogged. I would not recommend this group if you have a toilet issue as there seems to be less expensive and better options out there based on my experience.

This review is long time pending. I had to write a review seeing Joe's on-demand emergency provision of his service. Our heater broke and there was water all over the place from beneath the unit. We called at 6 am and he arrived within 30 minutes and started on the job. He was very quick and charged us reasonably. We have used his service twice so far.  highly recommend.

Great  service!  Called Tuesday at 4pm, they were out Wednesday at 9am.  I needed a new faucet installed, but didn't have one.  They brought me a replacement!  And fixed the cold water shutoff I told them was broken, too.  They were here for about an hour, did a great job, left everything clean and tidy, and for a very reasonable price.  I'm extremely happy with the whole process.

They have done a couple projects for us. Very fast to respond and can usually send someone out within a day, if not that day. Average prices, but friendly service. Hugo is very nice and explains this well. They are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Highly recommend.

Responded quickly. Showed up on time. Got the emergency taken care of and came next days with parts to do permanent repair. Professional, competent and friendly.

Ed is truly the best plumber I have ever worked with. Earlier this summer, we had a major disaster on our hands when our 80-year old sewage pipes disintegrated and we had to dig up a patio to replace them. As we were planning to rent our house in three weeks, we were under a deadline to resolve this problem. We liked Ed's honesty, knowledge, sophisticated equipment, friendly manner and the way he kept us informed along the way. His price was reasonable, particularly in comparison to some of the larger businesses. Not only did he finish the job on time, but he and his crew worked around the clock and finished a few days ahead of time. In our view he is truly the #1 Honest Plumber and I would give him six stars if I could. He could not have been more helpful.

Not sure how these 5 stars review come from! Worse than substandard service. Dangerous incompetent service is what it is.

The guy installed a water heater, and it kept being  automatically shut down. They  refused to tender any services and follow-ups. We had to find a manufacture recommended contractor to check the unit.  It turns out the water heater WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED. Because of the improper installation, the water heater keeps shutting down to protect us from the carbon monoxide leaking due to the bad installation.
The company was named Safety Plumbing and now changed name to Right Plumbing. Either way, the company was neither safe nor right for you.
We now have to spend another thousand of dollar to have the false installation corrected. Not to mention the risks we had been exposed to.
The terribly incompetent service was done in January of 2022.

Kiet was on time, fast, and cleaned up.  Great job, will use them again.

I called Khan and told him about the problem w/ my sink. He said text me your address and I'll be there in 20 minutes. He wasn't lying! He got there so fast it was impressive. He fixed our problem before the time he went to his OTHER appointment right after. He was super nice, fast, and has reasonable pricing!!

Great guys!  Very professional and friendly.  Came within the hour.  Great service and charged what they said they'd charge.  Would highly recommend!!

Have been using Water Quality for many years.
Our water heater stopped working late in the afternoon. Called Water Quality. They were out the next morning.
Water Quality has water heaters in stock, no waiting for them to locate one.

Had a plumbing backup impact multiple units at a small apartment building.  Two people including Vic came over on about two hours notice and were able to find the right place to start snaking. It was a pretty messy job due to the overflowing mainline back up and after a bunch of snaking they brought out the blockage (hair and wipes) and then everything was flowing freely again. Definitely recommend.

I recommend this Gomez Plumbing Sewer & Drain.  Tony came and checked our sink. He was able to identify the problem @ once and told us his  planned. He can be trusted..

Wizard installed a water heater for us a few years ago. Recently, we had a small issue with it and we couldn't get hot water. I called Wizard and they told me someone could come by at 8PM. I told them we had a little baby girl and 8PM would be too late. The lady I spoke to on the phone said they'd do their best to come earlier. Within 20 minutes Miguel was at our house. He came in, was wearing a mask and respecting social distancing, which we really appreciated. He then resolved the issue super quickly and by 7PM we had the issue resolved. Miguel was great, respectful, timely and answered all my questions.

This is the third time we have used Wizard. The first one was when we replaced the water heater. The second time was when we installed a toilet. And now with this small issue that Miguel quickly fixed.

Honestly, Wizard has been incredible! Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Miguel for the awesome service!
