It's so refreshing to work with Professionals from beginning to end. I had ground electrical added and received the perfect experience, nothing to complain about AT ALL. It started with a Zoom video estimate with technician Nick to scheduling with Jane by phone to working with Slavik the electrician in person. Slavik knew what he was doing, respected our home, and even tried to vacuum but I beat him to it. They were swift to help out and their software kept me informed at all times. I highly recommend them and, if I need their services again in the future, I will not hesitate to reach out.

Update. I was contacted by the company and was told they did check before leaving, but I feel like they should still have turned back after getting my call. So they apologized and offered a discount for future services.

I had an outdoor electrical outlet the powers our outdoor lighting and watering systems that was not working.  I texted Chuck and he texted me back with several things to check (breakers, GFCI reset) in case I could fix it myself quickly.  None of those worked, so he was able to come out quickly and install a new outlet, after discovering that the old outlet was defective.  He was really good to work with, and I'd recommend him highly.

The thermostate had died over the weekend, and it was too chilly during the nights for any comfort even when wearing the house robe.
 
I called the company on Monday for an appointment, made for Tuesday  between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Got a phone call at 7:30 AM on Tuesday that left a message that the man is on his way, and a few minutes before 8 he is knocking at my door.

Jeff was the man of the hour!  He explained everything that he was doing, and whatever he would do as he went along.  I was provided with the latest
model of thermostate, and how to use it for home comfort with energy savings. I was always getting email notices from PG&E as to saving energy,
and reducing billings.
For the time, effort and arrangements for future needs, the cost was very
reasonable.

Great service! Norman was the first to respond to a request for a quote. He provided a convenient time window of 30 minutes and showed up on time. The toilet bolt removal was finished very quickly despite being extremely rusted. Will use his service again soon.

So far, I've had a great experience with Fuse. I have a hydronic heater, and they were able to service it. Jane is a good and communicative coordinator. Kostas, the guy who came to repair my maintenance, was great. He was on time, and I greatly appreciated his honesty. He worked quickly and was respectful. Thank you!

Nicholas was kind enough to give me advice on how to remove a custom shower arm installation which was giving me trouble. Very friendly and professional throughout, he's very knowledgeable and I'd definitely call him up for my next job.

I would definitely hire Dave again.  He did a wonderful job. He was on time, easy to talk with, knowledgeable and did everything I wanted.  I needed some caulking done around the bathtub, he dug out the messed up old caulking and put down a nice new line of caulk. He also did some grout work and replaced an o-ring on the toilet. I have finally found my go to guy. It was a pleasure to work with him. You will not be sorry if you have him do a job for you

Divine does not service condos and could not tell me why. Isn't a toilet a toilet? They also would not answer my question because my question was about a condo-toilet. They did refer me to Amesos Plumbing (415 457 6363) and Richard at Amesos was great, super helpful, and friendly. I'll be going with Amesos!

Ryan's work is excellent and well organized. I had to replace the smoke alarms that was wired to the electrical source. Ryan responds quickly, is very professional, and definitely leaves a peace of mind with the job done right. I am happy to have had the work completed on short notice.

Our A/C was working just fine yesterday morning but stopped in the afternoon on the hottest day of our summer. Usually it cools down at night but in this heatwave that didn't happen so, needless to say, we didn't sleep so well last night. Contacted Fuse this morning and they sent Max out by around 10am. He gave me a quick diagnosis, reasonable quote, and the work looks great. It took him about 1.5 hours to replace a few things and made sure everything was running optimally. He just left and I'm already back to the cool mid-70's! Thanks Max and Fuse!!!

Our AC unit was installed over a year ago by Pacific Coast.   Last week it would not kick on.   Called Pacific Coast Home Services and scheduled a service.   They provided up to date status on technician arrival.   The technician, Emerson Martel, arrived early.   He went through the compressor and agreed it was not charged.   Emerson spent many hours tracing the leak checking the compressor and the inside unit.   Recognizing he was not able to trace the issue, he called his supervisor thinking there could be an issues with the compressor internals.

Emerson cancelled other services and stayed the day to trace the problem.   After telling us to run the system and see if he could detect any leaks, Emerson called another technician who came out and determined a possible cause in a small gasket.   These guys were committed to solving the problem.  Upon leaving, they gave clear instructions on running the system to determine if the issue was solved.  And if not they were ready to be back

I have used Pacific  Home Services.   These guys know HVACs and stand by their work.  I have been impressed with them every time.   Highly recommend.   Thanks Emerson and team!!!

Owners offered us great service without charging us high prices. We needed some of our outlets required, and they were able to get it done as soon as possible. 10/10 do recommend.

Thanksgiving--one of the few days of the year you do not want to have a plumbing emergency--lucky me, I did...

I left messages with five plumbers, and the last one suggested texting (which works much better with my spotty connectivity), and it was this last text that Yegevny responded to (the only one to do so); after asking questions about what I tried so far so he could assess the issue, he said he would try to find someone to come by. No one else was available so with a little internal struggle (understandably), he promised he would come out between 8p-9p. About three hours after he arrived, I could once again use any facility requiring water--won't go into details, but it was not pretty and definitely stressful.

I'm both appreciative and grateful for Yegevny's responsiveness and integrity in helping me out with my emergency. He worked diligently to suss out the situation and the best way to fix it, including testing his work, and he was also extremely pleasant and patient in answering my questions despite my unfortunate interruption of his Thanksgiving time with his family.

Called because my space heater, kept tripping the fuses and I knew I needed to update the panel in our house a while ago so this was the day!
It turned out to be a huge job, rewiring the whole house plus add some plugs throughout. The estimate was significant, 10k plus, and the first guy told me he could do it all in one day and he could start the next day!
I was impressed. it turned out that would never happen. My whole house was broken open and they said they had to come back the next week.
I said, no way! I singed this quote with the guarantee of a one day job.
And after 5 calls with there sales team from the assistant to ,I think, the boss, they pulled 2 other guys from different jobs to finish everything that day. Not with one bad word, as it may sound, but normal respectful communication.
The 5 star rating is only because of these great guys who did this huge job! They worked a 12 hour day with a smile and delivered excellent work.
I would definitely recommend, but make a very clear agreement.

As good as it gets! Larry and his team were *awesome* to work with. Incredibly responsive, cost competitive, great at providing a schedule and schedule updates -- and communicating in real time as things where identified that would impact schedule (things outside their control). I would definitely recommend Handyman Heros to anyone -- and I'll turn to them again during my next project. Highly recommend.

Jeremy  was excellent and fixed our heater problem straight away.  He was extremely friendly and professional.  I will call Bellows again.
