Didn't expect 340 out of 340 5-star reviews to be wrong. And they weren't. I am joining as #341 :-). Javarre and Sam ahead of promised time at my behest and got the job done with no-nonsense. Before they came, they told me how to get temporary relief - to avoid flooding inside. They explained the issue clearly and advised on how to take care. Their rates were also very reasonable. I would have preferred to pay with credit card but they wanted a check. The only minor irritant.

Called this morning for an emergency metal pipe burst to sprinkler system.

The phone was answered promptly early morning and although they don't do sprinkler, they quickly referred to a gardening service that can handle rusted metal pipes outside in the garden.

I appreciate their help and will try to use them in the future.

Debated for a long time to get my shower plumbing fixed due to COVID-19 but i got tired of waiting!  Requested a quote from Trieu and by the next day my shower was fixed!  Will definitely call him again for my next plumbing issue!

Our master bedroom showering set had been malfunctioning for a few years and we finally decide to fix it. We asked around and not many plumbers had the expertise to fix the set until we reached Michael. He suggested that we order a spare part from Rohl, and gave us a very reasonable quote for the cost of fixing.

Two months later, once the spare part arrived, Michael fixed the showering set quickly and smoothly within an hour, honoring the original quote. He was very polite and professional, wearing shoe cover, padding bathroom floor with soft towel, and always keep his mask on indoor. In addition, he kept necessary spare parts and tools for me just incase they are needed in the future. He also pointed out potential risk factors in my piping system and made some very good suggestions. Most importantly, Michael is very honest about what he observes, and even admit his misjudgment when the measurement does not agree with his original intuition.

I high recommend Michael and his business, and thank him for his great service.

Just went through a water audit and they had some comments about potential leaks. Since the last project was the shower replacement by Duy and team, they suggested to have it checked.

Though I used his services in the past, Joe and his associate are true and honest professionals in the plumbing industry. Called and made an appointment and they came the next morning.  I explained to them what happened, what test I conducted; and he knew exactly what was the issue.  He cut the pipe under our master bath counter, snaked the pipe, and cleaned out the materials that caused the back-flow of water into our master bath tub.  Connected everything with a new pipe coupling and did a leak test.  Water was back and flowing smoothly in less than 45 minutes.  Joe cleaned up everything underneath the sink and the surrounding areas of the tub and underneath the bathroom sink.  If your looking for an honest plumber with years of experience and great customer service, J&K Plumbing is at your service.  I HIGHLY recommend them and I will use his business in the future for all our plumbing needs.  Thanks again Joe and associate for all your help.  ~ Roger S.

Their tech, Yri, was able to show up before the time slot. Yri was very personable, professional, and kept the area clean.

All and all, 5 Star Plumbing did a great job from beginning to end. I'll definitely reach back out to them when in need for a plumber again.

I needed a sewer drain unclogged, on New Year's Eve.   He came out in under an hour on the same day, got it done faster than I've ever experienced with a plumber, from need to completion!   Rates were lower than almost all the other quotes from Yelp too!   Nice guy, wore a mask, never had to step into the house to get the job done.

Eddie was great! He helped me unclog a shower drain that required him to snake it 30 feet deep. Pretty much impossible to do yourself unless you have the right tools. He was super professional and seemed very experienced. The price he quoted was also very fair. His 40 day warranty also put my mind at ease that he stands by his work. Thanks Ed!

We run into sudden and very complicated failures with toilet water running due to a broken part, incoming water switch for toilet not working and the main water switch not working that were just identified after the running water. We called Right Plumbing Services and Eddie answered the call right away and promised to be on site within 30 mins. Eddie came in time and fixed all issues. We are happy with Eddie's job and would use Right Plumbing Services again for future issue.

TL;DR - Fast, thorough, reasonably priced.

Had a drainage emergency on a Saturday afternoon, right before heading on a trip. It was critical that we find some kind of solution to the house wide backup of toilets and drains for the housesitters who would be staying with our dogs. All Go responded quickly to my inquiry, and was over at our place in just about an hour.

He was very courteous and thorough. He explained everything as we were checking, so I felt informed about the issue and the possible solutions. And he had all the equipment required to provide the diagnostic and services.

Price was very fair, and will definitely be using again when we do other plumbing related work!

Got a leaking garbage disposal unit and contacted Khan. He responded right away and scheduled appt the next day. By 5pm, replacement was done in a reasonable price!  Very happy with his service and will continue to use him.

Chose based upon Yelp reviews.  Really happy.  They answered the phone promptly when I called, had me talk to an expert to be sure the the problem was understood, gave me options for how to resolve, based upon cost.  Scheduled me in quickly.  Plumber was prompt, efficient.  Cleaned up nicely after himself (he had to cut away shrubbery to get to my external water shut-off value to replace it).  Very professional and courteous.  Highly recommend.

Vic picked up the phone right away when I called and said he would be here in two hours. He showed on time. When I went to meet him he had a cheery voice with a welcoming, hi I'm Vic.....I knew we the made the right decision to call him.

Not reliable. I was scheduled time and received confirmation text msg appointment. but the plumber didn't show up, and called back office, they said will have someone else to come later and later. it is rental unit and I need to sit in the car waited for 6 hours, still no one showed up and called me back. really upset about their service and wondering how or why this company has 5 stars in yelp!!!!
