Fuse is one of those rare companies that have you looking for other projects they can do.  They were one of the only companies that would do a wine room install, and their price was reasonable.  It ended up being a problematic project where we weren't happy with the noise level.  Even though it wasn't their fault they spent considerable extra time and money making it better, even going so far as ordering/installing/returning hvac systems, and never tried to increase the cost.  Stan and team were awesome.

Accidentally broke the water going to the toilet.  Had to turn off the water main right away since it was leaking water from the value.  So I start the search for a plumber.  AY EMP.  They came over looked at the problem and was able to fix it right away.  Great Work.  Very Clean Workers.  Very Knowledgeable.  Would hire them again.

We had to body slam our front door to get it to close. Once the wood started to chip away and the screw heads started to get shaved off, I reached out to Chuck to get it fixed ASAP. Chuck texted with me to learn as much as possible about the problem to save time. He worked us in to his busy schedule. Chuck always told us when he was coming, when he arrived, and when he was heading out for the day. Chuck always explained any issues that came up like whether to shave the door on one side or the other and taught me some tricks of the trade too. I felt he was respectful of the time being spent. Price was very reasonable too. Overall, I always felt like we were making progress and that I could count on hearing back from him... which I'm feeling is kind of rare these days! Thanks Chuck!

Nick fixed and/or diagnosed almost 10 different issues while in the house, ranging from handyman to plumbing to electrical. The best part about hiring him are his license in both electrical and plumbing (for depth of knowledge and my peace of mind) and the fact that he came incredibly prepared, with spare/replacement parts of common items like screws of various specifications and electrical outlets, as well as long tool to install bulbs at 20' height - in his incredibly well equipped truck. In the past when I called handymen, I always wished they could be a 'one stop shop' with the knowledge and tools/parts to fix almost anything - which I could never quite get - this is what you get if you call Nick since he's an excellent general contractor.

Super happy that the house is back up to smoothly running thanks to Nick being at the top of his craft.

Of course, he was also punctual, professional, friendly, and easy to work with, and very honest and fair with pricing, even though its understandably bit on the higher side compared to a less skilled handyman. You get what you pay for!

I would definitely hire Dave again.  He did a wonderful job. He was on time, easy to talk with, knowledgeable and did everything I wanted.  I needed some caulking done around the bathtub, he dug out the messed up old caulking and put down a nice new line of caulk. He also did some grout work and replaced an o-ring on the toilet. I have finally found my go to guy. It was a pleasure to work with him. You will not be sorry if you have him do a job for you

Paul Kelly was our service technician today and gave us excellent service. Explained everything clearly, fixed two items that weren't working and did troubleshooting for some other issues. Highly recommended!

Slow to respond, so didn't end up using this person since I'm looking for someone with good communication.

Max came out on Labor Day and fix our issue.  Thanks for fixing our AC during this heat wave.  I recommend Max if you have an AC issue!!!

Raymond Porras was one of the best technicians we've ever worked with across any service we've had to our home. He was on time, extremely knowledgable, worked with us on a solution for our home, and was all around so courteous! Would highly recommend this company, and if you can, ask for Raymond directly as you won't be disappointed!

Also, the office staff are incredible. When I was going to schedule the appointment, they promptly picked up the call, were kind, quick and had an invoice / appointment reminder sent before we even hung up. This kind of customer service is so rare these days.

Irresponsible. Promised to come by today to install my EV Charger. No show. Didn't even call to cancel the appointment. Liar. He said he left a message on my voicemail. I never received any call or voice message from this company.

Half of the power in the house went out, and my tenants hoped to have the issue resolved soon as they were left without a working heater and refrigerator. Yevgeny felt the sense of urgency and came out the same day he responded. As a homeowner who lives faraway from the rental property, I was grateful for his reliability-- very straightforward and wonderful with communication. He definitely went out of his way to make sure the repair was complete.

Incredible customer service, knowledgable repair team (Juan and Pablo, both great) and excellent communication via text messaging on appointment reminders and technician schedules. They jumped on our heater issue, quickly diagnosed the problem, found the odd hard-to-find part and even fixed a few other small things with the system. Will go to them with all heater issues going forward!

I chose bellows to help with an error my contractor made with our new sink installation.  They came and provided guidance and an estimate.  Bruce was kind and honest.  He recommended I have my contractor repair his mistakes but offered a solution if not.  Contractor fessed up to his mistakes and is working on it but I know who to call if he can't get it done.  I am having them back next week to work on several other projects due to their excellent knowledge and customer experience.
