I own and manage many rental properties all over San Diego county. Dimitar is my first call plumber. Very reliable, honest and reasonably priced. He goes anywhere I need him, he's on time and professional. He's a nice guy too. Save yourself the time and trouble and make him your first call as well.

Our bathtub had been plugged for a couple weeks.  Tried everything off the shelf and nothing worked. I did an estimate request on yelp, and Luis from Montiny plumbing responded. He quoted me a fair price. Came to my home on time and did a great job. Will definitely use him again in the future.

We have used Henry's Plumbing twice now for our business and he is so great! He is fast, prompt, very friendly and very cost effective. We will continue to use him and will now use him at our personal homes.

I am a very hard grader of service suppliers, and rarely write reviews on Yelp, but I would give Carlos more than five stars if I could. I had some landscape drainage that needed attention after about 20 years, and another hydro-jetting/drain cleaning service (which I won't name) accomplished absolutely nothing in over two days and essentially abandoned the job. In contrast, Carlos was responsive, came with very sophisticated equipment (unlike the other service), explained everything, had the entire problem completely fixed in about three hours, and was, I thought, reasonably priced. He also completely mapped out my drainage system (with several surprises to me, even though I built my house about several dead runs which had never been connected to any drains). THIS is the service to use. I would use him again without hesitation and would recommend him completely.

Cannot recommend Rayne water less!!
I had a past due payment with Rayne water, mostly because they refuse to live in the 21st century and actually email customers that they need to pay and only used paper mail which I don't even check or use. I have had my payments lapse with them in the past and still paid with all of the associated late fees. However, after a couple of months of a missed payment, instead of Rayne water sending me a warning letter or email, as they are obligated by law, that continued non-payment would result in my account being sent off to collections, they just did so without warning me. This included the cost of the equipment that I was renting which amounted to a total of just over $1K. My attempts to contact them and resolve this and bring to their attention that they submitted my debt to collections without following proper due process, went unanswered. Finally getting a new office manager (jessica) on the phone where she was not only impatient and unsympathetic to my complaint, but did not offer any proof that they gave me proper warning, and eventually hung up on me, showed that Rayne water as a company isn't able to provide competent service and is actually not concerned with their client's satisfaction.
There are plenty of other companies that will rent out water filtration systems for an even better rate. Save yourself the headache even if its just to have the convenience of being able to make a payment online.

Plumber Mike is great.  He came out and fixed what two previous plumbers were unable to do.  Reasonable prices, no BS, and Mike is extremely knowledgeable. I sent him a text of my broken Kohler faucet, and he got everything together to fix on his first visit.  Highly recommend

If I could give more than 5/5 stars, I would.  Bob (owner) showed up within 1 hr of calling him.  Not only did he fix the problem, he went above and beyond and gave a very informative detailed analyze of the problem(s), and how to fix.  Better than the other guys who might come quick, roll out quick, but never really address the underlying issue.  Cobra Rooter are true professionals and should be called 1st.  Rates VERY competitive too.

After calling and meeting with two different plumbers who eventually never followed through, we found Pure Plumbing via the internet and I cant say enough about the responsiveness John and his team showed with replacing both our tankless water heaters. They showed up on time, kept us informed, and most importantly did a great job at a very competitive price. I dont write many reviews but these guys have 100% earned our business and I am confident if you give them an opportunity they will earn your as well.

I waited one full day before I gave this review despite having the BEST experience (thanks to VIP and Robert) with these guys!!! That's because of the bad experience with an independent certified contractor who did nothing for us despite charging us an exorbitant price. We had a clogged kitchen drain a week ago late in the night so had to hire an independent guy (certified) to help us unclog the drain. He came in and completed the job, in and out in 5 minutes (no exaggeration). 6 days later we found ourselves in the same exact situation,  only this time even worse!! This time I called a couple of plumbing companies in OC. VIP turned out to be the first to respond. They empathized with my situation and tried to accommodate me the same day. Robert did a tremendous job of taking the pains to make sure it was unclogged all the way through. He quickly diagnosed the issue, narrowed down the sewer blockage location and removed the blockage. Overall, Great experience!! One full day later and it works perfectly fine like new. My go to guys!

He wore gloves and mask during the inhome service. He also wore shoe booties as he entered the house.

Farhad was super responsive via Yelp. I had many questions and each time I sent a message he answered quickly. And answered each and every one. I was looking for the next day due to work. He gave me a day and said he would try to do it the next day since he was booked. He said he would call me. Sure enough the next day in the afternoon I received his call and said he could come that afternoon and do it. So accommodating and I was so appreciative. Hands down the best experience I've had working with a handyman. Farhad was punctual,professional and did exceptional work. Super service from start to finish! Outstanding handyman services. I will definitely be giving my business to Farhad in the future. Thank-You so much for a job well done!

We hired Gordon based on the other Yelp reviews. We had our main water supply pipe break between the meter and our house. I knew they were going to have to dig up the yard and quite possibly my brick walkway. Gordon understood our concerns and came up with a great work around to ensure that the brick walkway was saved. Hooray. He and his workers were professional, clean, and expedient. Gordon is now our plumber and is who we will hire for all of our plumbing needs.

Vlad is the best! Totally trust him and Paul and fair pricing . They know what they are doing and always show up when they say they will .

It really pains me to write this review as I always am looking for a business that I can give projects to for years to come. The plumber came to my house to replace 2 toilets. He gave me a price and I assumed that's what it costs as they know this market and I trusted they are reputable business with reasonable and fair prices.

Positive: The plumber did a good install, was courteous and left the job site clean.

Negative: About 10 minutes after the plumber finished the job and left my home, I got a quote from a competitor for OVER $1,000 LESS. I contacted Simpex with my concern and forwarded on the lower quote. Ultimately they offered to refund 10% which is insulting. I was ABOLUTELY ripped off. It was the same toilet and labor so we are comparing Apples to Apples. I asked to meet in the middle with a $500 refund, this way they still make good money and I get a more fair price. They refused.

Really short sighted thinking and no way to run a business. I was looking to have a go to plumber for future needs including a water softening system.

Great guy to work with I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

My husband & I just purchased a single family home & we wanted to reroute the washer/dryer hookup from the kitchen to the garage. We got SEVEN different quotes & Prince Charmin Plumbing beat out all 7 with a 10 year warranty. Devin & his team came out the next day & finished the job in two days. While working on the project, we came across a few issues (not related to their work, just an old house that needed plumbing repairs) & he took care of everything again for a very reasonable price. This local company is the most responsive reliable plumber around. He knows his stuff, and always tells me what's necessary vs what I might want to consider doing over time (my house is 65 years old.). I've had at least 10 different needs over the years, and I'm always helped quickly at a very fair price. When I've had to call a different plumber due to Monty's being out of town, other plumbers are always very slow and much more expensive. Can't say enough good things about Monty's!

Get rooter and plumbing had outstanding service. I really appreciate all the help that was given. Repair was done fast and affordable. Harvey and Manny had great customer service. Overall I had a great experience with them would definitely use there services if needed again.
