John Padilla did a great job. My water heater sprung a leak and John Padilla replaced my old water heater and installed a tankless water heater. The job was done in a clean and professional manner for the price quoted. Services were completed within the time estimate and several complicated hurdles were overcome with great skill.  I would recommend with confidence the services of John Padilla.

I find it rare these days when we find a service professional who meets, much less exceeds expectations. Carlos was very knowledgeable when I inquired about a clogged outdoor corrugated pipe that was running from our backyard to the street. He gave tons of helpful information and a very reasonable quote. When he came to address the issue he was courteous, informative and transparent every step of the way. He identified the clog, flushed it out and identified where the line ran underground to save us a lot of money and hassle moving forward if we wanted to make future adjustments. We appreciated the quality, the price point and the flexibility to do what was needed. Definitely recommend.

Rayne installed a water softener and RO drinking water system in my condo. Dave was great at answering all my questions and even brought a sample water softener over to see how it would fit in my space.  Sam and Latif went above and beyond installing everything and making it work and look good in a small, awkward space.  I'm very happy with Rayne and highly recommend them.

Our water heater had one foot in the grave and needed to be replaced. My mom called John and he was over within the hour to check out our water heater and tell us about our options. The kitchen faucet also had a leak and in just a few minutes John had pictures and details for the faucets he recommended. John was able to come back a day later to do the tankless water heater install and the sink. Even though just a tankless install can take all day John was able to complete that and install the new faucet in one day. Everything is looking great now. The tankless water heater freed up a lot of space in our garage.

I use VIP Sewer and Drain for ALL of my plumbing needs. My home's first plumbing issue was related to the backwater valve, but subsequently several plumbing issues have arisen with my home...not surprising, given the age of the house. Each time, Nick and VIP have been incredible. Without hesitation, you can rely on VIP to be responsive and thorough. We needed all the outlets in our home replaced with new ones plus faceplates, along with moving a couple of outlets around. If I had done it myself, it would have likely taken all of 2 or 3 days.

With Farhad and crew, the two of them took all-day to complete the job, 10.5 hrs in total. They took their time to do the work well and stayed focussed the entire time.

I'll be working with Farhad on my future home projects. His rates/quotes are reasonable and he does a very good job!

We bought a new refrigerator with an ice maker and needed to install a water line. When Gordon came and pulled the old refrigerator away from the wall he pointed out that we already had a line and that nothing further needed to be done. He didn't check to confirm that the shut off could be opened and closed, he didn't notice that the line coming out of the wall didn't have a fitting. We were charged for his time to come out.

When the refrigerator came the next day we had to have him come back out to put the fitting on the line,  requiring the refrigerator installers to need to make another trip because he refused to connect the line from the wall to the new refrigerator.

When the refrigerator installers returned the fitting was put on so far down the line that it wouldn't fit the line from the fridge. I had to again call Gordon and this time he walked me through how I could adjust the fitting.

Ridiculous!

Can't thank Almco Plumbing enough! They were able to come out as soon as we called. They were prompt and arrived on time. Vlad did an amazing job replacing 5 of our leaky valves. Will reach out to them again for any of our plumbing needs.

Had a gas leak and Simpex was able to send James Athens, a very experienced and knowledgeable professional to our home right away! He was EARLY, honest and provided a solution not only for our gas situation but for other preventive measures for our new home. Thank you James and team for the outstanding service. I needed a complicated water filtration system replaced. Figure I could do it myself with the help of a YouTube video. Well, all I can say is that it wasn't as easy as I first thought. These guys made it look easy though.

I had a semi clogged toilet and had received a quote from another company that was more than I thought it would be. So I opted out and went for another opinion. I found Get Rooter & Plumbing on Yelp, sent them a message and within minutes I got a response. They were able to send a technician out to me the same day. Andrew was the technician and he was super friendly, nice and informative, told me what he was going to do and did just that. He unclogged my toilet and was able to tell me what caused the toilet to clog and put everything back all under an hour. I definitely recommend them
