I heard about this company on 760 KFNB. I called them and they sent out their HVAC manager Justin Woods the same day to give me an estimate. He came the next day and did work that their company doesn't even usually do, but he said he would be happy to do it anyway. He showed up today and did the work. The time it took went over the estimate, but he was only going to charge me for what he told me originally in the estimate. The entire process from beginning to end was professional and also personal. Justin is an extremely nice guy and it was a pleasure to have him in my house. I have no doubt that I would use this company again, and recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a good honest company to install heating and air-conditioning. What a pleasure to run into people who genuinely have great customer service... It seems so uncommon these days. P.S. I actually gave him extra money for the extra time that he put in. That is quite unlike me, as I am always looking for the best deal. LOL

Honest, punctual, and hard working.  Repaired my water heater and I was so impressed that he has already been to two of my friends homes for work too.  They both are also extremely happy.

Mike saved my a** on New Years Day. He called me that night on his way back into town and told me he'd be there in the morning. He was prompt and worked quickly. When he didn't have the problem solved, he could've told me that it was an HOA issue but he stuck with it and unclogged the drain. I vouch for him and would trust him again with another plumbing job.

So...when your husband gets excited about using his juicer and accidentally puts too much pulp down the kitchen sink and gets it clogged and after attempts at fixing it yourself to no avail..what to do?!! Luckily, we were referred to Cobra Rooter and we are so glad we were! Bob, the owner, made an appointment for a visit quickly and remedied the issue at a very reasonable price. Not only did Bob take his time to make sure the issue was fixed and all was working properly before he left, he also took the time to give us pointers on how not for this issue to happen again. We had a sewer main line clog that needed attention. We had our contractor snake the line but it clogged up again two days later. So we called VIP Sewer & Drain Services to help find the problem. They have all the equipment to visualize the problem, descale, jet, and epoxy the sewer main line. Nick and his team were very quick to respond and fixed all our sewer issues. They also provided great pricing and payment options. Thank you!

We had a bathroom emergency just one day before we had company coming for the holidays. Farhad responded to our request for a quote and came over the next day. He worked tirelessly all day and fixed our bathroom subfloor, installed new vinyl tile, a new toilet and bathtub hardware. Farhad was professional, hard working and proficient. I will definitely hire him again for projects in the future.

We have used Simpex for plumbing services over the past couple of years, and have been very happy with them. Trevor has installed our new water heater, changed our garbage disposal, and installed new faucets for us, and has always helpfully addressed any questions or concerns. He is always professional, respectful, and we greatly appreciate him wearing his mask and following COVID-19 precautions for the work we've had him do since the pandemic started. Certified Restoration is a 24hr. Water Removal and Remediation Co. in San Diego. We are constantly calling out plumbers to fix pipes so we can dry-out a building or home. ***BUYER BEWARE*****  

I spoke to Devin in late December as I had a leak in a pipe that was accessible through the stucco of the exterior of my home.  Devin assured me that they were a 1 stop shop.  They could fix the leak and re-stucco the wall.   His partner even said you wouldn't even know we were here.   If this business had comedians, it would get 5 stars.    This was the biggest lie I was ever told.  

Day 1 Devin's team shows up late.   They cut open the wall and then assess the issue.   They then took at least 5 trips to Home Depot for parts. After hours of trying to correct the problem, they had to admit they did not know what they were doing and call what I am hoping was a real plumber to finish the job.   This took almost 10 hours.

The following day, they again showed up late, and knowing they were there to do stucco work, they still had to make a trip to Home Depot.   When I went to check to see how the work was going, I could tell they had no idea what they were doing.   They had retrieved a Lucky Charms box out of the recycle can and were using it as a trowel to apply the stucco and to get it to stick to the wall.  

I was told by his brother that they would be back the next day to paint.   They had even gone to Home Depot again and got matching paint.    Well, I contacted Devin because they didn't show up the next day.   Devin told me they need the stucco to dry, and they would be by to paint in a few weeks.   We'll that has now turned into 4 months.   The stucco is awful. There are cracks everywhere from where they applied it.    

I did get ahold of Devin once since and he promised me that he would come out himself to look at the issue.    Well, he was a no-show to our appointment.  

I attempted to settle this issue privately and allow Devin to remedy this situation.  Yet Devin continues to ignore my calls and texts.  

Please save your hard earned money and time and if you have a plumbing issue select someone who is more reputable and takes pride in their work.

I was super stoked to be able to use a local business for a garbage disposal replacement, and even happier with the demeanor and fairness of KC.  He was quick, thorough and an all around good guy!  I will definitely call him the next time I need a plumber!

My kitchen sink was clogged up and the owner (Javier) came out the following day to look at the problem himself as his team was backed up for the rest of the week. Javier was very professional and friendly. Our clogged drain was unfortunately a more complex issue because of the type of plumbing we have with sharp 90 degree turns where everything was getting stuck so it wasn't a fast easy fix. Javier even crawled under our house to see what was going on as we have ABS piping that should normally not back up. Now that's service! I highly recommend Javier and Get Rooter & Pluming. Price was extremely fair for everything he did and the time he took to resolve our issue. Thanks Javier!
