John Padilla Plumbing came in with the lowest quote of 3 bidders for a big plumbing job ($6000) on our house. They also did the inital inspection when we bought the place. The guys were friendly and they got a big job done in 5 days (they said 3 days at the beginning of the job but I expected it to take longer).

I took off 1 star because they cut a big hole in the dry wall behind our fridge and refused to patch it, said it wasn't part of the job.

Anyway, overall they did a decent job and met the estimate. I had to argue on the phone a bit with them when paying. When the inital inspection was done, they said if I gave them the job the cost of the inspection ($350) would go towards the total bill at the end. The guy on the phone told me that was BS but then called me back and said the owner said it was OK (minus 1 star for not believing me).

Hired Dimitar to replace water heater, upgrade my kitchen faucet and replace a small part needed.  Great job!  I would highly recommend this company.  I was very happy with the results and the pricing.

Luis was assigned to fix our slow flushing toilet. It turned out to be roots down the sewer line. Luis had the problem resolved in about one hour. Luis definitely knows his business, he was prompt and professional. He left the place super clean after putting away his tools and equipment. Luis has a trustworthy attitude and came across as a very friendly and polite individual. I would definitely use his services again.

We've used Henry's plumbing for the last few years. He is very knowledgeable, clean and very reasonable in what he charges for labor and parts.

We had an emergency at a property and Carlos came out over the weekend and jetted our drains.  He knew exactly what the problem was and handled it quickly and effieciently.  He was courteous and extremely helpful and I would recommend him to anyone that has an issue with drains.

Rayne came out on time as requested, Technician Joseph installed our Water conditioner in a timely matter with professionalism,  he was very friendly and informative! He also hauled away our old system and we are very happy with the results!  As you can see in the picture it all came out exceptionally clean.  I recommend this product totally.

Mike is a great plumber! Honest, fair, clean worker and fast.  He helped us quickly, to resolve a plumbing emergency before hosting a huge party.  We are very grateful and recommend him to anyone who wants a great plumber.

I can't say enough about Bob. He is on-time, affordable, knows his craft, and will take on nasty jobs with delight. He amazed me.

Our water heater leaked and caused damage to our hallway, floor and bedroom. Called Pure Plumbing and Jonathan came within an hour.  He installed a Navien tankless heater in a day and connected us to a water restoration company for damages done. Jonathan was efficient, honest and did a great job.  We will definitely use him again.

Joey came out within less than an hour of calling him.  With sewage backing up in our shower, we new something bad was going on with the pipes.  Sure enough he was able to detect a break in the pipe.  He sent a camera down the pipe and found 4 more breaks due to the roots from the big tree in front our house.  He was honest, reliable and got this humongous job done very quickly within two days.  The best part was he put in a temporary pipe so we could continue using the shower and bathroom on the nights he was working.  He also helped us contact the city to get them to pay for their portion.  He went above and beyond to make sure we all our questions were answered, he waited for us to get home to show us the work he did and the problems he fixed.  Him and his workers were so nice and kind and willing to work around our busy working schedule. I could tell he really cared about his work and he knew what he was doing.  He was upfront with us about needing to line the pipes to ensure the pipes would not burst in the future.  I will be hiring him for all our plumbing issues from now on.  In all my years of dealing with plumbers, I have never felt so taken care of and in good hands.

Punctual, determined, detailed and hard working! I usually do my own projects around the house but became stumped with some outside electrical outlets.
Farhad took on this project, found the issue (it was grounded out wire) under ground/rock, replaced the wire which wasn't easy at all and got everything back to working for a very reasonable price.
It was also good to see him bring his son along to help him and to learn the trade that he is very good at. I would recommend All Around Handyman Services. Thank you Farhad!

I called Gordon after my toilet stopped up a few times, and I could no longer clear it with a plunger. Gordon answered the phone bright and early and promised to be there no later than 11. I let him know my roommate had to leave at 11:30 for work and he showed up at 10:30 instead. He quickly snaked the drain and gave us a very fair price. For two girls who are never home because of crazy work schedules, we appreciate him coming out on short notice, being wonderfully friendly, and fairly priced. We will call him again if ever the need arises.

Vlad has been the saving grace to me in the past few months beginning from my move to San Diego, helping me while I still was in Sacramento and then later when the water broke. We received an estimate from Simpex to work on two issues we were having with odors. We're renters and our landlord offered to mitigate the issue after her handyman was unable to fix it. When Trevor came out, I was skeptical of his diagnosis with one of the issues. I was concerned we would have convinced our landlord to reimburse us for the plumbing but if this wasn't a fix, we'd then be stuck with this bad odor. Trevor was really nice in reassuring me he was pretty positive he knew the issue and kindly tolerated my questioning him. Well I'm so glad I listened to him because both of the odors are completely gone and he handled this issue once and for all. I had received other estimates from a couple other companies and they offered a totally different solution that in hindsight, would not have been a fix at all! I am so glad we went with Simpex - highly recommend.

As a general and electrical contractor I am pretty picky when it comes to how service professionals do their jobs. These guys are great! I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Clean, courteous, professional and great attention to detail. I love the service! Keep it up guys.

Devin was quick to come out when we initially had a problem with a pipe leaking from the kitchen.  I was told that the work was guaranteed for 10 years.  When it started leaking a month later again, he came back out after I contacted him multiple times.  My new concrete floor had to be jackhammered up for the repairs and Devin suggested I go through the home insurance.  He said he would help me with the process.  I have now paid over $8,000 in repairs and testing.  He has yet to submit a plumbing report to insurance or send me a copy so I can work with insurance.  I know he is not the only one working with the company and I'm getting little cooperation since I paid him instead of waiting for insurance to send funds to pay him.  He claims the problem is that our adjuster wouldn't call him back and yet the reports that were asked for weeks ago hadn't been produced until today.  And by reports , what was sent was a few sentences in an invoice.  Lots of excuses.  Definitely a lesson learned on my part.  I would not recommend this company.

I called with a water leak in my garden and unfortunately Monty's was slammed. Did that stop them from calling me back? NOPE. They called back and sent me to an awesome plumber who was easy peasey lemon squeezey! How awesome are you? I'd use you in a heartbeat! Good people! Thanks!

My kitchen sink was clogged up and the owner (Javier) came out the following day to look at the problem himself as his team was backed up for the rest of the week. Javier was very professional and friendly. Our clogged drain was unfortunately a more complex issue because of the type of plumbing we have with sharp 90 degree turns where everything was getting stuck so it wasn't a fast easy fix. Javier even crawled under our house to see what was going on as we have ABS piping that should normally not back up. Now that's service! I highly recommend Javier and Get Rooter & Pluming. Price was extremely fair for everything he did and the time he took to resolve our issue. Thanks Javier!
