We were moving out of our office building and the water hook up to the fridge kept dripping. I contacted several plumbers to get someone fast. Raul responded almost immediately to my 9pm request. He met me there at noon that morning and fixed the issue. He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. The line was capped in about 15 mins. I appreciated someone coming out so quickly and not being overcharged. Thanks Raul!

Just used Ray's Plumbing today. Got great service, was on time and did a great job.

I want to give another shout out to Jesse. I have done a review for my own property and now he just helped me in a situation where I am renting. My landlord may be the most confrontational person I have ever met when it comes to services and Jesse, out of a favor, worked with him. Not only was he extremely patient (and I mean extremely) he also got the job done. I don't even bother getting secondary quotes with Jesse as he is not only a true professional but a fantastic plumber. Will give him my business no matter what plumbing incident comes my way. After submitting inquiries to multiple companies for gas line work, THA quoted substantially less than other companies.  Even better, the work was scheduled and completed within a week of them coming on-site to provide the quote.  They provided a price breakdown, and presented multiple options for how to go about the job.

I'd highly recommend these guys for any jobs and they'll be the first company I call in the future for more work.

Tino does great work! He's very thorough, even before he arrives in your home. You never have to worry about his quality of work as he explains in detail what he's doing and why. He uses upgraded materials and warranties his labor for two years! You also don't have to clean up after him because he is very conscientious about maintaining a clean and safe workspace. I will definitely hire him again and I highly recommend you hire him too!

Robbie is awesome and honest and his prices are affordable.
He came out for  a clogged sink and leaking faucet. He fixed it and I never had to call him out  for the same problem again.  He  is   saved on my phone  for any issues I may have in the future.

I had concerns that we had a leaky pipe behind a wall of our master bedroom shower.  Thankfully, this wasn't the case but Frankie still made it out in a timely fashion, walked me through everything he was doing, and re-caulked and cleaned up better than before.  While there is an initial visit/diagnosis fee, it is deducted from any final repair quote provided if I choose to move forward with the recommended repairs.

He provided options,  showed up on time, and was very polite. I would use him again in the future.

I called this plumbing company last night and they came out today.  Mike was so helpful and he diagnosed my issue and gave me the best advice I could get.  He unclogged my toilet but not only that found an underlying problem to get this issue resolved.

He also was very responsive the business was closed by the time I called but he called me back and set up my appointment.

Everything is pretty much able to be documented via email which makes it easy to share findings.

We had accidentally broken a valve and had to have the water off to our unit. We needed to get help quickly. They were able to get someone to us immediately. The technician, Carlos, was prompt, friendly and knew how to resolve the problem right away. We are very satisfied and we highly recommend Genesis Plumbing to others.

Our water heater needed replacement, It was important not only to find the best quote but we needed the work done the same day. I reached out to 10 different companies. Jacob responded within 10 minutes and had the lowest quote and could be at the house within a couple of hours. He showed up on time and explained what caused the issue
and said the work would take about three hours and the price is what we had agreed upon ( no up selling).  Don't be concerned he only has a couple of reviews, he has many years of experience and just started his own business. He did a great job, and is very personable. My wife and I are real estate agents at Compass and he is going to be one of our recommended tradesman for our clients.

This guy James?? Insane Service, no is not in his vocabulary... every time I call this guy he seems to make it happen for us. For that, he has all of our business. Quick responder, professional, honest and very helpful. If you need this type of work done he's the only one I recommend, he won't let you down

Honest, straight up, he explained to me what I could do, options to fix some of the problems that I had with my plumbing.. I would definitely call if I need their services again, honest people, I like that.

Chris is AMAZING! Why? He took the time to listen to our concerns. Pin point where our slab leak was coming from and give us an honest estimate of how much it would cost. City plumber made it easy for us to get paperwork over so our insurance could cover the claim. Chris was dependable, friendly and worked in a timely manner to get our slab leak fixed. We plan to use Chris in the future as we plan to have gas installed in our kitchen and have hopefully a new water heater installed. I highly recommend City Plumber. Staff is professional and on time. If most people had as good as an experience that we did with Chris at City Plumber I think they would call at the first signs of trouble.

My bathroom sink wouldn't drain, thankfully Carmel Valley Plumbers was able to come out same day! Very efficient and cleaned up after the mess that my sink created!

We needed repairs for two of our toilets.  One toilet had a handle that would stick and the other was continually running.  Basically a new handle on one and and a new flapper on the other.  Parts and labor were $335.00.  These are usually repairs I (and most homeowners) can take care of themselves.  I didn't have the spare time so I called Powers.  Plumber (Carlos) seemed to know what he was doing but 2¼ hours for a simple toilet fix seems excessive to me.  The bad part is that they didn't even fix the broken handle.  Just sprayed some lube and told us not to crank the handle too hard.  When I called about this, I was told that they would have to order a new handle and it would involve another trip.  (Charging for both handle and labor).  
Needless to say, I will order and install the part myself.  We will make sure to pick another plumber if have any new plumbing issues.  It is too bad, because this company is a local neighborhood company and literally within walking distance.
