Timely and very helpful. He diagnosed that we needed a new part for our water heater. He ordered the part. When it was all said done, I paid in cash and not having exact change, he ended up taking nine dollars off to accommodate. Will be using them again!

I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Point Loma Electric and Plumbing. They installed an attic fan and whole house fan at my house. I love the whole house fan (stopping our AC usage saved us $100 on our electric bill in the first month!), but the attic fan was running constantly, creating a low buzzing noise all night. They worked diligently with me figure out a solution, and I was always treated politely by both the office staff and the technicians. I greatly appreciate their hard work to make sure that I was satisfied!

Highly recommend them! They were quick to respond and provided the best rates! During this covid quarantine time I decided to clean my place up and get rid of a lot of clutter/furniture. The guys arrived on time and ready to work. They were quick and got the job done within 20 mins! They wore masks, kept social distance and provided Venmo pay. I would definitely use them again!

As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

With two kiddos having online learning at home, they were very courteous and waited until my boys were done with with schooling before shutting off the electricity. My call was answered on the first call on a weekend and I had someone out in less than 30 min. Fees were fixed up front with no surprises. They have me an honest assessment (not the most expensive one). I asked them to replace my toilets anyway, which they did quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable cost. They actually brought in 2 guys to get it done faster, which I liked.

I was having water pressure problems for almost a year. (When you rent and deal with a property management service it can be a waiting game)
They sent out 4 different companies before they called Daniels Plumbing service. He came out to check out the issues. Knew exactly what was wrong and made his recommendations to the property mgmt company. I can not say enough how highly professional the company was. THEY DID NOT MESS AROUND. They showed up ready to work and it showed. This company is fantastic!! They are professional, courteous and know their job. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend for whatever your plumbing needs are.

After multiple tries trying to fix my sinks. I called Pristine Plumbers. Great call center and scheduled appointment immediately for following day. Jim Foley was very professional, like talking to my own dad. Immediate Trust from the get go. He consulted my plumbing problems and diagnosed what he would recommend. Walked me thru what would be done and how he would fix the problems. Once I agreed he went to work. Fixed problems in a few hours and I was very very satisfied. Calling any Plumber can be costly but found pricing to be fair. Jim Foley will be my Plumber going forward. Great Plumber and Exceptional Customer Service. Highly Recommend Pristine Plumbers.

If you're looking for a great plumber I highly recommend Bob! He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had some issues with a leak and he was extremely punctual, and did a great job in helping get answers. It's hard to find someone reliable by just looking online. I'm very happy we found this company and would definitely recommend him to others. Will be using Bob for all our other plumbing issues in the future!

Unfortunately our furnace went out on a Saturday afternoon. I called Thompson's and was scheduled for the following morning.  Garrett arrived on time and had our furnace back up and working in 30 minutes.   The whole process was very simple, professional and easy. I definitely recommend this company.
