Our dryer broke down recently, and Marco from SBG reached out to us when we were looking up quotes for repair.
Marco was very straightforward and knowledgeable, and was the only provider we got a quote from that gave his thoughts on what the issue might be upfront, as well as a full cost estimate (rather than just a visitation/diagnostic fee).
Scheduling an appointment was quick and painless, and Marco fixed several issues our dryer had and got it working perfectly again within 1-1.5 hours.
When it came time to discuss payment, it was well within the initial range he provided - no upsells, unexpected charges/fees, or gimmicks.
He even provided us with a lot of background behind what was causing our dryer issues, as well as advice for properly maintaining our dryer going forward.

Did some research and read all reviews from various other plumbers. Called these guys out and they gave me a fairly decent quote/price. Had a few other estimates and they were way over. Scheduled them to have them install my whole house water filter and they came next day! They were professional, did a great job, and were super efficient, and I can tell they used quality parts for the job. I will consider using Pro's Plumbing and Drains for all my future plumbing needs given they continue to keep their prices reasonable and not outrages like some other plumbers out there. Honest and more affordable than other companies. They helped us out in an emergency situation and arrived quite promptly. Our hot water heater burst and our garage quickly became flooded. They arrived about 30 minutes later and were very professional and efficient. They installed a new hot water heater within the hour and were on their way. Even let us borrow a special light to help dry out our garage. Would highly recommend!

I never imagined I would receive a call 3-days later from the CEO asking me to share my experience. The company prides themselves in delivering white glove service, and he wanted to know personally, how he could help. Customer service at its finest, and it isn't  dead. The work was provided complementary, and the technicians took time to explain everything they did.

They have my future business because they cared enough to make a wrong right.

I called Bill in a panic because the water had completely stopped working at a rental. The city said the meter had water, so I looked at Yelp and called Bill. He was able to come right over (because he was up the street) and he and Carlos thought it must be the pressure regulator.... they installed a new one and still no water.  They did some trouble shooting, took the pressure regulator off and turned the water on... no water. It had to be the city... I asked them what I owed them for the time and pressure regulator, seeing as they were there for no reason, they put the old pressure regulator back on and wouldn't charge for the inconvenience. Then I had the city back out 3 times with them telling me the same thing, water is to the meter. Bill and Carlos agreed to meeting me at the house with the city and after about 10 minutes, they figured out the city wasn't only checking the wrong meter, they had turned off the water to the wrong house. Bill and Carlos were fun to talk to and refreshingly honest. I have recommended them to others and they are my new go to plumbers.

I called C&C Plumbing two weeks ago because I still had a slight leak under my laundry room sink after we had changed out the shut off valve and faucet.  I was super hesitant to call a plumber because the leak was a slow one and I didn't want to pay a fortune for something so small.

Cameron, the owner came out the same day to look at my problem and fixed it.  The nut happened to be loose and all he had to was tighten it with a few good turns from his trusty wrench.  Done deal and it didn't cost me a cent!  I've been checking to make sure it is staying dry under the sink and it has. Of course I would call this company again because I appreciate the sincerity and timeliness.  Response time for me was about an hour.  I really just needed another set of experienced eyes.  No complaints from me.  Thanks!

I was moving and needed furniture that I was unable to take with me removed but due to the pandemic I can't say enough good things about Green Earth. They came right over removed all items and were so nice and professional. I highly recommend them. Thank you Green Earth for being such a wonderful company.

I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Tim at TS Backflow is very reliable and responsive to any questions I had.
Tim found a little leak and took care of the issue. Tim had all the equipment needed to fix the leak and perform all the pressure checks. Tim cleaned the number one valve also. Tim went way above his standard service. Tim showed up on Sunday and did not charge any additional amount for weekend service. Tim emailed the passed report to the city as well. His service is seamless and I'd highly recommend TS Backflow and especially Tim.

Pip was responsive, capable and reasonable.  I called him late on a Friday night and he came to our rescue Saturday morning.  
We ended up calling him back a week later for a completely separate job.   We will keep his info and pass it along to our friends and family should the need for a Plumber arise.

The Works Plumbing was the right choice for our home! Shawn was very professional, polite, on time. He made sure that all 3 of our bath room faucets worked properly. Also made sure that the plumbing had ZERO leaks!!! Great Job!!

I am a plumbing contractor who was helping a friend with his sewer repair. I am from Los Angles so i needed to hire a local company to do the sewer lining. I called 10 other companies before choosing this one. They are very professional and always showed up on time. Brandon was very helpful deciding on the type of repair. The lining crew showed up on time and did a perfect repair. They also gave the owner a video on a thumb drive so his wife could see when she got home. I could not ask for more. Next time i will stay home.

The response time was good. They came the day after my call. I had an unfinished installation of a garbage disposal, the tech was able to figure out the problem and used my old part to put the disposal on. The cost was high (&169) for about 20 min of work.

I hired Vanguard to replace a shower valve in my bathroom. They responded promptly to my request for a quote. They were reasonably priced and the plumber that came was courteous and professional.

Roby Ellis was the best plumber I have ever had! He was on time, professional, reliable, efficient and I would recommend him to everyone I know! I will definitely call him if i ever have a problem again! Thank you Roby!!!!

Unfortunately our furnace went out on a Saturday afternoon. I called Thompson's and was scheduled for the following morning.  Garrett arrived on time and had our furnace back up and working in 30 minutes.   The whole process was very simple, professional and easy.
