Zero stars.

Scheduled an appointment over the phone. They did not show up for the appointment and did not call. Got a text three hours later saying that they didn't make the appointment (yeah, no kidding) and they could reschedule for two days later. No, I don't think so.

It was complete waste of our time and incredibly disrespectful. We would never do business with a company who has such flippant disrespect for a customer.

We will be taking our $$$ elswhere.

I am so happy with the professional service we received from Ray Aguilar. He takes pride in his workmanship and did the job to my satisfaction. And he informed me of all my options.  He will be the one I call for our future plumbing needs. Thanks Ray!

I have used Regional Elite Plumbing on more than 50 projects over the past few years and have always received speedy service, excellent workmanship, and lots of great feedback from homeowners. Mike works with me on all of my kitchen and bathroom remodels. I wouldn't want to use any other plumber.

Unfortunately this plumber I formally liked now only gets one star.  I would give him no stars if it were possible.  He no showed twice.  The first time he said he texted my husband he couldn't make it.  If he did send the text, it was to the wrong number because my husband never received a text.  I rescheduled with Brian for this morning 12/19 with a 10-12 pm window.  He never showed and didn't reply to my text or phone message.  Moving on.

Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

As first time homeowners, it can be very nerve wracking to find the right people to do repairs.  Rafael is professional, courteous and quick.  We've used his services twice now, once to replace a shower spigot and once to repair a leaky toilet and investigate for other leaks.  His rates are comparable to or lower than the other quotes we've obtained.  Highly recommend his services.

I had a leak in one of my water pipes in my attic. Jerry and his team came out right away and fixed it very fast. Customer service was great and the price was unbeatable. I highly recommend Dr Rooter & Plumbing. I will definitely be calling them back if needed.

I highly recommend Owen's Plumbing.  The owner is very honest!! Cannot stress that enough! His staff are very professional and friendly. We hired a different plumber to do work when we purchased the house.  Unfortunately, the work was done so poorly.  Only lived in the home 3 yrs and have had constant backup.  We called Owen's plumbing, they did what they could do and we appreciated it.  We were going to redo the plumbing that was recommended, then the owner called and said he would like to try one more procedure before we did the major plumbing job.  It worked!! He saved us thousands for now.  Thank you!!!

Extremely rude not professional at all. If I could give negative stars I would. My 65 yr old my was waiting for them to show up.  When they arrived they announce their presence by yelling. We r here my mother tried to explain what the problem was his response was we don't want to hear it! They refused to walk in the house, and check out plumping stuff. Then they had my mother helping them! By turning on and off all the stuff in the house. (Toilet & sinks) while barking orders at her. I am pretty sure she isn't on their payroll.  I don't recommend them.

holy smoke!! ive been using another plumber for the last few years and times are tight so i needed a better deal. not only we these guys super timely but the guy fixed my problem for less than 100.00 and was super quick.1st rate

This was the most disappointing experience of the four plumbers who bid on my tankless water heater. In spite of the company name, AJ appeared to be the least knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. He made totally unwarranted (and as it turns out incorrect) assertions about both the gas supply line and exhaust vent without bothering to actually inspect them. I suspect that he probably was uncomfortable with the conversion from a storage water heater in a condo and that he might be fine with installing one in a newer home. His quote for a storage water heater replacement was fair, but the other vendors were simply more knowledgeable and professional.

Unlike some folks, it pains me to give negative reviews - much less be slanderous (technically it would be libelous in written form). AJ was very professional in the pre-visit communications (per the attached Yelp thread) so I'm not sure why his visit went poorly - other than that he arrived early & found a competing bidder.

Installed our new google next thermostat and was very polite and helpful.  Will be using them again.

This complany had super fast response time, Joshua was very courteous and professional. I was impressed with how quickly and efficicently Joshua worked.  He showed up on time (on a Sunday even!) He was able to do some trouble shooting and diagnose a major plumbing issue, helping me look at options.  I was very comfortable with him in my home, and highly recommend him. So glad I found Exodus Plumbing when my kitchen sink wouldn't drain properly. The response time and appt. scheduling time was super fast. Mauricio quickly and thoroughly had the job done and for a very reasonable  price in comparison to what larger more commercialized companies would. Super happy I found them on Yelp and will definitely call again in the future!

Bruce is amazing! He came out for a free quote and really made me feel at ease as he explained what needed to be done. I could definitely tell he cares about his work. His quote was more then fair, especially for the quality of work he did. I now have new pipes from the main to every fixture, a new water heater, and new pressure regulator. Everything is working great and the work was impeccable. I will be recommending Bruce with Robertson Plumbing to anyone I encounter looking for a great plumber!

Never thought my plumbing issues could be fixed so quickly and efficiently!! Called Mr Rooter and they sent a guy right over.  I explained what was going on and he quickly got to work and gave me a quote that beat out the last plumber that fixed the same problem a few weeks ago, by a couple 100 bucks.  Not to mention my favorite thing was the tech put on these cute lil booties so he wouldn't track mud in or scuff up my floors!!! All plumbers should wear booties!!! I know who I'm calling if I have future problems!! Been a good two months and I couldn't be happier with their work!
