Alex was great. He came right out on a weekend and discovered we had a water heater leak that had ruined our drywall. He not only helped us with our water heater, he helped us get in touch with a drywall repair company. I highly recommend Alex . We will definitely use him again, if needed.

Chris Q helped us with a few issues around our house (clogged drains, toilet flushing issues, etc.). He was prompt, reliable and thorough in his approach. The company offered a full service fix to all the issues including getting appropriate parts. I would definitely recommend this company (and Chris Q) for all plumbing needs!

Called John on a Sunday morning and he was at my residence before 12 noon... What an effort on his part, I am truly grateful.  The main water supply pipe to my house blew apart and there were no parts available to fix it immediately.  John managed the situation with great expertise and the problem was fixed first thing Monday morning as soon as he was able to purchase the needed parts.  Simply a GREAT effort and I highly recommend John to everyone in east San Diego county.  Dave S.

I'm giving R&R a 5 star rating although I was a bit surprised by the $250 cost for a tankless water heater flush. Service was great, no complaints. As a first time customer I felt a reduced cost would have been appropriate in hopes of establishing a long term business relationship. Just my simple opinion.

Jerry came on a Saturday without charging me an arm and a leg. He is polite, professional and gets the job done! Highly recommend his services.

I called on Wednesday and Nathan came out on Thursday morning to unclog my guest bathroom shower, sink and toilet. This was also the reason why my kitchen sink was backing up for the longest time.  All from baby wipes being flushed down the toilet. ‍. Nathan kept me informed of what needed to be done throughout the whole visit. Super nice and professional as well. I was expecting an enormous bill but surprisingly I didn't pay what others had quoted me at. I have had companies come out in the past who I never heard back from and Nathan was responsive and reliable and took care of the problem. Will have more work needed in the future and will be contacting him for all my plumbing needs

Go plumbing was fast and efficient. I appreciate that they could come oomph a Saturday. And they were able to fix the prressure of the  shower and the  heat of the water within  30min.

Carl was amazing from start to finish! We had a tricky situation with our AC and Carl was extremely knowledgeable and great at fixing everything while explaining what he was doing. Shortly after he left we had a little issue come up and I called Carl to let him know. He had already been at our house working hard for 8 hours but said he'd be back in an hour to make sure everything was in perfect working order! This is the kind of honest and quality workmanship everyone should strive to provide. So glad I found Jeff-N-Carl's for my HVAC needs, will definitely only use them in the future!

I sent a request to four or five plumbers over the weekend due to a leaking shower cartridge. I wanted to get it fixed, but didn't want to pay a huge premium for weekend work. A previous local plumber I've used (and like) wanted a major premium to come out on a weekend.

Bob was quick to respond and came out within an hour. He quoted a reasonable rate and stuck to it. He didn't complain when the screw to remove the handle was stripped and just handled it, only adding $10 to the bill to cover the replacement handle. He cleaned up after himself and was on his way quickly. I'd definitely use Bob again.

I replaced my heater and air conditioner I had you Hugo Ceja Sr. and Hugo Ceja Jr. As my installers. They gave good customer service, arriving  on time, explaining every detail, working precisely to do a great job and keeping their work area clean. I would would use this company again. Castillo works plumbing is amazing and accommodating! They did some work for us a couple weeks ago and did an excellent job. We recently had called them this past Friday at 7:30pm and I didn't think I was going to be able to speak to anyone, but luckily Alex answered and was able to fix our clogged sewer/plumbing problem. We had all four bathroom shower/toilet clogged up with standing water in all showers. It was a horrible experience and Alex came to the rescue! He came out really late, fixed the problem and I seriously thought it was going to cost us a lot of money. But he then gestured it was on the house, since they recently just charged us with a plumbing issue a couple weeks ago. I will definitely be calling them for more services and I would recommend this company if you're looking for great plumbers who are knowledgeable and professional! Thanks again Alex!

Friendly service, quick problem resolution. For my needs this worked out well. I am not completely sure if the price was competitive and reduced from other plumbing company quotes (should be as they charge for their initial visits to come out up front, where others who don't would capture those costs on the backend as overhead) but I wanted to get this resolved quickly. And mission accomplished! Service representative was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We needed a new thermostat and Anderson sent Josh Thomson to inspect the heating/cooling unit. Josh was possibly the best technician I have ever met. He went beyond my expectations and I highly recommend him and congratulate Anderson for having him in their company.
