Honestly would give way more stars if possible! I've had a horrible leak at my house and could never figure out how to fix it. Water bills have then through the roof! I contacted A&A and they were quick with a response and worked with my busy schedule to set up a perfect time to get it looked it at! Super kind, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Leak problem was solved and no more crazy water bills. Would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues, what a great experience!

I almost don't want to write this review because I am afraid he will get too busy and I won't be able to hire him! But, he is so good and reasonable that I must! I have had him do about three jobs for me and he excelled at each. The first one was a major trench digging, pipe laying one. He came in under his reasonable estimate and after about a year and a half all is well. He is a really cool guy and it is a pleasure to have him around.

I'm really happy with the service. I called this morning because some leaking in our garage, they responded very quickly, send a guy over to our house. Turn out it's just a old metal part which connected our washing machine causes the leak. He  taught me how to fix it. Thank you so much!!! I will definitely call them next time we have a plumbing issue!

Two of the Willis Brothers showed up at my house less than an hour after I placed my work order.
Exact price for unclogging my kitchen drain was given upfront, it included camera inspection of drain pipe.
They worked fast and fixed my problem in less than an hour.

Halfway through our major remodel our contractor quit. We needed someone to come in and finish the plumbing. I called R&R and they were able to send someone the very next day. Their quote was very reasonable for everything that needed to get done.

It took a couple of appointments but Dan got everything thing done and we couldn't have been more pleased. He was very pleasant and easy going and made sure we were satisfied with everything.

A few weeks later our shower seemed to have a clog. I called R&R again and they again were able to send someone out to assess our drains. David checked our showers and toilets and determined where the clog was and got it cleared no problem.

I highly recommend R&R.

Jerry has been my plumber for 20 years. He serves everybody in my family. He is a very trusting loyal person that I can allow in my house when I'm not home because I know he is honest. He has fixed my showers, stinks and garbage disposals and he's very reasonable on pricing. He will get back to you after you leave a message on his answering machine that same day. I would highly recommend JERRY. If you're in Tierrasanta or Allied Gardens, Kearny Mesa Iowa choose to support the small business he works by himself out of his own truck and is highly sought.

I would highly recommend James (Home Pro Plumbing)  for your plumbing needs.  James is very responsive and his work is very satisfactory. I had a very old kitchen sink faucet that was difficult to pull out due to rust but James did a great job and replaced that with the new one.  
He was very efficient, professional and explained whatever he did for this work.

I called about a garbage disposal repair and Jay was super helpful.  He said he probably wouldn't need to come out and gave me instructions for free over the phone on how to dislodge whatever was in the disposal.  I'll definitely call him again for any plumbing issues.

I cannot say enough good things about Nathan...old-school work ethic combined with a genuine friendliness.  He was super prompt, communicative, and fixed our plumbing issue within just a few minutes.  Loved this guy!

Edgar and his team came out two days to do plumbing work in our home after a water leak. They installed a tub, replaced pipe, moved a shower head, and fixed the flange on our toilet. Amazing service, great knowledge, very friendly. I've found myself a go to plumber and HVAC company. No need to look elsewhere, these guys are honest and fair. Totally different experience from other companies we've used in the past.

I called several landscapers and was pretty much blown off since I am not a millionaire. Watersedge did not.  Steve Harbour the designer came out we walked the property, told him what I was hoping to have; pond/waterfall, BBQ island, drought resistant plants in a desert like setting.  We walked the property and he made a full color blueprint of the design so I could see exactly what was happening. They hit it out of the park.  My back yard is spectacular-perfectly as designed, gorgeous functional etc.  This is not an inexpensive process, but if you want total transformation by professionals I would recommend Watersedge.  I had a few maintenance problems -not due to  Watersedge (gophers, rock fall, pump failure) they came in and fixed everything-long after warranty. When I can afford to, I will have them do the rest of my property!!!

Can I give more than 5 stars?! Sergio is fantastic! We had gotten a handyman referral from my husbands co-worker but he called the day before to let us know he couldn't make it after all. After sifting through pages of handyman reviews I called Sergio. After telling him all the work I needed He gave me a rough estimate over phone. I called him on a Tuesday and he was able to start work Monday. Not only did he communicate via text to let me know we were still on but he text me first thing Monday morning to say he was on his way and if he could start earlier than we planned. He arrived early, I showed him all we needed, he stuck with original price he quoted over phone (which was a great price btw) and got to work. He spoke with us each step of the way letting us know what he was doing and even when he wasn't sure if what he planned would work he was up front about that. Our condo was built in 1972 and some items were original to house so he had his work cut out for him, but I loved the way he approached from different angles and made it all work. He was efficient, took pride in what he was doing, and on top of it all was so nice! It sincerely was a pleasure having him in our home and I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did (wish I would've taken before and afters) In fact he's coming back in 3 days to paint our ceilings. In talking with him I found out he's got a strong background in construction so I feel like he'd be up to almost anything you throw his way. Call him now you won't regret it!

I hired Bob's service after looking at Yelp's reviews and I really thought he would not only provide me the best service possible but also the price he'd charge me. I can pay however much it is for as long as they provide me the great service I deserve. Sorry but this Bob pissed me off. He charged me $85 after installing my brand new Moen motion-sensing faucet in half hour. That's not bad! As a matter of fact, when my mom was telling me he finished it that fast, I was pretty impressed (I was at work when he was doing what I paid him to do) and I was initially happy when he did it in less than an hour. Now here's the worse part: I came home and see it for myself how it went. Great! It's working. Now when I asked my mom why the soap dispenser wasn't installed, mom told me that Bob told her that we could do it ourselves and it would only take 5-10 minutes installing it. The reason being is that Bob didn't have the tools to take it out cuz he said its full of rust. I called him and he said the same thing to me. I'm really getting pissed at this guy because I told him that his service is to install the faucet and whatever comes in that box would be installed including that soap dispenser so I insisted that he has to come back and install it cuz I wouldn't have spent $85 if he would have told me right from the very start that he wouldn't install the soap dispenser. This Bob told me that he would come back the next day to install it but he would charge me half the price which is $42.50. Are you flipping serious??? So I told him very calmly that I would do it myself! Hung up the phone and I was about to make a review at Yelp when after 5 minutes, Bob called again and said he would not charge me and would come back the next day to install it. Pretty cool, he did. But why would you tell me you'd charge me extra $$$ when i called you? Tryna rip me off or something? Next issue: my old faucet was missing! Asked my mom where it went. She said she could not find it, so when I was talking to Bob over the phone I asked where he put it. His answer was he threw it away! I'm sorry mister but last time I checked if you don't own something, you'd ask the owner first for his or her permission. That's a blatant lie cuz we have our own garbage disposal at home, why would you have to take it and throw it yourself? You should have asked for permission bcuz that old faucet isn't that old and that was expensive, too! I needed that for my other house. Sorry but this guy's ethics is lacking. I would hire a different plumber next time. Beware!

We just had two AC units need to be replaced. We called Tarpy and they were so quick to send people out to give us a quote and do the work. We had Matthew and Keegan here for two days and they were so respectful and kind. Our 1 year old puppy especially loved them!! They were so patient with our pup as he constantly wanted to be in the middle of what they were doing. Hands down such an incredible experience. I highly highly recommend them!! This wasn't our first experience and we will most definitely be using them again in the future.

This company is true to its name. They saved me a ton of time and headache! If I ever have future issues, I won't hesitate to call them.

After tackling several plumbing issues related to having a rather old house over the past few years, we decided to try a new plumbing service because our regulars were unable to schedule an appointment for several days.

Our usual small cleanout issue was diagnosed as part of a much larger problem by Alex.  This was already evident from how quickly the problems had been coming up recently, and rather than charging us for a visit that couldn't really solve the larger issue, Alex gave us an estimate and we made a tentative date for him to come back and complete the rather involved one day job.

Just to be sure, I called out our usual plumbers the next day to get a second opinion.  They quoted us a higher price and a two to four day job.  I thanked them and immediately called back Alex to confirm our date.  Alex and his crew arrived on time before 9am the morning of the job and worked through the day to excavate a significant amount of main line plumbing pipe and put in a new proper install with new cleanouts and routing.  They finished by 4pm.

There remained one small clog (through no fault of Alex; it was a kitchen sink issue) the next day, and after calling Alex (who was in the middle of another job), made it out to us within 2 hours and promptly cleaned out the problem.  Afterwards we discussed the bill for the previous days' job and the final price was significantly less than what he originally quoted us due to there being somewhat different conditions and work than was originally anticipated.  Alex explained everything they worked on and how to avoid future issues very thoroughly and kindly.

In short, we could not have been happier with their service.  Prompt scheduling, good communication, great price and excellent overall work.

My toilet plugged and backed up into my Bathtub. I was not sure what to do and I called and they were very responsive and told me I would be on the schedule first thing in the morning. Barzan Showed up and was incredibly professional. He Assessed the situation and told me the possible solutions and was upfront with the cost. Luckily he was able to do it quickly and easily. Art arrived on time and proceeded to clean both sink drains. He also recommended I purchase a sink strainer for one of the sinks. It arrives tomorrow. Finally, he reviewed with me where the clean out for my property was located and verified the water shut off valve as well. He was personable and professional.
