I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

Cris and his partner did a great job installing my kitchen sink and reading the stopper in my bathroom sink. He gave me a reasonable price and showed up on time.  He flawlessly installed my kitchen sink with the garbage disposal. Also, he got some parts needed to reach the bathroom sink stopper. He provided me with a receipt for the parts he purchases which I reimbursed him for. Everything is working great !  I requested quotes from other people and Cris came up on top, he's honest and sticks to his word.  I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

When all other plumbers were booking weeks out, Pipe Bros sent someone out right away. And he was GREAT! Nice, competent, reasonable.

Travis is the best plumber I've ever used. Let's just start with that. He came out yesterday for the third job he's done for me since I moved into my house in Escondido.

He is always responsive in texts, easy to talk to, and he gets the job done right and always quickly and efficiently. I get an education in plumbing every time he comes. Three different jobs and I've always been happy with the results. You can't go wrong with Travis and Prescription Plumbing.

This is the second time I've used Cal's Plumbing, and he'll be my first call next time I need fast, friendly and fair service. Cal knows his stuff and does excellent quality work. (He also used safer Covid-19 practices in our home, which is much appreciated!)

One year later - another excellent result.

Sunday - 9am-ish. I was in the garage putting away some gear and suddenly heard this loud rumbling sound coming from my garage - totally never heard this sound before in my life.  I walk over to the water heater and it's vibrating and rumbling and angry. There is an inch of water in the pan.  I look up and notice the left side piping (the hot side) above the heater had a steady drip going.  Some water stains on the drywall as well (nothing horrendous just damp dry wall, no mold etc).  Hmmm - that ain't right.  The rumbling stops once the water stopped being drawn out - and of course I call Plumb365.

On hold for about 2 min- get the message saying we are busy please leave a message. So I do - describing the problem. Hop in the truck for a Starbucks run (hey - we all have our habits....) and on the drive there I get a call back.  Dispatcher let's me know he has a tech on the way who will be there in 20 minutes.  Tells me they have had an issue (manufacturer issue) with the galvanized pipes connecting to copper on the hot side and getting corroded and leaking.  When the pan fills with water and the heater kicks on, it tries to draw air from under the heater and guess what - water gets sucked up and causes major vibration issues.  Apparently it was a bad batch of pipe....on heaters installed around a year ago.

Gerald (the Gerald) shows up within 20 min.  Immediately goes to work removing water in the pan and replacing the bad pipe.  Wipes down and cleans everything. He's in and out in 30 min.  Problem solved.

Plumb365 - nice work.  With professionals like Gerald on staff and that kind of prompt response, you continue to earn my faith and trust - and recommendation as the company to call.  Thank you.

Nothing to complain about !!!! He's just amazing, fast and focus on his job (he was here 30min after I called him, job was done in 10 min it was an in&out for $50 while I was just estimated by an other company an hour before for $216). No one can beat his price !!!

My husband and I wanted to remodel our master bathroom, our bathroom prior was a bit old and dated. The most important thing we wanted was to raise our ceiling height inside the bathroom to create more space. Our bathroom remodeled turned out amazing- beyond what we had expected. With the ceiling being raised, along with an entire bathroom remodel (wall tile, floor tile, rerouting plumbing, shower insert, removal of an older claw foot tub, vanity and fixture installation) our bathroom has been completely transformed and is beyond beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
Jared is a true professional, he was able to give us realistic feedback and was in constant communication every step of the way.
Jared also was able to help us when we realized our hot water heater exploded (it expired), Jared was quick to offer to help not only replace the water heater but also pick it up for us since he has a truck and we do not.  We are grateful not only for our beautiful bathroom and new hot water heater but also that we finally found someone who is so talented honest and reliable. We look forward to our projects in the future.

Brian came out on time, scoped my main drain and showed me exactly where my problems were, and cleared both tub drains.

He was prompt, fast, professional, personable, and did a great job.

Also his pricing is very reasonable. I'm going to have him back to hydro jet after I take out the offending tree.

You won't go wrong here.

I've been a customer of Just Plumbing for about 10 years now. They have done bathroom & kitchen remodels as well as drain clogs for various properties me & my family have.   Definately an honest company with fair prices.  They are my go to plumbing guys for sure!! I highly recommend them!!!

Pipeline contacted me within 30 minutes. They called me told me a technician would be at my house first thing in morning. Jay showed up and was super knowledgeable and very efficient! He showed me the issue I had with my shower cartridge, so I could actually visual see it. He got it replaced and re-caulked in no time. We have a 58 year old house and over the years have been experiencing slow draining and back-ups in the two bathrooms (toilets, tub, shower and sinks). This time the back-up was really bad. Water would not go down. Contacted my plumber but found out he had moved out of the area. Called a couple of companies my son worked with but they were too busy to come out. I got on Yelp and did my research and contacted AR-Chula Vista Plumbing and Drain Service. Fernando (the owner) answered my call right away and was out to the house that afternoon. He did a thorough evaluation of the situation. He was very meticulous on tracing the sewer lines and utilizing the camera to look inside the pipes. Turned out we needed all the sewer pipes replaced from the bathrooms to the street. A huge job we obviously were not expecting. Fernando was very professional and explained in detail what was going to happen during the repairs. He is very personable and easy to communicate with and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire job. He has the best crew! They prepped both the inside and outside of the house which was a challenge at times because there was a major rain storm that hit for about 3 days. They put up pop-up tents and tarps and ensured things were cleaned up every day. I have found my plumbing company and highly recommend that you contact them for all your plumbing needs.

Such a great team! We had a small flood that led to us looking at the pipes. They replaced all our old copper pipes and even fixed the main line pipes that used to stick out in the front yard. From the moment we started the GM Juan was there. He explained everything thoroughly and was always at our disposal. James and Chad were always on time and professional.
