I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

I needed a few nuisance issues fixed (dripping faucet, running toilet) before placing our house on the market and Chris at San Diego's Finest Plumbing took care of everything for a very fair price.  He was able to come out quickly (which was super important) and didn't give up until he fixed the issues.  He was professional and communication was superb.  I had to work and felt very comfortable with him in my house while I was gone.  He sent texts when he arrived and updated me along the way.  Sent a message when he was done as well.  Knowing we were preparing to sell our home he did a thorough inspection of the plumbing and provided a report listing all of the items checked and their status.  I will definitely be using San Diego's Finest Plumbing again should the need arise.

Absolutely Fantastic.  Very pleased...appt. the same day.  When I called I was told we are pretty full, my heart sunk because I thought I'd have to wait a day or more.  Nope...I called around 10 am and was told they would have someone here between 1 and 3.

Titus got here at 1:10.  We have a Jacuzzi tub/shower/steam...  access to the leak was easy but I thought we had one leak...we actually had three.  He fixed two and found the third..there is a small crack in a filter (has been there for at least 5 years) and he found it.  Nobody else found it, Titus did.  When I hunt down this filter (tub is 17 years old )I will be calling and asking for Titus to come out and replace it.

It took much longer than he probably anticipated and still only charged what he quoted.  

Outstanding service, from my initial phone call till the minute Titus walked out the door.  I will be saving their # and calling them for any plumbing issues I have at home and any we might have at my bosses rental..this property is considered our shop/place of business/bosses home.

Travis was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job at a fair price. He diagnosed the problem with our water heater over the phone, and was able to give an estimate at that time. He happened to have an opening that afternoon, and within about four hours of my initial call, the new water heater was installed. He also embraces technology, processing payment on the spot. He's running a solid, modern plumbing business and is going to be our go to plumber.

Great service. Returns calls and immediate service. Would highly recommend. Had to find a waterline hidden under the landscaping from previous ownership.

We contacted Plumb365 to reinstall our kitchen sink. This was a difficult job since We have a granite countertop. Initially, we spoke with Mike about the job and our concerns. He was able to answer our questions and was committed to helping us and to get the job done correctly. Bottom line, Tim and Oscar are great, and they will be our go to service whenever problems come up. They are honest, reliable and have reasonable prices.

We had problems with our 1956 shower faucets where the seats were stuck and we had to cap off our shower head as water was just pouring out. They were able to come by the same day I called. Tim told me over the phone that he knew exactly what the problem was and explained the options. He told me exactly how much it would cost. The other places I called quoted me over the phone as well but were $300+ higher (2 other plumbing services)
Tim & Oscar came out (on time) drilled through the front of the shower installed new faucet hardware (from double to single), put in the new shower arm/head and were done with the whole project in under an hour. No mess, they cleaned everything up and it was good as new and after almost 3 weeks everything is still working great. They were so fast, we asked them to fix our pipes under our kitchen sink too. They fixed it in less than a half hour and for a very reasonable price.
Then, we had to call them again last week as the pressure in our kitchen sink was very low. It had nothing to do with what they did last time they were here. It turned out to be some broken pieces of plastic from when my husband installed the new sink. They were able to come out within an hour of us calling and they fixed it in less than a half hour and didn't charge us anything!!

I would definitely recommend Pipeline Plumbing and Drain Specialists to anyone with water heater issues. I replaced my water heater last year with a tankless water heater and it has been working perfectly. They are prompt in answering their phones, scheduling, and showing up on time. They texted me updates on my appt and were very knowledgeable about my plumbing issues. I called them this year for my first descaling and they were very honest in telling me that I could wait another year and saved me money I otherwise probably would not have saved had I called someone else. I appreciated their honesty and will definitely be calling them again in the future! Thank you PPDS!

I contacted the business for a quote.  I was informed that it was free for the tech to come out assess the situation (leaking toilet) and turn off the water valve (it seemed to not fully turn off) then a quote would be provided for what needed to be fixed. The tech came out turned the valve off then provided a quote on what was needed to fix a leaking toilet. He went on to try and charge $100 for turning off the valve. I informed him of what I was told before he came out. He called back to the main office to confirm and ended up saying we didn't need to pay anything. I did end up still tipping him $50 for his services. Later that day I received a text message asking for a review.  Then another that I am sure was sent to me on accident saying I was a bad customer with bad habits. That was completely untrue.  We were more than friendly and accommodating. He also was servicing a guest bathroom that is never really used and cleaned frequently.

Great company! They get the job done fast and they also take the time to explain step by step everything that they do and the reason why they do it.

I highly recommend Done Right Drains and Plumbing and I definitely will go with them in any future event that involve their expertise

Great job guys!

Joe and Anthony came out to check on a mystery leak in my house. They used a camera and good old fashioned detective skills to find my leak. As it turns out the furnace has a drain that was draining right into the furnace room!  They suggested I call the guy who installed my AC and it should be under warrantee. They offered to do the work if I couldn't get anywhere that way. It's good to know these guys were honest enough to tell me what was actually happening and that another professional would be the better option. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

Our tech was great, but showed up way after the appointment. My big complaint is the price, about $600 for less than an hour's work and super expensive parts.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

Mike runs a good business. He is reliable, honest, experienced, knowledgeable, and looking out for the customer's best interests.

Fast, efficient and delivered as promised. When it comes to water heaters these guys know their stuff. I recommend.
