I called to schedule a garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet installation and Anthony at Chihuahua was able to come out the very next day.  He arrived ahead of schedule which was awesome, completed both jobs, and even checked the internal parts of my toilet to make sure everything was operating correctly.  All this perfectly done in under an hour.  He was extremely professional, friendly, neat, organized, and very knowledgeable.... even my little, sometimes very hyper dog liked him and let him do his job with being annoying.
I highly recommend Anthony and Chihuahua Plumbing.  The staff in the office is always very friendly and will take good care of you too.

My wife and I live in Audie Murphy Ranch.
We noticed some water under our sink.
Will came out and took care of the issue.
A pipe had somehow come loose and wasn't
properly attached.  He reattached the pipe and tightened
the fitting.  He was so nice, and didn't even charge us
(although I offered to pay him)
I read all the positive reviews which is why I called to
begin with.  Now I see why.
5 star customer service!

Old water heater died and needed a new water installed...on Thanksgiving! Even though Fitzgerald Plumbing was closed Thurs/Fri, Thomas still came out on Friday to assess and provide 4 tiers of options for the installation of a new water heater, without pressure to choose the most expensive option. Thomas was nothing short of professional. Great communication throughout, showed up within time frame he provided, and even provided same day service for us! His pricing was comparable to other quotes I received, without the wait. Overall, very happy with this experience! Would not hesitate to use their services again. Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

I called this guy to come out for a job and told him the job involved two condos and he told me that my job was too much drama and he was not interested... really?

It is very hard to find an honest plumberWe talked about a couple of projects, and he informed the entire scope.

Hot water was out, they came and installed a brand new water heater the very same day I called. Reasonably priced. Great service. And I like how accepted card/debit. Super satisfied.

Immediately responded! He answers his phone & texted in seconds!! Came over first thing next morning. My issue wasn't urgent  or catastrophic. Sent him pics. OUTSTANDING!

The main water line to our house was leaking. We received one estimate of anywhere from $1200 - 1500.00 dollars. I then sought an estimate from Personal Plumbing for a fraction of the above quote.
All the online ratings motivated me to choose them; those ratings were SPOT on.
From my first phone call to the very end, I was impressed with the communication, customer service, work ethic (I can go on...). Always on time and even early at other times.
Without hesitation, I recommend Personal Plumbing! You will NOT be disappointed.

Kerry is reliable, moderately priced and does excellent work in the Clairemont area. He is straight forward, and does not try to sell you a service or something you do not need. He will even fix items or situations made worse by an DIY enthusiast without judgment. Installs parts you purchase if you prefer, or will provide. We recommend him highly.

ASAP must be an acronym for something other than As Soon As Possible when it comes to this company. It takes them several hours to arrive each time. On top of that, they don't keep parts in stock for a complex in which they are contracted and have previously installed plumbing. Perhaps they are better suited for residential quick fixes that can be performed by a unlicensed plumber rather than providing reliable plumbing SOLUTIONS. ASAP Plumbing has been to our condo complex several times to 'fix' a problem with the same hot water heater in our building. They are milking our HOA for dollars.

Not sure about this service provider yet; they were scheduled and I tried to communicate with the crew and didn't show; I tried again today and busy signal, an hour after they were scheduled; the office hasn't called to confirm but the Bldg. my client is in recommended them-

Its funny as I read other reviews, my experience is exactly like Lindsays in 2016; identical.  No change.
