We had a slab leak under our sink in our kitchen island on a Sunday. I called and spoke with Mitch and discussed our options. He gave suggestions and reaffirmed things we had already done to diagnose. Fortunately because my husband is handy we were able to fix our leak on our own. Mitch took it upon himself to call us just to check in and see how we did. Hopefully we don't need to call a plumber again but would definitely call Mitch with Fallbrook Plumbing.

When we needed a new water main for the house, Victor did a great job for us at a very fair price!

Service was amazing. I thought we had a big problem but Blaine (new owner of the Company) came over to check it out and diagnosed the issue in no time. He fixed our issue on same day at a very reasonable price.
He is by far the best plumber I have hired. He even took the time to explain and show me what he was fixing along the way and cleaned up after. Bottom line, he is outstanding. A gentleman. Knows everything there is to know in the plumbing business. Highly professional, extremely courteous, prompt and always had a smile on his face. Loved his work ethic and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any type of plumbing work done. Haven't had great service like this in ages. I bought a new-to-me condo with an old water heater, and part of the deal was a credit to replace it and modify the original, obviously-cost-cutting installation to bring it up to code.  There were about four other trivial things I wanted done on the same trip as well.

Chihuahua was on the advice of a realtor, and while not the cheapest, they're a family-staffed, small business, and I discussed some water heater options (replace tank or do more expensive tankless water heater).  

Anthony was knowledgeable about the code requirements and what would and wouldn't work, and was honest that they'd never installed the newest version of the tankless water heater that would work without additional venting requirements.  I chose the old-fashioned tank.

After the water heater was installed, I inspected it and asked Where's the (quoted) drip pan? and saw the realization of the error on his face, but he politely and apologetically asked if we could schedule a follow-up visit at no charge.  We did; it was done perfectly.

And on the subsequent visit, there was some more work to be done that I requested, but the final bill was cheap enough that I don't think he charged me for the visit at all.

Anthony was also honest about the threads on a shower valve being (previously) stripped and suggested it might not be worth the time/effort to fix the issue (rather than working for extra hours just to add revenue, as some would).  

I don't know who the previous Yelper talked to that impatiently sent them away, but I'm happy to say that this wasn't my experience at all!

I called Canyon Hills Plumbing on Thursday, mid-morning and they sent Jerry out within 2 hours. He was very professional, courteous and helpful.  Fixed my leaky toilet right away and was kind enough to answer some other questions and make inquires for me in regard to other issues.  I highly recommend this company!

Thomas was punctual, talked me through options to solve my issue, and did a great job.  A pleasure to work with!

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

Steve is very knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing and in addition is very pleasant to have out to your home. He charges a good fair price and wants to do the best thing for you the consumer at the end of the day. Having a plumber you can trust, that will fix it right the first time is something you can't go wrong with.
Steve has been out to my house on multiple occasions and does his best to fit you in the same day, schedule permitting. (One time I had a backed drain and it was a Saturday, I called around 9am and he came out same day around 2pm, totally awesome!) I really appreciate Steve and his assistant Moises.  Their efforts in restoring my plumbing back to normal on short notice. When you have a plumbing issue you want it fixed right away, and you want it done correctly, by going to Steve, you know you are getting great labor and parts.  Steve wants to get your plumbing issues resolved without you breaking the bank and doing what's best in the your interests. I highly recommend Steve's Plumbing to anyone that needs plumbing work done!

It is very hard to find an honest plumberWe talked about a couple of projects, and he informed the entire scope.

Andrew was willing to accommodate our busy working schedule and arrived on time.  Estimate for parts and labor were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and will use their services in the future for any plumbing issues.

Bob upgrade my water tank to a tankless and it went well, also replaced all the angle stops and water supply lines for a super reasonable rate. His company has high standards and a good crew. I would recommend him to all   my friends needing plumbing service.

I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

Not sure about this service provider yet; they were scheduled and I tried to communicate with the crew and didn't show; I tried again today and busy signal, an hour after they were scheduled; the office hasn't called to confirm but the Bldg. my client is in recommended them-
