Terrible company. They refused to come out after I asked them about their own coupon they advertise on their website. Why even offer it if you don't want to honor it?

I use Darrell for all my handyman repairs. He does great work and is reasonable in price. He does amazing electrical work. He is easy to work with and get a hold of him. I recommend him highly.

Carini plumbing came out on a Sunday, 11/21, when our tenant had a leak in our unit, and couldn't find the leak.  The plumber believed it to be a leak under the slab so they recommended Chris to us.  We paid Chris $350 upfront on Sunday to have  a full inspection with camera of our water lines, scheduled for Monday, 11/22. On 11/22, Chris was barely in the unit 10 minutes total and sent us a text with a very small, grainy photo and one sentence to say he found the leak, a pipe leading to the clothes washer. I followed up asking if that's the only leak, and he said yes. So he literally texted three times a total of ten words and a very tiny photograph of the leak that we could barely make out. Our tenant said he was curt to her and did not say anything to her either about how bad the water leak was. He did not share the urgency of the leak with us or recommend turning off the water until a plumber could fix the leak. Instead we asked Carini to come back out to fix the leak but did not stress it was an emergency, so they showed up the next day. Once the Carini plumber came on Tuesday, 11/23, he told us to call the city to shut off the water. I am disappointed by the lack of communication after the leak was found and that he did not recommend shutting off the water or that we need to get a plumber back there that night.  Also, he didn't actually do what we paid him to do, which was send a camera into our lines. I found out later he stuck his ear to the wall and he heard the leak. He told his coworker who was coming in with all the gear to do a camera inspection not to bother and that he already found the leak, and then they left.  This was explained to me on the next day, after the house was already flooded. The water damage by not having the water shut off sooner was about$20k, and the restoration work just wrapped up two weeks ago, so the tenant was without her home from Thanksgiving through 21 Jan 2022. It took me this long not to be so angry that I could just list the facts for this review.

I used them for HVAC repair, tech was Lars. He was great, very happy with the service and knowledge. I had another company replace the circuit board, they wired it wrong and could not figure it out. I had enough of back and forth with them and decided to call Ideal. They had the wiring issue corrected in an hour and system works great! Thank you!

Also they were available to come out the same day I called!

Carlos was a great plumber.  He was quick to figure out my leak and fix it.  He also did a great job at explaining my issue and took measures to make sure it would not become a problem in the future.  I really enjoyed my experience working with Carlos and will work with him on future plumbing issues.

I contacted Happy Plumbing regarding a broken kitchen pipe that must of been leaking for quite a while by the amount of water under my house. They sent out Efren Diaz for an estimate. I liked him right away. He was friendly and very professional. He gave me an estimate that I thought was very reasonable and so I agreed to have them fix it. It was late in the day so we we had Efren start the following morning. Efren showed up right on time the next day excited to start the job. It was a big job and was expecting it to take some time, but within an hour and a half the job was completed and my drain has never ran so good! It was a great experience and I will be using them again in the future. Thank you Efren!!!

No too happy with DrainHelp this time! About 2 years ago they were great. Maybe they're too busy now.
I called for another drain cleaning, and they gave a 3-5 PM time frame. I left early from work to make sure that I was home on time.
5pm comes and goes and I hear nothing. I called and the plumber says he's on his way, about 20 minutes away. A half hour then 45 minutes...nothing! I call again and he tells me that he's about a mile away. I no longer believe anything he says.
I cancel, but he says that he'll come out tomorrow and give me a break on the price. The next day, the same thing. I hear nothing from them.
I guess DrainHelp is busy and making a lot of money, because they certainly don't care that they lost me as a customer.

I've had PIC come to my house a couple times this past year. From my experiences, they're honest, communicative, and professional. I love that I get text alerts of when a technician in en route to my house. This week Nick helped us refit our backyard water bib to support an irrigation array. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Noticed a water leak coming from garage ceiling linked to my master bathroom. Was able to have true value plumbing come that same day. Cody
Sent out Chris who was very knowledgeable , precise , and informative. Replaced the  flange and new toilet in a matter of hours. They have earned my trust. Highly recommended!

You can stop your search now and hire Alejandro! Amazing communication, honest nice guy, very competitive price and got the job done quickly. Will definitely be calling him again for all my home repairs.

I highly recomend Bill Howe Plumbing. They were fast and efficient. Ken was courteous and got the job done in a timely fashion. He worked diligently to make sure my shower was fixed properly. I had called several plumbing companies before deciding on Bill Howe. This company called me back immediately and had many open time slots to fit me in right away. Their prices were reasonable and explained prior to starting the job. All in all, Bill Howe is a reliable company with excellent customer service.

After reading  reviews on Yelp we called  Perry Plumbing for an estimate to replace our water heater.  Was a good choice...    An hour later Reyes arrived and within a few minutes, we had a competitive quote to accomplish the work.   3 hours later our new water heater was ready to go.

You can tell when you've chosen the right company by the people representing them.  Reyes did a great job;  efficient with a friendly manner.   In fact, from our first contact with Perry's dispatcher to the time Reyes left our house, our experience with Perry Plumbing was excellent.  Can't recommend them enough

I've had David and his crew set up the water filtration system for reverse osmosis drinking water and soft shower water for my house when I became a proud San Diego home owner in 2017. But it wasn't until today I realized just how above and beyond this company goes. They have state of the art equipment and technology to monitor even the tiniest of leaks. Which is what I had last night, but a big leak under the kitchen sink.

David showed up today, within half day business time. And guess what? The leak had nothing to do with his water filtration. He helped me solve a problem that could've become a much much bigger problem.

I see them once a year for maintenance. They are reasonable in costs.

I just wanted to say I never get paid for my reviews. It's hard to impress me and I have high standards. David and his company are ethical, hard working, and consistent. And they impressed me.

I had some work done today, the second time I have used Plumbing Plus.  I had three things to fix (shower cartridge replacement that had broken internally, toilet shutoff valve replacement, pressure regulator replacement).  Alex was my tech.  He is friendly, professional, and competent.  One of the tasks was a particular challenge (shower cartridge replacement) and I was afraid he might have to do something very invasive and expensive, but he exercised some creativity to get the old one out (it was seriously creative) and got it done without having to resort to the very invasive and expensive method.  His fix literally works better and far smoother than when it was new.  Come to think of it, all three fixes work better than when they were new.  That is fact, not an exaggeration.

San Diego Backflow Testing is a GREAT company to work with.  As a Community Manager, these annual tests can fall off our radar on occasion with the multitude of tasks we tackle everyday.  Jen and her team are proactive enough to reach out to managers well in advance of required completion date as a reminder, and then they work efficiently complete the test within the allotted time.  They handle so much behind the scenes that the process is swift and seamless, which makes our jobs a lot easier!  Their pricing is in-line (and often cheaper) than other backflow testing companies, and their customer service is some of the best customer service I have experienced from any company in the service industry, ever!  You cannot go wrong with hiring San Diego Backflow Testing due to their extensive plumbing knowledge, proactive efforts, and their superior customer service!  I highly recommend them!

It's Labor Day and we had a clogged line. All City came out, fixed the problem in just a few minutes even on a holiday and offered fair pricing - not inflated due to the holiday. Their competition tried to charge 6 times the amount so I sent them packing.  I have a new plumber!

Timely and accurate at a fair price. CPL helped our plumber identify the leak which reduced the amount of jackhammering to the slab. WIth CPL's hlep we could put the house back together faster. We have used CPL three times for various projects and three times they have come to the rescue.
