Eddy was recommended by a good friend who regularly hires E-Drains for his properties... he did not disappoint. Eddy and team (Rey and Angel), did a stellar job. I hired them for routine maintenance (hydro jetting and snaking drains). They went above and beyond by also fixing other small issues, like water pressure. Definitely recommend these guys!

This was my second time hiring Darell and again he gets 5/5. This time, I had an outdoor water pipe (above ground) which had a pinhole leak due to rust at the connection site. I called Darell to ask if this was something he could repair and he said yes. He came a few hours later and even though it ended up being a bigger project, he stayed till the end and finished the work. I am super happy that he was my first call.  Just like the last time, he was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

We had an emergency water slab leak which was costing us $100s a day in electrical and water bills.  We called several people and got several estimates some competitive but others  300% higher!  After interviewing Chris and finding him to be a very honest, caring person, charging the going market rate, with the best solution for rerouting with new Pex pipes through the attic, we chose him to do the work.  He and his brother came out and worked two days 8 hours straight up until 9 at night in 110 degrees in the attic.  They do not fix the holes they cut or clean up the mess but they stated this up front and they wrote a professional estimate with a written guarantee (something that many service people do not do).  He had the equipment to find the leaks anywhere in the house and did a great job locating and  repairing them.  As a retired realtor and interior designer I've hired 1000s of contractors and service  people in my 40 year career and Chris the owner of Acculine Leak Detection  is the epitome of a professional,

We got in touch with Carlos from 805 and he was outstanding. He made time to help us when we needed someone in a timely manner. In addition to addressing a leak, he provided us with significant information about other plumbing matters. Carlos has 30 years of experience and it showed as he confidently and efficiently addressed our issue. I found Carlos to be easy going, enjoyable to speak with and very good at explaining things to the lay person. I highly recommend 805.

Happy Plumbing was able to get me an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Issue was fixed quickly and price was about standard. Efren was the technician and he was very communicative.

SKILLED: Ali was very knowledgeable.  First he tried an auger. When that did reach the block, he went on our roof and used a high-pressure flush.  (No need to remove toilet
RIGHT TOOLS:  He came with everything that might be needed, including a powered flush pump on a trailer.

Nick was extremely professional and showed up on time. The estimate was fair and the work was done quickly. The next time we have an emergency we'll be contacting PIC Plumbing. Our toilet was leaking like Niagara Falls and they saved the day.

Our new fridge was slightly too tall because of the electrical housing on the top front of the fridge, which we missed when measuring the space.  We had a big dilemma because we really loved the fridge and couldn't really find another that was comparable.  So it was either settle for something we didn't like as much or figure out a way to alter the kitchen cabinet to raise it by 3/4 inch.

We went with the second option.  After calling a few places, I came across Alejandro and asked if he could help with my project.  He was very quick to respond and told me he'd come by the following morning to assess the situation.  He was punctual and very knowledgeable, going through different scenarios of how we could get the job done without creating too much work and still yielding the best result.  

It was really fun to watch and help where I could.  I ended up learning a lot from Alejandro.

I have a tankless water heater that began to leak. I called around and settled on bill howe. Jason came out on Monday and immediately pinpointed the issue. He called the manufacturer, explained what he saw, took a couple of pictures and said he will be back in a couple of days with replacement parts.

A few days later Jason called to say he was on his way. He showed  up and completed the work in about an hour.

I am really happy with Jasons' service. Instead of selling me a new tankless, he checked the warranty first (I didn't know it was still under warranty at 10 years). It was a straight  forward transaction that ended up saving me thousands of dollars for a new unit+installation.

Expensive service when replacing major parts of tankless water heater a few years ago. Charged too much even on simple inspection. After replacing heat exchanger, there was still follow-up repair with extra charge. Not hiring them anymore.

In an age when service quality is in decline, San Diego Backflow Testing has been absolutely fantastic for me when getting the testing that I need. They make sure to take care of everything, so that you can basically sit back, relax, and just pay your invoice. I've also had situations where I got to the back flow testing late, and they made efforts to make sure and get me in before the city deadline as well. Awesome.

I want to start out by saying that Nick and Osmand were absolutely fantastic! had a major plumbing issue with my sewer line and clean out valve... my toilet started to back up after I was running a load of laundry, and my bathtubs we're filling with lots of sewer sediment. Needless to say, I was very distraught by the whole situation. I called All City Plumbing dispatch, and within five minutes I received a callback from Nick. He arrived at my house the following morning first thing. He would've come that night but I told him that it would be best for my schedule to show up the next morning and he did.  He and his crew got to work immediately and fixed my plumbing issues. They do top-notch work, they were thorough, and paid attention to detail and got the job done right.  In the past, I have literally had so many issues with plumbing companies to the point to where I was very skeptical when All City arrived, thinking that this was going to be another problematic fix. I am happy to say that they proved me wrong, and have earned my business for the future.  This is now my go to company and I will be calling them in the future should service needs arise. I highly recommend this company, and I will be recommending them to my friends and family as well.

Be prepared, Rock star group of Guys, the older ladies must have a hard time resisting such good looking guys in those uniforms. If my Memaw ever calls I will be there to keep here away from the young men. I having been using CPL for at least about 20 years now for leak detection, no job to big or to small. Its not easy finding these leaks but the big Guy there named John, he knows his stuff. One day he will probably be the manager. They hit the spot about 99.99% of the time. I would call these guys first before you even think about calling anyone else that says they can find your leak, CPL fast, efficient and friendly let them help you protect the biggest investment you have. Mastercraft Plumbers were extremely responsive, friendly and knowledgeable, took the time to listen and properly diagnose, and definitely cared about my issue. They also had some great suggestions about how to save money in other areas with my plumbing. I will surely call them next time I have a plumbing issue. Great job.
