Eddie was great to work with. He put his camera down the drains and surveyed my problem areas. Nice equipment with a very clear picture for me to see first hand. He closed out with recommending the fixes that should be done and a bid for the procedure. No hassles or pressure. He was considerate, respectful and did a thorough cleanup after finishing. I will definitely hire him to do the fixes on our problems.

Darrell helped me install a new receiver in my fan. His quote was the best of many that I received and he was very accommodating to my schedule changes. On day of installation he followed up on when he would arrive at my house and was very respectful of my house. He even took off his shoes before entering our house. In general great experience and would recommend.

My wooden floors started to crack which alerted me to a water issue.  Since I had to figure out what kind of leak it was before replacing the floor, I called Chris.  He showed up the next day and took a look at the damage and went over the plan.  He had an idea it wasn't a pipe leak but still went through all the due diligence to verify it.  He did moisture detection, pipe location, sound analysis and pressure verification.  In the end he was able to show me the different results supporting his conclusion.  Which was important since insurances cover specific items.  Chris is a nice guy and made sure I understood what he was doing.  I wouldn't hesitate to call his company again for future leak issues.

I had bursting water line emergency which was flooding my backyard and called Ideal to see if they could help.  It was 9:00PM and figured it would take some time before anyone could help or show up.  I was amazed that within minutes I was connected to the owner of Ideal Plumbing and that he would be coming himself to assess the problem.  I could not believe it but was so grateful.  Within 30 minutes of my initial phone call, my water issue was resolved and was told a technician would arrive the next morning to make sure all was well.  And sure enough, he came.  This is incredible service!!!!  I am would highly recommend this terrific family owned company for all your plumbing needs.  I am very appreciative for the timeliness in arriving as I saw $$$ pouring down the drain!!  Thank you, Don and thank you Ideal!!

I have never written a review on YELP before, but Carlos at 805 plumbing is great. He helped us with a leak in our house, and re-routed our underground plumbing to our attic. He did a great job, and I will definitely use again. Thank you Carlos!

Happy Plumbing replaced a leaking gas line valve to our oven the day after we called. They showed up as promised and gave us a fair quote, and did the work in the same appointment. The technician's name was Efren and he had a great attitude. He went over the repair and cost patiently, and was very courteous and respectful of our home. A fairly priced plumbing company is hard to find in San Diego, so we are glad we found Happy Plumbing!

I had a clogged drain that had to be cleared regularly. Freddy suggest a mini jet, and it sounded like the right way to go, instead of another snake job. Very happy with his service!!!

Just had my HVAC system replaced in my townhouse and I must have won the HVAC Install lottery with the team that I got from Bill Howe.

First where was Issas that provided me a quote on the same day I talked to a technician about possibly replacing my system. Within hours of the request he was there giving me all the information I needed to make a decision. He answered all my questions with professionalism and patience. GREAT JOB!

Then came the install a week later by Jose and Mario. They went above and beyond when the AC unit was bigger than expected (since it sits under my front window) and contacted Issas about possible alternatives. We settled on a different unit and Issas picked it up and delivered it personally.

After that Jose and Mario did and excellent job completing the task in a timely and professional manner and provided me with instruction on the new units - safety features, location of filters, how tos of my new thermostat and more.

All three gentlemen are excellent representatives of customer service, skill, knowledge and pride in the work they do. I was lucky to work with them and hope my experience with other Bill Howe employees in the future is equally as satisfying - but they will be hard to top.

Nathan was the rep that showed up, right on time, very professional, explained me everything, I know nothing about pumps or septic.. the company we had before him, has over 2000 reviews on yelp, 4.5 starts and he barely looked at the problem said it will cost to replace the pump $3500 or more. He didn't explain why just said he knows better then us.
Nathan on the other hand, gave me all the options, said it could be just clogged and to repair (few hours of work) will be $430, only if the pump needs to be replaced it will cost more (still not even close to $3500). I highly recommend him, he was honest from the beginning, did a great job, explained and showed me in details the problem, gave me all the options in case I will need to replace it, told me which pump I should use and shouldn't based on the amp in my house.. I know for sure we will use them again.

They gave me a call and explained to me that they added in additional parts to our system that were better than the ones provided in the Costco kit. I went ahead and added on an additional star for the follow up. As a new homeowner, it's still important to know the cost before work begins. I would recommend them for other people considering them.

We called yesterday that a bathroom sink was clogged.  Mario was on time today, wore a face mask and booties, he snaked the drain successfully.  This company deserves its high ratings on Yelp.

So, Backflow testing wasn't a thing I knew existed until I got a stern letter from the city stating my water would be shut off without updated tests. I frantically called a few different places and got ahold of San Diego Backflow Testing.

Jen was incredibly knowledgeable. She worked directly with my water provider and took the project completely off my hands. I would recommend this company a 100 times over!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Jason and the company.  I live in an apartment and we haven't had hot water in two days.  A slab leak was suspected so Jason was on the scene to investigate.  He was extremely thorough, but most importantly he obviously cares about the people he has to deal with on the job. Checking 5 apartments and even worrying about peoples pets. Thank you so much for quickly finding the issue!

We had some horrendous plumbing problems, in large part caused by incompetent plumbing work. We called in Mastercraft after meeting with Janelle about a home improvement project and learning that Mastercraft also has a plumbing group. Absolutely the best company! They solved our problems quickly and very reasonably. Since then a couple of more of their plumbers have been over to help with our improvement project. Everyone at Mastercraft is extremely nice, polite, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They take the extra step to make really helpful suggestions. We feel fortunate to have linked up with them and cannot recommend them too highly for plumbing and also home improvement.
