Best in San Diego CA

Had a pipe clogged in our guest bathroom right before the holiday a couple weeks ago and we had family coming into town the next day. We panicked a bit but luckily we were able to request a service visit from E-Drains and they did not disappoint. A technician was at our place within a couple hours and was able to clear the pipes without much trouble at all, and at a much lower price than we were expecting. My wife and I always expect the worse for emergency requests, especially around the holidays, so we were pleasantly surprised that our bill lined up with what E-Drains promotes on its website. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the San Diego area!

I hired Darrell to install an reverse osmosis water system underneath the sink..  he did an awesome job, very professional and respectful.. I would definitely recommend him to handy stuff around the house if you are looking for someone to install or fix something for you..

The good: The plumber showed up on time and was very nice. He tried hard to please.

The bad: I didn't have any emergencies. This was just a tune up visit to check my main drain to prevent future backups from roots. He did good job on this, but while he was here I asked him to check my Blanco kitchen faucet because I felt the water volume was a bit low. The faucet was only four years old and was working. He was unfamiliar with brand and in checking sprayer pulled it apart and then could not reattach. He was at my house from 11 to 3:30 and the majority of that time was trying to fix the now broken kitchen faucet. Finally they did locate a replacement part but was not sure it would solve problem so eventually I had to buy a new a Koehler faucet from them. They did give me a $70 discount on the new faucet ( thank you) but I still ended up with a $306 labor charge for the day most of which was attributed to replacing a faucet that was not broken to start off with. As I said, the plumber was very nice and did a great job on main line clean out but I felt he lacked experience in household faucet repairs.

Carlos is quick to respond, knowledgeable, and he does an excellent job maintaining quality while saving cost. We are very satisfied with the plumbing he did for us in our bathroom. He went the extra mile to help us make an old fixture work so we still had a shower while our main bathroom was down. It was a life-saver. Thanks Carlos!!!

I loved working with Louis he was knowledgeable and clean we hire a lot of plumbers but this company was easy to work with and we will be hiring them again

Okay so this company was a life saver. They responded quickly, and gave me a free estimate over the phone. Ali was honest with me on the phone about the possibilities of what needed to happen, which I really appreciated.  I accidentally flushed something down the toilet, and was completely unable to get it dislodged. The plumber who came out really exhausted all possibilities before coming to the conclusion that the toilet needed to be replaced. Basically it was the worst case scenario, but the whole thing was handled easily and the cost was still below Ali's highest estimate. I appreciate how straightforward they were with me, and how they did the job well without a lot of fuss. I will certainly be using their services again in the future.

Came out yesterday to fix a leaking toilet. Super professional. Diagnosed and fixed the issue in about half an hour.

Alejandro is very nice to work with. I have to reschedule my appointment with a very short notice. He is able to accommodate it. I need to remove and install a new Garbage Disposal. The job was nicely done and the price is reasonable. Will work with him again if needed in the future.

Came home a bit ago to find a 15 foot geyser on our roof - crazy.  I had no idea how to turn off the main water, but had great experience for our plumbing needs from Bill Howe.  So, I frantically called them.  Although all scheduled and emergency slots were booked, the receptionist had Steven (supervisor) call me back and walk thru the process to turn the off the water - turns out it was our pool's solar heating system.  And, Steven, walked me thru turning everything back on and lighting the water heaters.  It is this type of above and beyond behavior that will keep us both coming back and recommending Bill Howe!!!

I got a quote from this company. They were nice and very professional- but they quoted me $1,300 to replace 8 water valves. I appreciate things done by a professional but that rate is INSANE. I'll be getting other quotes.

I was very impressed with Plumbing Plus. Kyle was here quickly and he wore booties, gloves and masks to protect us. He was efficient and found the problem with our ice maker immediately.
He then went to see what was going on with our downstairs toilet.
He worked hard  and found the problem worked to fix it cleanly.
We are very pleased with this young man's work and work ethic.
We will certainly call again and ask for Kyle when we need a plumber.

Such a professional and friendly company! I was very frustrated after being flaked on a couple times by other companies, so when I found San Diego Backflow Testing I was very satisfied. They were super professional and very fast to respond and get the job done! Jen got back to me right away when I called and when Adam showed up he was a nice guy, really knew what he was doing, and took care of my needs from start to finish. I was so relieved to finally get this level of service and not have to wait to get a call back!

We needed a plumber to come out to fix our sink and I got a response from them in a matter of minutes and had a plumber at my house within a couple of hours. Justin was awesome. He was super helpful and honest and put in extra work to make sure our drain would stay clear for years to come. Could not be more happy. Thank you Justin for being so awesome!

I called them at 7am on a Saturday and they arrived within 2 hours. Found the problem quickly and had the report emailed to me immediately which enabled me to schedule the repair with the plumber for first think Monday morning. It was $370 because it was a weekend, but it was no hassle, he was very professional and efficient and I think it was worth every penny. I would definitely use them again and will refer my friends and family to them as well.

Remodeling our master bathroom and removed the subfloor.  So we needed the pipes for the toilet to be adjusted. Got an appointment with the install manager right away. He came over to take a look at our project. A couple days after, their installer came and did a great job on ensuring we would have a pipe that could fit the toilet we intended to buy and install. It didn't take as long as I thought it would and the cost for the labor and parts were also a great deal!

We would highly recommend them to anyone ans may use them again for other projects we have going on in the house!
